♡ How They React To You Rejecting Their Proposal On Valentine's Day ♡

"I-I don't understand babe, is this because I asked on V-valentine's Day? I-I'm sorry! I can give you a better proposal!" Miriel was sure this would have been the most idyllic day for her to propose to you, lots of yanderes chose this day to propose and yet you seemed genuinely upset about her proposal. It couldn't have been that you were upset about her proposing in general, it must of been the way she proposed that bothered you then because you loved her so you obviously wanted to marry her, you must of just been upset she'd been so basic with her proposal.

"Miri, I don't want to marry you-" You knew better than to continue speaking with how she was hyperventilating and looking around the restaurant frantically trying to figure out every little thing that might have been less than perfect about her proposal. You hated seeing her like this but you had to put you foot down this one time, you didn't want to just be dragged along into a marriage with no prior discussion at all.

"No just tell me what I did wrong so I can fix it babe! I'm more than happy to redo my proposal, you aren't leaving me though! I-I'm sorry this wasn't what you wanted, just please babe, tell me how I can fix it!" Was it the ring? She paid more than any other elvish leader had paid for their wifes rings in the past but maybe it still wasn't enough, oh who was she kidding herself, of course it wasn't enough, she had briefly pondered also getting a necklace and bracelet set to go along with it but bringing those to the restaurant would have been bulky but maybe that was what you wanted. Aww her cute mate said no because they wanted a more traditional elvish proposal, you must be so upset with her, it's okay she would fix this!

"No Miriel, that's not it, I just, I don't want to marry you!" Her heart dropped, were you really not interested in the idea of marriage? She knew you loved her, you definitely loved her so the only other reason you must not want this is for some weird human objection to marriage, perhaps you thought her affection would change in some way after marriage, she'd need to prove to you that would never be the case.

"I feel like I'm suffocating when I'm not with you. Rest assured babe, I know I want to be bound to you forever and I know you want to be bound to me forever. I just want you to love me, forever." She reached over the table, slipping the ring on your finger gleeful that there wasn't anything wrong with her proposal after all while you wished you had protested just a bit harder.

"You're so cute, puppy, gosh I just want to keep you forever!" She picked you up and spun you around in a circle while you frantically tapped her shoulder for her to set you down because you were becoming dizzy.

"Oh right, I forgot, it's so cute that your human body is so fragile! Anyways we're almost where I wanted to take you! Can you guess what we're doing today?" Her tail wagged behind her and you prayed she hadn't dragged you out to a deserted part of the park just to show you how good she was at hunting. She'd mentioned wanting to do that with you several times before but you didn't think she would do such a thing on Valentine's Day, then again it did seem exactly up her alley so you would not be shocked in the slightest.

"For a date hopefully?" You chuckled, trying not to give away your anxiety as her ears perked up in alarm, smelling something in the area, oh god she's going to hunt something you were completely right and then you'd have to sit there petting her as she laid her head on your lap tired from the hunt and just wanting praise. Yet as she ran off you didn't hear an animal scream, instead it was very clearly a person begging for their life and you could hear her chowing down on them. She trotted back very quickly with a frown on her face and covered in blood.

"Well now that they're gone we can get back to what I wanted to do- Wait, why are you crying, puppy? W-who made you cry? I'll go rip their fucking throats out right now for making my puppy cry! Just you fucking watch." You hadn't even realized you had begun to cry, more focused on how she was darting her head around looking for who had made you feel sad in the brief moment she was gone, and paying attention to the ring box covered in blood she was fidgeting with in her hands.

"That fucking bastard ruined my proposal but there's no time like the present is there? Puppy, will you marry me?" Her tail wagged but as you shook your head and began to look at her in horror, her ears slowly began to droop, wondering where she had gone wrong, she had taken you to her favorite place, wasn't that what she was supposed to do? And then you bolted and her entire day was ruined, that stupid bastard coming into her proposal spot had caused her puppy to reject her proposal and run from her, she wished she could kill him again.

"Puppy! Don't run! Please, I'm all you need and you're all I need, it's perfect, just please come back!" No way in hell were you doing that when she was covered in some random dude's throat blood though it didn't seem like you had much of a choice with how fast she was closing in on you.

It was two days ago when you'd said no to her proposal, you had assumed Kassien would be fine waiting for you to be ready for marriage, she'd always been a very patient, at least for a demon, mate but well now here you were locked in her apartment and trying to starve yourself to death as she came by with food almost hourly demanding that you eat.

"Sweetness, I'm going to give you two choices, okay?" Her voice seemed calm through the door but you knew better at this point, there was rage constantly festering at the surface and she could blow up at you any second. "Either you start eating, willingly, or I ram in down your throat. There's no world in which I am allowing you to starve yourself sweetness so get that through your thick head."

"I hate you." You heard a light growl through the door before she let out a loud sigh trying and obviously failing to calm herself down. She had to be patient if she wanted you to and yet clearly you were not going to even at the threat of your own life.

"Why do you keep resisting me?! This isn't fair, don't we deserve to be happy?! If you would stop resisting then we could be so happy together. Until you eat I will not be eating a single thing, maybe if we starve together then you'll finally be a good little mate for me." You had said you hated Kassien but that really didn't mean you wanted her to starve which she knew very obviously when she made the threat.

