1. It's your birthday! What did you ask for and did you receive it?

uuuhhh it's been a long time since I've got a birthday gift, the last one I remember getting was a DSLR camera my dad gave as a early birthday present for my 15th birthday, I asked for a semi-DSLR like the one my aunt has cuz it'd have the same controls as a regular digital camera.... But my dad thought it'd be better if I'm accustomed to a professional camera what was he thinking idk 😂. O and my best friend gave me a stuffed animal (puppy) for my 16th and some of my other friends gave me some pretty stationaries, yeah that's the last birthday gifts I got

2. What was the last song or album you listened to?

TDC: Eternity from TXT's recent comeback!! I really loved their comeback, like everything is just *chef's kiss* they really keep raising the level every comeback just ugh I love them. Also Sara Bareilles -She Used To Be Mine

3. What is your go to snack when you're hungry or bored?

Well it depends on what my parents already have at home and what I'm craving, so usually it ends up being orange wedges or dates(and other sorts of dry fruits) for something healthy. If I'm craving something savoury or something borderline spicy, then nimki (controversial opinion:store bought nimki+Nutella= best thing ever, don't hate me for this) or chanachur ( jhal muri 🔥😋) or Mama noodles with poached eggs if I'm hungrier than usual (Google mama noodles BD), if I'm craving something sweet then chocolate (if my dad decided to buy some🙃) or Masala Cha (just Google "doodh pati chai" in case you're confused) and no it's not chai latte

4. What's your morning routine?

During weekdays (pre-covid) I'd *try* to wake up and get ready for school at least an hour before my mom cuz she's sick so I don't try to bother her too much. Also I happen to be very disoriented the 1st hour and a half after waking up in the morning, so imagine trying to make your breakfast and school lunch in that state yikes I don't even know how to cook MAMA NOODLES ALL THE WAYY~~~~. Nowadays, my mom and I wake up around the same time and make breakfast together, sometimes my dad helps too if he manages to wake up a bit earlier. Then after breakfast we do our own chores around the house. I'm starting to hate how everything changed cuz of the virus just.... ugh it ruined so many things for me.

5. What mythical/cryptid creature would you be?

uuuhhh idk really, Phoenix sounds cool maybe that

How do you interact with someone that you don't like?If they haven't really done anything wrong to me or mean with me then I try my best to be nice with them, cuz irl I usually judge people too harshly at1st glance . Since I don't want to be like *a bitch* to everyone I meet, I try to interact a little with them to see if my preconceived ideas about them were accurate enough to actually not like them. If they are, I still try to be nice to them, but I try to keep distance from them and not interact more than necessary.

7. How do you define a toxic person?

Someone who is fueled by hate and exhausts you emotionally, affects yours emotional and mental state negatively. A human equivalent of a blood sucking leech.

8. Have you ever been to a concert or fanmeet type of event? If not, would you want to?

Idk if it counts or not but I did go to a concert "technically speaking" but it non-kpop and school organized. Earlier in spring, our school hosted a "Battle of the Bands" after many years where bands from different local schools participated and 2 famous bands from our city were invited as guest bands to perform. This was my 1st concert and it was an open air concert, they literally built an actual stage on our basketball field and the audience were on the football (🇺🇸soccer) field. This became one of my best memories from my last year of high school ❤️ (even tho the pandemic really screwed me over but 🤷‍♀️ what else can be done right?)

9. Do you believe in astrology? Why or why not?

I sort of do, cuz if you research and calculate well enough is does give an insight into people's characteristics and compatibility with other people really well, but I don't think it's a good for like predicting people's future and stuff, also I think astrology has more to do the seasons that are related to each of the signs rather than the constellations of your sun sign.

10. If you only had one sense (hearing, touch, sight, etc...), which would you want?

I can barely function properly with all of my working senses how'd y'all expect me to work with one???? But if I had to choose, it might be touch.

11. Who is your favorite celebrity or idol?

Sushant Singh Rajput (rest in peace 😔), Park Jaehyung of Day6 and Bebe Rexha okie I'll stop before this gets too long

12. If you could talk to your favorite celebrity for a limited time, what would you tell them?

If it's someone I really admire, for example Day6 / Stray kids, then firstly I'd try not freak out and have a normal conversation with them and tell them how their music has helped me and how as their fan I recognize their hardwork and I'm proud of them and their efforts and that I want to see them as they can possibly be in this lifetime.

13. I'm taking you out on a date and it's your choice. Where are we going and what are we doing?

This is assuming that we've known each other at least as friends/ as acquaintances so I'd go for a lunch or coffee date followed by movie at a theater. I want a date where we can talk to each other freely and listen each other's ideas, life stories, etc. Like really getting to know each other as much as possible.

14. Do you like sweet or savory foods?

Sweet!

15. Do you have any band merchandise or merchandise from any of your favorite artists? If so, what?

Nope, not yet. I'd prefer to buy stuff like that with my own money when I have a job

Seventeen As Hotel Jobs

Hello, I'm back after a ridiculously long time.

