Hey I saw your response to my post and figured I'd send. A little request, I was thinking maybe just some fluffy cuddles with Toge after a bad day. If you don't mind gender neutral reader is preferred but anything is fine.

It has been a horrible day, really. All that could happen to hinder it happened, i guess you could say you were headbutted by murphy's law.

You knew you had a mission so you woke up early, while getting dressed your foot got caught on your clothes and you managed to knock your phone out of the nightstand.

Such a short fall wouldn't hurt right? right? Well...The screen cracked a bit on the corner. This was just the start of a series of unfortunate events that happened to you.

Among others there was: tripping on the entrance of building, having the curse you were suppose to exorcise spit something that smelled foul on you, it started to rain heavily before you got to Ichiji and so on.

The first thing you did upon arriving at school was ignoring Maki's greetings and going straight for a shower. Needless to say she was a bit annoyed, but your face didn't look the best so she let it slide.

After your shower you suddenly felt so drained, so much drained that you has you had to drag yourself to the dinning hall. The hall was as noisy as ever, having Yuji and Nobara arguing about something, Megumi sitently trying to eat but failing miserably as Maki slammed the table - when she grabbed the salt it was actually placed upside down with the lid on the bottom. So yeah, all the salt fell into the table - she was mad at Panda and Toge, it wasn't hard to figured one of them did that.

You sat between Megumi and the angry Maki across from Toge and started grabbing your food, so you soon joined Megumi in trying to eat silently.

Megumi asked you about your mission, he looked terribly concerned for you:

Megumi: Y/n-senpai, How was the mission?

Y/N: ... Fine...

Megumi: Were you hurt?

Y/N: No... why?

An unexpected and hurtfully honest comment came from your right:

Maki: Because you look like shit.

You paused for a moment before replying noticing some new attention on you:

Y/N: Thanks... It was a lovely day.

Panda: A rough day, huh?

Nobara: Was the mission that difficult?

Y/N: No...

You could see Yuji fidgeting when he tried to console you:

Yuji: Senpai don't look that bad... maybe a little tired.

Toge: Shake, shake!

You sighed heavily. How bad did you look?

Soon after that they all find different reasons to be loud again, it was like a vicious cycle. Soon after you were done eating you were ready to go to sleep before something else happened.

As you were saying good night to everyone, Toge offered you a dessert. You politly declined, which coming from you was a bit weird, so he exchanged a look with Panda, who shrugged it off.

On you way back to your room, you felt your body very heavy so you were pretty much dragging your self and making a mental note to buy a new phone.

Unfortunaly for you, your wave of bad luck haven't ended yet. You got to your room, got into more comfy clothes and started to make your bed to sleep when... CRASH!

You felt your soul leave your body. you turned around to see a shattered mirror. oh great! You soon heard a knock on the door:

??: Konbu, Konbu!

You sighed as you opened the door to see a very worried Toge:

Y/N : It was just the mirror ...

You stepped back and showed him the million pieces on the floor:

Y/N: guess this means more... like, seven years of bad luck?

The sighed in relief and offered to help you clean. As you both were done picking every single shard, Toge smiled happily at you - a mission accomplished kind of smile.

But you burst out in tears. The poor boy was left terribly confused as you proceeded to explain between sobs and mumbled words all that happened today.

Toge sat there and listened to you cry out your bad luck while rubbing your back. His head was going a million per hour trying to find a way to comfort you.

He can't say anything nice, it didn't seemed like you would read anything he wrote as of right now - and it might make you even more upset, your phone is broken after all - so he decided to go for the only thing he could do: Hug you.

You completly melted in the hug still sobbing a bit, Toge still rubbed your back unti you calmed down:

Y/N: And to top it off, I ended up holding you here, for like an hour!

Despite your sobs having died out you were still clinging to him, and you did not exactly leave any openning for protest either:

Y/N: I just want today to end!

Toge: Shake...

He patted your head and sighed. This time he had to grab his phone and write something. After a bit of typing he showed you the message, that was sent to you:

"It's ok, i don't mind! I can stick around for as much as you want. Are you feeling better?"

Y/N: ... Yes... but it doesn't feel right to take your time like that.

He was typing something again:

" All that matters is that you are better. Besides, i can come around and cuddle whenever you need"

Y/N Cuddle...?

You felt your cheeks burn. The reply made you jump out of your skin:

"Well, a hug is broken off after a while right? This is a cuddle"

Seeing you jump made him laugh silently. You quicky got up and sttuter out something:

Y/N: T-t-that's... true, b-but! We should take this bag full of boken glass away now! It's late...

You couldn't see it, but his ears were red. He giggled watching your nervous self walk away with the bag.

Toge got himself up from the floor and helped you tae the bags outside.

It was a silent trip - you couldn't look at him. But on the way back, before returning to your dorm you thaning him shyly for spending this time with you.

Toge smiled and patted your head. He waved you good night and you wished him the same. When you arrived again in your room, you sighed and saw the messages he had sent you earlier.

Scrolling throuh them you found a more recent one:

" You are welcome, if you need anything say it. The hugs are free for you! Good night"

You felt your face heat up again, but you smiled.

Maybe the end of the day wasn't that bad right...?