"Please don't-" "Why do you care if I hurt myself all of a sudden, sweetness, you trampled all over my heart and you were going to fucking leave me. I'm going to make you care though sweetness, you'll see and then you'll regret not instantly agreeing to be my sweet little mate once I show you how good it could have been, you just have to eat first and we can be happy again."

You didn't really understand why Nikki even had bothered to take you out on a date today, she had just spent the entire night holding herself back from snapping people away and the other half gripping your hand because it annoyed her to no end having to sit across from you at the table even if it was human date etiquette. Plus there were two things she kept looking at in her bag, trying to decide when the right time to show them to you was. Probably never because you were sure she likely had something awful to show you.

"Mate, I brought you a gift for this day. Do you know what it is? It's alright, I wouldn't expect you to remember, it's the eyes of that person who kept staring at you yesterday." How... romantic? Well as romantic as this sadist could possibly get at the very least.

"Nikki, can you please not be so jealous today? Please it's Valentine's day, can't we have a nice night?" It wasn't going to happen when you were mated to a high ranking demon who could never take responsibility for her own poor behavior but at the very least you could dream, couldn't you?

"Do you actually believe I'm jealous mate? You haven't seen me jealous yet, I could show you what real jealousy would look like, if you wish." Yeah you were going to have to pass on that 'wonderful' offer. "It surprises me that you have no clue how far I am willing to go for you mate."

"What's in the other thing?" She had a small box in her hand, you weren't a moron, you understood what this meant, you just really hoped you were wrong and she had just bought you a nice piece of jewelry for Valentine's Day even though that didn't sound like her at all.

"Ah this, it's a human custom, a marriage proposal, us angels don't do it but I assumed you would appreciate it. Would you like to marry me?" You shook your head very aggressively and she hummed in thought furrowing her eyebrows. "It seems my coworker led me in the wrong direction, whatever the case it doesn't matter since even without this you are still mine."

Nora had a surprising ability to act like everything was normal even as she had you tied up she still fidgeting with the strings on your hoodie like you had just lent it to your cute fiance despite you rejecting her proposal, causing her to tie you up like a maniac.

"I know the restraints hurt, I'm sorry, I'll untie you as soon as I know you aren't going to run. You l-look so beautiful tied up like this though, it takes my breath away every time." Yeah you knew that because the freak tied you up every chance she got, including right now. It'd be weird if she didn't enjoy the way you looked tied up and was just tying you up for no reason at all.

She withered as you glared at her, trying not to make eye contact, things had gotten out of hand for her too quickly, she didn't mean to take you but well she was sure you would have said yes and when you didn't she got so worried that you were actually breaking up with her even though you weren't and well now you were here in her bed glaring at her as she tried not to cry while also feeling a sick satisfaction that you were trapped here.

"I-I'm sorry I took your hoodie by the way, I just saw it on the ground when I went to get your things and well it smells like you and I just couldn't help it." That seemed like the least of your problems when she literally moved your stuff into her apartment as you were tied up on her bed.

"Let me go."

"I can't, you know you're my reason for living, I can't." Yeah you knew that, she said you were her reason for living fifteen times a day, you just didn't know she was actually batshit before. "You can use me in any other way you want, you just have to stay with me."

You had to admit you were a little worried about your serial killer kidnapper, mainly because if anything happened to her you would be stuck in her apartment and likely rot away to nothing but it was still worry nonetheless. It was about midnight when she stumbled in to the apartment, much sooner than she had been returning recently which did not make you feel any better in the slightest cause this just meant she'd thought of some harebrained scheme to get you to finally agree to her proposal.

"Love, I had an i-idea while I was gone, I h-hope you l-like it!" She lifted her sweater revealing she had carved your name on the side of her stomach which was barely visible because of how intense the scabbing was at the moment. "L-look, I carved your n-name into my skin so everyone will know I'm y-yours!"

"Rudie, what the fuck?! Why would you do this to yourself?!" You rushed over to her trying to see if you could gauge how much blood she had lost, you would probably starve to death if she bled out from this, it did seem majorly scabbed up but it could reopen at practically any time which was very worrying to you.

"Maybe I should hurt myself l-like this more frequently, t-then you'll finally admit how much you l-love me!" She grinned as you examined her wound, god it was going to heal so poorly, you'd have to force her to go on bedrest just so she didn't rip it open again just walking around casually. You hated how she was acting like you were madly in love with her just because you didn't want her dead but if that's what it took to get her not to do anything worse then you'd play along so you simply hummed and nodded.

"You d-don't understand, if you just a-accept me now, I-I'll be your servant forever." She sniffled into your shoulder as you guided her into the kitchen, sitting her down so you can wrap her wounds.

"I know honey, first we have to wrap your wound though, m'kay?" She nodded, sweat and tears matting her hair against her forehead.

You knew what Sawyer was going to do tonight and you knew you were going to say no, sure she was going to make you marry her anyways but you wanted to know you had put up somewhat of a fight against her even if it was a weak fight that didn't last very long. You just hoped it would get your point across that you really did not want a part in this and you would never want one.