The following are jobs I think Seventeen would have if they worked at a hotel. Keep in mind that I literally work in a hotel, so I promise I know what I'm talking about. Additionally, there are no specific brands in mind, but I do use a few terms associated with Marriotts. (Cause that's who I work for.)

Anyway, enjoy! (Oh, here's the Master List)

Back Office/ Breakfast

Seungcheol: GM/ Owner

Comes from a very well off family, but had always been encouraged to work.

Found this hotel that was run down and in desperate need of repairs and bought it as a project

Now he’s got a Masters in Business Administration, and in Hospitality.

The hotel is his baby, and he’s poured thousands of his own dollars into turning it into a place people want to stay.

As GM, he spends a lot of time in his office working on the administration side of things,

Like payroll, budgets, and renovation projects

He’s constantly thinking of ways to improve the hotel so they’re are always contractors in and out of the building

He always makes a point to come help the front desk if a guest is being testy.

Most people don’t even realize he’s the owner until they threaten to call the owner on him

He likes watching their faces fall when he hands them a business card.

He takes any slight against the hotel or staff as a slight against himself

He also doesn’t accept any guest that insults or is rude to his staff, and isn’t afraid to kick rude people out.

He understands that people have bad days, and that sometimes things break, but he won’t just stand there and let his staff be punching bags.

Jeonghan: AGM

Most of the staff have no idea how Jeonghan got the position.

He doesn’t seem like he’s ever worked in Housekeeping, or the Front Desk

There were rumors that he’d just slept his way to the top

Truth is, Jeonghan has always worked there.

It was his first job back in highschool, as a parttime housekeeper on the weekends.

When everything was going to shit, he refused to leave

Instead just stepped in where needed.

Hes worked front desk, sales, housekeeping, even engineering

He knows the hotel inside and out and can do just about everything.

It was actually his dedication to the hotel that made Seungcheol want to buy it

He’s currently on his last year of a Masters in Hospitality

Mind you, he loves the fact that he doesn’t have to do much manual labor

As AGM he mostly does the supply ordering, hiring, scheduling, and assisting with guests when Seungcheol is busy.

He also tends to be the one to run meetings, as Cheol is surprisingly awful at actually bossing people around.

Despite his teasing nature, he adores his staff, and hand picked them himself

Will verbally destroy anyone who so much as looks at his staff wrong

Mingyu: Director of Sales

Mingyu hadn’t really anticipated getting into sales, let alone hotel sales.

But here he is.

Coming from money means that his parents expected him to study business

He picked Sales and Marketing cause he thought it would be an easy A

Then he fell in love with it, and was crazy good.

He loves making people happy, and selling them part of their vacation is awesome to him

He loves seeing clients with looks of wonder in their eyes or big smiles as they leave.

Every time someone posts a good review or emails him to thank him, he prints it out and puts it on his office wall.

He came to Scoups hotel after getting sick of sports teams at his old hotel.

They were super mean, and he wasn’t getting paid enough to sell a sub par hotel to a bunch of dickweeds.

Now he gets to chat with super chill people, and he loves the hotel.

The hotel really sells itself, but he’s in charge of daily rates, groups, anyone renting the meeting rooms, or people just looking to do a walk through.

He could probably sell a fox its own fur, but trips over his own shoes

The rest of the staff tease him relentlessly, but also loves that he’ll cook for any staff meeting or party.

Chan: Breakfast Attendant

Honestly, Chan needed a job, and he was going to off himself if he had to stay at the restaurant he was at.

He’d bumped into Cheol, Jeonghan, and Mingyu while the three were out to lunch and discussing their recently departed breakfast attendant.

He’d given them great service, despite the manager that was constantly belittling him

And let slip that he was interested in leaving his current server job.

So Jeonghan had left him a business card, along with a hefty tip.

Chan’s taken it upon himself to upgrade the hell out of the breakfast menu

He’s the reason they offer Kosher, and Vegan options.

He’s currently researching other religious diets, so he can make sure everyone can eat.

Usually he only works 5a to about 10 or 11a, depending on the day

But once a week, the day they get their truck, he stays later and deep cleans the kitchen

Don’t even think about going in there without his permission

He’s known for delivering scathing threats with a sweetest of smiles

Speaking of sweet smiles

He’s great with guests, often letting the desk know if a certain guest had a problem with their stay

He’s even managed to get Jeonghan and Cheol to do table touch service on busier mornings so they can interact with guests more.

On slow mornings, he’ll dance along with the music playing on the speakers, mostly to entertain small children

He always has a smile on his face and a few moments to chat with guests, even on busy mornings

The hotels reviews went up significantly when he was brought on board.

Desk Staff:

Seokmin: 1st shift, Market Champion

The Hotel’s happy virus.