Oof that's a tough one, because I like to believe that you can fall in love with someone that isn't your type, but you find this certain connection with them. But I'll try my best 🤞🤞

Wind Breaker characters' "ideal type"

Haruka Sakura - sporty and passionate; because of his drive for fighting it would need to be someone who understands the passions and even better if they share it; someone ready to throw anything at any moment and run to you if needed, really dependable that you can tell all your secrets to;

Akihiko Nirei - nice and confident; someone who'd pump him up, his personal cheerleader, being the sweetest and nicest person known in town with such a lovable voice and words coming out of you, but when he is self-hating knowing just the way to change their words to firm and confident making sure he knows how loved he is;

Hayato Suou - kinda tsundere; someone not keen on PDA and easily flustered by it, and someone who likes discussing things - able to talk with Suou for hours on end about the topics that are interesting to both of them;

Kyotaro Sugishita - "big sibling" type; taking care of everyone and making sure he's part of the group, always making him feel included and sometimes making him socialize with others, even people he seems to hate (Sakura);

Mitsuki Kiryu - gamer; confident in skills and ready to throw hands if someone insults them or boyfriend, someone who looks sweet but in reality has a sharp tongue and can win any argument;

Taiga Tsugeura - someone who likes to take care of themselves; doesn't necessarily mean thin, but someone who likes to spend time making sure they are healthy, maybe someone having these daily trackers that they prepare to have better time management;

Uryu Sakaki - curious and someone who likes to eat and try new dishes; spending time searching through internet looking for new restaurants and food booths maybe even recipes to try with him;

Choji Tomiyama - complete opposite of him, meaning looks like they could kill you is a cinnamon roll; someone who people could mistake as the leader, like with Togame, but really they are all smiles and ready for cuddles, probably couldn't hurt anyone, only if they were really angry;

Jo Togame - kuudere- popular and disinterested; surprisingly very popular because of their "cool" behaviour, but they are simply disinterested in most things, when others talk to them or while others ask for help, but their loving boyfriend, that can make smile bloom on their face and somehow can interest them in anything he likes;

Kota Sako - someone who has sweet tooth; with his love for sweets it would need to be someone who also doesn't mind going to try sweets every now and then, maybe even someone who takes photos of said food and shows it off on their social media;

Minoru Kanuma - teasing and confident; being the 'comedic relief character' for everyone when they are annoyed by teasing the shit out of them in funny way but also not hurting their feeling in the process;

Yukinari Arima - loving and easily flustered; someone who adores being his centre of attention, even seeking it out, but also being easily flushed the moment he touches them or calls them with endearment;

Teruomi Inugami - equally joyful but more calm; someone who loves the puppy energy of his and hypes him up even more, although they look calm they are excited to spend every minute with him;

random, stupid idea you can ignore, but what is the reader was like, a kitsune or something? like their world didn't have abilities, but they had yokai or something? you can ignore this if it's to complicated or you have to much work already!!

Self-Aware! BSD Character x GN! Kitsune! Reader

Description: For some reason, you were always wearing a fox costume, while reading BSD. At least, BSD character were sure, that it's a costume.

Warning: OOC. Mentions of alcohol. I add eight links in the A/N, if you want to learn more about mentioned youkai or see, how BSD characters looked like in costumes. English is my second language.

You were having a time of your life. You had a plate of fried tofu, some good sake and new volume of BSD manga. You feet like a happy kitsune.

With your tails and ears visible, you were reading manga. Suddenly, you noticed, that your phone started to glow.

Two things happened.

First, a bunch of people appeared in your living room.

Second, you, for the first time in centuries, lost control and turned into a fox.

For one moment everything was fine. Then, you tried to set the intruders on fire. Perhaps, they were your fellow kitsunes, who decide to prank you.

Well, you didnt like it in one bit.

Time to teach them a lesson.

🐾 Okay, when they see you for the first time, they thought that you were wearing a costume. Like... You have fox ears and nine tails... You have to be wearing a costume.

🐾 But, when you transformed into a nine-tailed fox, because they startled you, when they appeared in your world, they realized, that you are, indeed, not a human. Especially, after you, an angry nine-tailed fox, tried to set them on fire.

🐾 After some explanations, fried tofu (thanks, Kyouka) and sake (thanks, Kaji) you calmed down and turned back into your half-fox half-human form.

🐾 And then, the time for an explanation from you arrived.

🐾 You told them, that your world has youkai, that were living near humans for thousands of years.

🐾 While youkai were hiding their existence from humans a secret, it doesn't mean, that youkais were hiding from humans.

🐾 With some cautious behaviour and with help from each other, youkais were secretly living among humans.

🐾 You quickly noticed, that BSD Cast looked guilty. They thought, that you will be uncomfortable with them knowing your secret. You assured them, that you are actually happy. You liked humans and were glad to have human friends who will accept you as a kitsune.

🐾 You bond with BSD Cast really quickly.

🐾 You, Dazai and Gogol formed a prankster group. You three became a worse nightmare for Kunikida, and, from time to time, for Dostoevsky.

🐾 You and Kyouka often eat tofu together.

🐾 You, Dazai, Fukuzawa, Verlaine, Rimbaud, Fukuchi, Kaji, Yosano, Oda, Ango and Taneda became drinking buddies.

🐾 Kenji want to meet other youkais. He talks with every animal he can find.

🐾 You nap on Kenji's lap in your fox form from time to time.

🐾 After characters get their costumes from the app (their costumes from their cards), you had a photoshoot.

🐾 Now, you have a photo with Yamawaro! Kenji, Diviners! Fukuzawa, Atsushi, Junchirou, Naomi, Kunikida, Mori, Elise and Higuchi, Tengu! Dazai, Kitsune! Kyouka, Chokeshin!Yosano, Jorogumo! Kouyou, Shutendoji! Chuuya and Inugami! Akutagawa.

