A gloved hand covered your mouth, stopping you from speaking. Instead, confused muffles came out as the raven haired male eyed you irritably. His dark, wine red eyes stared at you with annoyance. “What?”

You snickered upon hearing his annoyed tone. You just loved pushing your boyfriend’s buttons. Funny enough, even as his s/o he never dropped his tough boy act. He was still the same, cold and aloof, but he did show off his soft side in private sometimes. Dating Blade was certainly not for the light hearted. With a past as dark as his, it was only natural for his heart to have countless walls and remain guarded. Except, he let his guard down a little around you. There were times he’d joke and mumble a quiet, “I love you” but nothing more has occurred. He wasn’t one for displaying affection after all. You slowly removed his hand from your mouth to respond.

“Nothing. Just bored.”

“…” His eyes narrowed and a scowl took form on his face. Bored? Just what the devil was wrong with you? If you’re bored why bother him? Go play games with Silver Wolf or scheme with Kafka. Why bother him?

“So?”

“Soooo… as my boyfriend you have to entertain me! Let’s do something!” You excitedly said, looking up at him with vibrant eyes. You were grinning and looking ecstatic for reasons Blade didn’t understand. He raised an eyebrow at this before speaking. “Go bother Silver Wolf or something. I’m busy.”

You whined and pouted. “Busy doing what? Standing aloof? Come onn don’t push me away. You wouldn’t want to upset your s/o now would you?”

Blade huffed and closed his eyes, seemingly done with your antics. His whole body radiated vibes of annoyance but on the inside he was actually amused and intrigued by you. You looked cute to him, pouting and complaining about wanting to spend time with him. He refrained from smiling and instead remained stoic. “Fine. What do you want to do?”

Your eyes lit up as you internally cheered and replied, “How about we cuddle? We haven’t done that yet and I wanna try cuddling with you! Plus, you look comfy to hug.” Upon saying this, you watched as your boyfriend’s eyes opened with the smallest hint of surprise at your suggestion. Cuddle? With him? Blade wasn’t one for being touched, in fact he despised it. He was never interested in things such as holding hands or cuddling, not even hugs seemed that interesting to him.

He studied your expression for a moment, taking note of your pleading gaze. Maybe… just maybe, he could make an exception for tonight. He sighed and gave in.

“Fine… but don’t get used to this.”

“Yaaay!” You cheered, quickly taking hold of his hand and ushering him to the lounge’s sofa. He flinched at the close contact but didn’t complain, allowing it to happen. You sat down as he followed suit, then scooted closer to him. He remained seated and stared straight ahead into the distance.

“Bladeeee, come on. At least act like you want to.” You huffed, closing the distance between the two of you. You were leaning into his side, looking up at him expectantly. His stoic facade was easily fooling you into thinking he didn’t care, but on the inside his heart raced ever so slightly.

He looked down at you and had the faintest hint of a blush on his face before he slowly wrapped an arm around you. His heart rate quickened at the close contact, especially when you hummed happily and leaned in closer to him. Was this really happening? Him, letting someone get this close to him? Usually he was quick to point his sword to them and threaten them, some even getting struck down immediately… but you. You were his only exception. You were the only one whom he genuinely enjoyed their touch. Maybe, just maybe, this wasn’t so bad.

“Bladeee? Are you blushing?” You teased, watching him seemingly snap out of his thoughts. You poked his cheek as he returned to his emotionless expression and glared at you.

“Huh-?” You yelped as he pulled you in suddenly and leaned down to place a quick kiss on your lips. You blushed furiously, completely not expecting this outcome. Your heart raced, but unknowingly to you not as fast at your boyfriend’s. Blade leaned back and looked straight ahead again, pretending as though nothing had happened leaving you stuck in a daze. He just kissed you… he just kissed you. He just-

You came back to reality as you felt a slight pain on your forehead. You blushed and whined and rubbed at it, looking up at Blade’s face. Before you could question him he smirked and looked proud, almost smug at your reaction. He flicked your forehead once more and pulled you into his side closer.

“Cute.”

“Aren’t they just adorable?” Kafka grinned teasingly, snapping a few photos of you and Blade cuddling together. You both had ended up falling asleep together in the lounge. Blade had you glued to his side, pressed firmly yet comfortably against him. His arm remained wrapped around you as you snored softly with your head against his chest. His head rested on yours with a peaceful look on his face. Elio nodded in agreement, a slight smile on his face. Of course he had foreseen this outcome already, but seeing it personally was even cuter.

