oh also this was my theories class so we were talking about all the old white men who founded western psychology and that led to us briefly touching on hysteria and my professor asked if anyone knew what it actually was and I was like BOY DO I EVER and then proceeded to ramble about King Lear and wandering wombs for a while

Since I am interested on asking halloween questions, here's a first. What do the great 7 think of the costumes of their respective dorms? (Grim reapers, Pirates, Mad scientists, Werewolves, Vampires, Pumpkin head, Chinese ghosts(?))
Queen of hearts ♥️
(Morticians I think)
She loves the costumes and even ordered the Heartslabuly gang (I don't know if I spelled it right 😅) to wear them on the halloween night in the house of mouse.
Scar 🦁
(Pirates)
He finds them good and liles how the colour scheme fits Savanaclaw. Funny enough 'cuz he was not the only one who liked their porate costumes (guess who)
Ursula 🐙
(Mummies)
She really loves them, especially how the bands are wrapped around the clothes. Although the hat was just good enough (honestly same)
Jafar 🐍
(Werwolves)
He found them pleasant and also like the colour match to scarabian coulours.
The evil queen 💄
(Vampires)
She found the costumes really good and the make-up was on point. She really took several minutes to analyze the costumes.
Hades 🔥
(Pumpking Knight)
He liked how Idia and Ortho's hair stood out in that costume and all in all he found them alright
Maleficent 🐉
(Long, it is also a dragon in eastern culture I think)
She likes that the costumes resemble a dragon, even if its not her own dragon, she still enjoys them.
Bonus: Yuu and Grims wizard costumes
They like the costumes since for one Grim can feel like a real wizard and Yuu since they don't have magic it fits them

do you lile the comics or do you think the characters or are they OOC
Aang in the promise reminded me of zuko in season 1.
Hotheaded, even kinda nationalistic with no social awareness. How comes he completely forgets katara
Oooh I love that question.
First of all, starting with the Promise. Yeah, they are mostly out of character in that comic. Aang agreeing to kill Zuko after we spent the whole finale establishing he refuses to kill? Like, that’s baffling. Plus, Zuko acting like a child, going to his father for advice and marching his army to Yu Dao, instead of sitting down with Aang and talking it out? We spent 3 seasons watching Zuko grow into a mature young man and he just goes back to his old ways in the first comic? That wasn’t great. Although I did like the overall conflict of the series, the characters were not done right.
But, I wouldn’t call Aang a nationalist. You have to remember, Aang lost his entire culture and he’s the only one who’s left to preserve it and to pass it on. Seeing people blatantly disrespecting his culture and using it as a costume made him see things differently. He was just afraid that his way of life would be lost if he let the nations clash. Yes, his way of thinking was wrong but it was also justified in the context of the comic. Of course he came to a realization that he cannot gatekeep his culture and people from different nations should be able to live together. I think it was a good character growth for him. Which is a lot more than I can say for Zuko, at least.
Now, I’m not sure I understand what you mean by saying he forgot Katara? Are you referring to the first comic? Cause they were together the whole time and I feel like her opinion and counsel were what mattered the most to him. In terms of Kataang, I think they were written really well in the comics. They have cute little romantic moments and also moments where they realize they’re pretty much the ones responsible for the fate of the world and really sit down and think things through and reach a decision together. I love that.
I could say Aang kinda forgot about Katara in the Rift for a while there, but it’s kinda minor. Other than that, in every other comic, they’re always together and written well so I like Kataang in the comics a lot.
Overall, the comics are not for everyone but I do enjoy them, I think they’re cute additions for the universe if you don’t think too hard about them. They’re pretty entertaining, for the most part.
My favorite one is definitely Imbalance, it just balances the characters perfectly, everyone gets a moment to shine and the main conflict is actually really ineteresting and sets up the main conflict in Korra really well.
My ranking of the comics if you’re interested
1. Imbalance - like I said the main conflict is awesome and the characters feel like themselves, Toph is a freaking badass in this one.
2. The Rift - I love Toph in this, she really gets to shine and again, Aang’s inner conflict is what makes this comic for me. The way he wants to preserve his people’s memory and culture in middle of all the inevitable progress.
3. The Search - it’s cute. Just the Gaang on an adventure, that’s always fun.
4. The Promise - it has its problems but I like the conflict after the war, I think it’s very nuanced and interesting.
5. Smoke and Shadow - Kinda boring
6. North and south - it was a bit repetitive and the main conflict seemed a little bit silly in my opinion. Katara is also a little out of character.

