summary: clowning this man is a full-time job and i'm honestly not dedicated enough to do it.

settings: reader is married to malleus long before he enrolled into the college + arranged marriage but :) loving :)

author's note: it's been 86 years since i last wrote twst

After his first and second years with minimal success in Night Raven College, Malleus has come to harbour little cheer whenever a new semester approaches. For once, he has to be away from you for much of the year. Although the time is relatively short for a fae, any amount of absence sours his heart.

For another, it remains that while he exceeds in academics, he suffers the fate of few allies and even fewer friends. Lonely at the top has never been more apparent when one sets their eyes upon your husband. He whose only friends include his family and extended family.

You pity him. You really do.

But you also told him beforehand that this was not the wise way to go about it, he should've taken your advice into serious consideration instead of sulking up until his enrollment.

Then sulk some more when his plan backfired.

At least, the cheer returns to him once he gets home for the semester break. Staying in your company has livened up his mood, even if both of your respective times are often occupied by your duty. Malleus eases back easily into your routine even after months of absence, it was almost as if he never left.

Slowly, the two of you settle into the new rhythm of life, knowing everything would go back to the way it once was after his graduation. And life would have gone along quietly that way except for minor interference every now and then.

When Malleus decides to join you in the study after dinner, you grace him with a smile that dies when you see the slight frown between his brows. You keep your worry at bay until he sits down next to you, legs crossed and fingers intertwined. Something troubles him, you can see in the pensive press of his lips, even if he pretends at nonchalance.

"Is aught amiss, Malleus?"

Malleus meets your eyes. His chartreuse eyes gleam in the dim lighting of the study. Once upon a time on your wedding night, it freaked you out enough that you nearly rolled off the bed. Now, however, you behold them with affection and equal concern when his displeasure is this apparent to your eyes.

"I'm in the misfortune of a minor predicament," he begins. "As you have heard, Sebek has been accepted into Night Raven College. He should begin to attend with us the next school semester if all went well."

"I see," you nod, "does this have anything to do with your trouble?"

Malleus nods, fingers threaded, but there is a hint of a smile on his lips, "Yes, we've discussed the matter of his celebratory gift with him. In fact, Lilia had informed me moments ago that Sebek had announced his choice of gift."

"Indeed?"

He nods again, this time, gravelly. "A portrait."

"I see," you can see where this is going, knowing the boy's temperament and his fervent devotion to your husband, but you inquire anyway, "of?"

"Us."

Your ears must have deceived you. Because deducing from what Malleus has said, it implies the extent of Sebek's devotion has now included you in the folds. You do not know what to think of it. "Us?"

"Us," he repeats and you know for certain that you did not mishear, "He also mentioned in his consideration that if either of us feels uncomfortable with the idea, he won't mind a lone portrait of the other. I plan to accept his request either way because I intend to honour the promise of rewarding him and..."

Malleus looks at you sideways, his smile is discrete and playful, "The idea of another man possessing the portrait of you doesn't sit with me."

You resist a smile. It would be too easy to give him what he wants. And, there needs to be a responsible one between the two of you. If Malleus won't rise to the task, it falls to you to take up this solemn tone. "I suppose there won't be any trouble in indulging the boy's request, though I do wonder about his intention... does he mean to hang this in his dorm room?"

"Is that not expected of him?" Malleus asks. "It will not be inconsistent with his behaviour thus far, I would say. We have known the boy since his infancy... he has always been transparent in the matter of the heart."

You sigh, "Indeed. He has always been a peculiar one, even among the colourful characters of our court."

"Lilia would take offence," Malleus notes wryly, "he'd argue that he's every inch the proper man without a single ounce of truth in his words."

It is impossible to not show your amusement now, so you indulge Malleus and let him see you brighten, "All right, I concede. It has been too long since we last had our portrait painted, anyway. The last one was our anniversary five years ago."

"Ah, it has been nearly another decade already, we should sit down to have another painted once my next semester wraps up," he muses before pushing himself up. "Very well, I will call for our painter. Do tell your lady-in-waiting to inform Lilia about your schedule, we need to figure out a time."

There is a little skip in his step when he leaves the room, something anyone with lesser perception wouldn't have noticed. Malleus has been dour of sorts since he began his college life, for it has not gone the trajectory he expected. You have foreseen that, of course. But you take comfort in seeing that the little things can still give him joy, even when his social pursuit has been a failed endeavour.

Though, you have hope that next year might be more fortunate for him.

Or else it would be very depressing for it will be his last year on the college campus.

Why does every Evil Shanks Theory sound like a bad callout post? Spoilers under the cut so idk, if this happens to spread, you're protected.

Bro, maybe the one Yonko that isn't a Capital Letter War Criminal has some interest in maintaining balance? And as far as diplomacy with the enemy, this man straight up BDE'd his way onto Whitebeard's ship to tell him to mind his own business. They're not friends. Same with Marineford. He's got a habit of trying to stop fights.

"Well, his brother/father/uncle/moon man cousin, that guy's a Celestial Dragon, and he might be one! He's gotta be evil!"

You right, dude, in fact, I'm gonna let you continue and tell me how many people in this bitch are defined by their shitass biological family and not the people that love them. Go ahead. I'll wait.

"Why did he give up his arm for Luffy? If he says he bet it on a new generation, doesn't that mean he chose to do it? Pretty manipulative???"

Narrative. Eat my ass. Also I'll explain this in-world in a bit, give me a second.

"Why'd he have the Nika-Nika Fruit??? Why didn't he tell Luffy all about it???"

Would you tell the kid that stabbed himself in the face that he just got an all-powerful fruit that makes him God if he dies? 5 year old Luffy was already gonna cowabunga into the nearest bottomless pit to see how high he can bounce, let's not make it worse. The most you'll get is him deciding it's a mystery fruit. And as for why he had it, if he has it, that means the Government doesn't have it. If he was working for them, wouldn't he have it under lock and key and not stop to bone ram Makino and stay for a vacation?

"Well he can't be all that good, he abandoned the One Piece! He betrayed what Roger and Buggy believed in him!"

Bro, sue me for this, but if everybody's gonna suck Buggy's detachable dick for deciding to try to be the King, that means he didn't want to be for a longass time. Despite the power scaling, Shanks is still human. Just as human as his clown ex-boyfriend. You lose your dad in a public execution and see what the world will say about him for the next 20 years and tell me you feel like slapping Kaido or Whitebeard when you're (at the time) half the Him that Roger was. And this ties back to losing his arm. He's a fucking human being. Haki takes concentration and control. And Shanks, emotional wreck he was, wasn't exactly in his top game when Luffy got thrown into the sea. By that point, he was ready to risk everything for Luffy. Whether you believe he's been looking for the real Joyboy or not, he obviously loved that kid. He had his own kid by then, no wonder he dropped everything for this child that reminded him so much of the greatest man he ever knew.

