"We just got back in the car and you already doin' too much" he mumbled, leaning against his doors arm and rubbing his temple with one hand. "You rather entertain some random bitch than do right by me. He made a 'be serious' face at me before speaking "You be over analyzing everything. I could pass somebody a napkin and here you go cryin' in the back of the club. Damn, crybaby" he mumbled the last part with a small, drunken laugh. I shoved him, the man brushing my hand right off of him. "Cut that shit out" he warned, leaning back in his seat to get as far away from me as he could before I did something I regretted.

"You think that shit funny and it ain't. You laugh until I leave yo' ass for good" he rolled his eyes, my words going in one ear and out the other. "Yeah, aight. You ain't stupid" he chuckled and I squinted. "Yeah, I ain't. That's why I should. Fuck with a nigga who gon' treat me right and give me the loyalty and respect I deserve"

Apparently those were the words that got under his skin the most, cause his next comment would go for my jugular, but it didn't have the effect he thought it would.

A smirk grew on my face. I knew that it was one of the things that could hurt him tho most, so I made sure that shit burned real good when I said it. "Yup. It was good too! Now you know he was giving me sumn you couldn't or won't give me" Unique let out a loud laugh before looking at me with his head tilted, almost as if he was challenging me with how far I could go with my words.

My bottom lip quivered as another tear rolled down my blushed cheek, taking a deep breath before speaking. "At least I know he loves me. He the only one who give a fuck bout me. The only one that check on me when IM down, not when he need shit"

A smile grew on Unique's face. It wasn't just a regular smile. It was that smile that happens right before you say some shit to fuck with somebodies head. "You fuck that nigga and think he love you cause he say it? You think he give a fuck cause he give you a fake ass empathetic ear to speak into? Cause he stalk you and hit you up at the exact times when we not together? Or is it cause he tell you that you don't need me..and you need to 'upgrade' to somebody who respect you? If he didn't realize I was crying before, he sure did realize now. I couldn't stop my sobs, my hand covering my mouth to keep the sounds from traveling to anyone who had walked by the vehicle. Even with all of that, he kept going. In hindsight, he was hurting in the same exact way.

"After all of that, sitting through five minutes worth of fucking, you go to use his bathroom and end up crying to yourself cause you let a loser ass nigga fuck and it still ain't make you forget about me, even with all that noise he filled your head with. He don't mean that shit, and you know it. My question is, what's worse? Fucking a few bitches I don't care about AFTER you did that shit first or fucking a nigga you had even the SLIGHTEST connection with?"

He was right, but him saying it felt like my heart was ripped out and stomped on twice. "...and how long has it been since you told me you love me, huh? I sighed and buried my head into my hands, trying to collect my thoughts. The car was silent for a minute or so until I spoke. "I like reassurance, Nique. You know how I am...and I'm sorry. We both wrong, but damn...at least I can admit when I did wrong" I said, my voice quivering.

It was silent once again, neither of us knowing what to say next. I felt his eyes on my intensity, his gaze making me feel ashamed for jumping so such conclusions and letting someone talk me into it at that. My head was stronger than that, yet I allowed myself to get manipulated like that, just for a quick fantasy. It wasn't all rainbows with Unique, but I'd rather be with good and bad than just bad disguised as good. I felt sick.

Unique took it upon himself to speak, taking a deep breath first. "I know I do wrong, and I apologized for that shit before. Actually, no, I apologize for everything I have ever done to hurt you and what I might do to hurt you in the future. All of it...but all this shit concerning you hurting me? I'll let all this shit go right now. I just wanna know why you be using that nigga, huh? Why you did that shit to me?" He asked, scooting closer to me and moving my hands from my face so that I would look at him and be forced to tell the truth.