Which is important to have at 7 in the morning

Seokmin makes it his mission to get every guest to smile before they leave

He’s always liked customer service jobs but usually people are mean and managers just expect him to take the abuse with a smile

But he’s taken to the hotel like a fish to water.

His work computer always has tabs open with the weather, local events, traffic conditions, and an extra for whatever someone might ask him for

He doesn’t drink coffee at work, but almost always remains super upbeat and energetic

Some of the other staff members think he does drugs

But he’s just a morning person (freak)

Always, and I mean always, has a smile on his face

Even if guests are being literal demons.

Keeps a treasure box of small toys for little kids at the desk

Always singing along to the lobby music when he’s not helping a guest.

As Market champion he’s in charge of making sure the Market is stocked and orderly.

Does all the Market ordering, and has a really good rapport with the delivery drivers and sales people

Love the moments when the lobby is quiet and he can just focus on stocking the market and organizing the storage room

Everyone else loves those moments cause he’s singing along to the lobby music

Joshua: Second Shift, Desk Supervisor

Josh prefers working in the afternoon

You couldn’t pay him to wake up before 10a most days

He’s been in hotels since he graduated highschool

He’d even worked at the hotel briefly back when it was awful

Jeonghan had recommended bringing him back when Cheol was replacing the staff

Shua initially just wanted to check and see how everything was going

Was super impressed with Cheol’s work and decided to stay

He’s been at the hotel the longest besides Cheol and Jeonghan

As supervisor, he trains all the new desk staff, and covers for them if they call in

His temper is pretty short, so he won’t let guests just yell at him for no reason

He’s also a stickler for the rules so expect him to be kicking people out of the pool at exactly 10pm

He does really enjoy his job

He gets to meet new people every day and hear their cool travel stories.

And the staff are all friendly, especially to one another

Plus he’s getting paid really well with some really good perks.

Jun: Night Audit

In all honesty, he got the job cause he was desperate and wanted something with minimal responsibilities.

He’s basically getting paid to watch dramas and occasionally help fold some towels

Yeah, he also had to check in late night guests and handle any complaints that arise

It’s also his responsibility to make sure no one who isn’t supposed to be on the property is there.

But for the most part, its quiet

So he spends all night catching up on Dramas, reading, or playing games

He’s got a total of about 30 minutes worth of actual work to do, since the Audit process is mostly automated

He does live on coffee and energy drinks

Solely because he’s determined to stay awake all night

No one knows anything about him cause he’s rarely ever seen during the day

Most people just assume he’s a vampire or something

He does snag breakfast every morning before he leaves though

Engineering Team:

Jihoon: Chief Engineer

Despite his stature and his age, Jihoon is a veritable genius in terms of Hotel Engineering

He can fix just about everything in the building, from PTACs to door locks, toilets to tiles

His dad was the engineer at another hotel so he got dragged around them alot

Mostly just bounced between local hotels after highschool

Jeonghan hired him after schmoozing with a few other GMs he had worked for and found out how good he was

Now Seungcheol is helping pay for him to get a degree in electrical engineering

Incredibly kind and helpful to any guest he may run into

But prefers to leave the guest interaction to the rest of staff

He just doesn’t have the personality not the patience for stupidity

He isn’t afraid to climb up the 20 foot ladder to fix lights on the lobby ceiling

He is however, terrified of walking into a guest room and finding a guest.

Will check 20 times with the desk to make sure the room is empty

He’s walked into too many rooms with naked people

If you can’t find him, check the roof

He has an ongoing feud with the solar panels

Wonwoo: Information Technologies

Computer whiz Wonu has arrived

If its on a computer, he can fix it

Most of the staff are convinced Jeonghan recruited him out of federal prison

He doesn’t care enough to correct them

Also its kind of embarrassing to admit that he had no friends and taught himself everything there is to know about computers because he had too much time to do so

He was just a child prodigy and graduated college super young

Jeonghan literally got him off of Indeed

Is never seen without a coffee or energy drink

He used to drink so many that Cheol and Woozi had to limit him to two drinks, and a max of 8 shots of espresso a day.

Tends not to interact with guests

Partly because he always looks ready to kill a man and Cheol doesn’t want to hear people complain about that

Partly because he’s super shy

He’s another person the rest of the staff know nothing about cause they never see him outside of work

Seungkwan swears he saw him at an internet cafe once

But Wonu refuses to acknowledge that

Vernon: Second Shift Engineer

As a college student, Nonnie can’t work a regular 9 to 5.

So he works 9p to 5a instead

Jeonghan hired him at Cheol’s request

He wanted someone on property during the late nights, when problems tend to arise.

Usually all he has to do is fix PTACs, the occasional door lock, and help people get connected to the internet.

Mostly just hangs out with Jun or in the Engineering office watching sitcoms

Cheol hates it, but Vernon’s unofficial uniform involves a tie dye hoodie and a pair of headphones

He also usually has a coffee, but that's more because he’s an eternally tired college student

His degree is actually in Mechanical Engineering,

Which tends to shock everyone when they remember

Cause he’s a bit of a space case.