"You've been a very good girl these past few months, perhaps I should reward you. Would you enjoy that?" You sneered at her, sure you no longer kicked and screamed at her but that didn't mean you enjoyed your little arrangement any more than you had before. "Don't give me that look dearest, we're at a very nice restaurant, let's try to have a good night."

"So what's the reward?" You knew what it was but you wanted to drag it out for as long as you could, just to make her life as difficult as you possibly could at the very least. "Better be a good reward and not something stupid that's only a gift for yourself."

"You know, when other people look at you, it makes me feel like throwing up. Luckily I plan to put an end to that tonight, it's not as if you could have been with anyone else anyways but now I won't have to even think of you ever being with anyone else." She sighed as she saw you curl your lip at her engagement ring placing your hands off the table so she couldn't grab them.

"All you ever do is think about escaping, I see you daydreaming about it constantly, can you not simply enjoy the night with me dearest? Or do I have to put you in the isolation room when we return home and trust me, when you walk out you will be wearing this ring, dearest." You shook your head and she huffed. "I suppose you intend on being a brat tonight dearest, I was so hoping you wouldn't do this but I suppose here we are."

I detested every minute of drawing that horse, I will do it again!

Anyway, I hoped I would get this out before the end of the year, alas it became the first artwork of the year instead. It's the comic I mentioned in my wips notes, and yeah, I know it doesn't make much sense for Fëanor to not recognize Miriel but I needed it for the plot, okay 😭

Plot explanation + Nerdanel bonus under the cut:

Very well, I had this idea stuck in my head for a while due to my dissatisfaction with many post reembodiment fëanorian fic (don't get me wrong, I enjoy the heck out of those fics, they just happen to not fully scratch the itch) and how it's either the fëanorian basically throwing themselves to the ground to apologize to those they hurt, something I don't really see happening, apologizing requires a lot of vulnerability, it's something very raw that I just can't see the fëanorians being able to do right off the halls (and I'm not giving the Valar any credit *harunf*) or, it goes the opposite direction, and none of the fëanorians apologize at all and it's just accepted with at most some control from the Valar, I just can't accept this while also assume they just went back to their regular places in Tirion no problem besides some people being mildly mad at them.

So this was my concoction, the first two stories wouldn't be about Fëanor at all actually, it would be an Aretyel and a Curufinrod stories running concurrently:

The first one is about Aredhel not initially wanting to ever see Celegorm after he used her as a motivation to hurt Luthien, but after Maeglin reembodiement she thinks that if she can take her son back maybe she should give her former friend a chance.

The second is initially basically Curufinrod through the ages as Finrod decides to talk to Curufin despite his better reason saying otherwise, Curufin is at first very scathing and refuses any talk at all but after a difficult conversation with Ëarwen (which is mostly her calling him a bitch) Curufin decides to reevaluate his past with Finrod, eventually reaching Celebrimbor (who is a curufinrodion in this) and their complicated relationship

And then finally, the Fëanor one, it begins some time after the others already began but runs with them as well, the beginning is basically this comic, Fëanor arrives and finds no one besides the woman he doesn't know is Miriel and accepts staying with her rather than trying to talk with his brothers, the truth is that Vairë sent the wrong hour to Arafinwë so that Miriel would get time with her son (Miriel doesn't know this, she also thinks they just left Fëanor alone) (Vairë also thought that at most she would mildly inconvenience a perfectly well paid envoy that at most would get a disappointed look from the king, never imagining that Nerdanel would show up as well)

(Considering having shorted parts for Maglor, who already had his therapy sessions in Rivendell, meeting Maedhros and Elwing again, and another for Caranthir finding out that he and Haleth had a child, Erestor, and not knowing how to go about it)

So here are some aus i thought about!!!!!(two are really recent while one is a some months old)

Depressed au!

So I haven't watched season 5 but I know that chloe is sent to NY with audrey. So this au takes place an year later when chloe comes back to paris with audrey, for some fashion show, and they end up staying here a lot of time.

During that time people notice that chloe is basically unresponsive, she spends all her time alone in her room, and when she isn't there she just look at nothing and say nothing at all, she talks only when someone talk to her and even then she would only say short words like yes, no, I don't know.

So chloe's ex classmates, luka, kagami felix, ondine, aurore, mirielle, marc....basically everyone decides to do something to help chloe because they are really fucking worried

And that's how around twenty family adopt chloe or try to at least.

Oh gabriel is still dead and emilie is alive, while andre refuse to see chloe when she comes back and zoe well i haven't decided what to do with her but she would probably try to help chloe but with their relationship she would do more bad than good.

Oh and lila has the butterfly miraculous but even her want to help chloe, especially because she doesn't sense any emotion in chloe and that really scare lila since she can sense every single emotion in a person, so lila think that chloe must be in a really awful state.

Oh and I don't have a ship in mind for this au.

This one is about the miraculous prompt i reblogged yesterday.

I said I would write something about it and i will, but now I don't have much time to do a single big story so I will write some short stories like the antivillain! Au one shots and post them here and maybe on ao3 too I will see.

Guardian au!

So when Su-han arrives he has to rebuild his order of guardian since those that were revived have joined other orders to learn what changed while they were death.