I'd like very badly to go to a dinner party held by fintan. I just think that he'd do a really great job.
Lile, we all know it would be in some cool location with an awesome aesthetic and fancy dining table. I'm talking like, candles, red velvet, a billion forks, some kind of cool and slightly disturbing centerpiece, etc.
The food would be slightly charred but once you brush the ashes off it's fine.
Not to mention the conversation would be very entertaining. Like, just imagine the people he'd invite. Neverseen members in disguise, his fancy uptight councilor friends, some random guy no one's ever met or heard of, a literal dinosaur. Halfway through dinner a fight breaks out over some obscure topic, which leads to alliances forming and dinner table warfare.
Not to mention he seems like the kind of person to tell everyone coming a different dress code. There are people on gowns and suits, some in jeans and a t shirt, others are wearing various costumes.
I just think the concept of a fintan dinner party is neat.

pairing: spiderman!mark × gn!reader
genre: fluff-ish?, light angst
wc: <500
warnings: mentioned armed criminal with hostage, mark jumps off the balcony,
[if i missed any please tell me ^^]
lowercase intended

[00:00]
mark was snuggled with you on the couch as you watched a movie together. the streets of new york were busling as usual. the sound of traffic with the movie's sound just felt lile white noise as you were paying more attention to mark. mark was very invested in the detective movie that was playing on screen. that was until the sound of radio static started coming from the radio he wired to the police line. then you heard: "there's a criminal going down 6th street, aproach with caution, he has a hostage and is armed. units 12 and 20 come down immediately." looking at mark you knew he had to go. he made a disappointed face as he kissed your forehead and ran to your room. walking out with his costume on he said "i'm so sorry babe, i promise i'll make it up to you." mark said with such a sad expression. he got onto the balcony and stood up on the railing. "please don't get hurt or i swear i'll kill you when you get back." mark gave you a (not very good) wink before he leaned backwards and fell off the balcony. not even a second later you saw his web pull him up as he swung to the next building. although this was mark's job, you couldn't help but always be worried for him.

For the tag, it was Vil Schonheit, the Pomefiore dormhead. He was a well known actor, model, and influencer. A real genius in his work, and deeply passionate at it. Wish with all of his heart to play the hero for once and be on stage till the very end. Hence why he want to be the fairest one of all.
Also, I can see Shuichi to be a really great antagonist, and many of his fans thought that he will also surprised them by being the secret mastermind or something for dr3. But turns out he stay as the protagonist, and a good one too!
Also, what if Kokichi, despite being just a hobbyist actor, actually tend to get the role of either the hero or the sidekick. Like, he often play the role of the good and kind guy. So it was a surprise when he play the role of the antagonist.
(okay yeah that tracks for Vil.)
Shuichi's actor being someone who gets typecasted as villians is absolutly my desire for badboy Shu manifesting in a funky way in this au. also as much as i lile the idea of him hoping for a mastermind reveal thing, he'd know good an well he wouldn't get it cause soon after getting his role he'd recive the full script. at best he'd have a hope like that for all of an hour or so. fans can guess all they want tho
as of Kokichi's actor, i imagine because doing film acting is not easy to get your foot into the door of- especially as a hobby- he's more of a stage actor for volunteer theaters. because of this while i think it'd be funny if he got type casted as a good guy alot, theater casting doesn't operate the same way as film and he'd more likely be either trying to score any lead role and failing, or vibes playing minor characters but gets picked for double casting in situations where a quick costume change is needed cause of how quick he is on his feet.