I looked at him in his eyes and shrugged. "...I thought you cheated first. All them girls you and them other niggas be having around, I couldn't get it out my head that you was doing something, and when I was vulnerable, Jamel just kept those thoughts going. He told me if you wasn't doing something, which you 'for sure' was, then it was bound to happen and I believed that shit. I mean look at how late you be out. GOODLUCK LMFAO. shes not here to control or convince or plead with anybody, and def not nina. and i think that would kinda irk nina a little. she'd kiss kate, then a couple nights later talk about a guy she met at a bar, and kate just side eyes her and is like 'have fun' and nina wishes there was more

“Ooh, smells good.” Rick walks into the kitchen of, possibly, your new home. You look up from the pot of spaghetti your hovering over, your eyes slightly widening at the sight of him. He’s no longer covered in dirt, he looks clean. His beard is completely shaved off, you’re finally able to see his entire face.

“Woah, I can’t remember the last time I saw you without the beard.” You laugh, Rick rolling his eyes and walking towards you, pressing a kiss to your cheek. You smile, “Okay, dinner’s ready. Can you call Carl while I get Judith?” You add. “Sure.” He walks away momentarily while you get Judith into her high chair, another thing you’re relieved to now have. “Carl! Dinner’s ready.” Your husband yells from the end of the stairs, as your son’s in his new room.

“I haven’t had a real, home cooked dinner in forever.” Carl grins, twirling more of the pasta onto his fork and eating it. “None of us have.” You reply. “This is really good, look, I think Judith likes it.” Rick compliments you, gesturing to your daughter who’s currently hand feeding herself cut up pieces of the spaghetti and meatballs, earning laughs from everyone at the table, Judith looks at the three of you with curiosity. You take a sip of wine from the glass, making sure to let the taste linger on your taste buds, considering you haven’t had wine since your stay at the CDC. You’re happy that you and your family finally have a safe place to stay, but rightfully so, both you and your husband are on edge about this place.

“Thanks for dinner, love you guys.” Carl places his dishes in the sink as you continue washing Judith’s dish. “Love ya.” You and Rick reply at the same time, watching as Carl walks away, going upstairs to his bed. “So.” Rick suddenly looks serious, “Do we trust this place?” He sighs. “I don’t know, I mean, Judith and Carl have warm and safe beds, finally.” You place the dish down in the sink, pausing for a second. “We don’t that, we don’t know these people. (Y/N), this is all temporary, I wish it wasn’t, but it is. Everything is temporary.” Your husband whispers, attempting to not wake up the kids. “Temporary is good enough for right now, hm? It’s safe in the meantime. Lets live in the present, give Deanna and this community a chance. There’s gotta be some good people left, baby.” You dry off your hands with a cloth, walking towards him and sliding your hands around his waist, trying to comfort him.

“If that’s what you think, then..” He pauses, clearly still feeling uneasy. “Your right.” Rick nods. “I always am.” You joke, trying to make him feel better. “Hmm, are you now?” He laughs, shaking his head slightly, “Yup.” You pull him in for a quick kiss before pulling back. “Not tonight, I need my beauty sleep, I finally have a bed!” You cheer, running away from him and upstairs, simply excited to get a good sleep. “Wait for me.” He says, following you towards your shared bedroom.

so disclaimer i havent seen OT in fucking months so this insane ramble isnt gna be. the best but

object terror is one of the best worst fucking object shows ive ever seen, literally the PRIME example of some edgy kid trying to make an object show that isnt ur grandmas object show. no. this is the REAL shit and they say SLURS and theres BLOOD and GORE (yes im serious theres blood and gore and death but itsnot that bad, definitely a bit shocking if u didnt expect it to happen tho)

theres also shitty voice acting and terrible mic quality galore, EX: theres a fucking cup that had this dogshit mic for the longest fucking time and it deadass sounded like bro was talking into a washing machine ohmy god, i remember there was a clip of him going around on twitter a while ago cuz of this (i think that was my first time seeing anything from OT too so theres that)

OH and theres cactus, i barely remember anything abt him but he had this fucking emotionless voice that made me HYSTERICAL. there was a scene where someone got him pissed and he said "you take that back" with. absolutely no emotion at all and since then me and my friends keep fucking quoting that line cuz its the funniest fucking shit ever