One guardian is already marinette, but after some research suhan decides that chloe is worthy to be his apprentice, so chloe start training to be a guardian and will eventually join the heroes during akuma fight, without miraculous, oh and all the heroes knows her identity.

I thought the ship for this one could be chloenette because I love that ship!!!!

I've watched the first three episodes yeah 😌 like a 6/10 so far?

my general thoughts: there's been some quite strong stances both for and against it, and I understand where everything's coming from. personally, I'm happy to enjoy it from a distance but not get too invested; to satisfy my curiosity but not give it more attention than it needs. I'm not seeing it as a faithful adaptation at all, because there's hardly anything to adapt - expensive fanfic, as it were - and that, I think, is the problem in itself. I'm just not sure it was a smart idea to make a 5-season show where you don't even have the legal rights to fully reference the first age lmao??? it makes for bloated storytelling, which was my issue with the hobbit films.

things I like:

pretty shots

idk man I'm a simple girl I hear a subtle reference to anything tolkien and go !!!!!!!!

the dwarves! there were a few weird shots that made me a little uncomfortable but I liked the general vibe, and durin and disa were lovely + it's nice to get the more sensitive side to the dwarves, whereas lotr kinda brushed over it by making gimli comic relief when he's SOOOOO <3 in the book, and the hobbit had three films to give the dwarves some depth and somehow still didn't manage much

elrond!!! still hate the hair but you can tell the actor is giving it his all

again, weird casting choice and styling for celerimbor, but I like the way he's playing the character

poppy the harfoot is soooo cute <3 generally liked the harfoots, and they have some cute hobbity sayings that they pepper into conversation! but I feel like they could do with a little less sceentime, and I still don't get the overly dirty appearance and leaves in their hair - it's a bit much

southlands backstory is interesting!

numenor looks cool! and isildur is soooooooooo <3 also elendil dfhgdfk and tar-miriel is looking promising!

things I don't like:

........galadriel. I know they needed to give her an arc or whatever but this whole arya stark-esque thing going on just isn't doing it for me

elves in general tbh. not even just the appearance (hair, age, costume) but the way they act too just doesn't feel elvish. there's no difference between elves and men except the pointy ears, and idk I just find that odd. feel like I'm watching the witcher sometimes

oversimplification of the first age (essentially they made it out as if one big group of elves sailed to middle earth together to fight morgoth and that's it) means oversimplification of galadriel's motivations, which again makes her character fall flat

some very unnecessary scenes (or dramatic scenes with not enough build up to get an emotional response) to pad it out and it feels kinda choppy in places

we haven't seen him much yet but i am still nervous about ar-pharazon. the way he's given a massive beard when nobody else has anything more than stubble/very short facial hair makes me 😐 at what's to come

yeah just... don't feel invested in most of the characters. idk if that's just me though

but yeah all in all I'm not 100% convinced I'm in middle earth? there's some moments where I go "oh this reminds me of game of thrones" or "oh that's kinda like the Witcher" and... that is not what I want to be thinking when supposedly returning to middle earth

so all in all, it's ok? not awful but not amazing either. maybe it'll pick up later, idk. I'm hoping elrond grows his hair out by s2 🤧

I just don't want too much overlap between this and lord of the rings, which are two completely different things. i get that it's exciting to get new content, but please tag things correctly guys 😩

Rings of Power episode 3

Finally we get to see Númenor! It looks awesome. I loved the music during our arrival. And I really like people's style here

Finally we get an Elros mention! I wish they had said more about him.

The political situation in Númenor - Tar-Palantir having been essentially couped but left alive under Tar-Miriel's regency, but she seems to be more on his side than she outwardly presents - it a reasonable workaround for their compressed timeline, so they can have Miriel leading without having officially taken the throne yet, and I assume have Pharazon displace her later.

I miss Elrond and Celebrimbor actually. But there are a lot of plotlines here and I was definitely glad to spend time with Elendil and his family

I don't have as much to say about the Harfoots or Arondir. Arondir's bit was pretty good but relatively straightforward, setting up for this Adar guy. I still like the Harfoot characters and still think they might contribute to too many storylines.

If I could make alterations to this plot I think I'd want to try running multiple timelines Witcher-style (with clear dates shown on-screen) rather than trying to compress the timeline quite this much. I think it would have been nice to show something of a "golden age," the time of peace when all seems well, before the hints of evil coming back - in the first episode having diplomatic envoys from Númenor with the elves, Eregion working happily with the dwarves, and probably the pleasant-seeming Annatar showing up wanting to collaborate. Then maybe in the Isildur timeline (and maybe Bronwyn and Arondir are on this one too, and I guess the Harfoots) you can see that this isn't going to last, but don't know yet how everything changed. Then eventually they'd join up. That could be cool. But complicated.

