Hello, i am a fellow med student. I wanted to ask how to get 10000 steps in a day? Like i simply do not find time for it.

I don't always get that many, usually it's somewhere between 8k-10k.
I'm a hostelite, maybe that's why I get that many. The hostel is a 6 minute walk to class usually and we go back and forth a couple of times, evenings in the gym I get on the treadmill and then after the gym we go for a walk and to get fresh juice quite a lot so that also contributes to the steps
Basically I walk a lot around the campus. I don't think I'd get this many steps if I had a scooter or any transportation 🤷🏽♀️
