🫧 Akane treasures your optimistic, go-getter attitude. She feels inspired by it, and whatever project you are working on she’ll be there for support, as you will always be to her. 

🫧 She has seen some of the horrors the world has to offer, from a nasty orphanage that caught on fire to the mistreatment she’s gotten working as a maid. Akane feels slightly protective over you because of your naive.

Kanade Otonokoji

🎵 Kanade enjoys your cheerful attitude she finds it funny at first wondering how long it would take for you to break. because nobody could really be that nice and wonderful, right?

🎵 You worked were a graphic designer who helped create Melody Rythme’s posters for their charity concerts. And despite Hibiki being constantly her puppet Kanade was quickly growing bored. That’s when she realized that she valued you as a person as well, and immediately assumed you out.

🎵 Kanade became possessive and protective over you, wanting you to only help her. You were so kind and wonderful why would you want to waste your energy on someone irrelevant when you could be helping her? Don’t you want to help your girlfriend after her sister pushed her over?

🎵 Kanade typically uses your naive nature against you. She loves you and she doesn’t understand how to love without manipulation. But if someone else tries to attempt to manipulate you, Kanade will go apeshit on them. Because how dare they?? That’s Kanade’s job

🎵 But being around you makes Kanade feel like she is improving as a person more. That she’s becoming a better person for example she hasn’t killed anyone in almost half a year. She loves that you are changing her for the better.

🎵 Kanade probably writes all the love songs on her and Hibiki’s albums, and they are all about you and the stuff you and Kanade had done together. For example one of the tracks is your name backwards and it’s a bunch of imagery of a gorgeous girl. (Same vibes as Jolene but gay).

Teruya Otori

💴 When Kinjo brings you in to work for the intelligence Team on the Kisaragi foundation, Teruya was a bit skeptical. Especially after Utsuro had told them that the police force had fallen into despair but Kinjo reassured them that you were a trusted ally.

💴 Apparently you had also been related to Kinjo, being second or third cousins but still if Kinjo trusted you, then Teruya would too.

💴 The first thing he noticed was how different you were to Kinjo, especially in your beliefs. While the two of you are both headstrong and stubborn, you believe that even the worst of people should be able to have a second chance. That is probably what drew him towards you the most.

💴 He had experienced firsthand the horrors of this world, and therefore he is very protective over you. You are too easily trusting and that could lead to a situation similar to one’s he has seen in the past.

💴 Due to your stubbornness though, it’s very common that you and Keisuke or Tsurugi would get into fights and the talk palm tree will often have to physically separate you and them. He’s always proud of you for standing up for what you believe in and Teruya might end up developing your beliefs.

💴 Teruya is really entrapped by your kind and pleasant nature, and that you want to help people in need and trust me Teruya is in plenty of need of emotional support. After that Killing Game— he is so messed up.

DREADWING!!! 😍😍😍

I love him, I am so SOFT for him, and it's funny because I literally felt the opposite when I first watched TFP. I didn't give a shit about him, I didn't care for Skyquake, like I'd be sitting with my girlfriend watching the episodes and I'd be shaking my head muttering "dude I don't care about this blue guy and his dead brother, where the hell is Starscream he hasn't been around for like, SEVEN EPISODES?" I didn't HATE him or anything, but man, I was just NOT interested in him whatsoever,,, especially when he attempted to offline Starscream, I was like a protective mother hen ruffling up her feathers - but then it uh. Turned out fine. For Starscream,,, not for Dreadwing :') but back then, I didn't care about DW's well-being.

Then I rewatched the show and started to actually hyperfixate on the series, and I tried paying more attention to the plot. I tried watching the show for the sake of the show, rather than keeping my "I am only here to see Starscream" mentality. I think Dreadwing grew on me a little because of it; I still thought he was boring, but I didn't feel as bothered to see him on screen as often as I did before.

And then I realized... I am totally going about this all wrong. I have all these F/Os delivered to me on a silver platter!!! All these fictional characters just ready to be loved, and what am I doing, passing them up?? It was like a JBWKZ situation all over again. Heck no, couldn't let that happen!! So I started being a bit more open to specific characters like Dreadwing, Smokescreen, Soundwave, etc... at one point I actually had a dream that Dreadwing approached my S/I and asked her for a hug because she's the only one on the Nemesis who shows any compassion/empathy, and he needed comfort from the loss of his brother, and I woke up and it was like an "aha" moment; now I have all these ideas for Dreadwing, all these little stories he can have with me!! ALL THESE GENTLE, LOVING HUGS AS HE REALIZES HE'S WORTHY OF LOVE TOO 🥺🥺