2. It’s canon that the Numenoreans were very good friends with both a) the great eagles and b) seabirds and that Elros built the eagles a whole tower just for them in Armenelos…! Er, that’s not entirely about flight though, hmm…but ngl I could totally see Numenoreans developing hang-gliders especially with Elwng specifically in mind…

3. Ahhhhhhh Tar-Miriel very late in the game, looking out at the seabirds in the harbor at Romenna, and the empty eagle tower, and thinking repeatedly of the story of Elwing her anccestor, who threw herself into the sea when she was trapped in an unbearable situation and grew wings so that she might fly and escape, and wishing, and kind of wondering….I feel like an island can potentially be one of the most claustrophobic sort of places possible and since Numenor had dominion on the sea, what was left free was the air…

4. Elured and Elurin being all, really nandor-ish from their mother’s side (I’m mashing different versions together here but whatever), and that combined with this meaning they spent a lot of time perched way up in trees and insisting they can fly and driving everybody who had become more used to caves to distraction…they do show affinity for birds and they have a bit of a secret twin language of birdcalls, so maybe they’re right, but they don’t live long enough for anyone to know if they were right or not.

(I went with werewolves who eat people and turn in the full moon cause gorey werewolves have a special place in my heart. I'm only doing this for The City since I've already established that werewolves exist in The City but I haven't decided whether or not I want to put them in The Kingdom.)

♡ How They React To A Werewolf Darling ♡

♡ She really doesn't get that you become a vicious beast every full moon, like even if you tell her a million times, her only response will be about how it's unfair that you leave her side once a month. It actually really gets on her nerves, and beyond that can't you just not? ♡

♡ Okay okay, she gets that you have to shift but like, can you please let her cage you during the full moon? It's just like very scary to have you running around, she really wants to always know where you are and this way she can keep you from accidentally attacking someone a lot stronger than you. She also doesn't get why you seem so vicious towards her when you're shifted, you two are mates so shouldn't you be able to recognize that, even when shifted. ♡

♡ 0/10, she is not a good partner for a werewolf darling cause she's a tad bit stupid when it comes to werewolves. She's just never had to interact with people who come from werewolf territories, they rarely come into the city because of the danger. ♡

♡ She's actually met werewolves more than Miriel has so she has above the baseline knowledge. The demon realm is hard to get to, but it's a very welcoming environment for them so werewolves will pay an exorbitant amount for a demon to transport them to the demon realm. The point being, she at least will let you run around a bit during the full moon. Granted it won't be free reign, but at the very least you can stretch your legs. ♡

♡ She develops some... complicated feelings when you sees you running around with blood dripping down your snout. Honestly seeing you tear into human flesh, awakens something in her. She's still stronger than you, although she wishes she were much stronger than you, but she can't deny that seeing you use your strength, something she normally discourages, arouses her slightly. ♡

♡ She keeps trinkets of your kills and shows them to you once you're back to normal. You might feel ashamed that you're a monster but she is very proud of you, even if being a werewolf isn't something you enjoy. ♡

♡ She might have to cage you, she really can't be cleaning up any messes you make. She really doesn't want to but she cages you for the first few full moons until she sees how much it pains you to not run around and hunt. After that she's a bit more lenient, letting you out maybe an hour or two before the full moon ends. ♡

♡ If you tell her to let you free during the full moon then she is going to fold instantly, though she will feel upset about it, she can't risk you hating her for caging you. She tries really hard not to micromanage your shifting but she just can't help herself. There's too many variables that she's not in control of. Normally she's the perfect girlfriend who is never bossy and only does what you want but this isn't something she can compromise on. ♡

♡ The best you're going to get out of her is an amulet that will calm your urges when you're shifted. It will just make you a bit sleepy so you'll be able to relax in the comfortable cage waiting the full moon out. It's in your best interest, just please don't hate her cause she can't stand it. ♡

♡ Wow, what a shocker that the serial killer loves having a darling who eats people. It's literally her favorite thing, it might have been what cemented your relationship in the first place. Sure you two were mates, but that aside, having this in common really makes your relationship much stronger. ♡

♡ You two are a menace to the city, whereas most of the yanderes are trying to keep you from eating people because they don't want you to get hurt by attacking someone stronger than you by mistake, Runa is cheering you on and dealing with the issue if any of your victims try too hard to fight back. ♡

♡ I'm talking tranq gun, she will knock their ass out if she sees them trying hurt you in order to escape. She also wishes she could have sex with you in this form but your instincts are kind of all over the place so she tries to stay out of your way, lest you try to chase her as well. Not that you would be able to do anything to her if you turned your wrath on her but, she still would like to avoid that. ♡

♡ She'll get you a hunting ground for it, she can't let you taint your palette with human flesh but she also knows you want to hunt so she'll examine your ability and put prey in there that will challenge you but not injure you. ♡

♡ You might not even realize that she's guiding you strategically towards her pre-set up hunting ground. There's a small area of forest in the city and that's really the only area she'll let you be in, if you try to stray too close to the city, she might set traps to keep you from it. She really doesn't want you getting hurt by trying to run around in the city. She knows it's hard to be a werewolf in the city but there's not many other choices. ♡

♡ Leaving the city is extremely difficult due to the weird magic surrounding it so just bear with her for the time being. She might even reformat the structure of the city just so you have more forestland to run in. Either that or she makes trades with other territories just so she can slightly expand the magical borders of The City. ♡

(I saw the ask come through on my phone but when I went to check the ask was gone so hopefully whoever asked for this sees it lol. Some of these were changed to fit the OCs personality a bit more so I hope that's okay!)