Wanderer x Yokai!Reader

At first I tried keeping what Yokai the Reader was vague, but how they act/came to be would depend on this. So I'm making the executive decision to have the reader be an Inugami. So warning of starvation, animal and human abuse. I say this as a kid who grew up with unsupervised internet access, looking up how people "made" an Inugami is very dark so warning for some of the headcanons (I'll make the first words in red so you know what ones to skip)

After you where completely filled in on what happened... let's just say Wanderer got an ear full

"Kuni I swear, if you try that again I'll count that as abuse and tare you limb from limb :D"

Being an Inugami means you where a sort of "man-made" yokai

Being once a domesticat dog forced into servitude because of a horrific starvation ritual with food just out of reach, anger, hunger, and betrayal turned you into a yokai

And because your creators finished the ritual properly with finally feeding you (After your death, by the way) you had enter a contract with them

But if the contracted harm or abuse the Inugami, the contract is broken

So, long story short, they broke the contract and payed the price

Yae Miko was sent to wrangle you in because you where like a toddler with a knife, dangerous

So when Ei sealed the prototype puppet in his domain, Yae Miko decided to wash her hands of you

Miko had him give you food and the rest is history

So now here you two where looking each other in the eyes

It was awkward, at first.

Then he started rummaging around his pockets, then held his hand out.

"Here." It was a piece of candy

You took it.

"You still carry candies around for the children?"

"No! It's just an old habit, okay?"

Well you guess he really is still your old master,

After exiting the Sanctuary of Samsura, the young God greeted you.

"Did you two make up? Or are you going your separate ways?" The little fairy-like god asked

"Can't you keep your nose out of my personal matters? But for your information, yes we made up," Wanderer continued, turning to you, "And yes, our old contract still stands," he had a faint smile. Atleast one old friend hasn't betr- no left him yet.

Request(yes):  Could you write kemono jihen Inugami x reader? Something like reader is new coworker in his office and she’s nice but always gets into trouble and he is really worried about that and one day just gets angry because she did that again. I wrote “she” cause it was easier for me but if you want it can be gender neutral.

Warning: Mentions of injury and anger management? Nothing angst, just some mention of Inugami’s anger.

Note: I honestly have not yet figure out how to write Inugami- but I hope this portrays him well!

Generally, Kohachi is a very relaxed and laid back person.

Despite him often being in a near-death situation with the kids, or even on his own, he seems to have always gain control and have the situation to turn to his favour.

Hence why it's hard for his worry to last for long.

That is, until you, a Tengu who decided to stay in the city and came to his office.

Your natural instinct are composed of general mischief and self-ego, one that at first, he tolerate quite easily. (Looking at Mihai who are also somewhat troublesome with his pride, but useful nonetheless.)

At first the relationship between you two are similar of his and Mihai,

You with your capable swordsmanship and him who keeps adding more and more orphan hybrid under his care.

Sure he trusted you with the kids, specifically Akira when his brother are away, but also Shiki and Kabane. Just to make sure those three doesn't do some weird investigation on their own.

But somehow, along the way, he started to realized that you too, is a problem magnet.

At first he thought it was just bad luck that you and the kids are having; but maybe, maybe not.

Though with your guilty facial expression and you boosting that you’re ‘fine’ each time he caught you coming home injured from another 'incident', he can't really tell anymore whether it's caused by your intentional mischief or your incredibly terrible luck.

But then it keeps happening again; with, or without the kids, it seems like trouble is always up on your wings.

Early time there isn't much damage inflicted on you and the kids, just some trouble that occurred in public that he's sure Inari manage to cover.

He scolds you all often, obviously. Kabane, Shiki and Akira, and not to forget you too, the one who's supposed to 'watch over the kids'.

Though it's hard to simply keep it as 'scolding' when every time it happens; your health is often at stake.

His patience was broken when you came home with bullet holes and small ice shards on the tips of your wings, along with a terrified Akira clinging to your side, supporting as you walk, injured.

You know; everyone who know Kohachi's nature as a bakedanuki would know of his anger when it comes down to it.

You were scared, obviously, by his aura alone. You’re old enough to sense when another kemono is angry.

Though you were thankful because he ordered Akira to immediately call Aya to come assist your injury.

He doesn't face you, you don't know whether it's because he doesn't want to lash out on you or because he feels guilt after seeing your injury. You can't tell, and perhaps, even he can't tell.

While the half-arache girl heals you, he had a talk with Akira about the situation.

He was angry, yes, even after knowing the reason behind your injury, he still is.

So he took a break from the office, giving temporary control over the agency to Mihai (but not in a way where he can mess with the kids again).

It could be that he's off to cooldown, or perhaps off to release the pent up frustration away from you and the kids, and everyone else in the city.

Or perhaps he would try investigate, find out, and deal with those who hurt you all by himself.

After all, no one wants to face the anger a Tanuki, right?

Author’s note;  And for a little reminded for you guys; I'm studying at the moment and I'm far too busy to even breath - let alone to write fanfic. So, updating this fic will be slow Until February 2020.

The door opens and Thorin steps in the house, you behind him. The air in the house feels heavy, tense even. Thorin stops and you bumb into him, not noting that he had stopped. Thorin turns to you and takes your hand, making sure you're alright before he turns to addres the rest of the people in the room. Everyone were looking at you two, seeing your teary, red eyes, noting how you didn't look at any of them, how Thorin seemed disappointed and even angry. For them, they knew it. They had disappointed their king. And they knew how much they had hurt you. But whatever they were ashamed of it, well...

"Myself and (Y/n) have come to an conclusion that she will travell with Gandalf until he can be sure of her heritage, if the wizard will only have her under his wing. You will let her be before you have apologized from her and when you truly mean it. If anyone of you is disrespectful towards her from now on, I will have you missheaded" Thorin says in commanding voice. The dwarves stare at him and then Fili.

