I was relaxing in the pool today, music playing, working on my tan but all I kept thinking about was all the things I wasn’t getting done because I was in the pool 😩 Does this ever happen to you? Ieri sera ho pianto a lezione 🥲 e oggi ti racconto perché! . Non è la prima volta che mi succede, quindi non mi sono stupita più di tanto, ma per me è sempre un buon indicatore di quanto sono connessa a ciò che faccio. Ieri sera però è stato commovente o comunque un’esperienza forte anche per altre allieve. Segno che avevamo fatto centro! Abbiamo fatto una pratica sul primo chakra e sulla necessità di radicarci nel corpo per evitare di venire schiacciate in basso dalla continua minaccia alla sopravvivenza che ci viene tirata addosso ogni giorno. È un argomento lungo da trattare qui perciò ho scritto un Blog Post che trovi sul mio sito (il link al sito è in Bio) in cui approfondisco questa condizione e gli effetti che ha sul tuo corpo. . Per tornare a noi, ti anticipo che dopo aver letto una citazione a fine lezione (la trovi per ora sul blog) mi sono sciolta in lacrime dall’emozione per quanto la sentivo vera. . Per me la commozione, come qualsiasi altro moto del corpo, come ad esempio la pelle d’oca, è segno che c’è del vero in ciò che sento e comprendo. . Sono solo io ad avere la lacrima facile? I feel overwhelmed with gratitude for my practice on days like today. ✨ I woke up and felt scattered and messy. I didn’t want to practice. I wasn’t feeling inspired. I felt awkward in my body. Idk if that happens to anyone else? ✨ I got on my mat anyway. And honestly it was awkward 😂 my transitions were awkward my body felt tight I was drawn to weird shit but I just let it happen.
