God, I am so obessed withthis Sashannarcy band!AU.

In this AU, Marcy's family moved to Connecticut when she was six, before she could meet Anne, so Marcy grew up to be a socially inept, low empathy wallflower, who is into Medicine college because of her parents pressure.

And she's doing well, but she's artistically repressed and without purpose.

Her only passion is playing the drums. And The Sharps, Marcy's favorite band, with the stunning guitarist Sasha and the cute singer Anne.

Anyway, one day the Sharps have a concert in Connecticut and word is they are looking for a new drummer. And wouldn't you know, Marcy is a drummer! But she discards the idea. She is a wet towel, the most boring person ever, withouth a single friend. They wouldn't take her as a band mate.

Still, she goes to the concert, and being a rock concert it quickly turns into a riot and Anne and Sasha has to leave the stage.... and who helps them get away from the fans/mob? Marcy.

She brings them to her apartment and the three of them bond and chat and Marcy can't believe she is chatting with her idols and OMG they are so much hotter in person.

And Sasha finds Marcy's drums and goes "yo, Doc! You play?"

And Marcy plays something for them and Anne and Sasha are like "you've got to join the band!"

Marcy is more than flattered but she denies. She can't drop out college and disappoint her parents.

Sasha and Anne leaves and Marcy berates herself the whole night. When she wakes up in the morning, she goes: "you know what? Fuck doing what I've been told. I'm going to join my favorite band!"

She makes a rush to The Sharps bus tour and tells Anne she accepts the offer. And so begins Marcy journey into music, learning to loose up, enjoy life, and rediscovering herself.

Which would be easy, except that she discover Anne and Sasha are not only band mates but mates MATES. And they're not subtle about it.

So Marcy has to balance her new road to discovery with the pressure of being in a famous band and the emotional stress of travelling in a bus with two rock goddesses who are not only super hot but also in a very hot relationship (and that, unknown to Marcy, like her as well)

So recently I've been rebloging Harley Quinn, Poison-Ivy, & Birds Of Prey stuff. I assume you don't like Poison-Ivy which, okay like whoever you want and dislike whoever you want Idc. I also assume you like Superman, which again, Is fine like I said Idc. What I don't get Is why you seem so angry rn. Like what is the question? Are you comparing the two and trying to put forth the message that Clark Kent Is better than Poison-Ivy because he's a hero?

I'm gonna be completely honest here and say that I never really (at all) followed Poison-Ivy's story line In comics or anything else like that, I like the relationship that I see portrayed between her and Harley Quinn (who I also never payed much attention to until Suicide Squad) In comics that I've only ever seen here on tumblr floating around on my dash.

Now on the topic of Superman, I really couldn't give less of a fuck about him and his life. I follow Supergirl, which only I started watching In the first place because I watched Melissa Benoist In Glee and wanted to see her again. I never cared about anything having to do with that part of DC (or really DC In general) up until I started watching Supergirl and even now with the 5th season coming up I still don't care about Superman, or Kal-El, or Clark Kent on any of the platforms he's been put out Into.

I like Supergirl much much more than him, I believe In her ideals more than I do his, and overall I have much more reason to like her In general. The only rendition of the DC universe that I know are the way things are portrayed In Supergirl, I've never been a die hard fan of the Kryptonian world, and I know quite alot about things now, but only the versions of thing's that I've seen In the show. The only things I know about the other parts of the DC universe are all the CW version, and I only really pay attention to, you guessed It, Supergirl !

So, If you want to defend Superman for whatever reason against Poison-Ivy than go ahead but I don't see the reason why you would do that to me. Find a more worthy opponent, buddy. Look for someone who's actually educated on Superman, and Gotham, and the DC universe overall.

This blog has never been and will never be about Superman, at the very least I've reblogged parallels of Supercorp and Clois, and a few things about Tyler Hoechlin who just seems like a nice guy. I reblogged Poison-Ivy because of Harley Quinn and the new Birds Of Prey movie, and I'm not going to stop because she's a villain and Superman Is a hero.

Mental illness is a fucking bitch because it does everything in its power to convince you it's right. I know I have obsessions. Usually it involves fandoms. When I like a show, I think of pretty much nothing else. I stay up until 3 in the morning watching episodes I have watched 20 times before. I read all the fic I can get may hands on. Etc. And my mind will not let me watch other shows or read books not related etc. And then one day my obsession makes me sad. Because it can no longer fill the hole it was filling so I get another obsession. And suddenly the old obsession fades and I mourn it. This happens to me ALL the time. My problem? This time my mind decided to obess on the idea that I am a lesbian. And because of that crushes I had in high school don't count. Obvious physical reactions to males porn don't count ( no longer happen) I no longer have any interest in men. I no longer have any desire/drive to marry one. All I can see are pretty women everywhere. Four months ago I could walk into a mall, see a pretty girl and admire her and then continue on my day. Today I am terrified of going into the public because if I am drawn to a women I will fall in love with her and won't be able to control my urges to have sex with her. Does that make sense? No. My mind has 100% convinced me that I am a lesbain despite the fact that I have always identified as straight and somewhere on the ace spectrum. But no matter how many times I "accept" my sexuality ( I have grieved this countless times since January) some part of me won't let go. I am starting to wonder if that is "me" because I know I am being unrational. I am afraid of how far this obsession will go. With tv I just lose sleep or don't get shit down around the house and maybe buy things I don't really need. But with this I may end up having sex ( which I DONT want) or come out to the homophobic people in my life or start a relationship I later regret and that scares me. I booked an appointment with a professional because I am sick of living in cycles of obsessions. Hopefully they give me some pills.
