The clock said 2:42AM. The spot next to you where Chan slept now taken over by your dog Nana.

You knew why he wasn’t in bed and it broke your heart every time.

Grabbing his shirt from earlier, you tossed it on your naked body before tiptoeing into the hall way, the faint sound of League of Legends came from the game room.

His sad brown eyes met yours as you appeared in the doorway, a soft smile crossing his lips. “Hi love.”

“Couldn’t sleep?”

“I was for a bit..” Chan’s eyes drifted back to the keyboard, “I had a bad dream and couldn’t fall back asleep.”

You took a few steps to get to him before gently sitting on his knee, your eyes scanning his face.

“Did you eat?” You asked softly, cupping his face and gently rubbing his cheek bone as he nuzzled into your hand.

“Still struggling with it.”

Your lips curved into a frown, “Channie…”

“No—” he took one of your hands in his, gently running his thumb along the knuckles. “I don’t want you to worry. You shouldn’t waste your energy on it.”

You felt your chest drop as the words left his mouth, each one pushing you towards the verge of tears.

You held your emotions in, lifting Chan’s head to make eye contact with you. “You’re not the boss of me.”

Chan let out a soft chuckle, biting his lip as he gazed into your eyes. He leaned up to press a soft kiss onto your lips, one you happily returned.

His stomach growling caused you both to giggle, breaking the kiss as he pulled you into a hug.

“Let me make you food. Whatever you want.”

It was the first time in awhile you saw his eyes light up. “Can you make me your moms ramen?”

You nodded happily and took off towards the kitchen, dragging Chan behind you.

He clung onto you like a koala as you prepared his food, arms wrapped around from behind and his chin resting on your shoulder as you carefully followed the steps your mother has taught you.

“Thank you for taking care of me. I’m sorry I haven’t been myself.” Chan said in a low tone.

You spun in his grasp, furrowing your eyebrows as you looked up at him. “Chan, I never want you to apologize for dealing with life’s ups and downs.” Your expression softened as your hand rested on his bare chest. “Things haven’t been easy for you lately, but you’re allowed to feel what you feel.”

You could see him trying to hold back tears, which caused your own to fall. “Hey.” You whispered, sliding your hand up to his cheek to bring his gaze back to you. “You’re safe with me.”

There was a brief silence before Chan pulled you into a tight hug, holding you as close as he could. You’d only been together for 3 months, but his hugs always felt like home.

You nuzzled into him, taking in his familiar scent, the feeling of his soft skin against yours. You didn’t even realize you’d both been crying for the last few minutes.

The ding of the stove brought you back to reality. You glanced up at Chan, who had matching red teary eyes.

He smiled sweetly down at you before leaning down to kiss your lips, soft kisses that started to taste salty from the tears that had fallen. It made you both giggle.

You finished up making the bowl of ramen that Chan thankfully scarfed down while you danced around the kitchen. His eyes were on you the whole time, his gorgeous smile never leaving his lips.

After cleaning up the kitchen a bit, you headed back to bed. Hand in hand, stopping every few steps just to kiss before making it to the room.

Chan sat down on the edge of the bed, pulling you in between his legs. “Thank you. For everything.”

You wrapped your hands around his neck, leaning down to place a kiss on his nose, but he caught your lips instead.

It was a kiss so deep and passionate it sent chills through your body. You sunk into it and lost yourself in his tender kisses.

His hands slowly slid in opposite directions, one cupped your cheek and the other pulled you into his lap. Your bare bottom on his exposed leg gave you butterflies.

You sat straddling his lap for the next little bit, sharing sweet kisses that trailed from lips to neck. The growing arousal was driving you crazy, only to be stopped when Chan pulled back and started looking at you.

“Wh-what? What’s wrong?” You asked quietly, chewing at your lip as you looked into his eyes. Your heart was beating so fast it felt like it was going to explode out of your chest.

His silence made the room spin, the look in his eyes took your breathe away. His next words made everything stop.

“I love you.”

You couldn’t help but smile. Hearing those 3 words that had been replaying in your head for a while now, actually leaving his lips. It made you want to do flips.

Your lips crashed into his again, a lingering kiss before you pressed your forehead against his. “I love you too, Channie. So much.”

The words felt so right to say.