Anyways. I like to think Shanks is who we want him to be, but I could be wrong by the end of the story. Shanks may end up being the disappointment Buggy decided he was. I just think it's funny that we're trying to define the morality of a pirate emperor in the first place like there's an easy answer here. Shit's complicated. He's doubly divorced, never married, and is likely racking up biological/adoptive kids like pool balls. I don't think there's a clear way to define him or his relationships with anybody.

I just had a slightly terrifying very angsty thought;

What if Bruce was killed in public while in Brucie persona

Like, I Know that's just impossible, but Somehow someone crashes a gala or assassinates him during a public outing or like during a speech right after a big battle has already happened and he's Tired. The last one seems like it has a Chance of happening.

Gotham Loves their prince in his tower. Their Brucie Boy. The citizens would be distraught. The Waynes, back together, but at what cost? He's with his parents, but now all his children are orphans, again. If he was killed in a large crowd, there's a mob after who pulled the trigger. If none of the kids are around, some stay by his side to try and help, but ultimately...

His family would be-gosh-broken(? I haven't read any stories where he dies so I'm not actually sure how the family reacts in cannon), definitely angry and loosing sleep looking for the killer, Jason definitely has his guns ready and loaded for the bastard's skull. Damien. Damien hasn't lost family like this, let alone his Father. Who seems so impossible to kill, but dying. Dying like his grandparents did, too. Just-so many parallels with baby Bruce and Damien in this situation, maybe he was even there, also tired from fighting the good fight, but...Alfred is-Alfred has lost 2 house masters, all these kids have died at least once, but not Bruce. This time it's his-Master Bruce can't tell him to stay in the mansion. He's taking a shotgun and going with Jason. None of the kids have seen Al like this. Unbound by Bruce's house rules, Bruce wasn't keeping Alfred safe, he was keeping the world safe from Alfred. I'm not well versed in Cass, Steph, Tim, and *reads smudged ink*sunray boy w actual powers, but at the least Cass is Pissed, someone that understood her needs and took care of her and taught her, gone. And it was Bruce. Whoever did this, is never seeing the light of day again. And Dick...the first rob, Nightwing, the oldest, the one that's seen the most of it only outshown by Al. He......

And the villains of Gotham? Mmmmhm. Some are just like every other Gothamite and wouldn't Dream of laying a hand on Brucie Baby(what kind of scum goes after Brucie Wayne?! LET ME OUT-I'LL FIND THEM MYSELF-), some know his identity as Batman and with them, some even respect him considering they get their ass kicked. And of course the ones that don't care about another billionaire dying. Actually, I have the villains more thought out than like anything else (I like bad guys, sue me)

Mr Freeze-Bruce helped take care of his wife. He's not ok with this death and...maybe he can experiment on bringing the 'ice lad back to life

Bane-uhhh I'm not sure on this. He knows his identity, he has some respect for him?? (I'm gonna admit it's been a while since I've rotated Bane in my mind) Maybe not, he broke his back pretty good once and the whole I was born in the shadows you merely adopted it? Is that just a movie thing? More shadows for Bane?? More lonely in the shadows??

Harvey-Now this is the one I've thought the most on(because Angst). Harvey Dent is Horrified and Angry. That was Bruce Wayne! That was His Friend! That was BRUCIE WAYNE! He's breaking out and flipping a coin to either go to a funeral or finding the bastard that did it. Maybe Both.

Joker-oh joker. Oh John Doe-eyed-for-your-nemisis clown prince. Sometimes he knows his favorite person under the mask and sometimes he doesn't. It really depends on his mood. If he doesn't know he doesn't care. Brucie Boy's number 1, would he ever target the other prince?(has he?)would he care if someone else did? Don'know. Maybe he figures it out through the absence of Bats in the weeks following and he goes to the bitch that ended his fun. Maybe he does know and is already on their doorstep, gas and c4 ready. Really? Idk. It's Joker, Have Fun With It

Nora doesn't have a preference really, but if she has to pick, she'll go with hand kisses. Trystan's a 'just kiss me damn it' person.

Nora would lean against the armrest if she isn't willing to stand. She prefers standing anyway and her feet is in such a stance where she's always on combat mode. Trystan likes to hover over the chair, rest his chin against the other's head and perform insane contortions but won't pull up a second chair.

17. Who steals whose clothes? Does their significant other mind?

Trystan does. Mostly because Nora has a wardrobe of unisex, loose-fitting clothes. He tells her he wants to try it on, but ends up stealing them because they smell nice.

45. What's the worst thing the other can say to one?

To Nora -> "I don't think your parents would be happy about that." To Trystan -> "You're not just stuck in the past, you've died there."

Nora's entire life started from wanting to seek revenge and closure of her parent's passing. Telling her her dad wouldn't approve is the worst way to tick her off. Trystan, who will do anything to move on from his past - the regrets, the lies and if you are ever in the mood of wrecking him into pieces, it'd be to bring up the fact that he's desperate.

62. How would outside characters describe their relationship?

Mafalda would agree they make "a team". Tommy would say the same. Not necessarily a good one since they should be grateful to be alive to just run on each other's impulses.

Luke and Ruby would shrug and agree on- "What isn't their relationship? Friends, enemies - they're checking off a list at this point."

The others would agree that they're just two clowns put together in a room. (others being 'me')

Self aware comic book character J is such a fun alternative explanation of his character. He eventually realises all these things are bound to happen- ex. his helplessness on that bad day in TKJ is simply because of his character arc. Him taking on the clown mold is him being aware he has a character trope to play. It can explain why he keeps expanding beyond that mold and becoming more dark and cruel- he is sick, bored, of the mold and the absurdity. Him seeing Batman as a God figure makes sense when this whole universe is centred around Batman( not even Bruce) and Batman keeps him alive in that sense. Them being the only real people there could be because of many reasons in his mind: coping with the absurdity, wanting any meaning in that world, this is Batman's world and since he is the only one aware of it he must be special, them being parallels to eo insures their mutual literary existence( can be why J insists on it that much). The Dance... J being pissy when B doesn't play his part... even panics about it... Also why he seems to struggle with his philosophical thoughts, he knows there is no meaning but deep inside he wants it... and he wants Batman to understand it too. Explains why doctors can't pinpoint what his state is, or why he deems his non Joker self unimportant. Why he feels the need to perform, to push the game on and on and knows they can't stop, why he knows he can't be helped, why he gets they are doomed, why he will save Batman's CHARACTER( not letting him kill, not letting him reveal himself)... Imagine added layers to the happenings of Endgame( and the outcome), or existential pain of Bruce not getting why their relationship matters the most, if J is THIS aware of everything and the true passage of time.

