Looking for an RP partner

So... lately I have been having an itch to write/RP... it's been years since I last wrote anything substantial... but I want to hop back onto the "bicycle" so to speak, so here's to some self advertising and info about myself.

Before you proceed, keep in mind I'm 29NB and any future partners willing to RP with me MUST be 21+. I would prefer it if they were 25+ as it would mean they are closer to my age, but I'm not going to be nit picky about the age range as long as they are 21 years old.

I have some RP experience both in tumblr and discord, but as I previously stated, it's been years. I also written a fic here and there, years ago.

My replies tend to vary from one liner sentences to multiple paragraphs in one go or in-between depending on my creative juices. You don't need to match my length (if I get crazy and reply you in one too many multiple paragraphs) if the creative juices aren't flowing.

I am looking for a casual partner, someone who feels comfortable with me and vice versa. Someone who wants to have fin with me and making up stories for our favorite characters/ships.

Also very important for me, communication is key. Specially before starting a RP and during. We have to know each other's squicks, hard no's and anything that could be potentially triggering to either one of us.

I am very open minded and I am willing to RP almost anything for example: smut, GL, BL, HET, dark stuff, violence, gore, bdsm, a/b/o, mpreg/fpreg....etc. Thinking about it, I might just RP about anything as long as it's talked to beforehand, there might be some instances where I might say no, depending on the characters and the story being written. (I'm saying like if the situations call for it I might bre willing to write vore, which I personally don't like)

I shall only RP in discord and discord only. It's easier and cleaner. I ain't going back to tumbr RPing, unless I get begged to go back to that mess. I don't wan't create a character tumblr blog ever again, or do I?

I am an ever loving multi-shipper and love many ships, however I do have my OTPs.

I don't mind doing RP with OCs, whether they be OC x OC, or MC x OC. I do have some OCs that live mostly in my head. (I might share them one day to the world, maybe, maybe not.)

And now... it is time to put down the list of some of the fandoms I am willing to RP and the characters (muses) I am comfortable to RP as and some of the ships that go with it. (Bold means I feel way more comfortable than usual writing for the character, don't know why, some characters just sing to my soul I guess?) Regardless, I'll RP as anyone and I'll do any ships, unless they are a NOTP. This is just a sample list, if you decide to RP with me, we can talk more in depth about it.

Hello! I'm Hazel, and I have a lot of OC's!

This is for DC and Marvel!

(Particularly, for Mutants/X-Men in Marvel's case.)

I have some OC's (that I may add to in the future).

If you'd like to roleplay with me then you can message me. But first-

Some ground rules!

- I only do literate, no * or stuff like that (I'll write an example).

- I'd prefer it to be on Discord.

- I only write as my OC's. I feel very comfortable with them. You can be just canon characters if you'd like, I don't mind. If there are lots (like battles was stuff) in a scene, I'll do my best to help you. (I would prefer if you'd be a canon character though.)

- This is going to be a one-on-one roleplay. No groups, it's too chaotic for me and I'd get too overwhelmed otherwise.

- You have to be at least 18+ age range.

- No minors, because I will be doing dark themes, NSFW, and the like. And no, I will not make exceptions. (Please don't lie to me about your age, that's just fucked up and I'll immediately block you if you do.)

- You have to have canon knowledge of what we'll be roleplaying (that would be obvious lmao.)

- You have to put in just as much effort as me. It's frustrating when I come back to a two liner reply. Especially since I write A LOT. It would just discourage me. 50/50 is preferred. Don't force yourself to write if you don't want to (have health issues, feeling down in the dumps, ect. Please tell me if something is wrong of course.)

- If you have OC's, that's alright too. Just ask me before you randomly throw them in. I'll be showing you my OC's in advance before we start writing. Just know that I do still want you to control a canon character.

- COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Don't be afraid of me either, haha. I just have to be firm. I don't mind talking outside of the roleplay too. It's always nice to make friends!

- And please don't ghost me, several people have done that and it just hurts. Tell me if you're going to be gone for a while, or if you want to change the rp, or you just need a break.

Anything to do with (Comics and Animated mostly) Batman, Superman, Red Hood, Nightwing, Red Robin, Batfamily in general, Firestorm, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan, Kyle Rayner), The Flash (Barry Allen, Wally West), Blue Beetle (Ted Kord), Booster Gold, The Riddler, The Atom (Ray Palmer), Green Arrow, Arsenal, Plastic Man, Superboy (Conner Kent), Deathstroke, Captain Cold, Mirror Master (Specifically from the animated movie Justice League: Doom), Deadshot, Justice League/Young Justice/Teen Titans in general...might add more.

Gambit, Cyclops, The Angel (Mutants: Mainly the comics and animated), Spiderman (Mainly the comics and animated), Daredevil (TV Show, Comics)...might add more.

Mainly for both, I can't list specific comics because that would be way too long. But I do like older works rather than some new stuff. Like the Green Lantern expanded lore about the galaxy in DC, as an example, where they bring back Hal Jordan.

Those are what I'm familiar with. If you also like these, then hit me up. We'd have to talk a bit before writing, such as your own limitations, boundaries, and the like.

