(Cuz he is) but let's say his S/O dies protecting him, and to out a cherry on top of the cake he had literally been treating his S/O terribly as of late due to being blinded by his mission to kill jotaro and for power.

"DIO, dear!" You hummed, running into his room before throwing your arms around him. "We should go on a date." You smiled and sat on his lap. "We haven't done that in a while, huh? What do you say?"

You watched DIO closely, his bright blonde hair shimmering in the candlelight that lit up the dark room you were in. "No."

"No? What do you mean no?" You crossed your arms and jokingly pouted, hoping that he was just playing with you.

"I mean it. No." DIO grabbed you from underneath your shoulder and placed you on the ground, continuing whatever work he was doing at his desk.

"Are you kidding me?! After all I've done for you?! I've found more than half of the stands that work for you and you can't even get us a simple dinner out?!"

"You're overreacting now, pet."

"Call me that one more time." Your eyes went dark. This was getting old. "I'm not overreacting, DIO. You're too stuck up on taking down the Joestars and all that bullshit. I just wanted dinner. Maybe even a walk around Egypt. Is that too much to ask?"

DIO turned to you, his eyes almost glowing. "Yes. It is. Now leave me be, I'm busy."

You turned and walked out of the room, clearly upset. He had to be kidding, right? After all you've done and he treats you like that?! Who gave a rat's ass about some stupid 17 year old and his grandpa. Sure, you wanted to help DIO, but god this was getting old.

You found a nearby guest room and slammed yourself onto the bed, ignoring the dust flying off of the sheets. Who did that asshole think he was anyway?

You turned on your back and looked at the dark ceiling above you. You knew you were falling into a trap when he pulled you into his arms. When he told you he loved you. When his claw-like nails ran under your chin as he called you loving names. But to be honest, you really didn't care.

You knew what you were getting into. You knew what this would take. So why were you still so upset?

You were pulled out of your thoughts when you heard a light tap on your door.

You sat up, the dust around you looking almost like snow. "Come in."

The door slowly opened as Terence D'Arby peeked his head into your room. "Sorry if I'm interrupting anything, y/n."

"No, you're fine, Terence," you wiped your eyes that you just realized were filled with tears. "Is everything okay?"

"Everything is fine. I just wanted to inform you that it looks like the Joestars are about to arrive at the castle."

"Really?" You stood up.

"No need to panic. I have already informed Lord DIO."

You nodded and stayed in your place. "Well do what you must, D'Arby."

"That I shall," he bowed at you and stood back up with a smile. "This should be fun."

You giggled and watched him leave the room. "It should, shouldn't it?"

You're breathing was getting heavier and heavier. You clearly didn't train yourself well enough for this battle. Kakyoin, Avdol, and Iggy were already dead and it looked like DIO had taken care of Joseph Joestar and Polnareff, so maybe you could just sit for a little while.

You didn't even know why you were fighting in the first place. Well, you did. DIO wanted your stand in the battle. It was strong, so he needed it. But maybe you'd be doing a way better job if your own boyfriend had trained you or even taught you how to better use your stand without becoming so exhausted.

You took a deep breath and sat down on a nearby bench. Your chest felt like it was about to explode. And it didn't help that Polnareff had nearly kicked the shit out of you back there before DIO showed up. You coughed up some blood. Shit.

You were becoming lightheaded.

Dammit.

DIO could handle himself, right?

You stood up, miraculously, to check on him and it wasn't looking so good. Sure, you believed that DIO could take down a literal 17 year old, no matter how strong, but that stupid stand, Star Platinum, that was going to be the real problem.

You didn't know why, but you ran out, your lungs weak and your hands covered in your own blood, and covered DIO right as Star Platinum was about to finish the job.

DIO only remembers seeing your body fall to the ground and the world going quiet. He quickly lashed out at Jotaro and stopped time.

Shit, shit, shit.

"Darling?" DIO unfroze time and knifes went flying at Jotaro, seemingly knocking him dead. "Darling please."

DIO laughed, thinking you were just joking. Hoping that you two could go on that date you asked him for. Dammit why did he have to treat you like shit those last two days?

"y/n, this isn't funny. y/n please."

You opened your almost lifeless eyes and placed your hand on DIO's cheek. "Come on babe-" you were interrupted by one last coughing fit, apologizing for the blood you got on DIO. "We all knew you were going to outlive me anyway." You smiled and ran your weak fingers through DIO's hair.

"I know," DIO's tear fell onto your cheek and he wiped it away quickly. "I just didn't want it to happen so soon."

"Well, I'll see you in hell, won't I?"

"After how I treated you? Probably."

"Don't feel bad. You were just busy. I just..." you giggled, though not meaning to. "I really wanted to go on that date." Both tears and blood were running down your face as DIO placed one last kiss onto your cold lips.

When he pulled away, you were gone.

Why did he have to treat you like that?

He was going to kill Jotaro for this one.

Before I get into how we are doing, I just wanted to say thank you for taking your time to say this. We really appreciate it, and I love so dearly that you enjoy my silly block art. I still have a lot of trouble wrapping my head around that, especially as of late, that people actually like it so much. I have trouble accepting so much praise, but jeez does it go a long way. So thank you. 🩷

As for how we are doing

We are okay. We now know the woman who did this, and we also have a lawyer too. Animal control was no help (no surprise there) so we are mostly relying on the lawyer for help us figure out what to do next.

Andy went back to the doctor recently to get his cast removed and reapplied. His thumb was looked at, and while the sight is... very unpleasant to look at, they say he's healing nicely. Looks like he'll be keeping his thumb. Yahoo!