Housekeeping:

Soonyoung: Housekeeping Manager

If we are being honest, He’s only the manager cause he’s been here the longest

He mostly just handles the housekeepers boards, inventory control and day end inspections

He’s also incredible at removing stains from carpets and couches

He’s worked as a housekeeper for about a year straight out of highschool, but let for greener pastures

He’s been in housekeeping for years, and even worked as an Ops manager at one point

Jeonghan tracked him down at the hotel he was at and convinced him to join the crew as manager.

When he gets serious, he’s a force to be reckoned with

But usually he’s a full on goofball

Cheol keeps having to shoot down his idea of tiger themed rooms.

He’s another person who always has a big smile

Probably because he just tunes out the people yelling at him

Minghao: Housekeeping Supervisor

The man who really runs the housekeeping department

He keeps everyone in line, maintains the storage closets, lets Jeonghan know what they need to order, and trains new housekeepers

He was working at a totally different hotel when he met Jeonghan

Jeonghan was supposed to be on vacation, and staying at Minghao’s hotel.

The two happened to meet in the hall after Jeonghan overheard Minghao’s supervisor yelling at him for no reason

He offered Minghao a position then and there, which Minghao accepted.

Hao literally packed up everything and moved to their town.

Lived in the hotel for a while and everything

He didn’t want to be manager, specifically because he doesn’t want to have to attend the management meetings every week.

He can clean a room spotless in 30 minutes, and is very proud of this fact.

Don’t call his Housekeepers “maids” or “Cleaners”

He will not hesitate to correct at a guest about it

The amount of times Hoshi has had to physically restrain him in the laundry room so that he didn’t attack a guest is innumerable.

Seungkwan: Second Shift Housekeeper

Seungkwan only works this shift because he’s still in school, and because Cheol thought it made sense to have someone on property around check in time.

He’d gone to the colleges job board and found Jeonghan’s flier

He figured they wouldn’t be able to work around his class schedule

Jeonghan, however, thought he was adorable and decided he needed him on the staff

Cheol agreed that a second shift of housekeeping made sense,

Partly because Jeonghan wasn’t really giving him a choice

Thus, Seungkwan was hired 4pm to midnight

He only sometimes has to clean rooms,

Mostly he just runs people things like towels or fresh sheets

And keeps the common areas clean.

If you can’t see him, you can almost always hear him,

His voice is always ringing through the halls to the point where Mingyu has debated advertising it.

On the chance that Housekeeping does have to stay later, he basically spends the whole time taking shit with Minghao until he leaves for the day.

He always brings extra food for Vernon and Jun, cause he knows they don’t feed themselves properly.

Were it not for him, those two would live on granola bars and take out.

Hip Hop Unit:

S.Coups: Royalty- Conor Maynard

This song screams expensive sugar daddy. Its a little sexy, a little overconfident, and a little old school but overall, the song of someone who really loves their partner. The beat of the song reminds me of something you might have heard in an old school club or at least the movie version of one. Scoups has been shown to pay for people’s stuff all the time, and is obviously a very protective man. This song just feels like it was written by a younger version of himself, and I love it.

Wonwoo: Wanna Be Yours- Artic Monkeys

Wonwoo reminds me of so many Artic Monkey songs but Wanna Be Yours has the vibes that just feels like him. The song is a little dark and stormy, while being overwhelmingly loving and hopeful. Its a touch desperate, as though the singer can’t actually speak to the subject, and that feels very Wonu. Wonu is a quiet guy, less shy and more simply introverted, and a song so longing and desperate, feels like something he would write.

Mingyu: Stuck With You- Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber

This song is fun and upbeat, while still being a bit of a tease. Mingyu feels the same way. He’s a goof and strikes me as someone who would love this song, and the conversation it tells. For the sake of your heart, don’t imagine him dancing around the kitchen with his partner whilst singing along.

Vernon: Renegades- X Ambassadors

This is going to be super specific but both Vernon, and this song feel like sitting in the back of a loved one’s Subaru Legacy, watching the sunset over the ocean, after spending the day at the skate park. Its calming, with this rebellious undertone and a heart of love, and that just feels like Vernon to me.

Vocal Unit:

Jeonghan: Troublemaker- Oly Murz and Flo Rider

Troublemaker is definitely a word that can be used to describe Jeonghan, that’s something everyone knows. The song is about a person who is wholly aware of the power they hold over people, and sung by a person who is totally caught up in the spell. Jeonghan is a manipulator, and I mean that with love, but he knows exactly what he’s doing, and he’s going to use it for his own gain.

Shua: She Will Be Loved- Maroon 5

Maroon 5 and Joshua Hong go hand in hand, but specifically I think he feels like She Will Be Loved. The song feels like a promise someone is making to their lover’s parent, a promise that their daughter will always be loved. Joshua has a tendency to feel a little old school, like a gentleman, and strikes me as someone who would make this kind of promise. Also the image of him playing his guitar and singing this song with that soft “thinking of the person I love” smile, my heart can’t take it.

