4t2 Fireplaces

My previews are like... I'm not impressed. Don't let them fool you, a whole lotta effort was put into these fireplaces and I hope they live up to it.

First and foremost, huge credits to @episims and @lordcrumps for their edits to Numenor's templates to allow the ts4 logs to ignite when the fire is lit. They also worked out the Realm of Magic fireplace to have green fire and purple/blue smoke. Love that!

If you have LordCrumps' Horse Ranch "Sturdy Ranch" & "While the Irons Hot", & Desert Luxe "Earthen Fireplace" delete them (and their Scriptorium_Fireplace scripts) and replace with mine. If you have my Decor to the Max "Warmly Chromatic Fireplace" delete it and the script file and replace with the new version (Decor to the Max 4t2 pack has been updated as of 17 April 2024).

Hey! How are you? I'm using your ts4 shadow file, however when I view my objects in Simpe, I noticed that there are small grayish spots under the objects (they are seen in the thumbnail images in the catalog) and when I tested I deleted the "groundshadow" in the "group" of the " GMDC" I noticed that the stains disappear. However, in your tutorial it says to delete the shadow file from TXMT and TXTR and not from the GMDC group. If I delete it, will your TS4 shadow file still work?

Hello, so yeah you can remove all shadow references (txmt, txtr) then update the shape (shpe) with my sims 4 shadow file material definition file name.

You might not need to do anything in the GMDC as mentioned in the tutorial!

The preview in SimPE will have just a grey box where the shadows should be, but in game it should work!

I've seen this before but not at this magnitude. I don't know which version of the hair defaults they nabbed, what mods they loaded...

Trying not to be a hater, but with no credit and potentially harmful concoctions of cc, I'd recommend to find the original sources which was predominantly items on LordCrumps.com, @deedee-sims, @mdpthatsme, @tvickiesims, @applewatersugar, @rascalcurious, etc

4t2 Seasonal Flowers And Shrubs Collection (Even more giant)

Ground covering flowers, creeping plants, ivy, plants in pots, grapes, topiaries, cactee, tropical plants, hedges, all kinds of grass... All seasonal? Yes 😃

This is a collection of 4t2 flowers and shrubs converted from Sims 4 in original textures and made seasonal. It is meant as an add-on to my 4t2 Default Replacement Flora because I didn’t include plants already available there.

Key features:

55 seasonal flowers

81 seasonal shrubs

3 peeable bushes (made on iCad's edit of CS peeable bush that won't drain hygiene. Guids are new but delete their previous version), non seasonal (get procedural snow), have all recolors from other meshes grouped.

3 cc plants by Max20 (from his Poolside Lounge Pack)

A ton of seasonal recolors for both shrubs and flowers

Some are hood view enabled, but not all to save game resources

Quarter tile placeable

Smoothed out meshes

Undersides for leaves

As always, I tried to follow real-life seasonness of plants but sometimes had fun with some states and textures, don’t take it too seriously. Not all plants flower at the same seasons.

California poppy from this set will overwrite my previous conversion, so keep only one version.

With a HUGE assist from @tvickiesims we have managed to get the entire pack done!

The Castle Estate Kit is now all here!

2 addon windows to go under the arched windows, this is so that they all line up nicely!

Glass is separately recolourable to the frames, yay!

How to use the spandrels in picture form at the end of the image gallery!

Foundation wall texture is now a normal wall texture!

Several spandrels to choose from,

Recolourable stairs!

Deco fence and fence post to go with spandrels,

Build Deco for the cornices which are lovely and seamless - may need moveobjects on to overlap!

4T2 Industrial Loft Kit

Today I have the industrial loft kit from TS4 for Sims 2! Converted in its entirety! Thank you to @hugelunatic who helped me making the 4 tile actually work!! Thank you again!

Sims 4 shadow file is required, you only need one!

Functional 4 tile door - I could not bring myself to do a diagonal version, it would be a waste of GUIDs is my excuse!

4t2 EA's SP31 Decor to the Max

It's no joke, here is the completed SP31 Décor to the Max. Only things left out were the taller versions of the wainscoting which I don't think anyone will mind.

This does include an updated Collection file + Shadow File + Walls & Floors courtesy of @lordcrumps (you only need 1 shadow file). It also includes @tvickiesims' Collage of Personality painting + Plushly Bold Rug.

Sunlamp Controller

Disclaimer: this isn't an April fool's joke lol

This little control panel makes all lights located in the same room with it work like sunlamps.

The controller is only needed for lights that aren't actual sunlamps. This mod by Sophie-David is incorporated, so the cheaper fluorescent lamp and custom lights with orig GUID 0x6CC90706 are recognized as sunlamps.

For other kinds of lamps, you'll need a control panel for each room you want extra sunlight in. They work in greenhouses and outdoors as well, on all lot types.

I didn't want it to be too cheaty, so the controller costs 1.5x the price of one fluorescent lamp.

The files are compressed. Conflicts with Sophie-David's sunlamp mod, just delete it before adding these.

Credits to Sophie-David for their mod, Living Dead Girl for the panel mesh, and @shastakiss for the metal texture I blended for the recolor.

Hi! I have a technical question: since your packages usually come with the recolors all merged together, would you happen to know if editing the merged file (deleting the unwanted textures with simpe) would work? -Your big files of DR walls prompted me to write this, as I was wondering if manually removing the ones I don't vibe with would break everything. Anyway, thanks for all your amazing work! :)

Deleting the textures would work! In normal CC you’ll have to delete the matching MMATs and TXMTs too. With default walls its just the texture and the TXMT!

4T2 Little Campers Kit

Sul Sul!

Today brings you a new conversion, the entirety of the Little Campers Kit!

Things to note;

@tvickiesims had some conversions done already, thank you for doing the projector and Gnome and allowing me to include!

She also gave me an option for the book piles to be a functional bookshelf, that is included too!

@platinumaspiration also did the doll house! Thanks again for letting me group it together!

Numerous surfaces have slots,

The activity table has been edited slightly (the chair rotated) and turned into an end table!

There is a deco item and a toy version of the Little Camping Buddy, the toy may be tidied away when sims clear up the toys so you might loose the money! Makes sense though, kids always loose stuff!
