Fun fact I actually had a tattoo artist/piercer Fukase & Flower x college student customer Len & Rin au at one point like two years ago that I was pretty obsessed with- I have old drawings but they were too ugly so I redrew one of them lol

The AU was basically just Len and Rin both go to get a piercing/tattoo and then Fukase & Flower were the ones doing them and Len & Rin found them very cute but were too pussy to ask for their numbers and ended up coming back a several times for more impulsive piercings/tattoos to talk to them until Fukase & Flower were just like “here’s my number btw so you don’t end up emptying ur wallet coming here”

ig(??) i do still for the most part think she's sapphic/has a preference for girls, and b/c of a friend my main thing was flowerin. i do like them v much and think abt them, they're cute. BUT a different friend of mine ships fukaflower and that's also really grown on me. BUT b/c of the internet and other mutuals too i've seen pikase and that's cute as hell too. so my mind somehow condensed that into the THREE OF EM (flower, fukase, piko) but i dont even know what tf i'd call that; its not entirely romantic but also not entirely platonic, something is going on and its made infinitely more complicated w/ how they all interact differently depending on what fucking timeline story thing we're in. and again flower & rin is also cute and flower has other cute ships too and AJKSDKJKJKJ 😭

i'll just say tho that the good thing about having several different story things where different things happen is i can do whatever i want and everyone can b happy. the bad thing is i end up overthinking it and also i have a tendency to not give the characters in my stories happy endings

well for one i like how she has so many designs i think its funny lmaoo

v3 and v4 are my faves sooo... i do like the dress & longer hair of v3 actually, i feel its more like, actual flower-like so it fits (and maybe im a bit based b/c that's the design she had when i first vaguely knew abt her). but v4 is iconic, undoubtedly. its the first design that pops into my head when people say flower. i really like how its more ourple since her v3 is more like... black? hksjghkj. i like her striped armwarmer thing its quite funky. solid designs but theyre hard asf to draw imma be real 😭 i can never get them quite right

Untold (Shino x OC) Chapter 2: Boy's night out

There comes a moment in life where your worries are not only at what time you and your pals decide to get something to eat, mostly because you are an adult now and your problems are mostly centered around how you can survive another week. Shino came with a wonderful idea, being a teacher, three years he had spent preparing himself for such a role. Last week the results were in and he entered the Ninja Academy with the highest grade as a former teacher, next course he will start teaching younglings as Iruka did with him. It was time to celebrate, and luckily the results came right before he and his family will go to Reina’s house to see the meteor shower. Apparently, every summer near the solstice her village made a huge celebration that lasted for a whole week to celebrate the meteor shower that had always been seen so clearly in their sky. She invited him and his family, like every summer, but he was more than thrilled that time. 

He had gone with them but he always resisted the urge to go to those celebrations, he always had in the back of his head the exams and tests that he had had to endure for three years and ended up in Reina’s living room studying. He knew how important those lights were for her, she never could enjoy those festivities as she would like, and he always felt that he was taken that away from her, no matter how many times she smiled so candidly and denied her head. She stood by his side, filled his cup of tea, gave some snacks to keep with the studies and watched the lights alone in her family yard. She did all of that out of love, as well as he sends flowers every Wednesday to her flat, finding the rarest books for her or the funniest T-shirts and pajamas that she so much loved. Both of them knew that they loved each other but were too scared to say it fearing a negative answer. He had talked with his father and he just gave him a gentle palm over his shoulder. “About time” was all he said. Giving him the blessing to not just date her officially but as he had suggested, he was about to ask her to move in together. He had everything ready to ask her father too if he agreed with him courting his daughter. 

It was an outdated fashion, but he felt more comfortable knowing that his father would not oppose his decision and neither her father, to know that her decision could also be utter with complete freedom. He wanted to do the things right, after all he was not just thinking about living with her, he was already thinking about how to ask for her hand. He could not imagine his life without her. So… Now was the time to tell that to the boys. They all gathered to also give him some congratulations, the mood was cheerful and he decided to say “ I am going to ask Reina if she wants to be my girlfriend” she said that straight forward, no hesitation, no tension as a way to realize that fear out loud instantly.  He gulped a bunch of tea “Sorry what?” stuttered Neji “So… all this time and you two are not officially dating? Are you fucking kidding me Shino?” Kiba seemed furious “You had that porr girl tagging along with you every fucking place and you have not tell her your fucking feelings?! That’s messed up dude” He was fuming “Woo wooo Kiba relax. Both are to blame “ jumped Shikamaru into the conversation “They are both grown up and they haven’t said things as they should have been clear and straightforward. Kind of strange knowing Shino that he hadn’t been direct to her” Shino felt the blood rushing to his ears. That was true “I know that Temari also has advice her to tell him how she feels. Yet here we are for how long have you two been “no-dating” dating? “ Shino cleared his throat “In February we shall have four years since we… “ he shut up, that was personal, that was unique, secret… His peers kept looking at him with eager eyes “ held hands for the first time” A burst of laughter went through the whole booth. Not Lee’s “That’s the spirit! That’s how you keep the youth of romance alive! You are in the flowering of love!” 