"I already promised to send those back home, who have problem with aunt (Y/n)" Fili says. You lift your eyes to the older prince, when you hear him addres you as an aunt. He really was a sweet lad, as his brother was. They loved you and had accepted you as you, Fíli even calling you his aunt. And you were greatful from them of everything.

"That's good" Thorin nods, then he turns to Gandalf. "I hope you are ready to take her with you, wizard, where ever you go" Gandalf frowns, but nods. He didn't like the idea of putting you in danger, but then again, when he would get the message from Lord Elrond, you would get the information immidietly. But then again, if he was going to see the old tomb's of the nine king's, it would be too dangerous for you. Going through the forest would be much less dangerous, even with the dark magic and when it was possible to get lost in there.

"Fine. She will travell with me from now on, but only when it is safe for her to come with me" Gandalf answers. Thorin, and most in the room, narrows their eyes. You lift your eyes to the wizard, knowing what he meant. The nine ghoslty ring-kings and their tomb and that fortress in norther Mirkwood. Then it hit you. Thorin's father was in there, held as captive. And Gandalf couldn't get him out alive. But... could you do it? It wasn't safe, but... could you help Gandalf to get Thrain safe?

"I'm coming with you, Gandalf. No matter where you go. I'm coming with you" you said with a shaky voice. You wished your voice could've been stronger, but atleas you could be as stubborn as a dwarf.

Thorin turns to you, lookin concerned, as did Gandalf. The others looked confused, and you didn't blame them. Everyone expect Beorn understood that there might be some danger that wizard would encounter, since you knew their future, but what ever it was, they didn't know. And they knew that you wouldn't tell them, in fear that they wouldn't believe, since their ponies hadn't never believed you.

"Will we meet again, tho? If you'll go with Gandalf?" Fili asks. You turn to him and think about it. Would you? Not any time soon, that's for sure, but if you and the company wouls stay alive, then yes.

"Well... I hope so. I'm gonna come back to your uncle, anyway, and to pamper my two favorite nephews, so.... He had turned to look at his nephew, so you couldn't see clearly his face. Fili looks at his uncle and then to you, and he smiles sweetly.

"I sertainly hope you do come back, auntie" says Kili, who had decided to rejoin the company. You turned to him and smiled to him. With cheeky grin Kili ads; "And we'll try to stay alive, only if you'll promised to come back to us" You rolled your eyes and nodded. Because what else could you do for these three idiots?

  After the talk, everyone went to their own business. Kili came to give you a long, tight hug, as did Fili. Then they retired with Ori, Bombur and Bifur to sleep, after bidding goodnight for their dear aunt and uncle. Such a sweethearts, those two, when they wanted to be. Bofur, Nori, Dwalin, Gloin, Oin and Bilbo took their pipes and started to smoke around the table and talk in hushed voice, while Dori and Balin aproached you and Thorin.

"Lass, I'm truly sorry about the all the misunderstanding's there has been and how we have treated you. I can only speak of myself, but... I am sorry" Balin says, not in any political manner, but in earnesty. You could tell it. You could see it in his yes, on his face. Balin was really sorry, he meant every word he had said.

"Yeah... That's... It's alright, Balin. You're forgiven" you said and gave him a small smile. He nodded, patted you shoulder, tears in his eyes, before he went to stand next to his brother, taking the last pipesmokes of the evening before retiring for a bed. You and Thorin, on the other hand, turned your eyes to Dori. He was so awkward. He didn't look neither of you nor Thorin, but stared the floor instead.

"I... I am sorry of how radically me and Nori have been acting. I've been... not kind to you, (Y/n) and I have no explanation for it expect to hear of your father being an elf. And for Nori... Well, he's been mean, not kind to you. I have no explanation for his behavior. But, I'm sorry for how we've been acting" Dori says. He looked sad, but you couldn't be 100% sure if he was serious, like you had been with Balin. 

"But I plea you, do not put our mistake's on Ori. I know he looks up to you, (Y/n), that he has never thought badly of you. I can live back Blue Mountain's, Nori with me, but please, don't let our mistake's to effect on Ori. He deserves more than two unhonored brother's shame" Dori says and then he bows - to you. And then he goes to sleep, shame written all over his features.

You didn't know what to think, so you let Thorin do the decision. And before retring to sleep, Thorin announced to the rest who were up that they'd be continuing the journey the next morning - those who accepted you would continue to Erebor, those who didn't would turn and go back to Blue Mountain's and never come near Erebor. And those who would continue the Journey but wouldn't accept their queen, you, would give their head to Thorin. Because he would find out what ever they shit talked of you or not, and he would behead them - personally. Then he took you to sleep. 

The next morning came far too quickly. Beorn promised to you to look after Inugami, the wolf puppy, and to take him back to his pack. That was the only reassuring thing in that morning. Besides Thorin, Fili and Kili, Dori and Balin none of the others didn't approach you with their apology - not even Bilbo. Not that the halfling had anything to apoligice for, but... It was the thought, wanting to know that he accepted you as you, with your heritage. 

So, with that, you kept your distance to them, didn't look at them, acted as if they were nothing to you. That was easy, easier than you thought. You stood next to Gandalf, who whispered you his intention's to leave the company, what he thought about this new danger. You noded here and commented there, not giving him any answers. And finally, you just told him that you'd tag a long, claming that he'd meet a person on this journey who you needed to save. Gandalf frowned, but did not question on this. He would find out about it, eventually.

Then, after the breakfast came the time to live. You stood further away from the other's, as they readied the ponies Beorn let them loan.