His lips were on yours again, now full of passion and intensity. Chan pulled you down on top of him before flipping over, his eyes darkened with desire as he scanned your body under him.

“I need you,” He whispered, using his knee to spread your legs apart. Chan’s lips started to work at your neck, sucking softly at your skin. “Please, Y/N. I need you so bad.”

Soft moans escaped your lips, each touch now making your clit throb. You leaned up a bit to take off your shirt before shoving his boxers down, allowing his large member to spring free.

Your hand moved along his shaft as he leaned back down to find your lips. Chan’s hands reached for yours, lifting them above your head as he positioned himself in line with your entrance.

This list has been created for years. It is sharpened for realism, smoothness of the game, so there are no mods like Kinky or StoryProgression.

All these mods can be used together, they are tested for compatibility both through the panel and in the game.

All of them are suitable for the latest version of the game.

!!!Important!!!

I have all the add-ons, catalogs and the store.

Some of the mods need to be configured (Passion, system core, BGLMFT)

No need to blindly download everything, at least briefly read the descriptions of mods and their possible errors, as well as the settings

Make sure you have completed all these steps for a smooth game

My computer is average.

There are no visual fixes and default replacements in this list, otherwise the list would have doubled.

SimsAsylum is not broken, registration is needed

If your computer still doesn't pull - look at the mods in the Misc category - there are the heaviest script mods

If in addition to this list you use other mods- do not forget to check for compatibility, version, put it in other folders other than the list, so that if anything, you can quickly figure out what the problem is.

After massive downloads, installations and file transfers - do a system cleanup. This greatly affects the loading time of the game.

Once More into the Begging Bowl

Yeah, monthly, we know we know, Jo poor. So here I am again, but I want to say thank you first -- so many people helped out at the end of the month I was able to pay quite a big on a few of my bills, including 200 down on the 500 for therapy sessions. I want to assure you all that every dollar I get goes to food or bills, I’m not buying gaming shit with any of this. I’m just trying to eat. (In fact most of my games come from friends too thank you guys you know who you are)

But yes, I am on SSDI, I get 1200/mo for two people and it only gets us mid month and now we need food again and once more bills and pills are starting to come up as due as well.

“Wait-“ Ethan’s face scrunches with a laugh. “You cut your hair because you wanted to look like a cowboy?” Ethan can’t stop his laughter. (This is actually true people I did do this as a kid, just thought it’d be funny to include lmfao)

“I honestly don’t remember what the hell was going through my mind. My mom had a heart attack when she saw what I’d done to my long hair. I went my early daycare days with a bowl cut!” Your eyes close as you laugh. “My hair was up to my ears!”

“Your poor mom. I bet she was furious.”

“Oh she was mad! But then again I did it again in third grade. Then again last semester because I thought that I could cut my own bangs. She was not impressed all three times!”

“Wait is that why you always wore bobby pins in your hair. I just thought you liked pinning your hair back.”

“You’d think I’d put pins in my hair willingly? It was not a choice!” You chuckled

“You’re hair looks nice now.” Ethan raked his eyes over your face.

“That’s cause I stopped messing with it.” Silence settles over you two. Ethan fiddles with a lose string on his comforter. Then you reverse the question he had asked you, onto him.

“What was your childhood like?”

Ethan hesitates for a second then lays back. Eyes up to the ceiling, hands sprawled over his stomach.

“It wasn’t anything like yours. I can tell you that…” He lets out a faint nervous laugh. “Things were good…at least when my mom was still around.”

“Yeah…you told me she passed away from ca-“

“Cancer yeah. It was pretty hard on my dad. My siblings too but uh yeah. I remember when she was still around. We used to bake almost every day. I can whip up a mean chocolate chip cookie by the way.” He quirks a cheeky grin your way. “And uh…things were good. Honestly, my moms probably the reason why I’m into scary movies. Heart swelling at this.

“I bet you miss her.”

“A lot…” He moves his chin up and down. You go to lay down beside him. Side by side on his bed.

“You know…if you want we can head back to my place. I’m pretty sure I’d have dough and chocolate chips…” You sit up. Ethan turns his head to look up at you.

“Right now?” He looks to the clock at his nightstand.

“Yeah, why not. You can sleep over too. Tell me more about your wonderful mysterious life some more.” You giggled, taking one of his hands and fiddle with his fingers. “Plus I’d get your mean whipped up chocolate chip cookies. Milk and kisses included.”