Thomas' Animal Friends
...is a good episode! I really enjoyed it. It's adorable and I like that Rebecca came in and offered her advice, playing the wise role, despite being the latest addition to the railway.
(This is actually something I want to expand on. I want to give Rebecca the ability to pick up any wisdom from the wisest beings, like Edward, Toby, Rheneas, and others. She seems the perfect the character to do this, so why not. :])
Right off the bat, we get some nice interaction between Thomas and Percy. Best friends and all, relishing the chaos at Brendam Docks. My little nitpick is that Thomas is constantly placed in this hero role.
Then, Thomas takes the monkeys, taking responsibility for being late by explaning what happened at the docks. And when he hears that he gets a costume, he's excited. Before this episode, I don't think there really was an engine given a costume, minus Thomas in a previous episode, but I meant in an animal costume.
At first glance, I was thrown off. But as I watched the episode, I thought it was adorable.
And then here comes to teasing. I had mixed feelings about it. I wish it had been other engines that swapped places with James and Gordon, and that the teasing was simply "It just surprised me" and "It looks silly." But I don't know who would've fit "better." James is the classified joker of the group, which I have mixed feelings about. Gordon just doesn't fit that role of teasing anymore.
Percy and Diesel, I like, for the fact that they display two opposite ends of the teasing spectrum. One is laughing because its funny in a positive light, and the other is teasing for how ridiculous it looks.
Rebecca comes in and breaks that by offering some odd but helpful advice. She even goes to effort of giving Thomas some ideas of what animals some of the engines resemble. I really lile this part because it shows what kind of character Rebecca is. She's observant and willing to help, wanting to make others happy.
It's followed by the sequence of other engine's being seen in animal costume, which was pretty funny. Overall, I like this episode for it's humor, good detailing in the story and characters, and the concept of the story itself.
No, I'm not being sarcastic. I know this one isn't a fan favorite, that this episode is VERY subjective. Whether someone likes this episode or not seems to be very dependent if seeing engines in animal costumes is their cup of tea. But considering the purpose of it, I like it.

#dont get me wrong i love golden puppy boy interpretations of him the way that usuk fans tend to lean into#but theres undeniably a lot of fanon that goes into that bc alfred can be an absolute dickhead in canon#its also my fave more canon compliant interpretations bc i dont rly care much for like...leaning too much into the woah bro dude haha#awesomeness!!!! shit that goes on in the comics#like for a 5 panel comic strip its nice but when ur reading it in transformative fanfic it can be a little jarring...imo its gotta be a bit#more grounded#hence why the golden boy puppy dog persona is leaned into a lot in fanfic bc its just a bit more realistic than someone who says#dude broski and shoves haburgers into his mouth by the second#but also again....so few people when doing canonverse content lean into alfreds own tsundereness and its a travesty#like ive said this millions of times before but whereas arthur is the its not lile i care abt u idiot tsundere alfred is the LMAO who even#likes u bro?? type of tsundere. AND ITS LITERALLY CANON like EVERY YEAR he makes a list of potential ppl to prank call AND HE ALWAYS#CHOOSES ARTHUR TO PRANK CALL and also the halloween event thing?? he made them wear couples costumes#that specifically showed off arthurs long sexy legs and the excuse was that it was a reward for arthur being his first twt follower#which wasnt even true in the first place but also hima said that alfred would have just made another excuse to get arthur to do couples#costumes w him#also the valentnes chocolate thing like HE IS SUCH A BITCH BOY TSUNDERE i love him and hotama captured it perfectly#i like it when hes emotionally stunted and lashes out against his feelings for arthur by being a bitch to him and making it seem#like he could never in a million years want him because he wants him so desperately and its the antithesis of everything he fought for#oh my baby#not safe for worms

History of Chinese standing collars (part 1: Ming & Qing)
So, a lot of people nowadays refer to a certain type of standing collar as a “Mandarin collar” but I'm not sure if that’s legit, because standing collars throughout Chinese history looked different. I was confronted by this topic when I was writing my post on 1950s Chinese fashion and felt like I had to make a separate post. I’m gonna do a quick break down of all the different types of standing collars in historical Chinese fashion from the 16th century to the present and how they developed.
Ming Dynasty  (1368-1644)
The first mature 立领 liling standing collars were applied to women’s robes in the late 15th/early 16th century. Before any garment with a standing collar was invented, both men and women in Ming China wore garments with either a 圆领 yuanling round collar, 直领 zhiling parallel collar or 交领 jiaoling crossover collar, with crossover collars being the more common in womenswear.