“They’re quite cute indeed.”

“Kafka, send me those photos when you’re done.” Silver wolf commented, continuing to lie down on another couch with her eyes glued to her gaming device. A lollipop was in her mouth as she casually replied, “I want to upload this to my social media.”

Kafka chuckled and stood back up, putting her phone in her pocket. “Sure, sure… just be sure to give me some credit.” She turned to Elio and nodded her head with a sly smile on her face. “Alright, now that I’ve had my fun it’s time to head to Xianzhou Luofu to fulfill the mission. I’ll see you two later.” She grinned as she made her way to the teleporter. Before she entered, she turned her head back to the two and commented.

“Just be sure those two are awake when we need them. Bladie’s suppose to get captured after all.”

With that she teleports away and leaves the four to themselves in the lounge. Elio turns to leave elsewhere, needing to finish his business while Silver Wolf opens her text messages to see the pictures Kafka sent her of the two. She smiles and saves them, opening her social media.

“They’re cute together… #OTP.”

So the reader is around 13-14 and was recently blinded by some monsters that scratch their eyes badly

Before being blinded:

You were a traveler. Always trying to find your place in the many worlds that you traveled too. It was hard when you were so young and never settled to make those relationships others had. However walking this new land with unknown monsters was not a good idea. Maybe if you went with others it would have been fine, but here you were alone facing a hoard of monsters. You weren't new to monsters, but these kinds seemed way more aggressive. It wasn't what you were expecting. You had basic knowledge of fighting things however this seemed out of your league. Before you knew it it attacked you off guard. Blood streamed down your face; you screamed in agony. You screamed and hopes of somebody would hear you. All hope was diminishing his blood drip down your face. You couldn't see anything anymore your eyes weren't there. However as if all hope was lost a glimmer of sunshine came. The lady with purple hair seem to fight this monster for you well another girl with silverish hair brought you to safety. Here you met the Stellaron Hunters. They were here to save you.

KAFKA

Kafka is more protective of you

She doesn't baby you however

She knows really well that you are capable of taking care of yourself but she helps when you have things that you can't do

Takes on a mother role however more of an aunt

Takes you on missions however set you aside

You mostly stay at the ship though

Spends a lot of time with you

Teaches you things through speaking and giving you experiences

Tries to tell you that despite you being blind that you were able to accomplish anything

Feels guilty about not getting there sooner

Mostly takes walks with you

She's a very outdoorsy person

Listen to you all the time whether it's something silly or serious situation

Makes others take you seriously despite you being blind

Clever tries to babied you get to punch from her because she doesn't like you being babied for you being blind

She's very nonchalant about it

Doesn't really make a big deal out of it either

Treats you the same as she would treat anybody

Other indoorsy person so it doesn't really go out with you

When you do we'll go out though she keeps an eye on you through a camera or drone

Not in like a creepy way more of like surveilling you to make sure you're safe and so she can come in and or alert Kafka

Gives you books that are in Braille so you are able to read them or will read them to you

Very much like a big sister

Tolerate you more than anybody else

I'm looking at something to try to describe it to you in the best way possible

Doesn't it really regret not doing something however does regret alerting Kafka to late

You two tend to have a lot of deep conversation about things to try and distract each other from certain things when overwhelmed

Doesn't seem overprotective of you but deep down she does Panic a lot when you go out on your own

When someone tries to baby you she she says that you could do so much better than they could

Whenever given a chance she's slightly brags about how amazing you are despite adversities

Very much like a big brother

Makes it his repsonisbliy to take care of you

Refuses to take you on missions

Let's you walk around the area though unless if there are reports of monsters near by

Is accidentally overprotective of you

Doesn't mean to be but he just wants to keep you safe

Asks Kafka for a lot of guidance since he sees her as a sort of caregiver

He is always there when your in trouble

No matter what he is ready to kick ass for you when you want him too

After a while though does trust you enough to join him on missions

Still really protective and paranoid

Teaches you all he can about martial arts and such

Gets really upset when people baby you for being blind

Glares at people endlessly and silently threatens them

Will always give you affirmations when you doubt yourself and you believe them because he is not one to lie

~🌺~HERTA~🌺~

It was a long and stressful day for you. You were tired and done with the social aspect of going outside since so many people made your job so much more difficult today.