100% agree, this reading of the character adds so many extra layers, and explains like half of the existing ones. I also love it because Bruce clearly doesn't sense any of this, while Joker's character is driven by it so much -- by his knowledge of their roles to play in the story. Joker partially knows he needs to serve the narrative and never let Batman stop being Batman, but to Bruce it's just Joker constantly hurting him for himself. For the game, for his own sadistic, selfish reasons.

Ngl, the stuff with Flashpoint Batman and Joker really got me thinking about this aspect again, because the implication of that Universe is that a Batman and Joker have to exist. It doesn't always have to be Bruce, or whoever Joker was before the fall into the vat. Hell, the fall into the vat doesn't even seem to be that important. It's the trauma that comes before it, like in the case of Earth Prime's Joker when his family died, and Martha's case when Bruce died in Flashpoint... Hell, now that DC gave Joker a name (Jack Oswald White) and pretty much canonized his TKJ backstory, I got reminded that in Tales of the Dark Multiverse: Batman -- Hush, the character who's clearly meant to be Joker is directly named Jack Napier. So is he someone different from Jack White, in that world? Does the role of Joker just possess the people around a Wayne who's befallen by tragedy and turned into a Bat?

If that's the case, Joker sensing the nature of the world they live in, knowing that they have parts to play and are doomed to carry the story, is even more tragic. Jack Napier, Jack White, William Distal, even Alby (all of these being names attributed to Joker-before-the-fall in different comics), and now Martha Wayne... maybe they're all different people, who became Joker because their Universe willed it. Because it was needed for someone to become Batman's archnemesis.

Anyway, sorry, got carried away, Anon. Love your interpretation on this aspect of Joker's character, you pretty much covered all the bases. Thank you for the ask!

wip inspiration tag — next day after dawn

thank you max @goose-books for the tag!! the rules for this one are list as many inspirations/influences as you would like for your current work in progress, and explain how they’ve shaped your project!

next day after dawn (or, the project formerly known as historieswip) is a second word political fiction novel that's basically a mishmash shakespeare's histories with 90% less battle scenes and 90% more insane family dynamics. after everyone's favourite boyboss war criminal king gets deposed, his inner circle gets locked up by the new regime, and we follow them as they try to figure out what to do next and slowly drive each other insane.

henry vi part 3 (aka the whole wars of the roses tetralogy): there's a reason this project is just nicknamed historieswip. ohhhhh babygirl we got histories and i am not preserving shakespeare's timelines at ALL, i am just throwing those babies in a blender until i get 1. vaguely medieval english political structures 2. war with not-france 3. huge royal family with so much wrong with them. but from the henry vi plays specifically! this is where like half of the characters come from. the prince cyrus/cassandane/darcy dynamic is just the henry vi/margaret/suffolk love triangle, the house of lunares is the house of york: girlboss edition, and everything about the prince cyrus and mona dynamic comes from me Thinking about henry vi and richard iii foils moments. i could say more but we'd be here all day.

henry iv part 1 (and kind of 2): so. king cyrus is hal but that's also so mean to hal because king cyrus is SO much worse. however. he does have the hal backstory, by which i mean he was a rakish little alcoholic prince with a gay little boytoy until his dad died and then he had to get Serious and banish all his besties. and renan is his poins except if poins didn't get banished and stuck as the world's most depressed advisor faking respectability instead. ALSO kane my best friend kane is basically my hotspur <33

henry v: again, king cyrus is basically just henry v with the war crimes dialed up to 11. this one is the main inspiration for his conquering hero era and also the conflict with not-france and the not-french wife. it's also where i stole the title from!

king john: most of the histories i'm stealing from are at least like. connected to each other. king john is not but i love philip the bastard so fucking much so he's here (with extra transmasc aroace swag). that's helios — the war hero king's bastard who shows up to rise above his station and annoy everyone around him. and maybe be terminally loyal to a king who really doesn't deserve it

succession: the elevator pitch for this project is basically shakespeare's histories meets succession. specifically, season 1 episode 2 of succession, where the all-powerful patriarch is suddenly out of commission and maybe never coming back and the rest of the family is left losing their minds and wondering what the fuck they do now.

the hunger games: here's where i put on my clown shoes and admit that. um. you know how i said kane is hotspur. well he is but he's ALSO cato from the hunger games, as characterized in the criminally long fanfiction i wrote in middle school. and drea is um. clove. ANYWAY. thg is also an inspiration in terms of worldbuilding because i'm going for something kind of post-post-apocalyptic where there are vast disparities in technology in different parts of the country after decades of war and inequality. so we get modern tech plus medieval weapons, thank god.

darkling: this is partly a hatecrime against max my best friend max @goose-books because once upon a time i started jokingly shipping the two horrible old men in this book and then got so attached to the dynamic that i fully imported it into this project and made it canon gay. sorry bestie. but GENUINELY darkling is one of the best fucking books i've ever read and such a huge inspiration for how i do shakespeare retellings and also fucked up family dynamics.

gideon the ninth: this book is really nothing like gtn but i have to give it a shoutout because reading gtn was what inspired me to create this project! basically because i remembered how much i love ensemble casts and decided i wanted to write one. there are some similarities in terms of the vibe of everyone being locked in a big fucked up house together and everyone having super on the nose themed names but really just shoutout to tamsyn muir for being such a good writer that she made me want what she had (so many blorbos)

I love this man Lear despite having no idea what he is like. Please, do tell us what he is like because I want to cherish this man and I love your explanations.

Under the cut bc my explanations may be long. Also he shows up like twice in the new events and it's only for a little bit so not much content (mind you ive only started pokemas ex recently so I can't account for all of his stuff. Please note I don't have him in game so that also takes away from me examining his character a bit). Disregard if I've spelt his name wrong I touch type and type really fast so yeah.

Please note that this literally spoils the entire main plot of pokemon masters ex so yeah. To explain what he's like I need to explain literally everything abt him so so sorry. If you want a better explanation literally bulbapedia (despite being down all the time) explains it much better.