The development of a standing collar was in large part thanks to the invention/adoption of the 子母扣 zimukou metal clasp button. I wonder why the fabric knotted buttons used on round collar robes were not used on standing collars in this period? They were awfully similar to the pankous of later. Anyway, at one point in the 15th century, some women thought it would be cool to add zimukou to their clothes and it resulted in this (they were also used on 比甲 bijia, 半臂 banbi and 短衫 duanshan but those are irrelevant to collars):

Modern reproduction zimukou. You could buy these for cheap on Taobao if you want to sew your own Ming style hanfu btw.
In the 16th century a fashion revolution took place in China: the standing collar, which came out of nowhere, began to suddenly dominate women’s clothing. This OG Chinese standing collar was very tall and form fitting, usually covering all of the wearer’s neck. It had sharp, rectangular edges and was closed by two zimukou, one placed at the bottom of the collar where it meets the bodice and another slightly above, not reaching the top of the collar. An important feature that set this apart from the collars of the 20th century is that it was unstiffened and made of the same fabric as the robe, meaning it was soft and could be worn with the top bit folded over, showing the lining which could be of a contrasting color. For archival purposes let’s call this collar style 1.
There are various theories as to why the standing collar was invented, e.g. because of colder climate during the little ice age, which peaked in the late 16th/early 17th century. Methinks it was just a fad which stayed.

Qing Dynasty (1644-1911)
This style of collar became the norm for Han Chinese women’s fashion in the mid to late 16th century and stayed that way throughout the 17th and 18th centuries. While the clothing silhouettes and accessories changed, the shape of the standing collar remained the same.

At some point in the late 18th century Han women decided it would be cool to use 盘扣 pankou, this fabric braided/knotted button of Manchu origin (more on Manchu dress later) on their collars instead of zimukou. The decoration also became more extravagant, with often rows of thick binding, piping or trim, corresponding to the decorations on the rest of the robe. It’s also slightly shorter, the upper button being at the very top of the collar. Let’s call this collar style 2.
Tumblr media
Source here
(Presumably) late 18th century reverse glass painting showing collar style 2. The late 18th century deserves more attention, it’s such an important transitional period but also charming in its own way. This is true of European fashion of the period as well, I honestly love both places in the late 18th century.
In the beginning of the 19th century, the fashionable collar shape suddenly changed for some reason. It became extremely low, approximately only 1-2cm tall, only tall enough to accommodate one button. It still had crisp, rectangular edges. You could say this is another variation of collar style 2 but it is so iconic to the 19th century I think I’ll call this collar style 3.
Tumblr media

Now a brief look at Manchu womenswear.  I am not an expert on Manchu historical fashion so tell me if I’m wrong. So the Manchus, who were apparently a confederation of Jurchen tribes from the area in what is northeastern China nowadays, invaded China successfully in the 1640s and remained the rulers of China until 1911 when they were replaced by the Republic of China. Throughout most of the Qing Dynasty Manchu women wore collarless robes, it was not until the mid 19th century that some Manchu women started to wear detachable collars to emulate Han women’s fashion, and not until around 1908 (!) when standing collars were actually added to their gowns themselves. Yes, period dramas did Manchu women dirty, poor gals have been dressed in the wrong costumes this, entire, time. The misrepresentation of Manchu historical fashion in the media in general is just fucking infuriating, but well, topic for a future post.

1840s/1850s court gown.  She is wearing 氅衣 changyi (the bottom part of the first character should be 衣 not 毛 but this character is so obscure that it literally DOES NOT EXIST in the Chinese language anymore omg), a more elaborate style developed in the early 19th century with slits down both sides and wide trims along the collar, cuffs, side closure, side slits and hem. I have yet to see an extant example with a standing collar, all the changyi from the 19th century I’ve seen in museum collections are collarless, so the collar seen in paintings must’ve been detachable. Maybe some Manchu women liked Han women’s fashion and wanted to wear a detachable collar. I have, however, seen Manchu women’s vests and jackets with standing collars. These were similar to late 18th century Han women’s collars, so collar style 2.