It’s not enough for Lore Olympus to just talk about issues like abuse, gaslighting, sexual assault, self-hatred, and healing from traumatic experiences. We’ve got to do it in the most epic way possible! Stuff like this is the only reason why LO goes to the weird extremes that it does, with more and more crap getting piled on as a misguided attempt to be more “exciting”. The decision to add the coming of Kronos, Apollo’s theorized usurping of Zeus’ throne, and Persephone’s legendary fertility goddess powers to the slice-of-life environment came entirely from a desire to be super epic because that’s the only way RS knows how to create tension. It often seems like a lot of creators and viewers are unaware that personal stories with low stakes can be just as, if not more, enriching and this sentiment is usually shared between fans and is why most others seem to enjoy the earlier chapters of the webcomic far more than the current episodes. The comic’s former relatability that dealt with interpersonal relationships and conflicts is now having to share a runtime with massive wars, violence, death, and booming action because RS really wants people to take LO seriously and this is the only way she knows how to do it.

- kelly showing up because lena called. im gonna go ahead and assume this indicates that lena and kelly have also spoken about lena ignoring her message. and that they had a meaningful discussion about it and what happened at the ormfell. because as much as i love lena, she deserved to be dragged just as much (if not more) as the superfriends.

- kelly shielding alex was a good visual. kinda stupid but nice.

- dansen couch scene i stopped breathing cuz i swore kelly was about to propose. i love them so much

- supercorp couch scene is where i died because it came at me without warning. kara sans glasses in her civilian clothes. not performing as kara danvers or supergirl. here she's just kara, an alien refugee chilling with her best friend. which is all she ever wanted and she deserves it!

- kara handing lena her plate. stop it!

- but also lena is in the same clothes all episode. which means they left the tower together. and headed straight to kara's apartment. lena definitely slept over in kara's pjs. I'M NOT OKAY!

- this is the first couch scene we got since alex n kara in 6x08. where Kara admits she doesn't want to be alone anymore. and now she isn't because lena is back. god i actually can't.

- kara's face when lena tells her about being a witch. she's so smitten! they're in love your honour

- lena saying that kara is the epitome of courageous with such seriousness and intensity. even though kara tries to brush it off cuz she can't really agree right now, lena means it 100%

- lena's sad face when kara wanted to stay connected to nxyly even though she could get hurt. worried wife energy we love to see it

- poor nxyly must be confused asf

- but also it's canon that kara feels hopeful and happy around lena and no one can take that from me. and it's not just words. kara's behavior is different, she's smiling more, she's opening up. acting choices melissa explain yourself!

not bad at all. we were fed lots of supercorp after months of nothing. they better keep up this momentum. it was lighter episode in terms of emotions and what have you compare to pervious ones. seems like the season is officially kicking off now that lena is back. probably going to have a totem of the week kinda deal but hopefully they include kelly's storyline with the heights cuz i wanna see the conclusion of that.

I love how all dragons are a reflection of each of their owners like even tho Barf and Belch aren't the smartest they can be whenever they actually try

- Snotlout and Hookfang are both hotheaded and never really listen

- Fishlegs and Meatlug both are sweet, smart, resourceful and jealous sometimes hehe

- The twins and Barf and Belch are crazy and dumb but can be smart and strong whenever they need to be

- Astrid and Stormfly are both authoritative and badasses but also caring

- Hiccup and Toothless are both natural born leaders

Dude poor Snotlout was just insecure in ep4 And I love how Hiccup tried to help him and even then Snotlout still tried his best to show that he can be a leader

- i really loved how he learned that he couldn't just stop covering someone, I mean even when Astrid told him to "peel off and help Hiccup" he was like "no way I'm not leaving your wing" 🥺🥺🥺

JAHDHAHSHA HICCUP REALLY OUT HERE FAT-SHAMING HIS DAD when poor Stoick is just trying to tell him that going after Viggo only for revenge is neither safe nor the right thing to do

Shadow wings - ep7 they follow, herd and shadow. Big one isn't as fast or maneuverable. Small ones are smart and quick. The big one looks like the submaripper.