Okay so so like. This is mostly me going off of the main story and trying to summarize that. My headcanons are slightly based off that and stuff so yeah but Idk if ill include them. Mostly because i have to replay canon etc bc my biased explanation is 'he's a whiny fucking pathetic clown (affectionate)' so yeah.

So to summarize his general backstory (general as in im going off of memory rn), he's the son of some King and Queen (no reigon is given its just an area that isn't really brought up in canon. So literally free space).

As a child (don't quote me on this I'm remembering from the game) he was relatively nice and caring to peopleand pokemon.

At some point in his childhood his mother dies (who I'm assuming he was close to because yikes) and his father decides to send him to a strict school (it's mentioned that he was both training and studying there). When he was sent to the school he wasn't allowed to see Rachel and Sawyer (his two retainers who are also his only friends) and was isolated from them (i think saying its for lear's own good and that the two will only make him weaker. I'll get back to this later). That's shown in a cutscene which also shows his teachers (?) Who are trainers (in game it's showed to have a pokemon ranger and an ace trainer so yeah). Theyre particularly strict and personally I find them mean.

At some point during his training lear meets Hoopa (mythical psychic ghost I think) on a beach (note lear meets hoopa because he ran away bc the training is literally too hard on him. Please note he is crying in the custcene). Young lear doesn't exactly want to become King and he doesn't know why his father is forcing him to do this (he assumes it's to become king.) He's incredibly lonely and desperately misses both Rachel and Sawyer along with his Mother. He meets Hoopa (who initially does scare him. In which he insists he's royalty and laying a scratch on him would cause his family to react and save him. Please note he says 'save me' after a bit of a pause so definitely some doubt.)

Hoopa then summons a whole ass pokemon for him, which promptly also scares him (to which he days he won't be scared of Hoopa's tricks anymore). Hoopa then gives lear a sync stone (tldr pasio uses sync pairs only and to form a sync pair you need a sync stone. And to use it you have to have some sort of bond with your pokemon. I'll get to that in a bit). At some point he asks Hoopa to be his servant which it promptly refuses. After that (and a pause of hesitation), Lear asks to be friends and Hoopa agrees.

Okay so Back to Sawyer and Rachel wanting to see Lear. They ask to see Lear because the two are worried for him and want to cheer him up. They can't see him anyways bc of the Ace trainer and Ranger who say no and that Lear is resting and that the two are far too soft for him. (Mostly bc theyre preparing Lear for the throne so yeah). Lear is then told to become a great king he must put in great effort into training (yknow,, the training that's like.. breaking him). At some point in another cutscene Lear just collapses (all is shown is the camera moving down and panting so uh). The trainers berate him for being exhausted already. They say he must be prepared to carry the entire fate of the kingdom on his shoulders (fucking yikes he's like a child - a teen in this like damn). They also tell him they don't want to hear his excuses and tell him to stop playing around ("Maybe if you stopped playing hooky all the time, you wouldn't be so far behind"). Theyre aware that Lear has been sneaking out (I'd assume visiting Hoopa) and missing his studies. And they say it's 'for his own good'. They literally move him to a different training facility do he can focus (and literally have no positive interaction like fuck).

The way he copes with losing literally anything and everything positive in his life (at the moment) is to say "why does it have to be so hard? Why won't anybody help me? No one understands. Not Rachel... Not Sawyer... who am I supposed to depend on? [Pause] No one's ever been there for me. I'm alone. Maybe... maybe I don't need anyone's help! There's only one person in this world I can truely depend on- Me! And only me!" (LIVE ADRIEN REACTION)

After this it cuts to current Lear and he kept that mentality for a bit. I'm assuming he trained extremely hard and overworked himself after that because fuck man.

At some point he's back home (in kingdom whatever etc where he is reuinted with Rachel and Sawyer, who are still his retainers.) and Red challenges him. Like out of nowhere. And fucking wipes the floor w him (I'd assume bc he holds grudge against both red and his "shoddy hat".) After that he fucking builds an entire island (out of spite???) and founded the PML (pokemon Master's League) on Pasio (the island he created from scratch.) The PML was founded in hopes that Lear would overcome his weaknesses and become the Champion. If it'd a success, Lear is promised to literally be the hier to the throne. (Don't quote me on this but as far as I remember if pasio fails the dude literally can't go home or like he might as well not go home considering it isn't 'home' any more).

I personally don't want to explain the entire events of the game because enough it's a lot. So here

Early on he treats pokemon and people like tools, saying that they're a bit burdensome (bc he quickly replaces his pokemon in some scenes). Over time he slowly accepts the idea of 'friendship'. Like he's shit at it but he's trying. Much better at insulting people but that's because of how he's used to it. He also can not use sync moves early on because he has like no bond to his pokemon (however later on he can use sync moves with hoopa who he does have a bond with). He believes friendship / teamwork is 'weak' and causes you to rely on others. He also thinks victory is the only important thing and that having fun is worthless. He is in denial if he is beat with the power of friendship.

Also at some point he is straight up kidnapped by Team Break (villain team on the island). So that happens. To be fair, because of this he learns the error of his ways and literally defeats team break with the power of both friendship and teamwork (he has some decent tactics so he's very observant).

In the end he does not win the Pokemon Master's League (the player does rip) but his dad says he's proud of him so there's that.

At some point he does have a rematch with red and loses. Though oddly he doesn't feel too bad for losing (HES HEALING WIN)

Anyways back to your question of what he's like. He's incredibly complicated and definitely has some issues (some sort of inferiority / superiority complex, abandonment issues, trust issues,etc). He has a bit of a hard time accepting that people do genuinely want to help and support him, along with the fact that depending on people doesn't make you weak. He's trying to recover and it hasn't been easy but he's trying his best. He's not too open to the whole 'friendship' thing but he still gives it a shot. Thankfully Rachel, Sawyer, And Hoopa are there for him. He's an incredibly traumatized character (very realistic in the process, mentality, and healing. At least to me)

Anyways he's pathetic and a tsundere. Like a clown but worse (affectionate). Like a chewtoy for a dog. Very arrogant and confident (kinda. He has doubts. Again superiority inferiority complex deal). Very fleshed out for being a spin off character.

Anyways let me copy paste all my headcanons about him. If you've seen these on twitter congrats.

- Touch adverse with new people. He's not about to let his walls down that easily.

- Very bad at responding to affection. Less that he doesn't like it moreso that he doesn't understand how he should properly respond to it. Very awkward.

