Out of context reimagined parts from my new #HHStargazersAU!

⚠️ TW: Nerdy word vomit about my coloring choices ahead:

My take on human Chaggie & Radioapple's color scheme! Yes. I headcanon the Magnes as beautiful blondes with just as beautiful brown eyes. Because there's no WAY warm red & yellows translate to cool baby blues! If anything, Vaggie's eyes would be the lighter shade. (At least in my AU.) Because her canon eyes are white and I think the dark skin contrast nicely with blue. As for Alastor's green... Look. Give me a chance! I swear I can later explain it through lore!

As for their clothes, I just chose hell's red for Charline, heavenly hues for Vaggie, earthy colors for Alastor to balance the green (with some white rather than black to show his employment under the Magnes), and pastels for Lucius (though out of everyone in my story, he may undergo the most palette switches. Just saying).

Spoiler for my recent comic update: As you can see, Vaggie & Alastor's human disguises aren't perfect. Thus some parts of their hair remain unchanged. Vaggie's ineffable white bangs and Alastor's brown-passing too-vibrant red hair (which mind you, was a difficult balance to achieve. Specially to match the greens-) still ever so distinct. People think they dyed it, but I assure you, it's all natural~! Along with their near supernatural ability to charm. Lol. -Bubbly💙

I saw a post saying that the whole bucktommy thing was coming out of the blue and it should've taken longer and I don't know how to tell you but we had Ali for half a scene after her initial rescue and they were already dating the next time we saw her.

we had Natalia for one scene after her initial rescue before Buck and her started going out... we had Tommy just this season for an entire episode and a half before the kiss happened... it wasn't even a love confession or anything, they just kissed because they were attracted to each other and now we are building up to something more, which mind you, is a pretty realistic way of going about relationships, especially for someone's first queer relationship.

and the other thing that ticked me off in that post was that according to op, 7x04 should've made it clear that Buck was after Tommy and not Eddie and christ on a bike, that was the goddamn point of the entire episode.

they built it so you could be surprised!! just like Buck was surprised by how he felt, because he was still confused until Tommy showed up at his place.

some people need to realise that they know jackshit about how TV shows — or any media, really — are made and maybe let professional writers and showrunners decide how to do things and sure, that won't always work for every viewer, but if you don't like something, for the love of god, just don't engage with it and focus on the things you do like.

Doing a deep dive into the history of Zoroastrianism and Manichaeism. I may be a classicist by training, but I've come to realize that you can't fully understand the Roman Empire--especially religious movements in the Roman Empire, which is my chief scholarly interest right now--without understanding Rome's Persian neighbors, the Parthians and later the Sassanids, and how they saw the world. Of course, this means I've fallen yet farther down the intellectual rabbit hole, but who wants to climb out anyway?

Guess who binge read Glass scientists comic...so Hyde in fancy vest because I happened to see @leonenjoyer69 suggestion and love the acting in the comic. It needs an animated show, now.

Another week another fandom, it´s not been but three weeks since i binge read dungeon meshi too and it´s all tumbler´s fault!! ahahaha

Funnily enough I´m working on a graphic novel set in 1890s in Santiago de Compostela, with science and weird magical/ local folklore stuff surrounding the story. The main character is a girl obssesed with science and Charles Darwin that completely dismisses the supernatural. Maybe one day I´ll show you a glimpse of her and her wacky little sister XD

The plan is 4 books, I know, how delusional is that? first one is fully drawn and now I´m currently dealing with the inking which is been slow... Color is going to be death.

I´m working towards having it published on my region's dialect/language, and I´ve been weighing out the possibility of sharing an english version online, on a web of it´s own or even tumblr, but I´m really bad at promoting stuff and have no clue about how many of you people that follow this blog will be interested. First part is kinda childish, but it gets darker as the following parts move on, so i donno, if people would stick around. So I guess the only way of finding out is slapping folks with pages as cheese slices slap unsuspecting cats.

After recent events, I ended up going back to the beginning to check things, because my first reaction will always be "wtf, this is shit, why would you do this" and my second reaction will always be "okay maybe that was a bit much, maybe he's not THAT bad, maybe has a good reason-

I have been angry since April 12th and I've reached a point where I don't even know what to feel anymore I don't even know what to tell y'all.

Like, wow, omg, movie reveals. Other than family relations, the other thing isn't exactly anything new. We've all read Midnight Crow. We saw Kaitou Corbaeu. We've been in denial until finally reaching acceptance. For me at least. And then we spend a few years bargaining, bc surely there's a good reason kaitos not in the know. That kaito has to be KID. Surely there's a reason? Right?

At this point we don't even truly know if Jii is in the know and was acting as planned out by the parents or not. Or if he's just like kaito. Tricked, lied to, played for fools. At the very least ginzo doesn't know, so there's that. Not sure how much that would help kaito when he inevitably finds out. Because he will. The fact remains that it's quite suspicious that Jii just so happen to choose to don the KID outfit and become KID to draw out toichis murderers exactly 8 years after toichis death. EXACTLY the same amount of time that was set for that trap door portrait to open to kaito.

so many people in the notes of that phone call post are misinterpreting it as me saying I love phone calls and that I think everyone should do them- no that's not what I'm saying. I literally said it's infuriating to realize that phone calls are the most efficient way to get anything done. phone calls are inaccessible for people with certain disabilities, I'm well aware of this. I have an audio processing disorder so talking on the phone with someone can be very difficult for me. that's why I'm frustrated because genuinely you can accomplish things so much faster with a phone call but I wish people just read their damn emails