One person put all their work on you to hang out with the hot dude in the facility and another asked you to do their half of the project for an upcoming sales pitch.

And of course your boss was really upset today so they made it everyone's problem, but specifically targeting you. It did not feel good in the slightest. So the drive home was full of solemn sadness. No music was playing and your head had no thoughts.

Just focused on getting home. Once you pulled into the curb, you paused for a minute. Did you really want to go inside feeling like this? To your wife? With such venerability that was rarely expressed by you to her, you never wanted her to see you like this.

Herta never showed you much emotion so you didn't want to burden her, just in case she was feeling upset but didn't show it. You took a deep breath in and walked out of the car.

Once you opened the door to your home, you were met with piercing purple eyes full of concern. This was new to you, she never had that look in her eyes. 

“What’s wrong?”

Her voice was sharp and blunt, it caught you off guard.

“Nothing’s wrong, love. I’m okay.”

“Then why were you sitting in the driveway for 5 minutes?”

You were shocked that she saw you there. Did she always look out for you like this? Before you could respond, all the tears you were bottling up exploded. You grabbed her and cried into her shoulder.

She slowly patted your back as if she was expecting this from you. You told her about what happened at work, your intelligible words being consumed by the sobs. Somehow she understood.

She grabbed your hand and sat you down on the couch as she wrapped you up in a soft blanket, putting on a show that you like. She left to make you some food and a warm drink as you calmed down. Once there was a warm drink in your hand she held you close. Herta looked at you.

“Do you want to talk about today?”

You nod your head. You told her everything, about the workload and your boss taking things out on you. She held you tighter. No one should have done that to you, was the only thought in her head.

Once you had fallen asleep on her shoulder she gently placed you on the couch trying to get up to call your boss. She had called them to talk about the behavior and how she had the ability to make their life, as well as the two people who pushed their workload on you, more complicated if they didn’t show you the proper respect.

So when you went to work the next day, the three people who caused you trouble apologized and you were confused why.

Work was horrible for you. Today was a catch up day and there was so much to finish in such little time. Especially with the work assholes who would make your job so much harder. You were trying to hold your tears in while you were driving home, but some slipped out.

The more embarrassing part was going to be facing your wife with a tear stained face and glossy eyes. Once you stepped into the house you sat on the couch. You were lucky Silver Wolf was busy with her project in her office.

But sadly that luck was very short-lived. Silver Wolf had only walked out of her office, leaving her project unfinished, once she heard your quiet sobs. It hurt her to see you like this, especially since she didn’t come to see you the first thing you got home.

You were on the couch cuddled in blankets, quietly sobbing as to not interrupt her work. She felt her heart sink even more. She walked over to you and brought you into a hug.

This startled you because you didn’t see her come out of the room on account of you focusing too much on being consumed by the blanket draped around you.

You felt your crying become more like sobs. The one person you didn’t want to see you like this was now here with you. 

“What’s wrong darling?”

You buried your face into her face as she pet your hair. Words couldn't form, and she understood why. You’re crying hadn’t calmed down yet, you two were like this for a good 30 minutes.

All she was doing was cuddling you and you felt a bit more at ease as each tear rolled down your cheek. Once you felt like your crying had ceased for the time being, you took this chance to pour your heart to Silver Wolf.

You told her about how work wasn’t good and that people were being mean to you, demanding things you couldn’t give because of your own work needing to be done.

Silver Wolf had ordered your favorite food to help you calm down because she didn’t want to leave you like this. You two didn’t need words to share how much you loved each other or how safe the other was when one of you was showing a moment of vulnerability.

All you two needed was the other's embrace. So Silver Wolf held you close, and once the food came, she still held you close. She had put on a show she knew you enjoyed and didn’t mind if it was not of her preference, she would sacrifice anything for you to smile.

Once you had both finished eating, she brought you even closer and covered you tightly in the blanket. You were so thankful she came to comfort you, even if you were embarrassed at first.

Once you had fallen asleep, she had managed to contact the assholes who were bothering you, exposing all sorts of secrets to get back at them for how they treated you. The next day it was weird to hear them apologize.