-considering his upbringing , I wouldn't entirely doubt that there's a lot of fear that he's not 'strong enough to become a King' etc. He pushes himself too hard.

-Very slowly getting better about the whole 'friend' thing. He's not healing fast but he's at least healing.

- sunglasses due to both light sensitivity and also it helps him mask his eyes.

-He has a fur collar and lives on an island so I'd like to assume he gets cold easily. Probably poor circulation or sometimes of the sort.

- if he wasn't a prince and had reputation I have no doubt that he'd fucking bite or throw hands with team break. Tbf the fact that they exist as a villain team is also his fault so eh. Clown on clown violence pvp enabled zone on pasio.

- he's trying to bond with his other three Pokémon. It's a bit awkward and embarrassing for him but it's worth it for a stronger and better relationship in general.

- actually showed in game but is getting better with teamwork and tactics. Can be very dangerous to fight.

-Tries to have confidence and pride in himself. Still a lot of self doubt from the whole 'me vs the world' thing but it's not exactly like failure is a choice so he just moves on. Still appreciates Rachel and Sawyers compliments.

- practiced smile and laugh. His actual genuine laugh is a lot softer + nicer and his actual smile is a $3 smile (affectionate but he no longer knows how to correctly smile besides his actual practiced one.)

- he has very little experience with anything outside of his 2 person circle of Rachel and Sawyer. Friends? Romance? Dude you'd kill him on sight that's how flustered / baffled he is. Defeat caught off guard but tries to play it off like he's cool.

- since his mother's death he was forced into training and studying. And sometime after that he got beat hy red and created pasio. He had had no time to grieve so it all starts to hit him after the first PML tournament. Has a somewhat tense relationship with his father.

- Rachel and Sawyer are both his best friends (though he doesn't admit that) and his only friends. He's known the two since his childhood and deeply cares about the two, despite his words. The same goes for Hoopa, a very strong bond that helps him grow as a person.

- He also deeply appreciates Cheren and the help he offered. Though he wouldn't exactly admit that theyre 'friends' (not yet at least) he still prefers him over any other random trainer. He's slowly starting to open himself up again and heal because of Cheren.

-outside of Pasio he tries to have a low profile. While being a prince is fun it's also incredibly tiring to keep that image 24/7. Also he doesn't know how to navigate a city as a pedestrian. Usually Hair down or tied up with different sunglasses. The glasses are a must.

- not a super fragile immune system but still poor in general. Seasonal allergies kick his ass and if he doesn't take care of himself he will get very sick. But with proper rest he gets over it quickly so it's usually fine.

- should he know physical defense? Yes. Does he? No. I mean he probably could fist fight team break with all his pent up anger but that's about it. Steel chair for defense otherwise his best bet is Hoopa or Rachel+ Sawyer. However would probably use his smarts as an advantage.

- slightly embarrassed about his height. The thought of lear in platform shoes is funny though.

- hates being picked up. He was fine with it as a child but absolutely despises it as of now. It makes him feel a bit weak.

- misses his family despite the tension.

- Cheren is like his only friend outside of Rachel and Sawyer. Lear calls him a 'pest' but it's just bc he's awkward. He appreciates Cheren's perspective on the situation. Two peas in a pod.

- realistically couldn't stand horror movies (he was scared by hoopa like) but I think its funny if he's just like, entirley unphased. Like he finds them horribly boring and picks out the inconsistencies. But also probably hates them lmao.

- his weak immune system is a family trait. So he definitely has to be careful and ensure strict rules around Pasio. (personal hc on how his mother passed away). Tries to play it off like he's cool but usually freaks out if he gets sick. He wears all those layers for a reason.

- not exactly a headcanon I go by but I just that it'd be funny if his sunglasses were perscription lmao

- decent spice tolerance vs low sugar tolerance. Sure he can eat spicy things but he's rarely had sweets (strict diets and stuff while training etc) so he's not really used to them. Has only had donuts because of Hoopa. He still likes it though, he just can't have a lot. Can deal with bitter things (black coffee, etc)

- only child and was incredibly lonely for a while (and still is). But definitely looks up to both Rachel ans Sawyer. The two are a bit older than him and through he doesn't admit it he fondly looks up to the two as older siblings. Also that doesn't stop him from being a brat.

- Lear, Rachel , and Sawyer all have matching earrings after the events of the PML championship. It's just a singular earring worn on either ear. Generally a red gem of sorts.

- decently long hair but puts it up for appearances etc. There's like three people who've seen him with his hair down and that's it (Rachel, Sawyer, and Cheren). Takes him over an hour to get ready rip lmao

- horrible sense of balance. Will fall down the stairs if distracted so like 🤝😔.

- while he likes being around people he genuinely dislikes loud and crowded events. Absolutely despises formal events he's forced to attend but has to keep up his role as prince and future heir. Dislikes very formal wear also because it feels very closed off.

- most of the time when he says 'friend' or 'teamwork' it's like he just ate a lemon. Still trying to get used to it but also internally cringes at it.

- not even a headcanon just a fact. He will bite you if you piss him off. That's a promise. He's like a stray cat and will attack if needed.

- was taught how to make paper stars by his Mother. Still makes them to this very day and does so in his free time. (Another hc a user made that I latched onto)

- absolutely a perfectionist. If it isn't good the first time start over until it's perfect. He keeps the perfect ones sealed vs mishaped ones tossed in his room

- his room is relatively neat. Sure there are stars tossed around but he keeps after himself. When he was training his room had to be spotless so he still carries some of that mentality around. Force of habit really.

- his training really took a toll on him and he still carries the scars on him. Tries his very best all the time but is starting to get tired of it. Occasionally he has his quiet days. Not exactly sulking but moreso reflecting on his past. He does this on the beach at night.

- Still can be really rude and snarky. He's trying to be better and get out of those habits so it mostly comes out when he's frustrated. Just give him time to cool off.

- once he gets into it, he's very flirty and will be incredibly extra. Whether he does so purposefully is up to the situation. Though mostly it's just things he says that turn out to be flirty. You will know when he's flirting with you, that's a promise.

- has to break up Sawyer and Rachel from fighting. It's cute that the two care for him this much but also this is the fifth time this week the two have fought over 'who cares for Master Lear more and who he cares for more' etc.

- tries not to publicly or audibly cry. Just a thing he learned while training. Very quiet and curls up into a little ball. Hides away in his room unless something is very urgent and he has to attend to it that moment.