Now I love him so much!! Which is a blessing and a curse - on one hand it's GREAT because I love having a new F/O to give so much love to, but on the other hand it's like :') I actually care about him which means now I hate how the writers treated him and gave him such an abrupt ending, especially when we were teased a redemption arc that never happened, for both him AND Breakdown... I get why it happened, I understand why the writers had to make these decisions since plans change, and the third season was cut in half and they needed to clean things up. Plus if he ended up killing Starscream I would have stopped watching the show entirely lmao

So I guess,,, long story short, I love him very much and I want to give him hugs, and I want those hugs to feel comforting!! I want him to know someone is always going to be there for him and he doesn't have to feel alone!! I could draw him pictures to brighten his day!! I'd always feel safe with him because he'd be such an incredibly protective partner!! I am so shocked my opinion of him did a COMPLETE 180 lmao!!

I also really love the idea of Dreadwing having the same 180 "aha" moment, too!! Like,,, he sees this little human "prisoner" who's treated more like a guest than anything else on this botforsaken warship. Megatron is giving her all this attention, Starscream is following her around like a lost little puppy (though the Seeker INSISTS "no I do NOT care about the human mind you I am just simply making sure she doesn't get into TROUBLE how dare you even INSINUATE such a thing?!" but who is he kidding, you can hear them hiding away and canoodling in a separate room every cycle). Dreadwing thinks "I hate to question my master's intentions but WHY in the PIT is a tiny organic creature having free reign over the warship. WHY is she getting so much respect." but then he notices, little by little, the Decepticons' moods all pick up around her!! they're happy to see her!! and at one point KO slips that Keri gives REALLY great hugs and she's a great listener, and during a particularly vulnerable moment when DW misses his brother and he's having a harder time swallowing the pain, he approaches her and says "I hear you... have healing capabilities..." and it all starts up from there!! :DD

ALSO PLEASE LOOK AT HOW CUTE HE IS, HIS LITTLE HORNS TWITCH!!! AND EVEN THE WAY HE BLINKS WITH HIS PRETTY RED OPTICS IS SO SO SOOOO PRECIOUS I JUST 🥺🥺💙💙💙💙💙💙

HELLO HELLO HELLO HELLO apologies for the radio silence on this blog being broken by a random ask but the narrator is one of my f/os (who im comfortable sharing dw!!) and im HARDCORE fixating on tsp right now (just put that in my pinned post heehee) so you have no idea how Epic Autism Stimulation it was to see this ask!!!! i will write ALL the narrator content like keep the requests for this guy coming like never stop!!!! there r so many ways to interpret tsp but for this one im gonna go w the narrator as an author interpretation. except stanley is still vaguely real cause thats just how it is

this one reached readmore levels. just goes to show i am what th kids call Autistic Over Funny Video Game 

possible tw for disordered eating? its more “the narrator forgets to eat and u remind him” than anything 

the narrator is a very tired man. he’s pretty much constantly working on his story, if he’s not actively working in it and trying to make it go right, then hes scribbling down ideas or thinking about it. it’s so frustrating -- he has the vision, he knows what he wants to happen, he just can’t seem to make his own character carry the plot right. his life more or less revolves around the stanley parable and it’s clearly wearing down on him.

he’s sitting in his home office trying to make things go right, fingers a blur on his keyboard as he tries to railroad the story back on track, all but begging stanley through his headset to just let him have this one little thing. things obviously arent going well when he lets out a curse and spins his swivel chair away from the monitor, swatting the headphones off his ears and burying his head in his hands.

this is when you poke your head into the room. “love? everything going okay?”

“no.”

you come in and lean yourself against the wall. “what was it this time?” you ask gently. 

he runs a hand through his hair. “red door again.” you nod in understanding; he’s told you about this one before. “i really don’t get why he’s so obsessed with that one. does he like seeing me upset? it’s not like i have any ill will towards him, if he’s gotten that idea in his head then i just don’t know what to do. i only ever get mad at him because he’s disrupting my story, does -- does he even realize that? that i am not the aggressor here?” 

“i think you need a break.” he’s too prideful to admit that himself, so you offer it for him.

“i think... i think i do need a break,” he agrees. “i just can’t deal with it right now. stanley, the story, all of it.”

you reach over and take his hand in yours, giving it a light squeeze. “i can only imagine how hard it is to deal with all of this,” you say. “do you need anything? anything at all? have you eaten today?”

“of course i... no, i don’t think i have.” he scoffs and gestures at the monitor, “he doesn’t even deserve my time and i here i am forgetting these simple basic things because i want to craft a nice story for him.”

