Sooo~ Here's a little practice I did for S/atoSugu voices~

It's definitely a first try, and I'm honestly more anxious than normal about sharing/posting it since I haven't seen any (!?) G/ojo or G/eto wavs on here, soooo my own internal bar is their actual voices, whiiich is difficult (impossible) to meet.

But as long as I clarify this is practice for getting their tones/speech patterns better, (and figuring out what pitch to set my voice at ToT) then I think it'll be okay that I posted something not up to my own standard..? maaaybe?~

Either way, I scripted, recorded, and edited this today, so I'm throwing it out into the void and whatever happens happens! (big thank you to @veersnz for basically 'shut up and allow yourself to be imperfect'ing me, I needed it <333)

but before all that, i want to mention the most important thing and it is to always get the permission of the author of the fic you're wanting to bind first and to never print any art related or not to that fic without the artist's permission !!!!! let's keep it respectful in these streets yeah? BUT printing your own art though.. that's a slay 🤞🏽

bookbinding tools & materials (beginner friendly) - super helpful + in depth, i recommend starting with this one to really get a good idea of the entire process (she specializes in journals though so it doesn't include printing process or anything like that!)

14 helpful hints before getting started - very very useful hacks that will probably save you a lot of mistakes in the long run, also i love this man (one thing i have to mention though is that paper grain is not entirely important unless you're looking for a more advanced bind)

how to bind fanfic tiktok series - this is a good one that has a step by step guide which includes the typesetting + printing process

tutorial focused videos

DIY book press - very useful + efficient, but if you can't be bothered to make this (like me oops) you can just use really heavy books or weights

DIY binding cradle - essential tool to punch holes in your signatures, honestly saved me money and also my life, once again i love this man where would i be without this tutorial

french link stitch - easy to follow, has some good sewing tips too!

weaver’s knot - important hack, you don't want your thread to be too long when sewing it's a nightmare

hardcover case binding - good tutorial on hardcover but this one is flatback - it's still fine to follow though if you switch the spine to card stock to give it more flexibility especially if it's a thick book

- Along with William, he needs glasses to see, but his eyesight is dramatically worse then Wills LOL

- The design is like-- sorta a combo of Henry's Novel and Character files design BSBSVSVSV

- This is his work attire, he wears suitable clothes for engineering ofc

- His wife left 🫡 as to why is unknown. They never fought to the extent of her leaving, but she left Henry behind one day, and Charlie. Charlie constantly thinks about it, but all she and Henry know, is Henry's wife left on good terms.

- Henry was the one to sing "my grandfather's clock" to Charlie as she grew up. Charlie was so fixated over the song, she would hum or sing it whenever they passed a Grandfather clock at the shops. Eventually, Henry created a smaller then average grandfather clock as a gift. This is why it calms the puppet.

- Henry has a habit of getting stressed and frustrated if work isn't going the way he wants. He doesn't lash violently out but he does request quiet and loneliness if he gets too heated. He has a personal punching bag in his shed.

- He originally created Carnie which later was repurposed into Lefty.

- After Charlie's death, he fell into severe depression. He drank heavily and it wasn't until he was confronted by Michael again, that he started seeing a therapist. He is still on edge alot and suffers from his mental health.

William:

- His relationship with William is very close lol romantically involved? No clue. Maybe they are, maybe they aren't, I seriously haven't decided, just like I haven't decided with Mike and Jeremy lmao

- Henry is William's crutch. He feels jealousy toward him, but ultimately relies on him most of the time after his own wife left (on bad terms). Henry doesn't mind, though.

- William is considered family to Henry.

- He is also the one to discover Williams corpse inside springbonnie and decided to board up every single safe room. Yikesssssss

- Strangely, Springtrap doesn't act violent toward Henry. He stares just- silently. Watching.

Charlie:

- Loves his daughter more than anything in the world.

- He passionately encourages Charlie's path in wood work after discovering her love for wooden crafts like the aforementioned Grandfather clock and various types of Puppets. Sometimes, if supervised, Henry hands her a block of wood and tools and lets her craft away. She finds peace in wood calving and Henry's utterly joyful.

- He struggles to recognise the Puppet as his own daughter, and unknowingly put her through so much pain when being caught by Lefty. It was only after the capture did he find out that of course the puppet is possessed by his daughter 😭 he just thought it was possessed by a very vengeful ghost. He didn't know that ghost possesed Golden Freddy, and that's why he's not in FNAF Pizzaria Simulator :')

Michael:

- He's on edge around Mike. He reminds him too much of Will.

- After Crying Child and Elizabeth died, aswell as Charlie's murder and William disappearing (he got spring locked rip), Michael lived with Henry shortly before disappearing himself. (He went to the SL bunker.)