Now, here's an example of my writing that involves one of my OC's.

Valrel sighs as she crouches on the railing, arms bent on her knees as she looks down at the city lights. It's beautiful tonight, from up here at least. She'd just gotten done with a full sweep of the surrounding block two times, making sure everything is right as rain. She'd been planning this for a month, so it best work when the time was right. She'd kept track of all the potential threats, witnesses, and the people that live in this expensive apartment complex. From all walks of life, but they're all rich - particularly the ones on top. At the penthouse.

Flipping up and over the balcony railing above her, steps silent as she crouches again. The wind passes by, playing with her loose white locks as she forms water around her fingers. Flexing them, her eyes glow under her blue opaque visor - the water slips in under the crack of the locked glass door. Boom. Open. Using her other hand to slide it open, taking a step in.

She'd taken the precaution to loop the empty rooms camera for around 10 minutes. That's all she needs. Security is down around here. The residents did go on a nice vacation away from Blüdhaven, fortunate for her - not so much for them. They won't even notice anyways. Still, Valrel footsteps are silent as she makes her way through the roomy living room and to the home office, sliding in, she's quick to go to the safe and start with picking the lock with her powers. Staying alert. Nightwing might appear like he usually does. Not that she minds his presence...he's just distracting when she's doing something she deems important. Valrel huffs to herself, smirking lightly with amusement quirking her expression.

She won't say she doesn't have fun when he decides to come around.

Will literally pay to roleplay with someone who can do a decent Kirk Langstrom impression (Status: OPEN)

A little over a year ago I made a post advertising I was looking for a roleplay partner who could do an impression of the Trollhunters character Draal the Deadly, and said partner would receive $50, as a sort of thank you reward for the time and effort they’d dedicate to indulging all the storylines and little ideas rattling around in head lol xP

Since it worked out pretty well, I’ve decided to give it another go with a different character 🙂

This time I'm looking to roleplay with someone who can do an impression of the DC Comics character, Professor Kirk Langstrom, aka the Man-Bat. Specifically, a redeemed version akin to the Earth Prime variation who would later go on to join the Justice League Dark, who makes his latest appearance to date (to the best of my knowledge) in Batman and Robin 2023.

Just like last time, the volunteer will receive $25 immediately and $25 upon the initial roleplay’s completion. For your convenience, please allow me to once again up-front clarify these important points: 

* This is NOT an NSFW or romance/shipping-based in general type of roleplay; that isn’t really my style. I'm more the action-adventure with a dash of mystery and character-development kind of guy.

* While I do have a general plot in mind, it is completely subject to change depending on what the volunteer is comfortable with; in other words, I'm willing to work with you to take into account how you usually prefer to pace things or if you have your own headcanon details you'd like to include to make this an enjoyable experience to both participants.

* If worried about literation, well, not to brag, but I think you'll find I've got eight years worth of roleplay and storytelling experience, and my narrative abilities are second to none ^^

* I’ll reserve the right to cancel the roleplay and keep the remaining half of the money if I'm kept waiting for more than two weeks during RP turns/responses. I understand if you're busy or have other stuff going on, but please understand in turn that if you make me wait for days, days and more days on end just to get like a sentence…well, that’s just not very considerate  :l

* I usually use Discord to RP, as I find it to be a quick and efficient means of communication while also having the perfect conditions for roleplaying when considering you can create servers and channels for organization purposes. However, if the volunteer is more comfortable using a different format I'll adapt accordingly :)

* I generally use PayPal, but if the volunteer uses a different payment method, that’s fine, all I humbly ask is that you walk me through how it works if I’m unfamiliar with it.

* Upon contact and if you do wish to roleplay, I’ll give you one or two questions, mainly, a prompt I’ll ask you to respond to; this will just be a little practice scenario that will allow you to showcase your impression of what you would do in said-scenario as Langstrom. This will demonstrate to me that you understand the character and aren’t just rushing into this for the $50 without even having seen the shows or comics he appears in.

Hello there... I am Az, Azion or Azzy. Honestly call me whichever you would like. I go by She/Her + They/Them pronouns! I don't really like labeling myself if I am honest so please respect that! Physical Health.

As for my conditions I have chronic vertigo/dizziness, chronic migraines, I am severely lactose intolerant and suffer from Amplified Pain Syndrome in my hands and feet (So it hurts to walk, type, write or hold things even though there is nothing physically wrong with them!) I also am chronically tired/fatigued but the doctors don't have answer for that. Yay!