Woozi: Piano Man- Billy Joel

Lee Jihoon is made of music. He’s an old soul, and Piano Man feels like it was written by him a long time ago, and yet in a time still to come. There’s a love within the song, a love for music and the way it pulls you in. Jihoon was supposed to be a musician, and whether he’s performing as an idol, or simply playing the piano in a bar, he will always be a Piano Man.

DK: Honey, Honey- Abba

Not only can I see him bodying this song, but I can picture it being sung about him. I feel the Amada Seyfried version suits him best, with the teasing tones and childish vibes. Seokmin is duality personified. On stage he gets so sexy and confident, and offstage he’s cute and sweet. Honey Honey is as well, being about a very grown-up relationship but sung in a way a child might understand.

Seungkwan: Everything I Didn’t Say- 5SOS

Seungkwan has a lot to say, no one can doubt that, but I feel like he’s awful at talking about genuine, romantic love. Everything I Didn’t Say comes at the end of relationship, when the singer is reflecting on the things they wished they had said, and to me, this feels like something Seungkwan would sing. Not only would his voice fit the song beautifully, but I feel as though he understands the emotion behind it and could really bring it to life.

Performance Unit:

Jun: Horns-Bryce Fox

Hear me out. While the subject of the song doesn’t feel like Jun, the singer himself does. The song is about a woman who is, objectively, toxic as fuck. She’s akin to a demon or beast, and yet, the singer can’t get enough of her. She’s what keeps him alive. The fire in this song, the passion, and sheer lust, that’s what feels like Jun. Its feels like bearing your soul, feeling it burn, and cherishing the warmth you’re given in return, and I don’t know why, but to me, that screams Wen Junhui.

Hoshi: History Maker- Dean Fujioka

Is this song from an anime about figure skaters? Yes. Does it still feel like Hoshi? Yes! The song itself is super short, but its message is one of hope, and following your dreams. The song makes me feel confident, like I could change the world, and to me, that sounds like Hoshi. He too is confident and doing what he loves. He doesn’t let himself get dragged down by anything, and does his best to keep moving forward. If this song isn’t on his work out playlist, it should be.

Minghao: Uptown Girl- Billy Joel

Uptown Girl is a classic, its romantic, flirty, and such a tease. It feels like making fun of the person you love, and that is Minghao in a nutshell. He feels like classic love songs and being an ass to your lover. More than that, the song covers this underlying note of not feeling like enough, like you aren’t good enough for your partner, and that also feels like Minghao. Yeah, he’s confident, but he also strives to grown and be a better person, and to that extent, he probably worries that he’ll never be good enough for the person he falls for.

Dino: R.I.P. 2 my Youth- The Neighborhood

This song is about growing up and finding a world that doesn’t care about you, and how you don’t care in return. Though Chan still seems like he has some hope left, its obvious that he grew up too fast. This song feels like what he’s trying not to be. He’s only about a year older than me, but sometimes it feels like he’s lived so much longer. I’m not sure 100% why, but this song is Chan.

Soobin: Angel Baby- Troy Sivan

Angel Baby is about finding a lover who makes you feel whole, a sentiment I feel resonates with Soobin. Troy Sivan’s voice is gentle throughout the song, which combined with a gentle melody and sweet lyrics, is very reminiscent of Soobin’s overall demeanor. Soobin gives off very innocent, almost demure vibes, despite his large stature and deep voice. Also he gives me butterflies the same way this song does.

Yeonjun: Starboy- The Weekend

Starboy is a song about confidence. Its sexy and unapologetic, and if that isn’t Yeonjun, I don’t know what is. Yeonjun oozes a similar confidence to the message of the song, and ever since I saw an edit of him to this song, complete with him singing along at one point, I haven’t been able to not think about him while listening to it.

Beomgyu: Gangsta Sexy- Hollywood Undead

Okay hear me out: Gangsta Sexy is a perfect mix of weird as shit, and overly confident, like Beomgyu. It masks an underlying sense of insecurity by overhyping the subject (the singers) while still displaying an overwhelming level of talent. The raps are unique and skilled, even if about stupid shit like drinking and getting laid, and the vocals in the chorus are rather pretty.

Taehyun: Maniac- Conan Gray

In all honestly, Taehyun is a hard read for me. He’s strange, like the rest of the group, but has a sense of mystery about him. His overall presence reminds me of Conan Gray’s voice, this mysterious, beautiful thing that lulls you in. The song itself is about a clearly toxic relationship, but remains upbeat and fun, with interesting changes between the pre-chorus, chorus, and verses.