“How do you I’m not lactose intolerant?”

“You ate my left over chocolate chip ice cream last week. I’d think I’d know if you were.” You push back his curls. He sighs as your fingers rake through his hair. Your smile remains. You were game for leaving to your place and baking with him just after he told you he and his mom used to do so. God he loved you. He mirrors your smile and sits up. You lean back slightly to not bump heads with him.

“One day I’m gonna marry you.” Ethan’s smile grows watching your eyes grow and pupils dilate. Your mouth opens up slightly.

“What?”

“One day I’m gonna marry you.” Ethan repeats himself, shrugging like it wasn’t a big deal.

“Oh yeah…” Your heart swells with a giddy fluttering feeling.

“Yeah…” His eyes softens. Eyes taking over your soft features.

“So who’d be the one to ask then. You or me?” You play into it, but you could see he was being serious.

“It wouldn’t matter to me, but if you didn’t then I would.”

“So if i spontaneously asked you now. You’d say yes?”

“Yeah!” He nods.

“Will you marry me then?”

“Fuck yes…” He sighs, cupping your face and pulling you on top of him. You squeal as he flips you both over. Him hovering over you now. “A million times yes without a doubt.”

“Promise...” You breathe in and out. Hands raking in his hair.

“My minds made up. You’re all I want.” He leans down to collide his lips against yours.

💧The Religious & Cultural Significance of Water💧

Water plays an important role in Songkran, in that there is a religious significance to water splashing and pouring alongside all the festivities. As mentioned in our What is Songkran? post, the Thai New Year is closely tied with Brahmanism influence and Buddhist practices, so people will make merits at the temple. Making merit is a process in itself that is composed of many factors, but it generally refers to offering donations towards a particular cause and involves “...some sort of force that can lead to positive results in the life of the donor. As you donate, you will expect a benefit in various forms, especially improved karma. That is, merit making can influence the next lives of an individual as well as the destination where such a person will be reborn.” Thus, making merit is a part of Songkran, in which it becomes an opportunity to “practice [merit making] by giving to the monks support of a more material kind, especially food…” or listening to sermons (Merit: Buddhist Concepts).

Visiting the temple during Songkran also consists of สรงน้ำพระ, or song nam phra, which is the ritual bathing and cleansing of the Buddha statue with nam ob. While the ritual can be done at the temple, many people bathe Buddha statues in public places and in their homes as well. Doing so is symbolic of purifying oneself for the New Year (Thai Embassy).

Being it is a time for celebrating with family, Songkran also means paying respects to older family members or elders in one’s life. This is done through the water pouring ritual, รดน้ำดำหัว, or rod nam dam hua; a younger family member will pour scented water on elderly family members’ hands to pay respect and receive their blessings (Thai Embassy). The water pouring ritual is also done to other older people who may not be related, such as mentors or coworkers.

Beyond religious significance, Songkran is famous for its massive water fights; water splashing is done to signify good fortune in the New Year. Friends and families take up water guns, buckets, bowls, and anything else that can be used to drench someone else. Public water fights take place all across Thailand, and the vlogs in our previous post show just how many people take part in them. It is safe to say that everyone is fair game once the water fights begin, but if you want further visuals, you can check out Golf Pichaya’s vlog below:

Golf and his brother, Mike Angelo, spend Songkran 2019 together with water fights, masks, and dancing. The vlog has footage of large crowds, in which almost everyone is equipped with a water gun before the brothers go back to their room and have a water balloon fight.

We also recommend listening to BRO WHAT NOW?!, a podcast by Mikael and Mathias Lao as they reflect on their teen years and celebrating Songkran in Chiang Mai. They reminisce getting into trouble with drunk festival goers, playing with machine water guns, pacing themselves over the three days, and other fond memories.

Realizations Most Strange

Based on this request: "Strange x Reader: The reader is another mentor to Peter and when Strange sees the two of them working together it makes him realize that he’s completely in love with her"

Stephen Strange is not in love. It would be impossible to describe how little he is in love, how straightforward his attitude is towards the world, how his heart has never skipped a beat once in his entire life. It’s unnecessary to even mention these sorts of things, because like he said, Stephen isn’t in love. Not in the slightest.