- has had to research about all the legendaries that appear on Pasio, along with Hoopa (both forms). He has to keep tabs on the legendaries, if they're in sync pairs, and what they're capable of (mostly to ensure Pasio's saftey)

- flirt with him and he dies on sight. It usually catches him off guard so it's mostly him sputtering out words and suffering. Occasionally he hides his face (as red as his shades lmao) or hides in his coat fluff.

- Thinks of both Rachel ans Sawyer as family. Not exactly his only family (bc his relationship with his father is... tense) but closer than anyone. He's an only child so they two were like older siblings to him who guided him.

- It was a horrible experience for him. To have his mother pass away and then be ripped from both Rachel and Sawyer. It deeply scarred him and though it made him 'stronger',, he still resents his father to some degree.

- He desperately wants to be king. At first to show his father that he's finally strong enough to be considered a proper hier and to be 'worthy'. As of now it's moreso to prove he can be a much better and caring king than his father currently is.

- Though he doesn't act like it, he deeply cares for those around him. He tries to look out for them without making it too obvious. Very bad with words of support so hopefully his presence can help. Stays quiet, mostly out of respect and fear that he'll say the wrong things.

- not used to physical affection and very not used to actual pda. He will explode. Suffers trying to keep his image while also desperately trying not to get flustered. Denies anything and everything. He's a horrible liar when ut comes to this.

- very mild and neutral when alone. He has no need to put on that act 24/7 so it's like a breath if fresh air. Catch him like that and you'll catch him off guard. Will be very flustered and immediately continue his normal act. Resting bitch face (same).

- extremely stubborn. His way until he's forced to accept help or try something else. Will rarely listen to others or accept their help (unless it's forced bc then he has no choice)

-besides the paper stars littered sound his room he has one hidden stuffed toy from his childhood. You can only guess who gave him that considering he doesn't have any others (rip)

- not exactly a headcanon but if you gave him bubble tea he would choke on the boba. A funny drawing prompt whsg

- has never had a snowball fight or actively been in snow. Hashtag Island problems. Would do great in a fight considering he can throw pokeballs well

A Theory on Vecna I Hope Makes Sense

I think that, while Vecna targets grief, his ability to use it in order to kill the victim may depend on how secret that grief is. The show made a big deal about Chrissy, the basketball player, and the paper editors' pain being a secret. I think that's why they were so easy to take.

And I don't think that it was really music that saved Max, it was just the reminder that she wasn't alone. If you think about Henry's father's grief, anyone who was part of that assignment during the war would have known that he bombed the wrong town. It's also possible that he told his wife about it (was she the one who turned on the music? If so, I bet the song reminded Victor of her). I bet that's why Henry focused so much on the image of the baby burning - that's a detail Victor might not have revealed. But it still didn't work - Victor was able to hold onto love long enough to exhaust Henry.

I bet the song doesn't have to be the victim's favorite song. It probably just has to be a song that reminds them of a time that they weren't alone or were heard. Vecna creates his trance by making his victims feel alone in their grief and fear; the song just needs to tell them that the loneliness isn't true. That no matter what they've done or how bad they think they are, someone out there cares for them and thinks they're awesome. That kind of reassurance is the one thing that Henry never had (or at least thought he never had). So it makes sense that it would be the one thing that he wouldn't know how to fight.

(In a sick way, I wonder whether Henry gathers souls not just for power but also to not be alone.)

A gate forms where each victim of Vecna dies. In order to stop Vecna and the MF, the Scooby gang will need to close all of the gates. If they're time-traveling in the UD, it must mean that in order to close the gates, they'll need to stop Vecna from taking each victim. One of the gates formed in Eddie's trailer. So what if Eddie is playing guitar on the roof of his trailer for Chrissy? What if it isn't a cover of anything? What if it's one of the songs he played back in middle school that she would remember? Because she'd hear it and know that back in middle school, someone saw her, and that same someone still sees her?

This is also how Billy could return (clown shoes back on) because what if he's trapped in Russian and he had given up on trying to escape because he figured no one cared about him anyway but then HE HEARD MAX'S CONFESSION AND IT CHANGED HIS MIND? BECAUSE IT TURNS OUT HE WASN'T ALONE, HE WASN'T COMPLETELY UNLOVED, MAX SAW AND UNDERSTOOD HIM. AND HE COMES BACK FOR HER.

STRANGER THINGS 4 VOLUME 2 SPOILERS !

i don't know how to hide stuff under a cut, so i'm sincerely sorry. last warning before we get into spoilers.

i am going to continue to wake up and put on my facepaint like the clown i am, because i simply refuse to believe they killed him off.

they do a two day timeskip, not showing anyone leaving the upside down. while they showed him dying, the absolutely mental and naively hopeful part of me still wonders if he did make it out of there. we don't know for certain that they left him down there. the only reason i'm considering that he might not actually be dead in addition to the timeskip, is that they've killed hopper and brought him back. they also did that thing where max died but not really. eddie munson QUICKLY became a fan favorite. maybe it's just the side of the internet i'm on, but he gained such obscene levels of popularity after so few scenes, so maybe there is a possibility they are faking his death so that he doesn't have to face murder charges. i mean, news reporter says he is presumed dead, but he could just be presumed dead by the audience as well while still being alive. maybe suffer brothers realize people's love for eddie and write him back in some way. nothing changes that joseph has said he wishes to be invited back for season 5. flashbacks wouldn't make sense because, i'm sorry, but eddie wasn't relevant until season four's timeline, so there is no reason to delve into past memories involving him. and if they wanted to do the mourning thing, they would probably just recycle scenes.

