What I really love about Ghost Trick is the strange way that the physics puzzles and the mystery go hand-in-hand. In most of the puzzle levels you start in a room full of scattered garbage; it’s almost overwhelming how much random stuff there is to sort through. But as you progress, you get a sense for what the objects around you do and how you can use them. People have reliable behaviours, or maybe things that they do only once. And gradually you start seeing things in terms of paths and machines, and this room turns into a complex system. The satisfaction of the puzzles is the joy of figuring out how all these pieces fit together. And the story is like that, too—almost more so than the twists (not that I’d want to reveal those either), there’s this nice element of discovery of just basic relationships, where you have dozens of faces thrown at you in the first few chapters, and then gradually put together how they all connect to each other. These characters are coworkers, this only happened because that character was in the same place as so-and-so… The plot itself is a little Rube Goldberg murder machine, a complex system headed towards an inevitable result, that you can manipulate and avert if you have enough understanding of the component parts. It’s neat. I’ve never seen anything else like it.

As you can see, I'm dressed as a witch this year. I even put the costume together myself! I'm just so excited! ^_^

Me and my familiars, Sissel and Missile, have a bunch of surprises prepared for everyone! Yep, they're just as excited as I am! (You don't know how hard it was to keep Missile from eating all my decorations...) But to get to those surprises, you first have to follow a set of rules! So... here they are! The rules!

👻 TRICK OR TREAT RULES 🎃

This is the most important rule when trick or treating, so listen closely! Before you request anything, you have to say “trick or treat”, okay? Otherwise, it loses its fun! Don’t forget!

So, for each ask, you can choose one of these 3 options! “Trick” or “Treat”, and we even have special “Gifts”!

🎀 For the “Treat” part, we have donuts! And candy, too! Everyone gets different ones. Just let me know which one you want!

🎀 As for the “Trick” part... Um... I'm not very confident in telling jokes, but I do have some funny animal pictures saved on my dad's computer! Just ask, and I'll show you one! ((I'll also post/draw any meme content you might suggest, it can be Ghost Trick related or not, but make sure to keep it SFW!))

🎀 Lastly, we have “Gifts”! And they’re special gifts too, because they can be anything you want them to! ((That means I'll be taking Ghost Trick related art requests! Just don't make them too complex, please!!))

And, well... If you don’t want any of these, we can just chat for a little while, that’s fine too. :>