This wouldn’t explain why Wong seems convinced that Stephen does have a crush, however. It feels like not a day goes by without Wong happening to mention (typically with far less discretion as the other sorcerer seems to think) how fascinating it is to see Stephen dependent on someone else’s opinion of him. No matter how many times Stephen declares himself to be utterly impervious to anything of the sort, Wong never believes him.

Stephen can’t come up with any reason why Wong would think such a thing. It’s not like Stephen has ever expressed any interest in anyone else. Although it took time, he’s moved on from Christine, and he’s even able to smile over her relationship with another man. Simply put, there’s no one he could possibly admire quite so much as to warrant a crush, so being in love is out of the question.

If he were to be in love, though, Stephen could admit that being in love with Y/N L/N wouldn’t be all that bad. He isn’t in love, of course, and would gladly repeat that another thousand times if that’s what it took for people to accept it, but if he was, Y/N would be his first pick.

She’s another Master of the Mystic Arts, and has been in residence at the New York Sanctum for a couple of years now. Technically, Stephen thinks she was supposed to leave after six months, but for some reason that time constraint hasn’t been brought up since her arrival. He definitely has nothing to do with that.

At the moment, Stephen doesn’t have time to even begin to think about Y/N and his lack of a crush on her. The New York Sanctum is host to a guest this afternoon, a spiderling who’s just dropped by after his school day ends. Ever since the battle against Thanos and Tony Stark’s resulting sacrifice, Peter Parker has been coming over to visit.

The kid claims it’s for help with Avengers business. Stephen harbors a secret belief that it might actually have something to do with Peter’s need to see somebody, anybody to feel like he’s not quite so alone. When he’s around the other Masters of the Mystic Arts, Peter Parker is no longer at the top of the food chain when it comes to stopping extraterrestrial or simply weird threats to the city. He’s just some kid, like he always should have been.

That kind of relief has to feel good for a high school student. So, as much as Stephen pretends to roll his eyes and make sarcastic comments about it being past Peter’s bedtime the second the sun starts to set, it’s common knowledge that Peter will be welcome at the New York Sanctum at any time of any day.

Right now, he’s been passed over to Y/N for some light combat training. It’s one thing for Peter to use his webs against normal threats, like carjackers or your garden variety thug, but once you start messing with magic users, the rules of the game change.

They’re starting off fairly easy right now, with Peter trying to improvise on how to fight Y/N while she’s using portals or conjuring amber bands of spells to combat his webs. The kid can pick up new things pretty well, even Stephen can admit that, but he’s still rough when it comes to unusual foes.

Case in point: Y/N ducks under a web spiraling at her head and launches a glowing sphere of magic at Peter. It bowls him over cleanly and he falls to the ground. The two of them have taken the precaution of putting padding and mats on a large section of the floors in the Sanctum training room, so Peter only suffers a mild case of getting the air knocked out of his lungs. That’s Stephen’s professional diagnosis, at least.

Y/N leans over him, extending an arm to help the younger boy up. She laughs at the startled look on his face, and reaches over to casually muss up his head. Stephen’s watching the proceedings from a higher level, so he can’t exactly make out what’s being said, but he can see that they both break out into laughter.

Something strange happens the longer Stephen watches. It’s as if time slows down, even though he hasn’t laid a single finger to the green Infinity Stone. He can see the sunlight gleaming in through open windows, cascading around Y/N to land in golden puddles at her feet. It makes sense on some level in Stephen’s brain, that even light itself would be drawn to her. What in this world, or the countless beyond it, wouldn’t want to be near her if it could?

His knuckles are white on the railing of the balcony as Stephen leans over the edge. He doesn’t realize that he’s doing it until his hands start to ache, phantom pains from an injury that still plagues him. Stephen has long associated that kind of hurt with what happened when he was still with Christine, but now he’s turning his mind to focus on a new sort of feeling, one centered around an entirely different woman.

Y/N laughs again, and the faintest whisper of it makes the journey up to where Stephen stands. It is here, collecting in the echoes of that joy, that he realizes something once and for all, a truth he’s been running from for who knows how long.

Stephen is in love, and he is in love with her.

Wong looks up, surprised, when Stephen all but throws open the door to his office. The Sorcerer Supreme puts down his book on the desk in front of him, starting to rise.