"Are you sertain it is alright to travell with the wizard?" you hear Beorn's deep voice before he steps next to you. You glance up to him, before you turn back to the company. You knew you needed some distance from them, and even when Gandalf's trip could cost you your life, you needed to do it.

"I have to do it, Beorn. I know this story from my old home. And I have a father-in-law who needs saving, and I do not trust him in Gandalf's hands" you admit. Beorn uplifts his brow, but does not press on it. For a minute you two just stay there, looking at the dwarves prepairing to live, until you turn to the bear man. You knew from the movies that he would attempt to the war, but now you weren't sure. And you wanted to ask him to take part of it, to accept Ragast's plea when he would seak allies. Because there was too much orc's in there and the dwarves, elvs and men needed all the allies they could get.

Beorn could probably sens or see your disconfort, because he put his large hand on your shoulder in confort. When you turned to look at him, you could see how his features were soft.

"What is it, little spirit?" Beorn asks. You breath out slowly, before turning to the dwarves. He frowned when he saw you worried look, anticipating that something bad was going on.

"What isn't wrong, Beorn? I know how the story will end, I know how the story in sixty year from now on will go and end. I know, who will die in the these stories. And some of those people are who I love and care deeply. And then there is these evil beings, orcs, goblins, Sauron... So many live wil be lost, because everyone around us are so blind. And I'm not even sure, if everything I know will happen" you admit, before turning back to Beorn. He nodded slowly, deep frown on his face. Then he turned to look at the landscape for a some time, before sighing.

"Whatever you need, little spirit, just name it. I cannot promise it to you, but..." he says and you nod.

"Keep your friends safe... And ready for a possible war against orc's in near future" you say, meeting Beorn's eyes. Now he looked as serious as he possibly could. Then he lifted his eyes from you to look behind you, his eyes going round and his body tensing. 

And mere seconds later you felt something hitting you on the head, before the world went black in your eyes.

Ace x Inugami! Leitora

Se passara quase meio ano desde que descobriram sobre (Nome) ser um inugami, ela foi bem aceita. Muitos acharam fantástico o fato dela ser um Yokai e diziam ter uma força surpreendente em sua tripulação.

Algumas coisas mudaram nas relações entre ela e a tripulação: Barba Branca agora a tratava como filha, os outros tripulantes a tratavam mais como humana do que como um cão mesmo que ela ainda mantivesse sua personalidade de filhote brincalhão ou passasse mais tempo em sua forma canina.

Quando ela estava em sua forma humana às vezes era estranho quando ela agia como cão pedindo atenção ou carinho, alguns ficavam confusos, outros se divertiam e ela foi vítima de piadas de cão, mas logo defendida por Marco que sabe como é ser alvo de piadas relacionadas a animais.

Quanto a (Nome), nesse momento ela estava no quarto que ganhou da família. Antigamente ela costumava dormir ou com Barba Branca ou revezando entre dormir com os comandantes. Mas depois da grande revelação eles decidiram que seria melhor a tratarem mais como humana então prepararam um quarto confortável, mas ainda mantiveram os brinquedos para cachorro. Apesar de sua aparência adulta, ela ainda tinha um temperamento enérgico de um filhote.

O dia dela era rotineiro: passear pelo convés, se divertir nadando quando ancoravam o navio, brincava com seus irmãos ou até mesmo lutava quando estavam sob ataque. Nada de anormal.

O tempo foi passando e logo (Nome) completaria seis anos, pareceu ter amadurecido em sua personalidade parecendo ser mais adulta e se comportar mais como uma humana. Ela se tornou mais séria, responsável e calma não brincando com tanta frequência como fazia.

Durante um dos jantares, alguns tripulantes e comandantes conversavam sobre a mudança do comportamento de (nome), eles estavam preocupados com essa mudança repentina.

“Seriamente, estou muito preocupado com (Nome)…” – Izo comentou e todos os comandantes concordam.

“Ela anda muito séria…” – Thatch comentou com igual preocupação.

“Vocês acham que estou agindo estranha?” – Eles engasgam quando ouvem a voz de (Nome) atrás deles.

Todos eles ainda surpreendidos olham para a inugami que estava de pé perto deles enquanto tinha um osso pendurado no canto da boca enquanto ela mastigava a ponta que estava entre os dentes.

“(Nome)? Não nos assuste desse jeito!” – Vista disse quando teve a sensação de quase enfartar.

“Desculpe, desculpe! Mas ainda não me responderam… Vocês pensam que eu estou agindo estranha?” – ela pergunta arqueando uma sobrancelha.

“Bem… Você mudou repentinamente em poucas semanas…” – Haruta foi quem comentou.

“Ah, entendi… Vocês já ouviram falar de idade canina?” – ela perguntou com um tom desinteressado.

“Não é sobre um ano para os humanos equivaler a sete anos para um cão?” – Fossa perguntou querendo uma confirmação.

“Exato.” – (Nome) respondeu.

“Não entendo como isso está relacionado!” – Jozu comentou confuso.

“Aí que você se engana, porque seguindo a idade canina e os padrões inugamis eu sou uma adulta agora e muitos da minha espécie tem um amadurecimento psicológico de poucas semanas.” – (Nome) apenas respondeu dando de ombros.

“Espere, se não me engano se multiplica a idade humana de um cão por sete para se ter a idade canina… isso quer dizer que…” – Thatch começou a calcular.

“(Nome) tem quarenta e dois anos…” – Marco comentou.

“Bingo! Os quarenta e dois anos da idade canina para os inugamis é como a maioridade de dezoito anos dos humanos!” – ela comentou com um sorriso.