Hyuka: Beautiful People- Ed Sheeran and Khalid

No doubt this song is beautiful, its meshing of Ed and Khalid’s voices is perfect, and gives the song and almost regal sound. The subject matter is the change people go through when they become “beautiful” and how that impacts true relationships. Hyuka feels like someone who, despite the fame and money he now has, is still just some guy. He’s down to earth, and aware of himself, without ever feeling stuck up or changed because of who he now is.

Stray Kids Favorite Dates.

Chan: Boardwalk Dates

Hear me out

Near the beach, enjoying the sun

Shopping

Goofing around at the record shop you find

If its somewhere like the Santa Monica boardwalk where there are rides and carnival stuff

He’s gonna try his darndest to win you a plushie.

These kinds of dates remind him of home

Even if you’re not in Australia

The date will not end until you’ve watched the sunset

And even then yall will inevitably end up staying up to watch the stars and try naming constellations.

There are definitely some songs about these days

Minho: Volunteering at a shelter

We all know Minho's love of animals

So his partner would have to love them too

You two plan this for days if not weeks

Its a super big deal

Cause you don’t get to do it often

But you do it enough for the staff to remember you

you guys remember all the shelters residents

And absolutely love hearing about those that get adopted

It doesn’t seem like a date but you guys love it

It lets you do something you love together

Plus you get to hang out with and help cute pets

The last hour or so that you’re there, you end up just playing with the kittens

Constantly have to talk each other out of adopting another baby

Changbin: Korean BBQ/ Hot Pot.

Rich boy loves simple dates

You always dress up a little

Nothing too fancy, but enough to make it feel special

You don’t get to go out often but when you do

He goes all out

No matter what you want, he’s got you.

All the best meats

A private booth or room if possible

Just the two of you and some spectacular food

You never sit across from each other

Its easier to feed one another if you’re beside each other

He loves cooking meat and feeding it to you

And vice versa.

The night always ends with the two of you cuddled together in food comas

Hyunjin: Art Gallery/ Painting at home

You are his favorite muse

Loves taking candid pics of you admiring artwork

Or drawing you

He also loves just getting coffee or tea and heading to whatever art exhibit he can find.

It always feels like you’re the only two there

Shoulder to shoulder, sipping your drinks and whispering about the art.

He will inevitably end up taking copious amounts of pictures

If you do end up staying home to draw or paint or whatever he will draw you

He has several paintings of you that no one else is allowed to see

He might have even gifted you a painting of yourself at some point

Nothing beats coming over to his place with some snacks

Throwing on a Studio Ghibli movie

And passing the fuck out all cuddled together.

No matter what you come over wearing

You will end up in his hoodie

He likes the way they end up smelling like you after

Also, on the rare occasion you’re the only one asleep he can take a cute picture of you in his hoodie.

Most of the time he’s the one falling asleep first.

You guys are practically fused together every time

He just loves waking up with you in his arms tbh

Felix: Shopping/ Mall dates

loves people watching and coming up with ridiculous scenarios for people's lives.

Whoever makes the other laugh harder gets to pick which shop you go in first

The loser has to pay for lunch

Also greatly enjoys just buying you things

You guys play this game in clothing shops where you make outfits for each other

Outfits you end up wearing on future dates probably

He loves buying matching clothes

Or lowkey matching accessories.

Like a ring that matches your necklace

Or hats that match each others bags or shoes

No matter how many clothes he buys you, you’ll just end up wearing his anyway

Most things you buy end up shared either way.

Your jewelry collection has increased dramatically cause of him

Seungmin: Picnic Dates

He thinks there's nothing more romantic

Always has to make the food together

Or shop for the food together

Unless its a surprise date

You guys actually bought one of the cheesy picnic baskets from the movies

And the red checkered blanket

He has a whole backpack of related supplies

Like sunscreen, bug spray, baby wipes, the important stuff.

Loves finding the quiet, hidden spots for your dates.

His favorite is this peaceful meadow with a little duck pond

You will end up spending hours laying on your backs staring up at the clouds

Sometimes you stay out late enough to see the stars

He always gets pouty when you finally decide to pack everything up and head home

Jeongin: Cafe Date

He's a sucker for the classics

He just wants to hold your hand over the table and feed you cake

Your first date was at this little cafe and it quickly became your spot

he adores going back there for any big occasion

Always gets a window seat so you can people watch

At this point he knows your order

And vice versa

So whoever gets there first orders for the both of you

He always tries to get there first so he can pay

He loves planning matching outfits and posting OOTDs on Insta for everyone to see

If you’re having a bad day, he makes a point to dress you up and take you to the cafe

Or if you don’t want to get dressed, you guys go in your pjs

He really doesn’t care, he just wants to take you to the happy place.

Chan: Daddy Issues- The Neighborhood

You saw this coming, I know you did. This song is absolutely delicious, its delectable, and its so correct for Bang Chan Stans. He even called himself our Daddy at one point. Additionally, this song is so weirdly sweet? Its about a genuinely loving person, who wants to be there for the other person. There’s an almost gentle vibe to it, if you get over how blatantly sexy it is, which checks out for Bang Chan, tbh. I really can’t explain what about the vibe just screams Chan, but I know you can feel it.