We also got Shiro back. Bro is in a little brown box now. Our little minecraft brown brick. I've been through animal death more times than I'd like to admit, and I cannot go into detail about that here, nor will I ever in public probably, but I know with my experience that I will be okay. My main concern is Andy, because Shiro was his best friend. The trauma of the event is unholy, especially for him. I'm taking care of him the best I can through these tough times. Feed him, bathe him, take care of the house and animals. Definitely a Recovery moment (as he likes to call it 💀) In the end, Andy is very strong. The strongest person I know. He's tough and has a heart of pure gold. I know he'll be okay. Sudden loss is terrible and changes you as a person, but life must go on and I know we will be okay. We just have to live our lives in honor of our sweet little guy. It's what he'd want.

Everything Shiro taught us and we taught him will be carried along to a new friend in the future whenever we are ready for it, so in a sense, Shiro is still very much with us in the way he impacted our lives and will continue to do so in the future. Even if he is gone, he'll always be our baby boy and I know I'll see him again some day.

the world’s nittiest nitpick but ghost doesn’t tell puns, he tells dark jokes and military humour. soap is the one that goes for the puns. ghost uses dark humour as a coping mechanism and that’s so important to who he is, don’t mistake that for just a general sense of humour

what do you think about the kaeya = caribert theory? i saw some people use it as an 'explanation why his skin is dark' like. oh he used to be a Monster and the skin is a remnant of it :) and it pissed me off so bad. i need to know what other people think about it

its honestly not a theory im super fond of i think its a little stupid no offense. i dont think it makes a lot of sense? to go super in depth i'd have to take another look at the caribert quest (and maybe read up on the khaenri'ah lore we have so far again) but i kinda feel like it establishes pretty firmly that kaeya couldnt be caribert. descended from that branch of the family maybe (though im more fond of the theory that kaeya is descended from the branch of alberichs that were actually being regents, something that chlothar wasnt involved in because he distanced himself from the rest of the family to look after his son) (makes sense that kaeya would know more about the alberichs being the regents in khaenri'ah than he knows about an alberich being the founder of the abyss order) (theres a post about it i reblogged it some time ago and it hasn't left my mind since) but like.. him actively being caribert? sounds.. honestly really dumb to me.. don't ask me how kaeya isnt (or at least doesn't seem to be) affected by any curse, be it monsterification or immortality, but i just feel like that isnt the explanation. the actual explanation could be related to the events in caribert though.. cant wait for them to tell us what it actually is lol. on the off chance that this fucking theory is true then ill just bite my tongue i guess but i know im right. ok now moving on to the elephant in the room. what kind of take even is thatttttt "thats why his skin is dark"what is bro talking about🔥🔥‼️ if i read that with my own two eyes id block a person SO fast. why would you say that and treat it as serious evidence and backing for your theory. thats just. racism basically. what. anyways kaeya whos half from sumeru supremacy

#the klock keeps ticking #i always get this feeling when i play 999 but tonight i got it with the letter #cuz ive uh finally decided to bite the bullet and play the evil meanie route where everyone dies 😟 #a route ive put off for so long cuz its just too damn sad to think about akjdksk god it hurts #and ive played like for the most part every route of this game EXCEPT this one but i know the ending is really dark and i need to see it #plus i will at least get my beloved torture scene in so thats nice #i didnt kill off isabella though its a coma route which i hope still allows me to get the ending i want cuz i mean shell still be out of #commission in the final scene so hopefully it works out #but yeah no i started off tonight on the marianne chapter and while i did skip around through it cuz ive played it many times and i just #wanna get to the important stuff already alskj i also just replayed some of the best parts #aka the shit where lorraine appears and the gay shit alksks and god like hnnnghh not only does this chapter still ruin me emotionally #i also just remembered why i love this character so much and remembered just how good the character writing in this game is #and i also played into the rebecca chapter and didnt skip as much cuz i actually am not as familiar with the coma route #cuz it makes me sad and i never revisited it lol and i havent gotten to The Scene that makes me sob yet #its so coming though dont worry but idk i guess its just been cuz ive been thinking about p3 so much lately #and in particular shinji both the death route and coma route but in particular the coma cuz thats what im writing #and damn lol the letter just writes the grief and nuanced relationships and death stuff so much better lol god #like marianne loses her childhood best friend whom she has a gay ass relationship with to suicide and like its just better #she blames herself and still isnt even kinda okay with it after 13 years #like it just fucking ruined her and the only thing keeping her from losing it is her repression and drinking problem and unattached sex #and then with coma route well fucking first off isabellas friends actually like. visit her frequently damn #and they just all have such unique ways of coping like Zach is being optimistic so no one gets too upset #rebecca is sorta in charge of making sure everything goes smoothly she has to contact the family and make big decisions #and shes also just taking the most stress and shes got so many complicated feelings around isabella going on but she genuinely cannot stand #that isabella is hurt shes fucking destroyed she loves isabella and then ashton AAAAA god yeah i also just remembered that hes SUCH a good #character hes like being a genuine asshole right like Rebecca calls to tell him that isabella is comatose now and he literally doesnt let #her say anything he literally says ‘i dont have time for other things rn’ like the wellness of his friend is just ‘other things’ #but you just know thats not it not at all hes burying himself in work to the point of destruction so he can figure out who did this and make #everything okay and he refuses to show even an ounce of vulnerability cuz THE SECOND HE DOES IT ALL COMES OUT AND HE CANT GET OUT OF BED #ANYMORE CUZ HOW IS HE SUPPOSED TO BE OKAY WHEN THE LOVE OF HIS LIFE IS DYING