“i’ll throw a can of soup on the stove.” it’s the best comfort food you can think of. “can you make yourself cozy in bed or on the couch or something while im on that? you need to rest.” 

he gives a small nod. 

“and we’ll definitely be cuddling too,” you add. you see the first semblance of a smile tugging at his lips.

personality: i'm mostly introverted and super awkward around people i don't know that well, but once i get to know someone, i'm more talkative and outgoing. i would probably consider myself more book-smart rather than street smart (totally didn't forget how to use a toaster once) i like to plan things to the very last detail. i'm not rlly the biggest on pda, just something subtle. my love language is probably quality time. i also tend to tease the ppl i care about.

hobbies: i like to talk/hang out with friends. i also enjoy reading and making cookies sometimes. playing violin is also probably one of my biggest hobbies too

appearance: i'm pretty short, wear glasses, and have dark hair that's kinda long (wow i feel like i'm writing a wattpad description right now 💀)

u could tell I had fun writing this cause I think this is one of the longer ones ive written my bad for the long read😩

Machi

- Due to her amazing intuition, Machi had this feeling that you and her were probably going to get along well. With that, there was something about you that made her intrigued. Even though most of your first interactions might’ve been a little awkward with your shyness (I mean who could blame you though she’s so pretty), Machi still came back to talk and learn more about you. She’s pretty happy that she still continued to talk to you, because Machi did end up noticing how you opened up more to her. Not only that, but there was a great connection between you guys!!

- You and Machi both agree that you’re both not that big when it comes to PDA. You both do like holding each other’s hands, though. Sometimes when you’re in public, she’ll shyly grab onto your hand (don’t mention it though, because she might get a little embarrassed).

- She always remembers your interests, and knowing that you love to read, sometimes Machi likes to gift you books! She’ll usually take recommendations from either Chrollo, Feitan, or Shalnark (he doesn’t read that much but he does know lots of good ones out there).

- One day you were baking cookies in the kitchen when she noticed the smell lingering in the air. “I didn’t know you were baking cookies,” she asks, to which you nod in response. After that, she then offered to help you out. (Based on my hc’s) Machi is actually a pretty good baker, but she doesn’t do it too often!!

- Now, everything seemed pretty normal at first, you and her were just following instructions perfectly, nothing too bad, right? Well once she booped you on the nose with some of the batter, that simple action was what started a whole food fight. You then responded by taking some batter on your finger, and then putting it on her nose. Well, she returned this favor by putting MORE batter on your face (you can see where this is going...). it didn’t take long until globs of cookie dough, flour, sugar, and other ingredients were being thrown in the air.

- Though the kitchen ended up looking like a total mess (and the cookies were nowhere near being done), the quick food fight ended up with you and Machi smiling exchanging lots of laughter. Sure, maybe you had to start all over again, but at least y’all had lots of fun!!! Buttt you weren’t sure how you guys were going to clean all this up...

Shalnark

- Despite being a little shy or awkward at first, this didn’t bother Shalnark from wanting to get to know you more. Sure, conversation at first was often lead by him, but he always noticed how you would actively listen and chime in here and there. Though you were a little quiet, Shalnark thought that this was so cute!! From this, he just wanted to get to know you better.

- The more you would talk to each other, the more and more you started to open up towards Shalnark. To him, it’s actually surprising at how different you were compared to when Shal first met you. He always jokes about how awkward and cute you were back then, contrasting to how extraverted you were around Shalnark now!!

- Now, Shalnark is more of a PDA type of person, so sometimes he really can’t help giving you a bunch of kisses in public. Then again, he’ll also respect this and will hold off on those random bursts of affection. At most when you’re in public, Shalnark will just hold your hand or wrap his arm around your waist or shoulder.

- Since you both love to hang out with each other, Shalnark will always ask you out on dates to new places! Most of them are a surprise because he wants you to really see your expression once he surprises you. The only information Shalnark will give are things telling you how to dress and such. 

- I can imagine Shalnark surprising you to go on a carnival date (like those ones by the boardwalk)!! He won’t tell you this before hand (since it’s a surprise of course), but the only hint he’ll give is to dress kind of comfortably (but also nice if you want). Shalnark takes you in the afternoon, and once you arrive to the place, your eyes bright up with realization!!

- The whole time there, you guys are just running around the whole place, going from game booth to game booth. As competitive as you guys are when trying to win, at one point Shalnark plans to win you one of those giant stuffed animals! He also doesn’t let those rigged games get in the way of winning that prize!! Even though it was his first game, Shalnark ended up proudly winning it for you!!