Lee Know: Teeth- 5 Seconds of Summer

Lets be real, Lee Know is one of the sassiest mfers on the planet, and we love him for that. This song is definitely about a toxic ass relationship, but its still so sexy. The line “fight so dirty, but you love so sweet” just sounds so much like Minho that its crazy. This song really sounds like it was made for Minho, and there’s been a couple of fantastic edits to this song.

Changbin: Levitate- Hollywood Undead

THIS SONG!! So it’s my favorite HU song, and its so sexy and cocky. Lets be real, so is Changbin. More than that, the lyrics are shockingly deep. Changbin is such a smart guy under all those rippling muscles, and I feel like that isn’t brought up enough. I can’t really imagine Changbin singing this song, but I could see it playing in the background around him all the time. Now Changbin fans are no doubt some of the horniest Stray Kids fans so a super horny HU song just seems correct.

Hyunjin: Bubblegum Bitch- Marina and the Diamonds

So this song is fun, its sexy, and its all about confidence. On the outset, it just seems to be about having fun and being a flirt, but its actually about accepting and loving every aspect of yourself. Its that thing that calls me to Hyunjin. He’s confident, chic, and very art pop vibes. I don’t know if I want to see him dance to this song, or I want to scream the lyrics with him while we drunkenly dance around in our pjs.

Han: Ain’t My Fault- Zara Larson

I’m about to be super biased, so bear with me. Objectively, this song doesn’t really seem like Jisung, a lot of the time he’s actually a awkward and weird dude. However! There are times when he’s a very sexy, confident dude. This feels like the kind of song he would enjoy. Just don’t imagine meeting him in a club and dancing to this song. And definitely don’t imagine him wearing a leather jacket.

Felix: Lights Down Low- Max

So listen, I love this song! Its fun and funky and makes me wanna dance. Its a surprisingly sweet love song wrapped in a fire melody. The vocals are beautiful and the whole song feels like when Felix’s eyes get all sparkly. Its about finding a person that feels like divinity, and getting the chance to love them. Felix is our gentle angel and this song should play every time he walks in the room.

Seungmin: Love Me Like You Do- Elli Goulding

I know you expected a Day6 song for our young gentleman, however a simple song like this suits him so much more. The vocals alone strike me as something he’d rock, but additionally the sweet message and gorgeous melody suit him as well. Moreso, the wordplay really works with our sassy puppy Seungmin. I can see him dancing with his S/O and singing this song all soft and sweet. (i cry)

I.N.: Maknae on Top- Stray Kids

Hear me out: I literally can’t think of any song that suits him more. The beat is catchy, its a little cocky, and it cements him as THE Maknae on Top. Jeonginnie, like this song, is a bit weird, but overall, the coolest. This song was literally made for him, so it would make sense that it would be the perfect song for him. It should be playing every time he walks into a room, and he should have to do the little dance.

Ateez are super different on versus offstage, so I’m splitting up their two personalities in separate posts.

Seonghwa: Big Bad Wolf- In This Moment

If I’m being honest, this song (and Seonghwa) kinda scare me. The song is gritty and dark, with rough vocals and screaming, but the lyrics are about that fucked up part of a person that everyone wants to see. Its about being both the hunter and the prey. Seonghwa is intimidating as hell on stage, which I feel this song reflects pretty well.

Hongjoong: How You Like Me Now- The Heavy

So, this song is kinda strange lyrically, but the beat and vibe speak to the persona that Hongjoong has when he’s performing. There’s this overarching sense of cockiness throughout the song, like a “fuck you” to everyone who doubted him. Additionally, it can also be read as a sort of “look what I’ve become, do you still want me?” in regards to a lover or, in this case, a fanbase.

Yunho: Angel With A Shotgun- The Cab

Yunho is very much a lover, but sometimes when he’s onstage, its a much darker kind of love. A very “I would burn the world to see you smile” kind of thing. Angel with a Shotgun is just so on base for Yunho, I couldn’t picture any other song. Its a love that’s definitely going to get you hurt, but damn if you wont love it. Yunho is totally a fallen angel onstage and I mean that with my whole heart.

Yeosang: idfc- Blackbear

Babygirl Yeosang who? Up on stage he goes from cutie pie to bad bitch. He gives off a flippant “I’m so much cooler that you” vibe and I love that for him. Blackbear is such a Yeosang mood, but I feel like idfc is the most correct. Its literally about not giving a flying fuck, while still being hopelessly in love with someone. Its almost a sweet love song, but only almost.

San: Devilish- Chase Atlantic

I know you saw this coming. Choi San is a literal demon, we don’t refer to his stage persona as “San-tiago” for no reason. This song is the sexiest deal with the devil you will ever hear. Its practically San’s anthem and honestly I don’t think I have to explain this one. Listen to the song, and you’ll understand.