“What is it, Strange?” Wong asks, clearly unnerved by Stephen’s behavior. “Has something happened? Are we under attack?”

“No,” Stephen assures him. “Not now, at least.”

Wong gestures for Stephen to take a seat, but he can’t manage to pull himself together long enough for that to happen. Instead, Stephen starts to pace back and forth across Wong’s office. Wong looks mournfully at the carpet under Stephen’s feet, as if silently cataloging how much it’s going to cost to buy a new one after Stephen wears this one to shreds under the force of his stress.

“What’s wrong, then?” Wong prods gently after Stephen stays silent.

At last, Stephen is able to freeze in place, and turns to Wong with a haunted look. “I think I’m in love.”

Wong stares at him for a moment, then breaks out into loud laughter. Even Stephen’s agitation calms for a moment, forgotten as he stares at Wong in sheer confusion. Wong continues to laugh for what must be at least a full minute or two, the same rough, booming sound echoing around them.

Eventually, Wong is able to contain himself, and goes on speaking as if he hadn’t ever been interrupted. “I knew it. I called this months ago. It’s Y/N, isn’t it?”

Stephen is forced to nod in agreement, which makes Wong raise a finger in vindication.

“I told you, didn’t I?” Wong says, “And you didn’t listen, but you are now. I was wondering when this day would come.”

“Alright, alright,” Stephen says, raising his hands to ward off Wong’s triumph if anything else, “I get it, you were right, I was wrong. Now what do I do?”

Wong blinks at him. “Why are you asking me that? I’m your coworker, Strange, not your therapist. Go figure this out on your own time.”

Stephen pinches the bridge of his nose. “Yes, I get that, but I don’t know what to do.”

Wong shrugs. “You dated Christine for a while, didn’t you? Just do that again.”

Stephen frowns. “We broke up because I told her that she couldn’t have any meaning to me. After that, I was friendzoned and now she’s engaged to someone else.”

“Okay, so don’t do that,” Wong contemplates, “Look, it’s easier than you think. You’re just complicating things. You do that a lot.”

“Thanks,” Stephen says with a clearly forced smile.

“No problem,” Wong replies happily, “Always here to help.”

Stephen doesn’t bother to respond to that, just glares balefully at his friend.

Wong sighs. “Fine, fine. No need to burst a vein. How about you do something simple? Take her out for dinner or something. Hell, even coffee. She’s going to need coffee to keep up with you.”

Stephen’s eyes narrow. “I’m confused, were you encouraging me to ask her out or not? Because right now it sounds like you don’t like the idea of the two of us together.”

Wong chuckles. “Oh no, I think it’s a fantastic idea. You need someone like Y/N in your life to keep you in check. I just like making fun of you.”

“Figures,” Stephen mutters, but thanks his friend for the advice anyway.

In truth, Wong’s not wrong. Stephen does have a habit of overthinking and overdoing things, especially when it’s about the people in his life that really matter. He’d tear down this universe and the next if it meant keeping his loved ones safe.

So, basically, getting this right is really important, both for Stephen’s general happiness and his future of friendships at the New York Sanctum. He waits for Peter to leave, which takes far more time than Stephen’s feeble patience can really tolerate, then heads down to meet Y/N alone as soon as he can.

Y/N’s collecting the mats from the training room floor, so Stephen helps out, conjuring up a few spells to clean up the space.

She smiles at him gratefully. “Thanks for the assist.”

“Thanks for babysitting the kid,” Stephen responds.

Y/N laughs. “It’s not as bad as you think. Sure, he can be a little exuberant, but it’s just fun.”

“Yeah, it’s because he likes you the best,” Stephen argues, “but I can’t blame him.”

The last part of his sentence is quieter, but Y/N still hears it. She cocks her head to the side questioningly. “What do you mean?”

This is it, his chance. Stephen exhales and turns to face her. “I was wondering, if you weren’t too busy–”

Y/N cuts him off with a wry grin. “Who isn’t busy around here?”

He must have looked quite pained when she interrupted him, because Y/N holds up her hands in surrender. “Alright, alright. I’m quiet. What were you wondering?”

Stephen does his best to steady his nerves despite the suspension in his adrenaline fuelled offer. “I was wondering if you would want to go get coffee with me sometime. You know, one of these mornings. Not the night, that wouldn’t make sense. And if you don’t like coffee, we could always just go to a different type of shop, or get something else, or–”

Y/N saves him again, laughing quietly. “I think getting coffee sounds like an excellent idea to me. Is this a date, Stephen?”