Ca. 1908. Chenyi with standing collar. If the passage of time is still not clear, notice the Western fabric used. Collar style 2.
At first glance this might look like a cheongsam but it is not. Chenyi did not have slits down the sides, unlike most 20th century cheongsam. It may have been a source of inspiration for cheongsam though, as I have explained in one of my 1930s posts, although the more obvious prototype for cheongsam was the changyi with slits and standing collars.
Let us now turn our attention to Manchu menswear, which is where things get complicated. In the 17th and 18th centuries, the Manchu riding habit, 行服袍 xingfupao, was a form fitting calf length robe with form fitting long sleeves and 马蹄袖 matixiu “horse hoof cuffs”, closed at the side with pankou. It was constructed in the same method as Han Chinese clothing. This original Manchu robe was collarless----I cannot stress this enough. The Manchus did not come barging into China wearing robes with standing collars goddamnit, get your facts right period dramas.
Tumblr media
Source here
Portrait of Emperor Kangxi in a xingfupao. This is from the early 18th century already but the style didn’t change much so you get the idea. I love this color btw I think he looks great in it.
The xingfupao was an informal riding habit and only one small part in the gigantic system of Manchu court dress, the rules of which are well documented but I don’t bother to look them up. If you would like to do that, Google 大清会典.  At one point in the early 18th century some Manchu dudes decided it was cool to add a collar to their xingfupao (like... Han women??) and it resulted in this:
Tumblr media
Source here
An early example from the Kangxi era (1661-1722), a xingfupao with a standing collar of a contrasting color. The hem is detachable for horse riding (horse riding was an important aspect of Manchu culture and that influenced many of their fashion decisions). Judging by the fur lining I assume the standing collar was added for warmth in winter? I also saw some xingfupao with fur trim attached to standing collars so maybe that was the purpose.
Standing collars on xingfupao was constructed in a similar way to Han women’s collars, with rectangular edges and closed by two buttons. Pankous, which were unique to Manchu dress, were used instead of the Han zimukou. It appears that this collar was also soft and unstiffened, so it could be worn with the top bit folded over like in ye olde times (the 16th century). It’s important to note that xingfupao with a standing collar were not common at all, maybe a 1/20 probability to see in museum collections. Construction wise it’s similar to collar style 2 but it appeared earlier and was exclusive to menswear, so let’s call it collar style 4.
Tumblr media
Source here
Qianlong era (1735-1796) portrait, xingfupao with standing collar of the same color folded over. Collar style 4 variation 2.
Another garment with a standing collar was the dress of the officials, known by white people as “Mandarins”. From the artworks and photographs I’ve seen, the collar only appeared in the outfit with a 行服褂 xingfugua, a button down tunic with straight, wide sleeves and slits at the front, back and sides. It was usually worn in combination with xingfupao, like how a shirt and vest are fixed combinations in European menswear. However, the collar of this kind of outfit was separate from the tunic itself. A plastron with an attached collar was worn underneath the robe and tunic (completely detachable collars were also used I think??) and the collar was buttoned from the inside. Not sure if this qualifies as a standing collar at all since it isn’t even attached to the robe itself, but anyway let’s just call this collar style 5.
Tumblr media
Source here
19th century portrait of an official. He is wearing a blue xingfupao, an indigo xingfugua and a blue detachable collar; a standard ensemble (well he’s also wearing pants and boots and stuff but that’s not the focus here). Collar style 5.
Oh I forgot to mention, after the Manchus took over China, they enforced their dress code on Han Chinese men but not Han Chinese women, so in the Qing Dynasty Han and Manchu menswear were one and the same but Han and Manchu womenswear were not.
I’ve only been talking about court dress so far, educated/well off civilian Han men would wear 长衫 changshan, a floor length robe, sometimes with a 马褂 magua, a short riding vest (derived from xingfugua), whereas poorer Han men would wear 短打 duanda, a short button down shirt, and pants. Well people who wore changshan also wore pants underneath but they’re not visible. All men wore pants tbh (incoming tangent), a while back when Harry Styles in a dress (which I stan) was making the rounds on social media some well meaning people were trying to find historical precedents for men wearing dresses and they named Chinese historical clothing as an example. I just wanna say, while I appreciate the sentiment, the harsh reality was that historical Han Chinese fashion was extremely gendered (except for a few brief time periods and a few select garments). Pants were reserved for men and skirts for women, the long gown like garments seen on men in historical portraiture were all robes, not dresses; you wouldn’t consider a long coat or bathrobe a dress nowadays, would you? Men always wore pants as undergarments while women wore petticoats. However I think that’s great for illustrating how our perception of whether a garment is masculine/feminine could change over time and that gender is socially constructed. Back to the main topic, to my knowledge, magua never had collars because it was a vest, changshan commonly had collars and duanda sometimes did too. I’m not sure when the standing collar began to appear on changshan, maybe when the court xingfupao gained collar style 4 it stuck in civilian fashion, maybe it was some point in the 19th century.
Anyway, fast forward to the late 19th century, the men’s changshan had a tall standing collar but again it was different to everything we’ve seen so far. It was exceptionally tall and had a smoothly tapering edge closed by only one pankou at the bottom. This resulted in a huge v shape gap down the middle. It’s still unstiffened but because of the lack of a rectangular edge it couldn’t be worn folded over. Let’s call this collar style 6.