“Realmente é muito diferente os padrões…” – Marco comentou arqueando uma sobrancelha.

“Se vocês fossem inugamis já estariam na fase adulta a muito tempo.” – ela deu uma risadinha.

“A maior parte de nós estaria acima dos trezentos anos…” – Izo comentou pensativo.

“Oyaji estaria acima dos quinhentos anos.” – Thatch comentou e muitos deixaram o queixo cair imaginando suas vidas como inugamis.

(Nome) ria das expressões dos seus irmãos quando começaram a especular idades e suas vidas como inugamis.

“Boa noite para vocês, eu vou dormir.” – ela se despediu indo para o quarto.

Os comandantes continuaram a discutir com curiosidade sobre como seriam outros padrões dos inugamis, ao menos a maioria pois Ace continuou observando (Nome) se afastar até sair do campo de visão deles.

Ele continuou em silêncio por um bom tempo e depois decidiu se despedir dos amigos antes de ir para seu quarto. Ao chegar lá, Ace apenas entra e depois de fechar a porta caminha até a cama onde simplesmente se jogou.

Seus pensamentos estavam cheios e direcionados a uma única pessoa… (Nome).

Ele não conseguia entender como ou quando aconteceu, ele a viu crescer desde filhote e da época que não foi revelado que ela era um filhote inugami. Mas há pelo menos meio ano, ele sentia algo diferente na relação entre eles: Ace desenvolveu sentimentos por ela, ele se apaixonou pela Inugami.

Isso deixava confuso, simplesmente não conseguia entender porque isso aconteceu, era tão estranho para ele…

“(Nome)…” – ele murmurou o nome da inugami enquanto suspirou.

Enquanto esse jovem humano estava perdido em seus pensamentos, havia outra pessoa que fazia o mesmo…

(Nome) estava em seu quarto deitada em sua cama abraçando o travesseiro olhando o céu noturno pela janela e sua mente tomada pelo sorriso radiante de alguém, uma pessoa que tomava conta de cada um de seus pensamentos e fazia seu coração bater mais rápido.

Ela estava pensando em Ace, o humano que conquistou cada um dos seus pensamentos… Ela tinha notado que algo em seus sentimentos pelo comandante da segunda divisão haviam mudado. Ela acabou tendo sentimentos fortes por quem acabou se apaixonando.

“Ace…” – ela sussurrou o nome do homem enquanto escondeu seu rosto no travesseiro.

Nenhum dos dois sabia o que fazer, não haviam percebido os sentimentos que eles têm entre eles e tão pouco teriam coragem para confessar um ao outro estes sentimentos correspondidos sem saberem. Talvez tudo dependeria do tempo e do destino para que algo os unisse em esta bela paixão que se tornará uma bela história de amor.

It had been almost half a year since they found out about (Name) being an inugami, she was well accepted. Many found it astonishing that she was a Yokai and was said to have an amazing strength in her crew.

Some things changed in her relations with the crew: Whitebeard now treated her as a daughter, the other crew treated her more as a human than as a dog even though she still kept her puppy personality playful or spent more time in her canine form.

When she was in her human form sometimes it was strange when she acted as a dog for attention or affection, some were confused, others were amused and she was the victim of dog jokes, but soon defended by Marco who knows what it is like to be the target of jokes related to animals.

As for (Name), at that time she was in the room she won from the family. In the old days she used to sleep or Whitebeard or take turns sleeping between her commanders. But after the big revelation they decided it would be better to treat them more like humans so they prepared a comfortable room but still kept the dog toys. Despite her adult appearance, she still had an energetic temperament of a puppy.

Her day was routine: riding the deck, having fun swimming when anchoring the ship, playing with her brothers or even fighting when under attack. Nothing abnormal.

Time passed and soon (Name) would complete six years, seemed to have matured in her personality seeming to be more adult and behave more like a human. She became more serious, responsible and calm, not joking as often as she did.

During one of the dinners, some crew and commanders talked about the change in (name) behavior, they were worried about this sudden change.

“Seriously, I’m very worried about (Name) …” - Izo commented and all commanders agreed.

“She’s very serious …” Thatch commented with equal concern.

“Do you guys think I’m acting weird?” - They choke when they hear the (Name) voice behind them.

All of them still stared at the inugami who was standing next to them while there was a bone hanging in the corner of her mouth as she chewed the tip that was between her teeth.

“(Name)? Do not scare us like that! "Vista said when she had the feeling of almost freaking out.

"Sorry, sorry! But they have not answered me yet … Do you think I’m acting strange? ”

“Well … You changed suddenly in a few weeks …” - Haruta was the one who commented.

“Oh, I understand … Have you ever heard of canine age?” She asked in a disinterested tone.

“Is not it a year for humans to be seven years for a dog?” Fossa asked for confirmation.

“Oyaji would be over five hundred years old,” Thatch commented, and many of them dropped their jaws imagining their lives as inugamis.

(Name) laughed at the expressions of their brothers when they began to speculate ages and their lives as inugamis.

“Good evening to you guys, I’m going to bed.” She said goodbye to the bedroom.

The commanders continued to discuss with curiosity what the other Inugami’s standards would look like, at least the majority because Ace continued to watch (Name) move away from their field of vision.

He remained silent for a long time and then decided to say goodbye to his friends before going to his room. Upon arriving there, Ace just enters and after closing the door walks to the bed where he simply threw himself.

His thoughts were full and directed to one person … (Name).

He could not understand how or when it happened, he saw her grow up since puppy and the time it was not revealed that she was an inugami puppy. But for at least half a year, he felt something different in the relationship between them: Ace developed feelings for her, he fell in love with Inugami.

