Jesper 100% makes black jokes and imma stand on it. With how much he fucks around you’re gonna try and convince me he doesn’t take joy outta making his white friends feel racist? I’m not believing that.

Oh fuck I just noticed something FASCINATING:

It’s pretty well established that Nina/ Maggie and Crowley/ Aziraphale mirror each other. And I think it’s not just me who assumed Nina would pair with Crowley and Maggie with Aziraphale. I mean, a grumpy more down to earth person, and someone who sees the good of everything but is a bit naive and perpetually bewildered.

(Minor spoilers about Nina and Maggie, and a bts image under the cut)

So when I saw this recent bts photo and noticed Nina in tan and Maggie in black, I was like “oh cute, they switched their mirrors”. But no… wait a second… those are the right mirrors. It’s clear who reflects who in terms of affect, but situationally? It’s ENTIRELY reversed. Nina is in an overbearing relationship that restricts her freedom and causes her anxiety. She’s the one repressed by what’s supposed to be a positive and uplifting state but is likely too afraid of the unknown to abandon it for something better. Maggie is the one with the failing business, the “worse” circumstance”, trying to pursue Nina and likely starting to feel hopeless getting nowhere.

What’s going to happen now is that, through helping Nina and Maggie, Aziraphale and Crowley are going to see a reflection of their individual secrets, fears, wants, and hopes through each other’s eyes. They’ll not only know what the other needs from them and why, but truly understand it as if they themselves are experiencing it. Likewise, Nina and Maggie will reap the same benefits.