Yusei Fudo, our protagonist, and Jack Atlas both grew up in the Satellite, Yusei has some(VERY UNDERRATED I LOVE THEM SO MUCH GUYS YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW) friends who also live there

Yusei and Jack are "former friends" THEY WERE DATING YOUR HONOR

Anyway Jack stole Yusei's bike and ace card and booked it to the city and became a Big Cool Important duelist

Yusei finally gets there and duels Jack for revenge only to have it get interrupted by a big red fuckoff dragon and Yusei gets dragged off to Superjail where he's branded as a criminal

He gets released early bc Goodwin, the Dictator Director of the city or whatever, decides he can. His friends that he made are released shortly after! Yay!! They're great I love them

Oh yeah while Yusei's in jail, Goodwin introduces Jack to his Definitely-Not-A-Cult

Yusei tries to steal his bike back from the cops. He succeeds but crashes into an apartment complex and gets temporary amnesia

A couple of kids, Leo and Luna, find him ptfo'd by their back door and decide to take him in. Dueling fixes his amnesia for some reason

The bitchass clown-lookin cop threatens to hurt Yusei's friends if he doesn't participate in Goodwin's duel monsters tournament

Yusei has a run in with "The Black Rose" and nearly dies bc of magically real duel monsters

Tournament arc!! Leo pretends to be his sister, Luna has an out of body experience, The Black Rose is Akiza and she's literally the quiet kid but she may also be in a cult?? Goodwin almost gets assassinated and I'm pissed it didn't succeed, Yusei punches some guys

Turns out Jack's known Goodwin's nuts for a while now lmao but he gets to duel Yusei so he doesn't care(GAY)

Their duel turns into Definitely Not A Shadow Game. Yusei wins and Jack is hospitalized

Paparazzi makes Yusei and his friends hide

There's a mind control cult now

Carly is a fucking gem!! She's also most definitely a lesbian!! Shame I've been told she dies

Yusei's back in the Satellite again to try and take down the mind control cult. Also Crow Hogan beloved

Apparently Crow, Jack, and Yusei used to be in a gang with this Kalin Kessler guy but now Kalin's with the mind control cult

Jack is there??? In a helicopter?? I don't know how relevant this is I just wanted to point out that there were several points during this part where he looked about ready to JUMP OR FALL OUT OF THE THING

Yusei crashed and got impaled :(

Well uh. Let's see how about Outlast and what I ship in that. Weddie. At least one half of that ship has an obsessive violent "love" for the other. It's one-sided yeah. But it's full of potential for "what if's" and GUILT. Waylon, the idea of not being able to save Eddie from the insanity that was inflicted haunting him every night. Eddie, the idea of him surviving and all the shit that comes from the guilt of knowing what he did to so many people that night and constantly wondering about the one that got away. A groom who's mind is muddled and twisted and a reluctant bride who sealed his fate. They could have been beautiful together, you know.

And my most recent of 2doc. Stockholm syndrome in a nutshell, basically just an idiot who keeps getting back together with a terrible abusive ex. Murdoc put 2D into that damn coma, but also got him out of it. Damn satanist putting his "blue haired black eyed god" through constant physical and mental agony and yet. 2D still loves him. Even after the events of Plastic Beach and Murdoc being locked up for long enough for 2D to taste freedom from that agony. They still save eachother. They still love eachother. Murdoc has said his favorite colors are blue and green. Blue and goddamn green.

And 15 seasons of Supernatural for- Wincest. Well c'mon man. Literal canonical soulmates who died for eachother countless times. That damn quote about them being irrationally emotionally erotically co-dependent on each other or what the ffuck ever. The vessels of good and evil who go against fate time and time again because they choose each other. Even when they'd be objectively living better lives apart, they wouldn't be happy like that. Because ever since John put baby Sammy in Dean's arms that fateful night and told him to protect him or whatever it has always been the two of them. Sam and Dean. Even in the face of certain doom, it's the two of them. Heaven is an open road for them to drive down.

Homestuck is gay and cringe but y'know what isn't. GamKar. Knight of Blood and Bard of Rage. Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn. Moirails made in shite circumstances. " Oh dear, that's so funny," Dennis said to Alice, they had a date, and Alice just met him on a dating site

"I have fun with you, I bet you are a clown," Alice said while laughing

" anyway, may I excuse myself, I need to go to the comfort room," Dennis. said

” Sure," Alice said, so Dennis went to the comfort room. He was going to pee after a while and suddenly the door was closed without any person who was there.

" Hello, anyone who is here? " Dennis asked but no one was in there, so Dennis continue what he doing but suddenly

" Hello there," said a mysterious man who was wearing a black and white t-shirt and there was blood on his chest

" Who are you? " Dennis asked he was shocked and shaking his body

" I'm just a fiance of Alice, and if ever someone who comes near to my dear Alice I will not stop to scare him," the mysterious man said, all of a sudden Dennis ran so fast he goes back to Alice

" I need to go bye," Dennis said and go away from her, then Alice keep wondering why so many men were dating her is doesn't longer

After a couple of weeks, Alice keeps dating another guy but it no longer getting a romantic moment, while the mysterious man who keeps scaring those who ever get a date with Alice

" I don't think that I will get a man who loves me, how I wish I could get a man like Albert, " Alice said they were at the coffee shop with her friends

" So, that you mean it, " Karen said

" Mean it? From what!? " Alice asked

" Alice, dear, you need to let go of Albert, you must forget him and love someone new," Karen said

" Karen, you know how much Albert loves her and taking care of her " Nicole said

" No, you are so stupid Nics, Albert goes away from her you remember that time Albert broke up with her? She keeps following that man while that man keeps pushing away from her " Karen said

" But Albert has a reason and I understand that he doesn't want to hurt Alice, but Albert can not hide it from Alice," Nicole said

" It doesn't matter, Alice you need to find a man who will love you and never hurt you, " Karen said, Alice just sigh, and after a couple of hours, they decided to go home, Alice laid down on her bed and thinking of Karen said

It repeats in her mind over, again and again, there is something she always remembers

Flashback

" Boo, what's your doing? " Alice asked Albert, they were here at the park for a picnic

" I just took some pictures because when we get old, I just want to see and remember this moment, and I wanna capture every single one of the moments whenever I'm with you," Albert said

" So, are you sure that we will stay forever? " Alice asked

" Definitely yes, because you are my future," Albert said

" Okay if you say so, I love you," Alice said

" I love you more, " Albert said

End of flashback

Alice can not still believe that Albert is gone and he is her first love

" How I wish you were here " Alice whispered with teary eyes on her eyes, even though she had a lot of dates but she won't forget the love of Albert. Meanwhile, Karen finally got home and she looks very happy because she was promoted in her work, so she decided to take a bath, so she goes to her but she suddenly stop and saw something

" Who are you? And how do you get in here?" She asked while her body was shaking

" Did you know what you're saying a while ago at the coffee shop? " the mysterious man asked

" What are you talking about? " She asked

" Oh, Karen, how many years have we been together? And you know how much I love Alice anyway, I have a surprise for you " the mysterious man said

" NO WAY PLEASE DON'T DO IT TO ME," Karen said as she runs so fast the mysterious man chasing after Karen, but the mysterious man find a way to catch her and all of sudden he full of her hair and slashed her neck of the knife

On the next day, Alice finds out that Karen already died, she was shocked and she can not believe that her friend was gone.