AND THE WAY TOOTHLESS DEALT WITH THE LAST OF THEM. It was amazingggg he dived down towards a lil pond but he couldn't see cause of the dust and so HE USED THAT ONE SHOT THAT LETS HIM SEE TO KNOW WHEN TO GO BACK UP AND ALLOW THE BIG SHADOW WING TO CRASH AGAINST THE WATER.

The Flying Shatter-Scatter move with Shattermaster and Windshear was so cool and it's also basically the only thing that has pierced through dragon-proof ships

Bro I really wanted to see Astrid saving Toothless when she saw he was in danger in ep8

I DONT WANT HEATHER TO LEAVE UGHHHH 🥺

HEATHER AND FISHLEGS ARE SO GOALS I CANT 🥺🥺🥺🥺😭 I LOVE THEM TOO MUCH

Everyone's shocked faces whenever Hiccup and Fishlegs weren't thinking the same thing HAHDHSHABA

Toothless's facial expressions whenever he saw Astrid was in danger and the way he grabbed Snotlout and went down the volcano just to try and save her- I love their relationship 🥺

And how Hiccup was so worried when he saw Astrid in the lava and the way he grabbed her 🥺🥺🥺🥺

Ruffnut is so badass bro I love her she really had a sword to her neck and was like "take your best shot pal"

Hiccup just saved Astrid from falling to the water and the way he looked at her right after he put her down- he seemed so concerned I can't 🥺😭

BLINDSIDED ALSO LOVE THIS EPISODE 🤩🥺

The way she started hyperventilating and the way he held her hand with both of his and the way he kneeled down next to her and made sure she knew that he was still there and the way Toothless's facial expression went 🥺😔 and the way he put his wing on her legs to try and cover her or protect her 🥺🥺🥺I can't

I mean Imagine how Astrid must've felt I just can't I'd be so stressed out and desperate and the next day she was just like I'm going to look for my dragon idc

No dude because the way Hiccup grabbed her by the waist to prevent her from falling off of Toothless and how both of their expressions softened whenever he told her not to apologize and whenever she hugged him 🥺

I love how the twins are trying to learn how Astrid feels but Ruffnut takes advantage of "blind" Tuffnut and has him run off of a cliff

AND HOW HE CAUGHT HER AND GOT SO NERVOUS WHEN THEY BOTH FELL DOWN 🥺 wait now that I'm watching it again he actually prevented her from getting hit in the head omg

"Of course she's not gonna hide. What was I thinking? She's Astrid."

MISTAKE whenever Astrid took the dragons out of their pens they weren't wearing their saddles and now that they've found them they have them on.

Them spending time with each other's dragons is so funny

STUFF I DIDNT LIKE IN MYSTREET S1:

• This is probably the only season where Aphmau does not act like a literal child so props for that

• Also I liked the ‘Don’t tell mom!’ episode cuz Ro’meave supremacy

• k I’m gonna stop telling the boring stuff here’s the actual start

• Ok so at this point mystreet was basically a sandbox roleplay of mcd characters in a modern day setting which is NOT A BAD THING but it did lead to a lot of mcd references, whether it was Garroth and Laurance changing into their mcd forms or Zane somehow brandishing his sword from thin air. Again, NOT A BAD THING but it did make it a bit weird especially after the whole ‘mcd and mys are related‘ plotline s4 onwards

• Dante should not have had a crush on Aphmau like no hate if you ship it but the way canon dealt with it he never stood a chance. once again no hate :)