Late 19th century/early 20th century portrait of a man. Changshan with collar style 6.
Let’s finish this part with Han women’s collars in the 1890s and 1900s. Around this time Han womenswear began to modernize and become simpler, but that trend did not apply to collars: the collars of Han women’s robes suddenly became unnaturally tall. They were so tall that they touched the wearer’s cheeks and couldn’t be closed at the front at all, kind of resembling Regency era European men’s collars?? This style of collar was oftentimes called 元宝领 yuanbaoling, ingot collar, or 马鞍领 ma’anling, saddle collar, after the object it resembles. Let’s call all of these tall collars that touch the wearer’s face collar style 7, but bear in mind these had a lot of variations.

Photograph from the 1900s. This could be categorized as a cursed variation of collar style 6 judging from how it only has one pankou and a tapering edge instead of a rectangular edge. But like, belle époque Chinese collars are a whole other species, so let’s comfortably call it collar style 7.

More collar style 7 representation. This collar style will never stop being funny to me, like just look at it it’s so tall.
So, in summary:
Collar style 1: OG Ming Dynasty standing collar, in fashion from the 16th to mid 18th century. Tall, unstiffened, rectangular edges. Closed with two zimukou. Could have piping (17th & early 18th century). Could be worn with top bit folded over (16th & early 17th century). Worn by Han women.
Collar style 2: developed from collar style 1, popularized in the late 18th century. Medium height, unstiffened, rectangular edges. Closed with two pankou/other fabric buttons. Commonly has binding, piping or trim. Worn by Han women in the late 18th century, partially adopted by Manchu women in the late 19th century.
Collar style 3: developed from collar style 2, exclusive to the 19th century. Extremely short, unstiffened, rectangular edges. Closed with one pankou. Commonly has binding, piping or trim. Worn by Han women.
Collar style 4: collar style 2 but simpler, appeared in the late 17th/early 18th century. Tall, unstiffened, rectangular edges. Closed with two pankou. Commonly plain. Worn by Manchu & Han men.
Collar style 5: detachable standing collar, a staple of official’s uniforms throughout the Qing Dynasty. Medium height, unstiffened, rectangular/rounded edges. Buttoned from the inside. Always plain. Worn by all officials (exclusively men in this era).
Collar style 6: civilian men’s collar characterized by v shape gap at the front, I don’t know when it first appeared, some point in the Qing Dynasty. Tall, unstiffened, rounded and dramatically tapering edges. Closed by one pankou. Worn by civilian Manchu & Han men.
Collar style 7: cursed belle époque (1890s & 1900s) women’s collars that touched the wearer’s face. Extremely tall, stiffened, both rounded and rectangular edges existed. Closed by one pankou at the bottom but sometimes had more pankou for ornamental purposes. Worn by Han women in this period.
Join me next time as we dive into the Republican era where things get extra complicated.

