the sandra lynn / fig conversation is driving me Insane. fig saying that sometimes she doesn’t wanna exist as herself at all…not wanting to ask her friends how they see her (because she’s afraid to hear their response) saying that to someone she is a monster and she Cannot stop thinking about it. sandra lynn starting the conversation saying she needs to step up but is also simultaneously taken aback about what fig expresses and doesn’t know how to responds to it and suggests getting ice cream. sandra lynn saying “convincing people they deserve good things is really tough” talking about herself but how it also reflects fig. insane!!

When Toby and Clocky were kids, around 9-10, they made friendship bracelets for each other. The things were made with beads from Clockwork’s closet and little shells Toby collected during a trip to the beach one time. They worked together to create the designs and then made the bracelets for each other separately.

Years later, after the two had become killers, they still had the bracelets. Clocky kept hers as a way to remember Toby after thinking he’d perished in the fire. Toby kept his because he was wearing it when he was taken by Slenderman, and it gave him a strange sense of comfort after his memories had been wiped.

The first time Toby saw Clockwork after getting his memories wiped, the first thing he noticed was the matching bracelet she wore. And it’s why he approached her that one night, and the two reconnected after almost two years of being apart.

modern au leon!

he’s been acting strange recently. for some reason he’s always whipping out his phone and taking pictures/recording everything. he even goes so far as buying a camera for it.

he tries his best to play it off, not really able to come up with a better excuse. he just says it’s for documentation or something.

he films and captures random things. you working on the computer, reading a book, cooking/baking, washing the dishes. he likes when you first wake up so he records you, bird nest hair, squinting, furrowing your brows, he gets everything.

he also takes pictures of the dates he takes you on. you record and take pictures yourself. he’ll take you to the beach or hiking or something. maybe stargazing. or just a short little road trip.

he even records when he proposes. it’s become a normal occurrence so there’s not a whole lot of suspicion anymore.

but it all makes sense on the wedding day where he shows you a video of the highlights of your life together. all the content he’s been collecting has been condensed and compiled into a tear-jerking, heartfelt video.