♡ Do not fall asleep on Miss Delulu please. You will never hear the end of it. She never leaves you alone already but after this she will NEVER leave your side. If you yawn she is auto preparing herself just praying it will happen again. ♡

♡ She'll get in your personal space even more now, what do you mean her desk chair wasn't that close before? Of course it was, she's always been this close to you, she always walks right behind you in the hall, this isn't abnormal, she doesn't know what you're talking about babe.(*cough* gaslighter *cough*) ♡

♡ I mean it's really about time you start becoming more affectionate, in her head you two were already dating. Now that you've shown the first step of affection, it means she can go full blast in showing you all the love after you so coldly neglected her for months. ♡

You were sitting on a couch in the break room with her as she ate her lunch and you were painfully tired from working overtime the night before. Miriel felt so bad for her poor darling who didn't know how to say no to their supervisors request, she'd have to get rid of them as soon as you went home for the day. Maybe not murder but they would never work again. Serves them right.

She hummed slightly as she thought about what she was going to do when a weight on her shoulder startled her.

'Oh gods, babe is asleep on me. Please get it together, must stay absolutely still. Do not disturb them please.'

She was freaking out internally trying not to even breath in a way that might disrupt you. This was the first time she girlfriend showed her any affection, she had to savor it. She knows you're not ACTUALLY her girlfriend but after this it must be guaranteed right? Well either way she's gonna go full blast on the girlfriend treatment after this.

♡ Immediately glaring anyone there out of the room and draping a wing over you as a blanket. Anyone who has not vacated the room either is The Boss and therefore cannot be attacked by Kassien, or someone who has a death wish. Kassien will gladly oblige that death wish as soon as her sweet darling wakes up. ♡

♡ Honestly this is definitely happening all the time, although she has not officially claimed you, Kass is your soulmate and demons can put their soulmates at ease to a level where if the mate is even slightly drowsy, they'll just have a strong desire to curl up in the vicinity of the demon. ♡

♡ She's not always putting you to sleep, she knows you're busy and have things to do, you don't want to sleep all the time but if she notices you're overworked or stressed or just need a small break, she immediate trying to induce sleep. Just sleep, she'll watch over you as you sleep dear. ♡

You refused to make eye contact with Kassien, you'd fallen asleep on her and cuddled against her wing for the fifth time this month, how could you even continue to work with her when you couldn't stop getting too cozy with her.

This time you two were in her office, she bought you lunch often, said since you did the most out of the people she supervised, she needed to give you rewards since you really made her job easier. It was true, having her mate within reach did make her job much easier to get through, and it helped that she could basically cuddle you whenever she wanted to as you were always sleepy from work. She'd prefer her mate not work but since it wasn't possible yet, she'd make the best of it.

She always had to resist the urge to grab you tightly every time you scrambled away from her in a panic. Damn the gods, why couldn't you just fucking stay still and let her hold you. Seeing you so desperate to get away only increased her anger each time it occurred. She was going to snap and claim you soon.

♡ Kudos to you for managing to fall asleep on The Boss, like the literal ruler of the city before you're even aware of her feelings for you. You've got guts kid, now please stop being reckless for the sake of your wellbeing. ♡

♡ She's not the most affectionate, she prefer showing her affection materially rather than physically, the exception to this being her heats, but she also isn't opposed to physical affection. Just if she's not nearing her heats, it also won't cause her to jump in absolute joy like some people. ♡

♡ If you are falling asleep on her she might install a bed in her office so you can nap there with very nice blankets. Don't worry darling, if she's not super busy, she may even sit down on the bed with you as she continues to work but she wouldn't lay down, she doesn't want to take her shoes off at work. ♡

You were in her office helping her sort paperwork today. You hadn't slept very well the night before and it was beginning to catch up to you. Before you knew it you were subconsciously leaning against Sawyer before immediately straightening out and hoping she didn't notice you doing that.

This occurred two more times that afternoon before The Boss let out a sigh and grabbed your shoulder to make you lay on her lap.

"Lay down Dearest. You're clearly tired, continuing like this will only slow down my work." That was supposed to be a sweet thing but when the scary ruler of the city says that to you, it sounds downright terrifying. You'd do your best to avoid her office in the future.

♡ Miriel's Yandere Alphabet ♡

♡ Affection: How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get? ♡

♡ She shows her love with mostly physical affection and cuddling. She also does enjoy taking the reader shopping but that's only on non-crowded days cause she can get a bit anxious about losing you in public. Her love gets very intense, leading to fits of intense sadness and rage, though never at you, if you deny her affection. She'll start tracing your day back in her mind to see who could have made her darling deny her like this. She knows there's no way her soulmate would deny her in this way right? The best thing to do if you don't want someone to have their life ruined is to pretend you're sick when you don't want to cuddle, at least then she thinks it's her fault and goes and cries silently in between taking care of you. ♡

