y'all my life is a fucking musical and today i had another proof of that okay 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

the station where i catch the subway (if i'm going to my uni) and the train (if i'm going home) had a piano installed a few months ago. anyone can come up to it and play and have a swell time. i've played there before once and it was nice, and i love listening to people play and be happy :)

today i had about 20 minutes before my train, so i stayed behind, listening to this one guy playing the piano. he played really well, so after he was done with his song, i went up to him and told him he was super talented, and that i loved listening to him play. we chatted for a while, and after a bit he asks me if i sing - i do, yeah! so he asks if i would like to sing anything with him. i'm like omg!!!! okay!!!! sure!!!!

we settled on adele's set fire to the rain (she's my favourite singer, i think, i love her so much),,, and i was like "oh, heads up, i'm terribly sick so i might sound a bit off, hahaha!"

i didn't. i sounded SO good. we sounded SOOOOOO good together!!!! i had such a fun time, and he seemed like he was having the time of his life too, so we had a blast together and i loved it so much!!

at the end we'd gathered a small crowd (like 7 people, chill ally, chill 💀) and they clapped at us when we were done :(( he told me i was extremely talented, and that i should totally be in a band or something because my voice was incredible, which honestly gave me so much confidence and just made me overall happy!!!!

it was genuinely sooo sweet and it made my day sooo much better!!!! it was so sweet, my life is a literal musical and this is just the proof <3<3<3

I keep taking up little side projects and helping people out around my college campus and I've been doing it just for funzies and for my mental health but people have been spreading the good word about me. So now I have this good reputation and I end up getting more opportunities and fun things to do. To keep track of all these things I have a check list with mini checklists to break down the task, and when I complete a task I mark it off so I don't get confused. Also when ever I'm done and I give them what ever it was I was doing for them I get a little gift of some sort. And now I realizes that I am doing irl side quests.

so lets start in july, i start talking to this guy, who we'll call C bcus its my least favourite letter in the alphabet, and hes super cool yk as u do, he lives super close to me

ANYWAYS KEEP THAT IN MIND bcus september comes round and my boyfriend breaks up with me (pretty funny tbh bcus my bestie thought i was way out of his league)

so i start having a thing with C, idrk if its a thing or whatevee but he thinks im hot (real) well turns out he's my best friends EX BOYFRIEND. Shocked. anyways that ends bcus im a cooler person that i was in april

and then comes the LOVE OF MY LIFE. THE BEST PERSON TO EVER EXIST. THE MOST AMAZING GUY I HAVE EVER SEEN ON THIS PLANET. And we're gonna call him joel bcus thats his name.

joel and i start talking (he goes to my orchestra) but its not rlly going anywhere because WE ARE TWO AWKWARD TEENAGERS. so guess who comes back into the picture? MY EX (not the september one but a different one who we'll call B.

I dont DATE her again because third time is not the charm but we have a sort of friends with benefits thing going on, ANYWAYS MOVING ON BCUS THEN JOEL COMES BACK INTO THE PICTURE AGAINNNN and we start actually going somewhere, and then we get to last week.

I was in my bed and it was 2am and i was delirious from a lack of sleep (as i am now) so i admit to joel how i have liked him since september of 2022 when i saw him for the first time and I ASKED HIM OUT. and guess what

HE SAID YES!!!!

so now i literally have the best boyfriend ever to ever exist and my life is saved