“Are you fucking kidding me dude? You are not dating her, you two are not partners and you fucking know when you fucking hold her for the first time ever!!! That’s what a kiddo does” Kiba was never gentle with his words. Shino looked for more tea. “I find it lovely” was Chouji, everyone looked at him “It shows how much you truly like her. Remembering tiny stuff, things that seemed unimportant… like when Karui tilts her head savoring sweet food. Or how much she loved my mum’s pie” he kept eating. A subtle silence was made, they were laughing at his peer remembering the first time he embraced his lover’s hand. Yet they too remember with warm hearts tiny things that seemed stupid. Silence filled the room, everyone smiled knowing what his peer meant. “Sorry” Naruto was the one to voice what everyone was thinking. After all, that had meant a lot for Shino who as a child, as they knew him, was so introverted, shy and consumed in his own thoughts, unable to express them to his peers. Not just that, but how every girl in class was grossed up because of his insects and how people made fun of him, even them. Her embracing his hand without a trace of fear must have meant the world to him. It is true that she was also a member of Aburame’s distant clan when they knew her, she did not have insects, in fact she should have been repulsed by them because of everything that she had to go through to get them and to get rid of them. But, that’s another fic.

“Goodness! I am just AaaaHHH! “ shouted Kiba “I can believe it “ his voice was thrilled with excitement. Naruto was next “So happy for you Shino, it was about time too though” The sound of cups being raised and cheering in his honor was heard. “I am happy that Hinata is out of your head, Shino”  That was Kiba, and those words alerted Reina“She was head over heels for Naruto and you were suffering a lot because of that. Glad you found someone else to replace her.” Replacement?, thought Shino, far from that. No one got what Hinata was a friend, a dear friend, Reina was his soulmate and that is how he felt that. He understood that when they went after the Bikaichu, everything turned clear when he saw Naruto looking at Hinata and the way she looked at him. He never had those eyes for her, he thought that but it was not true. “Don’t tell me that you were after Hinata? Really? Ha ha ha ha And I must discover this after I get married to her. I always thought that you two were just friends! Did you love Hianta, Shino? “ “What a strange combination that would have been” that was Sai. 

Some more laughs filled the room “Everyone knew about Hinata and Naruto, it was clear, trying to go after her was suicidal” Lee mentioned that and Neji replied “Do not talk about Lady Hinata in such manner Lee” Shino looked at his mates confused “ I don’t get what you say Kiba” The Inuzuka tilted his head “What do you mean? You liked Hinata, didn’t you?” The shinobi buffed, he was frustrated “C’mon it is not a big deal” said the future Hokage “It really explains why you have not noticed the way you look at Tamaki” Kiba blushed immediately. Shino talked with his conviction and wise wording “  Hinata was not grossed out nor scared of me. She also talked with me and like you, Kiba, tried to keep me in touch with what was being friendly. I thought that that meant that she liked me. Do you remember when we went after the Bikoucho trying to find Sasuke?”  He cleared his voice “That is when I saw the way Naruto looked at Hinata I knew. It did not matter how much you tried to convince Sakura that you were after her, your eyes shone brighter and still do when you look at her. I have never lost my breath when it comes to Hinata, nor have I seen her with such bright colors. She is my friend, a dear one; one of my very first friends. But… when I met her…” a shy smile tried to win his lips “ Even though it was the first time I saw her. She was really kind, I… I can’t explain it. It was as if she… I know it sounds stupid, specially when the first time that I saw her she was just a huge mess of rags, but…” 

“She looked more alive than any of us” was Sai’s voice. “ It doesn't really matter how you met her. I met Ino and she was stuffing her mouth in the BBQ that we were all having, once I called her beautiful she made a mess” He smiled a little and drank “I just wanted to listen to her and know more about her” muttered Shino. “I thought that it was just that I enjoyed her company but later when we were hanging out. I saw myself…” His peers were amazed, Shino never opened himself so much, only Kiba could have been the closest person to actually seen him so open and sincere before. “You saw what we see. You seem almost as dumb as Kiba when you are near her and she tries not to smile so bright everytime she sees you. She does almost the same thing as Temari. She bites her cheeks while Tamari does it with her lower lip.” 

“So it is over, isn’t it? Kiba is the one left to confess his love” Chouji smiled brightly at him “Do it quick or our children will be too old to play all together. You too Shino, stop using condoms when you “watch a movie” on Friday'' Everyone laughed, Shino looked upset at Naruto for saying that “We actually watch a movie together.” “Yes, but then you say you sleep with her.” Shino’s face did not move nor flinch. “Wait! You sleep with her as in sleeping?” The conversation turned into one quite candid, something that the bug-boy did not like. However, he could not elude the conversation and since that they everyone was wondering how could he have survived to a sleep over with someone you find hot, without fucking. Conversation and astonishment that lasted even through the trip that they were doing, mostly thanks to the forgetful effects of alcohol.