It made him confused, he just could not understand why it happened, it was so strange to him …

“(Name) …” - he murmured the name of the inugami as he sighed.

Esto dejaba confuso, simplemente no podía entender por qué sucedió, era tan extraño para él …

Mientras ese joven humano estaba perdido en sus pensamientos, había otra persona que hacía lo mismo …

(Nombre) estaba en su cuarto acostada en su cama abrazando la almohada mirando el cielo nocturno por la ventana y su mente tomada por la sonrisa radiante de alguien, una persona que se apoderaba de cada uno de sus pensamientos y hacía su corazón golpear más rápido.

Ella estaba pensando en Ace, el humano que conquistó cada uno de sus pensamientos … Ella había notado que algo en sus sentimientos por el comandante de la segunda división habían cambiado. Ella acabó teniendo sentimientos fuertes por quien acabó enamorándose.

“Ace …” -susurró el nombre del hombre mientras escondía su cara en la almohada.

Ninguno de los dos sabía qué hacer, no habían percibido los sentimientos que ellos tienen entre ellos y tan poco tendrían coraje para confesar uno al otro estos sentimientos correspondidos sin saberlo. Tal vez todo dependería del tiempo y del destino para que algo los uniera en esta bella pasión que se convertirá en una bella historia de amor.

Normally Inugami doesn't go on his Tanuki form, unless the children need some help from their friendly cuddly Tanuki.

You thought it was quite cute but also funny - You witnessed Akira hugging and snuggling Inugami, something that normally would be weird.

It was also absolutely adorable how Kabane thanked the "mister Tanuki" or even how Shiki carried him sometimes - with a bit of a frown.

Whenever Inugami would be back from these little adventurous he avoided eye contact with you if you were in the scene.

Why? Well, because you couldn't help but smirk.

He always said he just wanted to help the kids with some guindance and a roof, but here he was watching over them and allowing them to treat him like a cute and friendly Tanuki pet.

Inugami does have his moments of revenge on you though!

When he is in Tanuki form he often leads you to an area full of Tanuki's. Why? because its amusing to him seeing you struggle to find him!

In the event you don't feel like doing either things, he will just quietly listen to you vent - he noticed you tend to open up more to him and be more honest while he is a Tanuki.

Probably because you don't have to make eye contact with another human - or one in the human form.

He never judges you for whatever you are venting about and later, he might bring it up, asking if you want to chat about it, advice or just... leave it be.

Inugami is not the type to pressure you to talk, so he will let you be. But that doesn't mean he won't investigate or try to help in any way.

Quite the opposite. If he can help he will, especially if you ask for his help.

He won't deny giving you a helping hand or a soft fur to pet.

Just don't expect him to turn into a Tanuki asap when ( if?) you ask you. He may come around later for that.

And no, he will not admit liking it nor say he won't ever refuse that request.

It's best to leave it as a silent agreement.

Most of the time Inugami tranformed into his Tanuki form, he would take the size of a small tanuki. It usually happened when he was watching over the kids during a job they went "alone" or when he needed to investigate something - being small was convinient at times.

But it also meant being confused as a lost pet or as strangely not- so friendly tanuki, which led to some hand trying to pet him. At these times he would allow someone to carry him and this person could be one of the kids or you - the ones he trusted the most.

Now, with the kids it wasn't as awkward as it was with you since you knew that that cute and cuddly tanuki was actually a dectitive you worked for. Therefore it become a bit awkward for him to have you pat his head or snuggle him.

So that brings you two to the current discussion - Inugami was returning from collecting some info for a job, but it suddenly became crowded and he could not transform on his human form. But walking as a tanuki would be rough too many people.

So here were you crouched near a bush talking to a tanuki, begging him to let you carry him. You started with the argument of being easier to get out of there,but.... He did not buy that. All your arguments fell flat - he said he could easily get away.

This looked like a lost battle until you both heard a very familiar voice - Kon was loudly calling Kabane. Well, the kids are here. They might not notice Inugami, but they would see you soon crouching and chatting with an animal.

As Inugami did not want to be found out yet by the kids, he quickly jumped in your lap. You tried to tease him:

Y/N: Oh, so now it's ok?

Inugami: ....

Y/N: What are we going to do? I cannot carry back...

Inugami:....

Y/N:... I see ...

You sighed at his silence. But you did not have much time as Kabane stopped you there. So you scooped Inugami and went to greet the kids. Shiki asked you why you were in the bushes, while Akira was excited about the tanuki in your arms.

So you said you were helping it. It was stuck there and now you going to take him somewhere less crowded and safer.

Upon hearing that the kids tried to help you taking the "poor" tanuki somewhere safe.The only thing you could think of was dropping Inugami on some park or woods.

You couldn't help but noticed the big sigh he gave, probably forseeing a long way home. You felt bad for him, so you just patted him and snuggled a bit.

After dropping him in a park and having Akira and Kabane waving him bye, you turned on your heels to return to the agency with the kids, Kon included.

You made sure to take some extra time before returning, to be sure Inugami would be back already. Upon arriving, you were greeted by him.

Everything was so chaotic until the children took turns to take a bath to sleep and settling Kon somewhere. At this moment you couldn't help and tease Inugami:

Y/N: See? if you had taken my offer on the first try i wouldn''t have had to drop you on a park.

Inugami:... or if had just left.

Y/N: On the crowd? Am i that bad at carrying animals?

Inugami: It would be a tad bit difficult, but, i could manage.

Y/N: Yeah, right... You didn't even answer me before.

Inugami: Well, Tanukis don't talk, do they?

The man grinned at you. You felt your cheeks burn a bit at how cheeky he could be.

