Can we talk about how Chimney and Maddie obviously have had a discussion about Buck and Eddie’s relationship. They obviously ship the two of them. Chimney shrugs, “You’ve flirted with guys before. I definitely thought you had a thing for Eddie when he first joined the team. I never really gave it much thought. Whoever you love, you’re you. You’re Buck. You’re my brother.”

“Shit! Did I say something wrong?” Chimney asks worriedly, placing a hand on Buck’s arm.

Buck shakes his head, “No. Not at all. I just… I haven’t told anyone. And it was kind of scary. Not that… that I’m bisexual, but… everything. I don’t know- know how to explain.”

I liked yesterday’s episode. It wasn’t nearly as exciting as last week’s episode, but I still enjoyed it.

I loved Hen’s storyline specifically. It really carried the episode, I’m not a fan of the dog rescue and trying to connect that to her new adopted daughter, but I’ll forgive the writers because the over all storyline had me tear up.

Buck’s storyline was really cute and awkward and a bit cringey, but that’s what I expected and that’s what I loved about it. I think we all go through an Ally phase before coming out.

I was not expecting Eddie’s Catholic guilt to be a focus this episode. Honestly a storyline like that I expected we’d get in season 8, but I love that we are starting to acknowledge it. I am not a fan of the amount of Marisol we had, but it was so unserious that I can just laugh at the whole thing.

I can’t believe we are getting the wedding in the middle of the season. Maddie looks so beautiful. Hen looks amazing. Then we have the two idiots coming in looking crazy and losing the groom. Poor Maddie and Chimney can’t catch a break.

I’m using the two week hiatus to finish posting my notes on season 5 and 6. I still won’t do a breakdown of season 7, I’m leaving that for when we have to wait on season 8.
