Sorry but if you say you're "being realistic" or "seeing the world as it is" and then only spout of the negatives then you're not being realistic and your worldview will devour you whole. Pessimism is not realistic. There is no world void of joy and to believe that is to ignore the goodness in the world and only see things in an unrealistic, cynical perspective that is not and never will be how things are. Find some joy in the smallest of things or perish.

real talk though how much of their success was facilitated by the fact liz hemmings sees 'child with adhd' and thinks 'future world renowned musician' and just invested so much love and time and money into nurturing not only her own child's ambitions but also these two kids he brought home from school and the table drummer from her year 9 math class of 2009

“kristen applebees religion struggle overdone at this point” TO YOU! i personally am thinking about how helio, yes?, & cassandra relate to where kristen is at mentally in her journey of learning to live for herself & not for god and how helio is representative of kristen’s family, yes? is representative of tracker, & cassandra is representative of kristen herself, which is why kristen is shunning her.

I’M EXCITED!
I’m gonna jump into the boat of choosing to believe in the writer’s vision. I do want these characters to get out alive and well and have this family be restored, but a story without struggle isn’t nearly as fulfilling. I want to believe that this squad of soldiers, constantly pulled together and apart, will end up where they always should have been - at their family’s side.
I feel a lot of us are under this storm cloud thats about to release all hell, and I cannot blame anyone. This is dark season, I thought season 2 with Crosshair’s torture was terrible but s3 has put on the pressure.
But I have prediction :D
I’m on the team that Emerie will make the leap: hand over a giant red button and thundering music behind her. There’s something different about her, that unquestionable obedience and restraint gone. Her red lenses at her feet. The looming vat of blue in front of her, a monstrous shadow stretching over her. The button beeps, an alarm booming to life as the liquid in the tank lowers, a long arm twitching to life. Cuts to a poisonous green eye snapping open.
The scene cut to black as glass cracks, a monumental growl echoing into the dark.
That’s how episode 14 will leave and where the final will leave off.

Finally, we get the opportunity to put our Spy Cards worldbuilding in a work. Though there are many questions about such things as "regulation" "how these cards are printed" "who approves a single spy card", and so on, we are here to present a bold new take: this game is based like 60% on obscure roach memory-reading tech that got turned into a card game with absolutely No card-game-related intentions included in the original tech and most of the card vetting is just from the fact that there aren't too many card printers out there and most of them make cards that need to be translated from Roach.
Strictly speaking, as a card game, it is not a terribly good or well-balanced one. It's popular primarily because of a mix of the difficulty involved in getting the data for high-level cards, the fun of seeing the variety of monsters that can be brought to the table, and the incredible amounts of ham and drama that goes into specifically the professional scene.
