ellie watching dina get on her knees at the beck and call (not sexually but shit while you're there you might as well take off his fucking belt) of her ex boyfriend who so happens to be the father of her unborn child, AFTER they just got into a fight is the messiest shit i have ever witnessed take place in the sidelines of a video game

Keep seeing that post where OP starts like 'Thinking about...grieving the undead' and then adds on about like. Real life situations where people have not died but have left your life and you would have reason to grieve them.
All respect, that's an important concept, but that is not what I am thinking about when I read 'grieving the undead'.

Studying linguistics is actually so wonderful because when you explain youth slang to older professors, instead of complaining about how "your generation can't speak right/ you're butchering the language" they light up and go “really? That’s so wonderful! What an innovative construction! Isn't language wonderful?"