She looks at him with a curious grin, mischievously prodding. Stephen nods, hoping that he’s not about to ruin this whole thing.

“Yeah,” he says, “Yeah, it is a date. Are you still okay with that?”

Y/N fixes him with her most brilliant grin yet, and Stephen feels the last of his worries melt away from him. “I would be more than okay with that.”

With that, she picks up the last of the mats and turns to put it away, leaving Stephen standing there with a more than self satisfied smile. Perhaps he’s managed to make this work after all. He wouldn’t believe it himself were it not for the joy on Y/N’s face when he asked her out, but it’s true. He’s got a date, and he couldn’t be happier about it.

Perhaps the silence meant he had gifted the makeup erroneously, Nunnally at odds with the apple hue he chose to give her. Perhaps he had misread her preferences despite having noted the colors of her veins on the inside of her wrists whenever she sipped her coffee or hot chocolate. Perhaps this was just a dumb idea because even Vital didn't really know why he had bothered with the gift at all. Holidays were stupid, and he wasn't someone who liked to play along with social expectations anyway.

A glance was only spared from his phone screen and the cat-collecting game he had decided to check in on. He spotted the young woman applying the gloss, studying her placement in the compact mirror, but he then looked away to refill the little digital cat food bowl. It was all the time she needed to shift, next to his side, the first indicator being the gentle scent of whatever perfume or shampoo she liked to use. The second was more obvious, her blonde locks spilling over the dark blue of his sweatshirt as Nunnally rested her head upon his shoulder immediately as if they were childhood friends. He had half a mind to roll his shoulder and reject the contact if only to spite her, but Vital actively chose to just let it slide. It wasn't like it was hurting anything.

His explanation of trying to befriend the rare duchess-type cat fell off, unfinished words formed in his mouth before he simply gave up, Nunnally sweetly speaking about how lovely the color was. But it wasn't just that, it was the way she phrased it, all leading up to... ah, mistletoe.

Vital went ahead and rolled his shoulder anyway, never one to give anyone an easy time for practically anything.

❝ Don't... don't get greedy! Just be glad I got you anything at all ! ❞ Knee-jerk reaction aside, he had to take a moment before the truth of Nunnally's words settled in: she had some kind of interest in him. Despite how he had been kind of a jerk the whole time? ❝ Christ alive, Nunnally, your taste sucks. ❞

Activity description:

Taking 10 days to explore the city of St. Tropez in the South of France and get to know the French culture. I visited the most magnificent beaches along Cote d Azure, adjusted my tastebuds to various tasty French food and drinks, and picked up a completely new hobby along the way.

*Food

Most meals were seafood based which felt quite awesome for me as a person who has meat based diet. I have experienced how it feels to drink coffee after the meal since it is healthier for digestion and it is quite opposite to what I am used to. Preferred part of French diet culture was rose wine.😋

*Leisure activities

1) 30 minutes boat ride along the coast

Many tourist take this boat ride as a source which offers loads of information about history and sight in St. Tropez and those small details only locals could actually know.

My personal favourite was mention where princess Diana spent her last summer before her death.

2) Reading “My genius friend” written by Elena Ferante

This book was very much dynamic and perfect choice for this holiday.

3) Bocce ball night

Even though my team was new in the whole game and basically played this for the first time they managed to win and we were so proud. The feeling is close to bowling but the rules differ from region to region and it is traditional game in France.🎳