- The rest of the time there was the spent on the rides. After a while, you guys decide to go on the last ride of the night, a somewhat big wooden rollercoaster that overlooks the boardwalk and the sea. As you guys began to slowly go up the lift, you turned to notice the beautiful sunset from how long you guys have been there. Maybe admiring the orange and yellow hues from the sun made the mood much more romantic, because once you guys looked back at each other, you and Shalnark managed to swoop in a quick kiss at the peak of the rollercoaster.

- Immediately though, you guys were interrupted with the quick drop of the ride. Though unexpected, it still didn’t ruin your time because it was still so much fun!! Eventually, you and him got off the ride, still very giggly from the adrenaline. After that though, you and Shalnark then leaned in close to finish that rollercoaster kiss, a perfect end to an amazing day.

How do the Masters differ with their neurodivergency? How do they cope/stim/etc. How does it effect their relationships?

Oh look it’s my SECOND favorite DW topic of all time, LOL. Anon, you’re enabling me in the best way. 

First off I should say @modernwizard has a great series going called “Why I love Dhawan Master” which covers a great deal of what I might have said, and then some. For now I’ll just offer up an abbreviated list.

Disclaimer as always: both mental illness and neurodivergency are SEPARATE ENTIRELY FROM CONCERNS OF MORALITY. People who do hurtful things on purpose do so because they are evil (and the Master, at many points in time, is evil), NOT because of a mental illness or neurodivergent state.  

Onward!

1) I headcanon that both Masters are on the Autism Spectrum.  I am not qualified to say which particular manifestation on the spectrum they represent, as, while I would consider myself well-read on the subject, I am still not a mental healthcare professional.  But the chief way that this manifests is through their hyper-empathy. Yes, you read me right, HYPER-empathy. The reason that they seem to exhibit low empathy (different, it’s important to note, from compassion, empathy is simply the capacity of emotional intelligence to feel exactly what someone else is feeling) is that they’ve trained themselves from their first regeneration to occlude that psychic pathway between others’ emotions and their own, in a bid for total autonomy.  

2) Both Masters also have Borderline Personality disorder. This manifests in their “black and white thinking” (situations and people are totalities and extremes, rather than multifaceted and nuanced--this leads to why people think they’re “childlike” and at odd lapses naive; in fact they aren’t, they’re just neurodiverse).   It also manifests in their tendency to not recognize relationship boundaries and to have little ability to define themselves outside of the people on whom they’re fixated (primarily the Doctor).  

3) Both Masters have rejection-sensitive dysphoria as a result of ADHD.  They equally share this sense of deep existential sadness, this frantic depression, as the result of the Doctor’s repeated dismissal of their overtures to talk, to reconcile, or even to acknowledge their existence.  

4) The need to stim as the result of autism and ADHD is equally prevalent in both Masters.  It just manifests differently, and sometimes also takes the form of nervous tics more than a specific effort to stim.   Whatever the source, they have a number of neurodivergent “quirks”:   a) Simm tends to roll his head counterclockwise on his neck when excited or upset, even if it interrupts his speech or actions.   b) Simm also closes and uncloses his hands in fists. c) Simm also seizes his hands into his hair and pulls it.  d) Dhawan flaps his hands or even arms when excited. e) Dhawan pokes his temples with his index fingers. f) Dhawan points skyward when trying to get attention. g) Dhawan sniffs compulsively.  h) Dhawan licks his lips compulsively; they also tremble.  i) Dhawan  j) Both stroke their beards compulsively.  k) As an anon pointed out today, both compulsively laugh when hearing bad news.  5) Arguably, all of these conditions are more severe for Dhawan because of the added trauma of learning of the Timeless Child and the active suicidality that has gotten incrementally worse since Missy’s time in the Vault.  He exhibits more acute and severe signs of ADHD and also of  Bipolar II Disorder, which features some hypomanic episodes (compulsive acts, delusions of grandeur, flight of ideas, restless energy) but mostly major crashes and periods of depression. 

6) On that note both Masters have HELLA PTSD, but for Dhawan it’s again more severe bc of recent canonical events.  I have PTSD myself and I could devote a whole post to this one, which is kind of close to my heart. Lmk if you want my thoughts.  7) Probably as a facet of his autism, Dhawan has more difficulty making socially acceptable eye contact than Simm.  He only does so, with great effort and, sometimes, visible discomfort, for the Doctor. 

Talking about how it impacts their relationships would take a whole new post but if you want I’d be glad to try!  Basically their s/os need to be patient and loving and never ever condescending.