Mingi: I Will Not Bow- Breaking Benjamin

I love this song, and its message. Its dark and punk and makes me wanna punch someone. The lyrics are about leaving a mark and not going out without a fight. Mingi’s onstage person is so feral and makes me bitey. Overall, the vibe is immaculate and suits Mingi phenomenally. When he gets on that stage, all semblance of shyness or nerves vanish leaving this beautiful, confident man that I would actually punch a deity for.

Wooyoung: Breakfast- Dove Cameron

Slutty and elegant, while being a little fruity? That’s a whole lotta words to describe Wooyoung. That being said, this song just screams him. Its cocky, its a little broody, and its literally about taking someone else’s girl. Is that not Wooyoung??? This man looks like he’s trying to charm the pants off of every audience member all the time, and lets be real it fucking works.

Jongho: Daechwita- Agust D

Look, the whole vibe of this song is immaculate, it makes me want to get into a fight with a stranger and air out my dirty laundry with my mother. When Jongho gets on that stage he looks ready to kill a man, and I would be right there with him. He’s confident and gorgeous and the baddest bitch to walk the planet. I want him to cover this song, I want him to rob a bank to this song. I have many more things to say about this but I’m bordering on deranged and should probably stop.

AKA: Songs that remind me of the members and why. (GIF Credit to the original owners!) Minor Trigger Warning, this post talks about some of the darker sides of mental health, so please read with caution.

Ateez are super different on versus offstage, so I’m splitting up their two personalities in separate posts.

Seonghwa: Save Myself- Ed Sheeran

This song is all about a person who has spent their whole life helping others and not getting anything in return. Its a lament to hurting oneself in order to help others. Seonghwa is nurturing, to the point where he’s considered the mom of Ateez, but there are times you can tell he’s the one in need of a hug. Save Myself feels like the kind of song he would want to sing, but not have the heart to admit that he too needs a little help.

Hongjoong: Castle of Glass- Linkin Park

So, I personally think Linkin Park and Hongjoong go perfectly together, and not just because of his awesome cover and the fact that he sometimes dresses like a 2013 emo kid. Castle of Glass is strange, both in its lyrics and its melody. Its an almost haunting song, about the singer(s) not being perceived as a meaningful thing, and their desperation to be helped, hidden behind a melody that draws you in. Hongjoong is the same way for me, someone who seeks help and to change the world, but would never say it out loud.

Yunho: Falling- Harry Styles

Falling comes at the end of the relationship, when the singer is lamenting not only the failed relationship, but also the person they’ve become. Yunho strikes me as someone who is very self-reflective and would be able to acknowledge his own faults and failings. The singer’s voice is also so full of raw emotion, it feels like he’s baring his soul, something that feels very Yunho.

Yeosang: Achillies Come Down- Gang of Youths

I’ll be honest, I had such a hard time with Yeosang, but I settled on this song because of one main thing: this song is not about Achillies. Yes, technically it is, but its moreso about Patroclus’ love of Achillies and him continuing to fight Achillies demons, even after death. It’s that aspect that reminds me of Yeosang, a lover who would help you face your demons, and remind you of the promises you made. He does remind me of Achillies as well, a good man with too many monsters to fight, but the mysterious, ghostly tenor of Patroclus is what makes this song Yeosang’s.

San: Begging- Maneskin

Not gonna lie, the first word that comes to mind when I think of San is Horny. And when you first listen to Beggin, it just sounds horny, but if you read the lyrics, its actually a rather interesting song. The singer is begging for the subject not to leave, to continue to love them. They explain how their lover has made them change into a better person. Its actually really raw and emotional. San is similar. While he’s known for being a phenomenally hot guy, he’s still a gentle soul, someone searching for that person who makes him better.

Mingi: Iris- Goo Goo Dolls

This song is so fucking sad, but if you listen to the lyrics, you find that its a song about someone who finds a person that makes them want to show off their flaws, knowing that the rest of the world would never understand. Mingi is, on the outside, a very brilliant light. He’s cheerful and funny but we know that deep down he’s not always okay. He has this profound air of sadness around him, and I feel like Iris would be a song he could at least relate to.

Wooyoung: What a Shame- Layla Blue

What a Shame is such a cocky song. There’s really no other way to describe it. The point of the song is pointing out that the ex definitely downgraded, and that is such a Wooyoung mood. On the other hand, Wooyoung also feels like he could be the recipient of the song, the person the singer is chiding. His degradation thing is blatant, so a song degrading him just feels correct.

Jongho: Kryptonite- 3 Doors Down

Jongho is known for his strength, for being the quiet kid, but people seem to forget, he’s only 22. He’s actually about 6 months younger than me. Kryptonite is a song I feel like he would sing, or at least send to his friends. It asks the listener if they would still be around if the singers strength failed them, and baby Jongho might need to confirm that everyone would be.