One month later Alice was too busy with her business and she thinks that she will never be able to find someone like Albert.

" Okay, just make an appointment with Mr. Marcos then call me back if everything has been set… Okay, thanks " Alice said, she ended up with her call and she just continues what she doing, after a couple of minutes someone came to Alice

" Hi, I'm Martin. May I join you? " he asked then Alice looked at him

" Did I know you? " Alice asked but Martin was laughing

" No, but you caught my attention from another table, and I decided to go here to just get to know you, can l? " Martin asked

"Sorry, I can't cause if I entertain you, I just waste my time," Alice said

" Wow! Why do you say that? " Martin asked

" Because every time I date someone who I want to get more known it won't be able to get to know each other " Alice said with a sad feeling

" You know what, I'm not the type of person who is easily and plays the time of the person or things if I want to get something, I wouldn't give up, so I said that you caught my attention and please accept me as your lover or your friend rather," Martin said Alice started to laughing then they make a conversation with each other, it took hours to get know each other, after a couple of hours they decided to go home, and Martin bring her home on her house, then Martin to go home a couple of hours Martin went home with still chatting with Alice on over the phone Alice fell asleep while Martin decided to work out, so he went down, and started to work out after a 1 hours there someone speaks out

" getaway from Alice that's mine," said the mysterious man, but Martin can't hear anything, so the mysterious man get a knife and decided to kill Martin but suddenly he stop because

" Albert, I still love you so much and you know that but can you please let me be happy with Martin for a while, I promise that I don't forget your love and I hope that you and I will stay forever in next life " the mysterious man heard the voice of Alice, and he decided to go away, after that night Martin and Alice we're so happy together, they have fun with each other, and they do so many things, especially romantic way, while the mysterious man keeps watching on them, he always gets jealous of Martin and he wishes that he was Martin place and making fun with Alice, the mysterious man so, in love with Alice, even he was hurt to see Martin hold on Alice's hand after a couple of months Martin take Alice to the fancy restaurant

" Martin, it is so romantic here," Alice said while they having a dinner

" Do you like it? " Martin asked

" No, I love it, " Alice said

" well, I have questions," Martin said

" What is it? " Alice asked

" Well we have been friends for a month and you know that I love you so will you be my girlfrie… " Martin was ain't able to say about his proposal because

" THAT IS MINE " the mysterious man suddenly shouted with a tornado that Martin and Alice shocked

" ALBERT!? " Alice said

" ALICE YOU DON'T NEED A GUY TO LOVE YOU, YOU SAID THAT I WILL WAIT FOR YOU IN 2ND LIFE," the mysterious man said

" Albert sorry I didn't mean it, but I do promise in the 2nd life, but please understand I need someone to love and to comfort me in my loneliness, " Alice said while she crying out loud

" BUT YOU PROMISE TO ME YOU LOVE ME AND OUR LOVE I WILL BRING TO MY GRAVE " the mysterious man

" But I love Martin and please let me go if you truly love me, please set me free," said Alice

" I hate you because I love you so much, I guess I need to let you go that you want to, see you again my love," the mysterious man said and he went gone, while Martin ran to Alice

" Are you okay Alice? " Martin asked Alice just nodded to Martin and look up to the sky

" See you again my love," Alice said Alice smiled at the sky

After 5 years Alice and Martin were married and they have one cute little boy named Albert, Martin kept supporting Alice's business, and also he helped her with her business.

Sometimes loving and obsessing with someone is bad enough but if you truly love someone either she/ he doesn't fill full her promise to you, just let them go and be happy because if you truly love someone just set them free

20 Random Personnel HCs no one asked for but I'm giving it here anyway because why not.

I'm bored and I want to think about the clowns. I also want to talk about the clowns.

Glass doesn't like it when he comes to work and sees something wearing the same shirt as he is. That being said, he keeps a few extra sweaters in his office to change into when someone does wear the same shirt as him

Bright has a collection of different types and designs of canes. She invests in it a lot because it's the one familiar thing- aside from 963 which she actively hates, in her body hopping problem. Her favourite is the hotpink offset cane with spikes.

Kondraki carries condiment packets in his pockets all the time. No one knows why. No one sees him restock it. He just always have it. "That bastard Clef always need them," is his answer everytime he's asked.

Gears carries an antique watch in his pocket. You can see the chain from his labcoat. He wants to give it to Alison one day.

Yoric also has a pocket watch given by Jack. It doesn't work anymore but he still keep it on him at all times. Says it's his lucky charm.

Jack completely disowned Yoric's parents. They're no longer part of the official Bright family tree too. Most the family shuns them. They're wary of Yoric most the time because of that.

The pocket watches were definitely matching for Gears and Jack as a sign of their friendship. It's also viewed as an heirloom.

Yoric can play the guitar and sing. He's also knows how to tap dance. No one knows where he learned it or when.

Clef's hawaiian shirt are all special and unique. Some even had extra stuff added to it- much like Mabel's sweaters from Gravity Falls. He definitely has one hawaiian shirt with led-lights sewn into the pattern.

In case of a blackout, Clef is a really good glowstick/source of light because for some reason all his shirts glow in the dark.

Diogenes definitely has tampons and pads at their desk/bag/pocket at all times and will whip them out when someone starts bleeding (not from injury).

Diogenes and Lament are pretty close and they have lunch a lot together to bitch about stuff and gossip. They're also drinking buddies. Also, they're up to date with the latest workplace drama and tea.

Iceberg met Lament once and they had an office chair race down the hallway. There was a really big betting pool on who would win. Jack was the one who started it.

Cimmerian hates store-bought butter and makes his own butter. Yes, it's more expensive. No, he doesn't care.

Finding Iceberg in summer clothing is very common during the winter months as he does not get cold. Hot Girl Summer got delayed. It's Depressing Incel Winter for Iceberg. Also he wears crop tops. I will not change my mind

Jack and Gears are childhood friends. Gears is almost as old as Jack is- if not perhaps a year or two older.

Jack is surprisingly a good cook. In fact, she enjoys cooking a lot. It's one of the things that they like to do to shift their focus away from depressing thoughts.

No one really notices but Gears' love language is feeding people. If he likes you, he buys you lunch and brings you snacks a lot.

Glass definitely once tried baking pot brownies. He says it's for the science but it was actually beacuse he lost a bet with Jack and Clef and had to bake it for them.

Clef smokes weed and definitely has a stash in his office, car and home. Kondraki joined him once. Never again.
