Cyrix fnf + Reader

It was a boring Thursday afternoon. After you got home from a mind-numbing day of school/work, you flopped on your bed, took out your phone, and started scrolling through your favorite website. Eventually, you got an ad for a live concert that would happen in your city that Friday night! You thought it would be fun to watch, so you checked your schedule and thankfully, you were free at the time it would perform. 

That Friday night, you were in the audience, excitement building from you and the hundreds of other people attending. Suddenly, all of the lights went out except for the stage’s spotlights, which pointed out a dripped-out robot standing front-and-center, next to a microphone and holding an electric guitar! He exclaimed to the audience, “Thank you all for coming tonight! I’ve got a big show for you, as always!”

The performance was amazing, and you had never felt that energized by songs before in your life! But sadly, it ended like every show does. Satisfied, you left the place and started heading home when you saw the musician you were so enthralled by wave at you and start heading your way! You looked behind you for anyone that he might really be looking for, but no, it was really just you!? And still, he got closer. 

What were you supposed to say? You’d never talked to a celebrity before! What if you embarrassed yourself in some way? There were so many ways this could go wrong!

You stood there, silently but screaming internally as he stopped in front of you and introduced himself. “What’s up, my name's Cyrix! Though you probably already know that - not to be pretentious of course!” He waved his hands while he said that last part hastily, but genuinely. You quickly realized you should say something. “Hi, my name is Y/N, nice to meet you! Not to be rude, but… why are you talking to me?”

Cyrix laughed to himself. “Well, aren’t you an internet-famous musician? Or… do I have the wrong person…?”

Suddenly, it hit you that you were a star in your own right - you had millions of subscribers on almost any musical platform you could find! Of course Cyrix wanted to talk to you.

“Oh yeah!” You remembered.

Cyrix immediately got excited, his displayed eyes turning into stars while a big, goofy grin spread across his face. “So it’s really you! Dude, I’m your biggest fan!”

Touched by the praise, you yelled back, although you were right next to each other, “I think I might be yours! You did so well performing live!”

Cyrix suggested a collaboration and you took him up on his offer, so later on you wrote a song together and were best friends for a very long time after. :)

Stolen Life on ao3

Stolen Life is a fic I wrote on ao3 under the name TheMixtapeSystem. It’s an angst fic full of pain and suffering and violence and manipulation and character death. There’s multiple endings.

Stolen Life itself is complete, but the series I’m starting for it is still in progress. This fic has 19,333 words, and I am VERY proud of it. I don’t actually know how to promote fics on tumblr so I hope I’m doing good here lmao

The summary is

““…Why are you doing this?”

“What do you mean, Hex?” Slasher feigned a confused expression, with the partial face he had on his screen. Everyone else on the teams looked on, as the pair of robots argued back and forth…

When Hex got home, all he did was cry.

Slasher steals Hex’s life right from under him. Befriending his friends, stealing his basketball career, taking everything away from him. Hex is going to be ruined. And when he’s on the ground? Slasher will enjoy taking the final blow.”

There are a lot of inconsistencies but I swear I didn’t use AI to write this I am just stupid and cannot remember my own writing (from two years ago mind you, I started this fic in 2022 and only finished it this year) to save my life.