Im goin all in, im probably gonna regret this later bUT, may i pretty please have some fluffier headcanons for a gay poly couple including my f/os which i can proudly say are hop and bede from sword and shield, (i am young so dw about age stuff) my friends joked about me liking them and the more i thought about it the more it grew on me so now i am stuck in this heaven hell mix of being both madly in love with someone, but still being touch starved since they cannot hug me, pour one out 😔

Some mega tooth rotting fluffy gay poly headcanons include:

You are the heart of this relationship! When you’re walking down the street? Hop and Bede have their arms linked through both of yours. When you’re hanging out, doing some of your hobbies, or watching TV, Hop and Bede cozy up on either side of you!

Hop and Bede like to surprise you with blanket forts when you get home. Sometimes the forts are so big, they take up your ENTIRE ROOM. Pillows everywhere, ALL the blankets stripped from your bed, and plenty of snacks tucked away inside for you to find!

DANCE PARTY TIME! When you’re feeling blue, Hop and Bede crank up the feel-good music and pull you into a long session of super silly dancing!

Hop and Bede like to rope you into playing pranks on each other. They usually team up with you to get the other one. It’s never anything harmful - just stuff like putting food coloring in the milk until it turns green which makes Hop disgusted (ew green milk), or doodling a mustache on Bede’s face in permanent marker when he’s taking a nap. My top F/Os I ship with myself:

1. Ling Tong- I started adoring him since I started playing the Dynasty Warriors series 11 years ago. I played as him in DW5 and DW6 and fell for that gorgeous face with that beauty mark, his sarcastic wits, his slender body and how he uses his nunchucks and sanjieguns in such an artistic manner. I married him in Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires, realized he became my in-game husband in a split-second while speedplaying and called him my husubando since then. Over time, I fell more and more in love with Ling Tong after getting to know the historical figure he is based on and playing more installments in the Dynasty Warriors series.

2. Firion- my brothers introduced me to the Final Fantasy franchise as I grew up and I would watch them play video games quite a lot. One day, my brother Kristofer and I were looking at the artworks of Final Fantasy II and I saw the Amano artwork of Firion standing proud like the heroic figure he is after playing the game. Slowly, Firion grew on me and I fell in love with him at 12 years old. I dreamed about being with him and loving him every day and night since then. Firion was also the love in my first sexual dream two years after I first fell in love with him. Some time later on in life, Dissidia came out and I could not stop fangirling over his voice and the personality that came out of him. To this day, I still love this liegeman very much.

3. Vincent Valentine- as I stated, I grew up playing the Final Fantasy series. When Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children came out, I watched it with my mom and grandma and we could not stop fangirling over Vincent. In our combined perspectives, Vincent is the hottest video game character. His dark past, his cold and quiet demeanor, his red cloak and gold gauntlet with dark clothes, his deep growly voice and his over all mystique is what lured me to loving him. Then when Dirge of Cerberus came out, I got to know the more human side of Vincent (much like everyone else who has played DoC) and loved him more. As a 14 year old at that time, I always looked forward to playing DoC just for time with Vincent. To this day, I still love him. From time to time, I have sexual fantasies about him that have grown stronger and more elucidated as I got older. I also have so many figures of him and bits of fanart and fan ephemera of the character.

4. Fa Zheng- as a Dynasty Warriors fan, I thought "Hey, he looks like a pretty good character to play as!" when Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends came out. My urge to play more DW games grew intense over time to the point where I took it upon myself to buy the much needed Playstation3, PS Vita and Playstation4 to play more DW games. When I finally got the chance to play that game after finally getting a Playstation3, DW8:XL was one of the first games I played and I fell for Fa Zheng after hearing him speak for the first time and watching his musou and fighting motions. I started to fangirl over the villanous strategist to the point I watched videos of him on YouTube and got his character song on various devices (mp3, phone, portable game consoles) just to hear his dreamy voice and see him in all his glory. I started to fantasize about him in such a manner that made me want more of him.

5. Lu Su- I always like his fighting style when I played Dynasty Warriors 8 and thought "Yeah, he is a decent fighter." at first. One night after playing video games for a long period of time, I dreamed about him taking me to his mansion; making love to me and serenading me with his character song. I pondered on why I felt a sense of warmth and joy after that romantic dream. I listened to his character song again, played as him in DW8 more often and just browsed more about him online and found that I was falling for this burly strategist. I started to fangirl over him more as time passed- especially after his hypothetical storyline DLC for Dynasty Warriors 9 was released.

I just wanted to rant about which characters I consider my F/Os and how I fell in love with them in the first place. Honestly, I have had crushes on multiple male characters in favorite games before, but these five for sure are the onces I consider fictional others.