Hi sol! I’ve been interested in reading some batman comics recently but there’s so many and I was wondering if you had any suggestions? Cause I literally have no idea where to start😭😭 the only batman media I’ve ever seen is The Batman which I absolutely loved RP put his whole batpussy into that performance but that’s a convo for another day

first rule of comics the comics are not real you simply pick and choose which storylines and characteristics you like and that becomes canon to you this is allowed bc in the 100+ years that characters like batman have existed there have been hundreds of different writers and several reboots making it impossible to find any true consistencies among them

if you want to learn about the most generally accepted fanon of the characters i recommend downloading the webtoon app and reading batman: wayne family adventures. it’ll introduce you to the characters, their dynamics, and some backstory for characters like jason todd and dick grayson

after that i would go on to the batman animated movies. i believe most of them are on hbo max but you can use soap2day as well. batman: under the red hood will give you jason’s backstory and his return in detail. son of batman and batman vs robin will introduce you to damian wayne. batman bad blood will finish that storyline. i haven’t watched batman the long halloween parts 1&2 but it’s an iconic batman storyline in the comics so i’ll also recommend it. i also haven’t watched batman and superman: battle of the super sons but i’m planning to ! it’ll be damian centric. dick grayson is also a secondary character in most of these movies. i don’t think tim drake shows up at all. 💔. other honorable mentions: justice league vs teen titans (damian wayne, bruce, dick grayson) and it’s sequel teen titans: judas contract. really fun watches, most of the characterization is consistent from the batfam centric movies. it’ll give u an idea of what they’re like with other dc characters

if you want to commit to the bit: young justice season 1 will show you a lot of what dick grayson is like during his robin days and season 2 introduces tim drake and barbara gordon (batgirl) as well as dick as nightwing. the only thing with young justice is that it’s almost like an alternate timeline and fanon doesn’t really acknowledge it, a lot of the characters don’t exist or are super different in the main comic timeline, but it’s the closest to what the teen titans dynamic is like on screen AND it’s the only more recent animated batfam media that has tim drake ☹️

i also want to mention justice league: doom and justice league: dark, i think they’re great movies that showcase bruce’s abilities as batman, as a leader, and how he’s viewed by outsiders BUT they’ll be hard to digest bc there’s sooo many dc characters it could be confusing for someone new. justice league dark: apokolips war is a sequel to the first jld movie and it includes dick and damian + follows the dynamics established in the other teen titans movies i mentioned though it’s not a direct sequel to them

4. So Theo is actually my oldest muse when it comes to indie rp. I did used to have Spike and Angel from btvs/ats, they were a lot of fun. I also loved writing Abraham Van Brunt from the sleepy hollow series.

Mostly though I'd love to get into writing on my Ben Tallmadge blog again. I've got his letters his memoirs, the Turn series, the books, I'd love to find his voice and start writing again. Both because I love the character on the show, and because I love using him and the blog for teaching people about the Rev War and spying and all that good stuff.

5. Ok so I grew up with the Wally West version of Flash from the Justice League cartoon and I have always wanted to write him. However, I really lack having energy...at all. So its hard to write characters who are loud and full of energy all the time. But if I could, I'd 100% write him.

6. Three things I love....I love for one how very kind and gentle Theo is. Yes he is a soldier and he's not a stranger to dark and bad things, or doing questionable things. But he remains very gentle despite it and is so soft and mushy. Now that he's an OC instead of a potc muse there's a lot of growth he gets in new stories that he didn't get previously so I do love that also.

I love that when writing period muses I get to do so much research and bring that authenticity to my writing.

The year is 2023. The world is rebuilding following an escalating series of crises culminating in an assault from the alien war machine Mageddon. The Justice League and their allies stand shaken but united- for now. Yet with every new beginning comes new problems. President Luthor seizes the moment to propose restrictive new legislation controlling and registering metahumans and vigilantes. Rumors swirl of a Legion of Doom, supervillains allied to rival the Justice League. And forces both cosmic and mystic turn their eyes once more towards Earth. As political battles are waged, conflicts rage and nefarious schemes are plotted in the world’s dark corners, how long can this fractured peace hold together?

Catria and Caeda Cont - ( Just an idea I wanted to run by you , based off of one of the prompts I saw from your dark rp blog , lemme know if you want to move this there . I like the idea of Caeda being the leader of her army comprised of futas going against another army of futas . Just a background detail . A similar amazonian world like Diana from Justice League ) Slipping into the last available shower stall , Catria removed her towel , setting it aside as she moved to turn on the water . Noticing soon enough light moans coming from the other locked stalls around her . Two sets of feet present for each of the stalls adjacent to her own , one standing behind the other , thrusting forwards slightly . A heavy blush of red coming to her cheeks as she was reminded of Lady Caeda once more . Her own member starting to become stiff at attention as she turned on the water in an attempt to drown out the noises of her fellow soliders . She didn't care , as long as they weren't doing it with any of their captured prisoners as per their rules , however it was that their soldiers chose to destress after battle was completely up to them . The pegasus knight wasn't going to deny them that . In her rush to turn on the water , Catria didn't notice that she'd left her stall door unlocked . Hot mist starting to fill her area as the water ran.

When Caeda arrived at the shower stalls herself. She saw that there was only one left unlocked, and wasn't sure if the hot mist around it was caused by the two adjacent stalls that were already occupied. Blocking out the sound of light moans and bodies interacting, she went into the remaining unlocked stall to see Catria fully nude. A blush quickly formed on her face, but quickly shut and locked the door behind her. Followed by slipping out of her towel and setting it aside as well. "Hello again Catria. Seems we'll be sharing a shower."