The Hotel Front Desk Menu allows you to Process Reservations which will spawn hotel guest. Start Work Shift will spawn all employees Process Payments will loot a random amount up to $8000 every 24 hours. Hotel/Resort Employees -The Cook will autonomously start preparing meals. -Security will roam around and use friendly socials with other sims. -Housekeeping can keep things clean. -Receptionist manages the front desk for you. Use the computer. Manage employees and ask them to do something if they're just standing around. -Ask to clean rooms -Ask to cook for guests -Ask to perform secuirty duty -Ask to tend front desk Note: these interactions will appear on non-employees too. Hotel Problems Lot Trait -Add to your hotel or resort to spawn a criminal npc or troublemaker. -Use security questions to handle them. MUSIC INDUSTRY - CAS>Record Label CEO trait You'll also need to select a music attorney at this step. Give that Sim the Music Lawyer CAS trait located in the Emotions category. Required Items (In your recording studio area) -Microphone -Guitar -Piano How To Setup A Record Label And Recording Studio Create a record label or recording studio. Give the lot either venue type. Record Label, Recording Studio. Find Music Talent In this version of the mod you'll need to actively search and find new talent for your record label. You can go to night clubs, bars, karaoke bars, or create sims with music and singing talent. You'll need 3 entertainers. Vocal Artist, Piano Player (keyboard player), and Guitar Player. Use the "Find Music Talent", social menu and interactions to offer them a deal.This is just an offer. They'll either accept the deal or refuse. If they accept the deal you'll get a notification. Once you have your talent, purchase the record label How To Purchase A Record Label From any basegame computer select the "Record Label" menu and Purchase Record Label interaction. If you set up a recording studio you can purchase that too. Make sure you've set this up ahead of time so the interaction will appear. Troubleshooting. If you don't see the interaction try a different computer, different desk, or set the computer on a kitchen table. Make sure you have the cas trait as well. *Note - once you purchase the venue it'll revert back to generic. Negotiate A Record Deal (While at the Record Label, any generic lot, or home) Use your phone to plan a social event, non goaled Negotiate Record Deal. You'll need to invite the music lawyer, your Sim, vocal artist, guitar player, and keyboard/piano player. If you notice that one of the options to invite a sim is empty, either offer a deal to someone else or make sure they're in the same world the negotiation is in. Negotiating with the lawyer involves using the negotiation interactions long enough to at least become an acquaintance or friends. Once you have then the Agree To A Deal interaction will appear in the same Negotiate Record Deal social menu. Lawyer fees will cost $10,000 *You can end the event but you'll first need to get the musicians to actually sign the deal. If they do not then they will not be able to create music tracks in the recording studio. Next Use your phone to start the recording session social event. This event will cost $25,000. The entertainers work through an autonomy buff. Make your recording studio area distraction free with everything in one room. You might need to lock everyone in one studio room, and make sure their needs are all high. Otherwise other autonomy interactions might have higher priority. *The studio room needs a microphone, guitar, and piano. * If your Sim does not play their instrument and record, that's okay, the mod will still work and you'll get the needed track when you ask to them to stop recording. It's possible that the event will ask you to stop recording before starting recording. Go through with the interaction in that case. Once you have the three needed tracks (vocal track, keyboard track (piano), and guitar track), you can create a full album from the computer. Use the console cc from aroundthesims4 that's also a pc. Interactions will show up on THE DJ 'CONSOLE' EQUIPMENT Once you have the album you can choose how to distribute. Upload the album to music streaming service, license, or sell direct to fans. Each method will return a random amount. You might make a profit or lose on the investment.

Find the Industrial Factory Machine in Build/Buy Misc Electronics Category. Price $2500 Search "Industrial Factory Machine". Optional Functional File Cabinet is available for $75 found in Build/Buy Misc Surfaces. Search "File Cabinet" Desks for employees and computers. How To Hire And Fire Employees From a basegame computer use the Business Management menu and Hire or Fire interactions. When hiring employees you can select up to 12. These are the employees that will spawn at the corporate office when you Open the office. The Fire employees interaction will be blank if you did not hire anyone. The employees you did hire will show up here. When you fire them they will no longer show up when you Open your office. When you're ready to do business use the Business Management Menu to Open for business. Purchase Raw Materials Raw materials will cost $400 for a qty of 4. These are used to create product shipments. These are electronic parts you can find in your inventory. How To Make Sales Use your phone to plan a social event, select Sales Meeting. You can find needed interaction from the Socail "Make Sales" menu. You'll need to goal the event to close the deal. Bronze reward is a small sales contract. Silver reward is a medium sales contract. Gold is a large sales contract. These contracts will arrive in your Sim's household inventory like other event rewards. You'll need to travel to your residential lot to get them and then place the contract in your Sim's inventory. They're required to complete the order. How To Create Product Shipments Once you have a sales contract from a business customer in your Sim's inventory and at least one raw material, you'll need to create their order and ship it to them. Use the Industrial Factory Machine to create the proper product shipment. The interactions on the Industrial Factory Machine are instant. Check your inventory for the shipment. How To Deliver Orders From the computer and "Business Management" menu, select "Delivery Service". A delivery service will arrive to pickup your shipment. Click on the delivery driver, select the order size you're shipping. The item will be removed from your inventory and shipped by the delivery service. You'll also get the payment when you ship the item. $2000 for small sized shipment, $3000 for medium sized shipment, $5000 for large sized shipments. Functional File Cabinet And Reports From the computer you can print needed documents and files. Then place those files in the file cabinet if wanted. The file cabinet has it's own inventory. The give name isn't working at the moment.