- Henry looks after post-scooped Michael.

- Henry doesn't anticipate Mike to be the one to work at the Pizzaria Sim location-- but he knows this is where he wants to be.

In today's episode of 'Sae, do you (...)': the topic of Ningguang and Yelan, and I thought that I should note my opinion more clearly outside of my rules as it's very important information for my portrayal: I do not ship Ningguang and Yelan romantically.

Honestly, while this is of course my own opinion, I don't find that there's anything to really substantiate a romantic interest between the two. For starters, I don't think that Ning, as interesting of a character as she is with a past that might just be similar in its 'rise' to Yelan's (we're left with very little information on the latter's childhood), ticks the right kind of boxes for her, though to be fair: not many do. Yelan craves a specific sort of thrill in her life, I mean she lives it at the roll of a dice because she is, on some level, bored, and craves the unexpected, the unusual, the 'surprise', and Ningguang's life nor personality seem to play into that. Beyond it, Yelan would need a kinship within this very specific 'loneliness' that I talk about too often and I think that Ning is not one who quite meshes into that in the right way.

Second, despite their long-standing history that even predates their mutual involvement with the Qixing, there seems to be a certain professional distance between the two that I'm quite fond of that is shown in brief event cutscenes, and also Yelan's vision story, that I find inherently intriguing. Perhaps this distance plays more into Yelan's character of not investing too heavily, or rather not too easily, into social dynamics than it does Ning's (I'm not one to weigh in on her character), but it seems evident to me that there's also that semblance of professionalism that creates a line that takes away the possibility of growing closer on an emotional level. And whether that's a mutual decision or not is not up to me to judge, but I think it's one that's made rather clearly from Yelan's side. On top of that, Yelan is Yelan and it's my personal belief that shipping her is rather difficult.

Now I'm also inherently of the opinion (unpopular, I know, I apologize) that dynamics aren't always more interesting when written in romantic settings, and I don't think it's a benefit for all of them to veer into a romantic nature. And in my opinion (and most importantly: in my depiction and understanding of Yelan's character), I think that having Ning and Yelan cross the line from professionalism into something inherently more rooted in romanticism, would be a detriment to their dynamic. Because honestly, I think the fact that Ningguang being one of two people (other being Uncle Tian) to know Yelan best, without ever crossing that line, is too good. I would simply, well, just prefer to keep that not only platonic, but professional, but of course not excluding it of Yelan's quips, and the occasional 'confidant' element.

My s/i was made for my selfship with Stolas, originally: I just really felt like I wanted to spend more time with him after I finished the show, and although he wasn't my main blorbo from the canon content, he was the one that I wanted to make a self-insert for.

I thought about a fwb friendship for .5 seconds, but I pretty solidly headcanon Stolas as a gay who would specifically not be interested in my body type, and I'm not overly interested in him in a sexy way, so I chucked that idea. I was still interested in his relationship with kink, and things came together from there!

I think the perk of the 'professional dominatrix with a nonsexual working relationship' dynamic is that it really leaves space for Blitzx in the world: they cover very different territory for Stolas, and I didn't really want to get in between that relationship with my selfship.

On the kiddo side:

I met Octavia about a year into knowing Stolas, when she was sixteen. Stolas had started talking about her when we were having coffee and debriefs, and I knew she was having a bit of a rough time. I was curious about her, and she was that teenaged mix of dubious and wanting to share her interests. She reminded me a lot of my own teen years, of course.

We were on peripheral friendly terms until Stolas got with Blitzx, and then we kind of bonded over complaining about their relationship. I had an absolute go at Stolas about his treatment of Octavia a couple months into the Blitzx arrangement and I think that cinched the two of us as a team.

I help with getting her out of the house during the divorce proceedings: we like to go shopping together at the antique markets and oddities shops. I'm definitely not a full parent figure, but I think as she grows up I'm kind of an adoptive auntie to her, there for some advice and listening to her new musical interests.

which is not to say i created them thoughtlessly or haphazardly, quite the opposite actually! i created them very consciously around how i think my styles would address each other, cute teenage boy things, their little inside jokes, style signing when stan is depressed etc. but the fact that that resonated with you guys enough and made enough sense in my fanfictions that you don't mind that i cobbled them into the canon and actually enjoy them enough to use them!!! so sad and tragic that the snw writers couldn't come up with anything compelling hobby-wise for their weird little spock/chapel romance sideplot so they just had to plagiarize the pilot spock/kirk chess scene almost word for word and slap it into their straight ship because by god we can't have spock showing any signs of homosexuality in this here star trek prequel!!!
