I asked my doctor to get back on an anti-depressant because I suddenly realized that people who were actually “dealing with” their various mental disorders didn’t have obsessive terrified anxious thoughts about loved ones dying like 24 hours a day. So there’s that. I will pick up the meds today. Wish me luck.
