I only recently found this game and I instantly fell in love with it. This is the most beautiful game I have ever played and it is mind-blowing that it has over 10 years. Like anyone who ever player Journey, I believe that it is an unforgettable experience that everyone should have a chance to live and play through. Thank you Thatgamecompany for creating this masterpiece, and to the other Wayfarers: I hope we meet on the sandy path.

Sky's PS4 release got me fucked up here's a drawing

I got a little lazy with the background sorry

There's a whole fan universe that's been gurgling in my bowels fir almost a year now, and the PS4 fashion pack satisfies my headcanons oh so nicely. The wayfarer sounds they used for the "call" even sound like my own hc for how Rythulian older children/preteens sound

I call this latest squeeze "Season of Redemption"

And also an error from the dev process that looked really cool, almost like the roles between spirit and "kid" are reversed

And also a silly little thing

Also have some angst for the storyline for this "season"

I think it'd be interesting to have a season guide who isn't so friendly and welcoming. One that's disappointed, angry, and grieving over their toil and efforts for their people and how they've paid off. May or may not include some commentary towards generational guilt, repetition of history, and the Sky community.

Journey Desert I've always enjoyed doodling Journeys wanderer, but only recently made this proper fanart for the game. This was quite the challenge to paint but I'm still very proud of how it came out for a first time illustrating the environment and war machine..the pose especially provided anatomical challenge but I like how it came out. I have another piece planned..be it a bit more ambitious.

Original Journey character. Here is their description: An ancient traveler of the video game Journey. Ancient Star is merely a name given by those who have witnessed their rare appearance in the distance. Ancient Star is a unique traveler from old times to recent times, unable to age at the average rate. They are able to recharge their flight energy only if they are completely off the ground. This means that they are unable to take off from the ground and must fall from higher up to gain energy and take flight. However, like many other travelers, they may collect energy from other cloth lifeforms. Ancient Star is able to continuously recharge as they fly, allowing endless airtime until they decide to land. They spend their time traveling around the desert at night, as they prefer the colder temperatures. In the daytime, they settle into a sand dune or seek shelter in any abandoned rubble or structure they may find. If Ancient Star is sighted by another traveler, they may emit a powerful chirp that will grant airtime energy recharge for the meager timespan of 10 seconds. Nevertheless, sighting them is rumored to grant good luck to any traveler on their personal journey.