Hey there! This is really my second request I’ve ever made on here, so sorry if it sounds stupid. I can’t really write that well. So I was wondering if you wanna could you write something for Kai (overhoe in book) where he had a childhood friend that became a hero, or someone who goes to UA. They are in the Eri rescue mission and see him so, I’ll let you decide the end. Please and ✨✨Thank you!!✨✨sorry about my wording....
ANGSTY. RISE MY CHILDREN! RISE!
Tumblr media
"Come on Kai!" He saw you waving with a bunch of flowers, dirty flowers from the ground, as you had that stupid big smile on your face.
If only he had enjoyed more that time with you and that smile of yours though...
Overhaul wasn't a man with friends. He would always call the rarely, and honestly the ones who survived, the most loyal lackeys and commurates.
Asides from Chronostasis and you... He couldn't trust anyone to be his friend.
If his pride and goal havent blinded him at that time, he might have confessed his fellings for you. But no. He was a stubborn kid. He wanted you to confess. He wouldn't risk his reputation neutger humilate himself like that. Confessing fellings no less.
The past was burried deep for him... yet he couldn't forget about you...
Both of you took different paths. Him as a villain mafia boss, you what he most hated in this entire sick world. A hero.
One of the top ten heroes no less.
He never felt so betrayal in his life until the unforgiving day he trued to run away from.
Lemillion was surely a great oponent. But after Chronostasis had shot him, his quirk would be gone forever (sikes NO LOL get dunked on Chisaki).
This kid ruined his own life from wanting to be a hero so badly, was torned to simply misery and still had the audacity of screaming his old name?
"THAT'S NOT MY NAME ANYMORE!" He shouted and before a green hero kid tried to stop his attack he had hit Lemillion and Eri.
Well, at least he thought he had...
"Where have you gotten yourself into-" He widened his eyes at the voice before hissing and his own attack comung back towards it with ten fold.
"-Kai?!" You shouted angrily and lowering your hands.
He disintegrated the ro k and glared at you with a some sorta of calm yet dissapointed.
There you were. Wearing that stupid costume with that stupid cape waving as you stood in guard to protect those brats.
"I could ask you the same thing." He hissed as he sended another attack only for your pupils to contract and stop the wave of concrete with two of your fingers to send towards Chronostasis and Eraserhead to some sorta protect and try to help the hero in some way.
Your quirk was called Karma. The more you touched or any form of contact with your oponent you could retribute ten fold agaisnt them.
Stupid diseace.
"Cant you see what you're doing is wrong?! MAINTANING THE YAKUSA IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE SAFETY OF YOUR FATHER'S GRANDDAUGHTER?!"
"Hypocrite." He growled back before trying to touch you and end this already as you dodged as Midoriya helped the both you were earlier protecting.
"You work for those sick heroes! You are sick! Infected with this diseace im trying to cure! You have NO righton calling me out for my actions!" You hissed at one of zharp attack managing to scratch the skin of your arm at the point of bleeding, but you still had to distract Overhaul.
"YOU WERE SELLING A KID'S BLOOD FOR GOD'S SAKE! A LITTLE GIRL WHOSE IS ACTUALLY RELAGED TO THE MAN WHOSE CREATED YOU!"
"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!" he shouted as you gaspex at the intense attack he sended towards you and the gigantic pillar you were now on.
You really wished you had a quirk to fly now...
"You are on their side." You gazped at seing Chisaki was merely feet away from you, stood with eyes full of anger and... hurt?
You still could see through his eyes his emotions. It was a method you developed since childhood to understand Chisaki...
"Obviously." You said sternly in guard as he clenched his fists.
"So you abandomed me for getting sick..." he growled as his quirk started to cunction and you had to dodge from the sharp pillars he was forming as his head remained low.
"Left behind that bastard of a hero who killed your uncle." He emphasized that as you tripped and fell on your back as he started to cage you with the concrete and walk towards you.
"And still think there is really a good or wrong path..? " he spoke dowj to you as you glared back at him.
"What happened to you? I knew a way lesss asshole and sociopath Chisaki before!" You almost wanted to spit at him before you widened your eyes at him crouching down to glare at you in anger.
"I changed the moment i knew this world was sick. I changed the moment you abandoned me for getting into a hero school to transform into one of those things your parents wanted."
"They threatened me! I would be abandoned at that time! What was I suppose to do?!"
"Seek an actual help from me since I WOULD DO IT!"
"Ha!" You laughed sarcastically "A person lile you doesn't want to help others! Just want money and things in charge! You dont know what is like to care about someone C-h-i-s-a-k-i."
"I CARED. I LOVED YOU." He shouted in anger as time seemed to stop for you as your eyes widened.
Your hair blew as Chisaki got up and rubbed his temple before his stoic face returned.
"You...what.. for real...?" you almost whispered as his eyes narrowerd and took his glove out aggressively.
"In the past. But not anymore, traitor-" before he could even touch you Midoriya jumped in and destroyed the tower with both Eri and you on his arms.
"(H/n)-san! Are you alright?!" You couldn't even blink as the tower was destroyed and Chisaki fell towards the ground...
If only you knew at that time...
Chisaki soon got up miraculously and overhauled his arm to search someoneto fuse with to get Eri nack as Midoriya got ready to fight.
If only you had told him the same way you felt towards him back then...
He was defeated. Left like a smashed bug on the ground as your colleagues helped you up and took you onto a ambulance for fiscovering both your right arm and left leg were broken.
What would have been...? Would you two actually be away from this fucked up way of living...?
You watched the van Chisaki eas put into got away as the ambulance you were in closed the doors and drove to an hospitap nearby.
... would you two be happy together... if only both of your feelings were confessed...?