DANCE STUDIOS The purchase, open, and close interactions will appear on computers no matter the location, including residential lots. You sims might use interactions from this mod automously. When you purchase the lot it'll automatically turn into a generic lot type instead of displaying the "Dance Studio". You can sell the business using the retail UI but be aware the remaining function of the retail UI should not be used in any way. How To Setup A Dance Studio Your dance studio should have a few floor mirrors to allow the "practice dancing" interaction. Using the dance floors from get together are handy for adding multiple dance options. Don't forget to add a bathroom and an office with a basegame computer and stereo. Next give the lot the "Dance Studio" lot type. This will allow it to show up on computer for the purchase option. How To Purchase From your Sim's basegame computer on a residential lot, select the "Dance Studio" menu and "Purchase Dance Studio". This will take you to the world map. Select the lot you setup and be sure to have enough funds for the purchase. You'll then be greeted with the retail UI to transfer funds. Transfer a small amount or however much is needed. Open And Closing To open or close your dance studio just use the "Dance Studio" menu and select open dance studio or close dance studio. When you open the studio 8 sims will spawn and start dancing if you have music going. They'll stick around for a few hours and then leave. If you want them to leave before that just close the studio via the computer. Last Notes This is currently a very small mod with just the purchase, open, and close features. I will look into adding a functional dance instructor career that'll use all the in-game dance moves. Meanwhile using the recommened mods above will provide a lot additional gameplay options. I noticed a possible glitch with the dance floor. The dance floor would not allow any interactions. Not sure if it's because the lot type reverts to generic or not. ROAD TO FAME STREET DANCING/ BALLET BARRE MOD Barre Interactions Sims can: Practice Ballet (Solo) Train (Solo) Practice with… (Group) Train with… (Group) Practice allow dancers to be interrupted midway. They can be chatted with, clink glasses during new years, or take a teen selfie if autonomy is on. Train disallows secondary interactions. No waving, no chatting, minimal idling.Interactions towards Dancers Non-dancing sims can select dancers and: Heckle (Under Mean pie menu) Cheer (Under Friendly pie menu) Watch and Learn Mentor Heckle / Cheer will not interrupt sims whether they are practicing or training. Affects relationship. Sit and chat friendly. Mentor: Sims who have dance skill level 4 and above can mentor other dancers. Dancers receive a boost in skill increase by 50%, or 100% with the Mentor reward trait. Mentored sims may develop the impressed sentiment towards their mentor. Watch and Learn: Sims have the option to 'watch and learn' from dancers with skill level 4 and above. Increases dance or motor skill. Sit or chat friendly.

Psychiatrist - CAS give your Sim the Psychiatrist trait Running An Office - The first thing you'll need to do is Start A New Client Session from the All In One PC (base game). This interaction will spawn your first client. When the client arrives perform a mental health assessment. Click on the new client, Mental Health Services social menu, and select Mental Health Assessment.You'll need to ask the client a couple of questions to get an idea of what they have an issue with. When you ask the new client to describe what's happening to them, a new menu will appear behind the "Mental Health Assessment" menu. This will be the issue they're dealing with. There are several potential mental disorders -Anxiety -Bipolar -Depression -Borderline Personality Disorder -Eating Disorder -Psychosis When making a diagnosis, the new client will become your regular client. You can also prescribe medication and send them to appropriate group therapy at any time. Regular Clients will have a new social menu behind the Mental Health Services menu called, Mental Health Client Session. Mental Health Clients (regular clients) You can hold sessions with your regular clients to help them stay on track and manage their disorder. You can also continue to send them to groups and prescribe medication. Using your phone, start a social event. Goal the event to earn regular income from clients.