♡ Blood: How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling? ♡

♡ She doesn't get very messy, she never has to as the resident nepo baby. While Miriel sucks at her job, she still has a very high up position which is why she stays in the city instead of returning to her village right away. Beyond that she knows exactly who to talk to in order to ruin someone's life. The most you'll get is her lighting a fire to yours or the rivals apartment, and even then she'd be more likely to pay someone to do it, and she'd make sure you're far away when it happens. Oh no, now you need to live with her. ♡

♡ Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them? ♡

♡ Why would this softie ever say a single harsh word to her darling? If you even said one slightly negative thing about yourself, then she's crying, you could bump into something and be like, "I'm so clumsy." and she would tear up because how could you see yourself that way, you are perfect and there's nothing wrong with you, it's her fault for making her apartment so easy for you to bump into things. Or it's her fault that you're standing up in the first place, she should grab everything for you. ♡

♡ Darling: Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling’s will? ♡

♡ Forced cuddling and kisses but Miriel isn't much for making out so it's mostly kisses on the forehead unless you initiate a make out. If you never initiate then she'll be content just holding you all the time and maybe smelling your hair sometimes. She'll also occasionally force you to wear clothes she bought for you unless you have your own very specific sense of fashion. She might try to force you to sit on her lap as she works cause work is so boring and she really needs company, she's very lonely. ♡

♡ Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling? ♡

♡ It's all out there and to be honest, it's pathetic, so many of her emotions are just general sadness. Don't get me wrong, she can be happy especially if her darling is willing but most of the time you stand up from cuddling too quickly and all of a sudden you have to console her and promise that it had nothing to do with her. ♡

♡ Fight: How would they feel if their darling fought back? ♡

♡ As already stated above, she would feel like someone else has forced her darling to do this or has tricked you in some way because why else would you leave your soulmate? Or she'll think she has done something wrong and isn't living up to your expectations. She'll try really hard to do better which might wind up pushing you even further away. ♡

♡ Game: Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape? ♡

♡ She would never treat love like just a game, this is very serious and every time you try to escape she feels a part of her slowly dying. Seeing you try to leave all the time really just makes her feel inadequate as a soulmate. Elves in general are one of the weaker types and they aren't able to sense their mates feelings like others can so she feels like she wouldn't have these issues if she could just sense what you were feeling like other supernaturals in the city. ♡

♡ Hell: What would be their darling’s worst experience with them? ♡

♡ Your worst experience would be losing all of your friends or anyone who was too close to you before, slowly they're all threatened away or given new opportunities in order to thank them for being good friends to you but that still accidentally drives them away since now they don't have time for you. Miriel doesn't hate you having friends, she'll become their friends too but even then having her around all the time sort of isolates you. You'll feel very lonely but luckily you can't be alone if she's by your side. ♡

♡ Ideals: What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling? ♡

♡ Marriage, what else could she possibly want? She would likely want to take you back to her village at some point when it becomes her time to be leader. I can't imagine her ever wanting children even if you want them, she's just way too jealous and attention seeking to be willing to allow your attention to go towards anyone else, even your child, for longer than maybe an hour. ♡

♡ Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope? ♡

♡ When Miriel is jealous, she cusses a lot and her tone might get a bit snippier although she'll try to reassure you that it's not your fault as long as she isn't too jealous. If she's too jealous then she'll be mostly grumbling curse words underneath her breath until you're away from the threat. ♡

♡ Kisses: How do they act around or with their darling? ♡

♡ Very sweet and lovable, she might also be a bit stupid around you. She's dumb with emotions although she is one of the smartest yandere's in the city. She feels so many emotions when she's near you or thinking about you or anything to do with you so it makes it a bit hard to think clearly. You want to do this ridiculous thing? Sure go ahead, she won't question it as long as it doesn't involve being away from her or anything that might hurt you. ♡

♡ Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling? ♡

♡ What courting? You two are soulmates so there's no courting, she approaches you and expects you to immediately feel the bond. She will still be sweet to you once you two are together and will spoil you rotten but there's no courting phase, you two are just together from the start. ♡

♡ Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else? ♡

♡ She's very cold when she's around everyone else, mostly because she thinks humans are dumb except for you and maybe your friends, but she mostly is only around you so the only people besides you that she interacts with are her coworkers and she hates work, she really doesn't want to have to do it. ♡

♡ Naughty: How would they punish their darling? ♡

♡ What could you ever do to make her punish you? If you ever did anything then it is others who need to get punished or herself for not being good enough. That said while she doesn't intend to punish you, it does feel like punishment when she locks you in the apartment crying hysterically until your lover's quarrel ends. It also feels like a punishment when she ruins your friends lives although she really didn't mean to hurt you too, she just wanted to get rid of whoever turned you against her. ♡

♡ Oppression: How many rights would they take away from their darling? ♡

♡ The right to privacy mostly, you can still leave the apartment but it has to be at her side or with one of your friends who she really trusts, otherwise you can really do whatever you want within reason, obviously you can't date anyone else so you don't have the freedom to choose who you want to be in a relationship with but it's not like she tells you what to wear or forces you to cut people off. She also might even let you work if you really like your job and you're not trying to run from her. ♡

♡ Patience: How patient are they with their darling? ♡

♡ Depends on your definition of patience, sure she'd never snap at her darling but if they are showing even slight hesitation in showing her affection then she might start to cry just a little bit though she'll hold it back as long as you give her the affection quickly. She does start to get a bit weird if her darling is pushing her around too much and she might want to lock you in the apartment if you push her too much but that can be fixed easily by blaming your lack of affection on someone else. ♡