• Aarmau was a bit rushed in my opinion, tho it isn’t so evident. but the fact that Aph just unquestioningly gets closer to Aaron doesn’t sit right with me. just like mcd s1 it feels like she’s just going off a script, which she technically is but it isn’t supposed to be that evident. I would’ve liked Aphmau to question her relationship, tell aaron that she needed time or to take it slowly. They couldve still gotten together at the end of the season with a much better narrative. I dont exactly focus on ships involving aphmau that much but even I can appreciate some well written slowburn. which this was not. let’s not get into the age gap in pdh THAT WAS NOT OK but I’ll elaborate on it in a separate post otherwise I’ll just keep ranting about it here

• Garrance literally kiss on screen and nothing happens?? I don’t exactly remember what happened after it cuz I haven’t rewatched in a while but I’m pretty sure that they just went back to normal :/ (correct me if I’m wrong tho!!) is this queerbait? can I call this queerbait?? can we not have queerbait please?

• IM SORRY WHAT WAS KC’S CHARACTER. She was so nice in mcd. she worked well as a side character and her writing was done well in my opinion. WHAT HAPPENED HERE. This girl is literally a walking aarmau advertisement. I get it you wanted to promote the main ship but at least don’t ruin her character for it. I don’t really like her mys version for this reason and I prefer to use my hc version (tho this goes for all characters) Please give this girl some actual character development. by the end of this season all we know about her is that her name is kawaii~chan, she likes pink, she loves ships, yay aarmau is sailing, don’t get in the way of kawaii~chan’s ship!! Name ANYTHING ELSE THAT WE KNOW ABOUT HER LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE

• I really don’t like how some potentially triggering and more serious themes were joked about here. You can make it a comedy show without making serious topics funny. Travis makes perverted comments that I feel really border on sexual harassment at times, Katelyn keeps punching Travis every time he speaks and if that isn’t anger issues idk what is, Garroth and Laurance literally stalk Aphmau multiple times when she’s out with Aaron and KC has a goddamn aarmau shrine in her basement. The first time I watched it, it slipped past me but the second time I really looked at it and said why do we need THIS to make a show funny. • The story of Zane becoming Aphmau‘s friend was literally him taking a cat version of her home on Christmas and tearing up when she (somehow??) gave him her sweater. what was he even going to do with a cat-sized sweater?? How was THAT the good deed that turned her back into a human?? How was it going to help him?? I get that magic exists in this world and this incident can definitely be a part of their friendship story...but don’t make it the ONLY part of their story. youre telling me that THIS is the reason he’s willing to turn himself into a relic in s6 amidst all the blood and death and chaos??

• STOP BABYING ZANE HE‘S A GROWN MAN. I HATE it when Aph keeps cooing at him in a baby voice, especially since I hc him as autistic. the way he’s written really makes me feel that he is autistic and this ruins it

• once it’s revealed that Zane likes mlh, most of his screen time is just focused on that. He has other aspects of his character too which are never really shown and this makes him so one-dimensional which is ironically the same problem his MCD counterpart had. GIVE HIM DEVELOPMENT PLS

• Lucinda is like the ONLY character who has their shit together. good for you girl <3

• WHERE DID JEFFORY GO?? I really liked his character and we never see him after s1...in fact we barely see him IN s1. he keeps zooming in and out and then he just...stays out forever. for the record, WHERE DID BRENDAN GO?? He was like in three episodes and then he just dipped MORE MINOR CHARACTER REPRESENTATION PLS

• MORE VYLAD PLS. I get it he’s traveling the world but Aphmau is literally god so don’t say that it’s not doable

• Showing Katelyn actually recognizing her anger issues would’ve been great, and maybe joining therapy or taking a group lesson or even doing meditation would’ve been such a great development to her character and would’ve paved the way for much healthier interactions in s2. she would not have been able to fix them completely since these things don’t just go away in one day, so the s2 talk between her and Travis would still happen but it would better in my opinion (and I’ll elaborate more on this when I do a rant for s2)

• Can we have more nb and lgbtq+ representation in general?? this point is gonna be in every rant I make istg it needs to be said.