Y/N: They don't. But you could have said something.

He didn't reply. Just patted your head and started walking away to finish some work:

Inugami: You are not bad at carrying, by the way.

You felt your cheek flush, but before you could ask if that meant you carry him around some more, he was already gone. you Sighed.

A small victory, right?

Its very hard to see a sick Inugami.

While it is true he finds himself in odd places like sewers and forests, he almost never gets sick.

But when he does, he acts similarly as to when he is injured - he tries to hide it from the kids.

He also keeps a good distance from everyone - no one else needs to be sick!

If Inugami happens to have a fever or something debilitating like that, the children and you will be worried sick and it will tear up his heart a bit.

The man hates giving trouble to others.

So the chances of him having a badly cured cold or flu is kinda high.

Of course, with time you noticed his little antics.

But to take care of him you must be very stubborn and strict.

Now, Inugami doesn't complain about being sick, he is no drama queen, but he may sigh more often or grunt a little here and there.

As he also does not complain about the medicines you fetch him.

They may be bitter or sour, he won't say anything and just take it.

So in this end he is quite easy to take care of.

The biggest issue is convincing him he needs to rest and to be taken care of.

The man thinks he can just shrug off a cold.

He is constantly worried about the children, especially after what mihai did.

So he refuses to just rest away the cold.

On this scenario you need to reassure him you will keep an eye o the kids and on mihai.

If you are able to convince him so, then he will rest a bit.

For only like two days, The tanuki is a very worried kemono.

Inugami lowkey likes being taken care of.

Its nice to have a personal nurse!

But he will try to repay you somehow.

You are tired from the "double shift" aka taking care of him and the children and mihai? Here have a day off to yourself.

He noticed that when you took care of him and he rested properly he recovered much faster.

Despite knowing that, he won't ask you directly to cover for him while he rests his sickness away.

Won't tell you he is sick, like i said, he hates troubling others.

So it is up to you and your detective skills to figure out if he is sick or not.

All in all, Inugami is a very good patient, he listens to your advices, despite not resting much.

He doesn't complain out loud about being sick.

And he worries alot about the children being alone with mihai again.

He will also get greatly worried about getting you sick too, since you have been coming and going .

So expect a few "how about you? are ok?" questions from him.

He will also ask if the children are ok too.

Please take good care of this tanuki, he may not say it but he cares a lot for the children and they need him just as much

• You came to learn a few things:

• 1) mikhail wasn't exactly trustworthy;

• 2) the children needed to be patched up or consoled often;

• 3) Inugami was horrible with technology;

• 4) not just the children needed medical attention, the tanuki did too.

• Inugami usually hid his injuries from the children in order to not make them panic.

• But he could never fool you.

• The first tip that he was injured, was that he avoided eye contact with you.

• Mostly because you could literally smell that he was hurt.

• So he avoided looking at you to not see your " so, what do we have here now?" Face.

• Don't get it wrong though! Inugami quite liked how you paid attention to him like that.

• That you got worried.

• But mostly that you took care of him. A private nurse is nice right?

• As soon as you two were alone, no children in sight, you would start taking care of his wounds.

• Usually he would tell them he would take a shower after they all did and were tucked away by you.

• Gotta clean the wounds first you know? Nothing better than soap!

• By the time he was out of the bathroom he would find you seated in the living room with a kit next to you.

• A first aid kit? Nope. The bag was a lot bigger because it alot of things inside, not just a first aid kit.

• Inugami would sit down next to you, chat a bit explaining what happened briefly.

• Then he would turn his wounds towards you.

• As you patched him up and ask him what the hell happen, he would give you more details.

• Sometimes he hissed when you cleaned the wounds or checked for lingering pieces of a foreign object.

• You apologized everytime and he would tell you to not worry about, after all you are just helping.

• Regarding the bruises, if he had any, you would give him an ice pack and a towel ( to avoid skin burn, always place a towel underneath the ice readers, always.) to place on them while you fixed the cuts and scratches.

• You weren't the best one at stitches, but you did a decent job.

• At first you were worried about leaving a nasty scar, but Inugami reassured you he trusted you and that he wouldn't mind it.

• As you were very focused on treating him, you didn't really noticed his expression.

• He always holds a thankful and happy expression as you patch him up.

• By the time you are done, while you are putting the medicines and ointments away, he is putting his shirt on.

• You absolutely refused to look up from organizing the bag.

• Why? Because the man was half naked.

• While you were busy patching him up, was one thing - you were focused, worried and had a duty to fulfill. But after? Well… it felt a bit..  embarrassing.

• You bet Inugami notices this, but he doesn't say anything. Just smirk to himself.

• When all is done, equipment organized and he is dressed again, he would thank you.

• Usually with a head pat or just ruffling your hair. 

• Sometimes after patting your head, he would get you your favourite drink or snack.

• Other tines when the job was particularly tricky or he was just tired, Inugami would lean his head on your shoulder.

• And just stay there for a bit.

• If you happen to scold him for doing something reckless, well, he would listen until the end and apologize.

• Inugami wouldn't make excuses for acting so impulsively.

• If you ever tease him about getting hurt in purpose just to be taken care of by you, well, he won't deny it either.

• But will definitely not exactly answer. He would just try to change the topic or joke that he should use your services as a nurse while you were around.

• Like I said before, he loved being taken care of by you, but he wouldn't get hurt on purpose for it.

• But Inugami would not do anything about the wound, no matter how small it was, just so you could care for him.

• A little cheesy eh?

• He always asked you to keep his injuries a secret from the children - no need to lie, but no need to mention it.

• He didn't want to worry the little detectives!