♡ Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on? ♡

♡ No, elves die with their mates. Luckily elf mates are able to gain the lifespan of their partner once the bond is solidified enough so the mates rarely pass away unless they're killed or something. ♡

♡ Regret: Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go? ♡

♡ She's delusional, everything she's done is something that any good mate would do, you get one soulmate and you must do everything to ensure they're with you even if the world is trying to split you apart. She might "let you go" in the sense that if you're very firm and tell her you need some time to process the whole soulmate thing, but she'll probably be back in a week ready to start your relationship. ♡

♡ Stigma: What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)? ♡

♡ It's both her entitlement as a spoiled nepo baby, and as an elf who has always been taught that she has to do everything to lock her mate down. Elves have a vague sense of who their mate will be since they're young so she always knew she'd have a human mate and she knows humans just don't fully understand so she needs to hold tight until you finally get it. ♡

♡ Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves? ♡

♡ She's screaming and crying and trying to hug and comfort you until you stop. If you isolate yourself then she'll think you must be in a bad mood because either she did something wrong or someone else hurt you so she needs to do her best to fix whatever made your mood so sour. ♡

♡ Unique: Would they do anything different from the classic yandere? ♡

♡ She's a bit softer than an average yandere and a lot less murderous. ♡

♡ Vice: What weakness can their darling exploit in order to escape? ♡

♡ Her delusionality, promise to be right back and that you're just going to the store and even if you're gone for a long time she'll feel like there's no way you would have left her although she'll likely go check if it takes too long but she won't even realize that you've run off, she'll just think someone else has taken you or tricked you away from her. Not that you could get out of the city since I'm sure the boss would notice one of her diplomates darlings is just roaming unattended and she'll be sure to send Miriel that helpful tip in exchange for more work. ♡

♡ Wit’s end: Would they ever hurt their darling? ♡

♡ Not on purpose, she might hold onto you too hard but she'll feel so bad once she realizes and might not even want to cuddle with you for at least a day afterwards. ♡

♡ Xoanon: How much would they revere or worship their darling? To what length would they go to win their darling over? ♡

♡ Anything that Miriel has to give, she will give you. Even the most ridiculous requests can be fulfilled if you ask in the right way. She worships the ground you step on and you're just so perfect that you could punch her while you try to escape and she'd justify it as you just being scared which means someone else must of made you fear her. ♡

♡ Yearn: How long do they pine after their darling before they snap? ♡

♡ I wouldn't call it snapping but if they're with her but refuse to move in together then your apartment might get burned to the ground. This would require the perfect scenario though where you've teased Miriel or made her delusionality worse somehow. For example if you're relying on Miriel's money then she'll start to feel like you have no reason for an apartment anymore cause she'll take care of you so much better if you move in. Generally if you let Miriel take care of you even financially then she'll snap quicker. ♡

♡ Zenith: Would they ever break their darling? ♡

♡ She might ruin the lives of everyone around you which might break you depending on how close you were to those people but beyond that she's relatively nice enough to not break her darling although their dreams might get crushed if they aren't careful to placate her all the time. ♡

(As someone who had an intense comphet phase that lasted years, I felt personally victimized by this ask. When I was in the third grade I deadass looked at my besties at the time and was like "I think I'm in love with her, does that make me gay?" and then I went and picked three boys to have a crush on to prove I wasn't gay. I picked a guy to have a crush on in math class, the first day of the sixth grade and gaslit myself into think I was just like so boy crazy that I had to chose a guy to have a crush on otherwise my brain would go crazy cause I'd like all the boys at once. It took until quarantine until I realized most people don't pick who they're gonna have a crush on.)

(I wrote these for the city since I thought they'd have the most interesting reactions with the whole soulmate thing.)

Miriel I feel would not understand, she came out of the womb knowing she was going to marry a woman at some point. She really doesn't understand mostly because as an elf she had a vibe of who her soulmate would be from the start and you now know your soulmate is a girl so why are you unable to grasp this?

Kassien is a fucking menace and you should run from her. The things that she will resort to just in order to prove that you are into her. Your boundaries will be violated and you won't even be able to complain because you secretly are really into her plus she's your soulmate so the physical chemistry is intense.

Nora can't do anything about this because you are not actually her soulmate, you are just the person she chose who was given to her by Sawyer(that means you either didn't have a soulmate or Sawyer killed the previous soulmate) which means she cann't do anything to prove you're interested in her. In this case I can see you and her being friends for awhile until one night it culminates in a big sloppy make out.

Rudie is tempted to kill any man you even look at just to shut you up. Doesn't matter if the guy is famous, she wants to show you him disfigured gruesomely until you can't stand the sight of men and have to admit you love her.

Sawyer might chuckle a bit about it. Poor thing doesn't understand yet, well then she'll just have to push you to your breaking point. Perhaps she'll make you sit on her lap for hours as she fondles you until you have to admit you're enjoying this. Maybe she'll show off her muscles a bit more to entice you. Either way she'll up the tease factor.
