“Did’ja hear? That Quicksilver fella took off with that new tailor from the big city!”🪡🐴💖
Some Wild West Promnis for Yeehawgust 2023, except I didn’t finish it in time for August. I am a sucker for a ‘respected member of the town falls in love with the handsome outlaw’ storyline. 🤩💖

Prompto, to Ardyn: „Hate to break it to you, but y’know, Aranea really can’t stand you.“ Ardyn: „Can’t say I’m surprised.“ Gladio: „Is there anyone who can stand you?“ Ardyn: „I believe you know the answer to that question already.“ Gladio: „It’s that bad, huh?“ Ignis: „One would think the Chancellor of Niflheim had better public relations.“ Ardyn: „Mind you, I get along great with the public! Niflheim politicians, on the other hand, are predators. It takes an unusually great amount of pretence and backstabbing to survive among the high and mighty. I understand that not everyone approves of such methods.“ Prompto: „Oh, that explains so much! Like, all that teasing we had to endure.“ Ardyn: „That was no teasing. I was merely … nudging you into the right direction.“

I know I'm hopelessly late with this meme, but I also wanted to draw this. Luna and Noctis also want to see Barbie, but Ravus would rather watch Oppenheimer XD
Character relationships are based on my fanfiction AU

My wrists hurt now so I think I'm going to call this piece done!
Fun notes, I guess! One, is tail is based on the the Dark Allural Sea Bass (mostly because I thought the colours might suit him). Two, I really like the idea of changing the eagle tattoo up to a kraken, a mythological but still feared creature. I gave him a spear because I didn't think a sword would work too well.
@lunarlegend just wanted to make sure you saw it, since you seemed so excited.

We Are Worthy Pt.1
Relationship: Ravus Nox Fleuret/Female!Reader
Summary: As the eldest of the Lucis Caelum line, you are to be wed to Ravus Nox Fleuret. Noctis isn't pleased by this discovery and finds out just how much you two have been hiding from him. And, well, truthfully, he can't fight back against what fate has in store without both of you helping.
AU: I just had this random AU idea come in my head. The explanation of it is: you are Noctis's older sister (around 28 or so- same age as Ravus) but since you are a woman, you cannot be the True King and aren't a part of the prophecy (to keep Noctis's place). Ravus here isn't as hellbent on destroying Lucis/Regis (for purposes that will be explained later), and him and Reader team up privately to save their siblings from the prophecy. It'll make a bit more sense as it goes along (trust me bro). This chapter focuses a bit more on Noctis and Reader, but the next one will be more about Ravus/Reader and their relationship. Concrit is always welcome and appreciated <3 please enjoy!
Crossposted on my AO3!
Noctis frowned as Gladiolus opened the passenger door for you.
You gave him a gracious smile and stepped into the car, promptly fastening your seatbelt and sitting with perfect posture.
“My lady, are you comfortable?” Ignis asked, and you nodded.
“I’m fine, thank you, Ignis,” you replied, bowing your head respectfully.
“Then we shall be off,” he murmured, starting the engine of the car.
Prompto was giddy with excitement and snapped a few photos of the scenery and everyone in the Regalia.
“So, you excited to get hitched, (Y/n)?” Prompto joked and Ignis shot a glare at him in response. The photographer seemed to take the hint and awkwardly clammed up. “Uh, I mean, well, uh- you excited to get married?”
“There’s no need to worry, Prompto,” you chuckled. “I am not sure how I feel, in all honesty. I’m just proud to do my people a good service with this marriage.”
“Ah, the politically correct answer as always,” Noctis sighed. You didn’t say a word back, not giving Noctis the chance to argue over this matter again. “Seriously, you’re not gonna even answer?”
“No. This doesn’t warrant a discussion, Noctis,” your voice lowered into a threatening tone that said you would not tolerate his behavior.
He glowered at you and huffed, folding his arms and pouting like a spoiled child.
“Hey now, you two, let’s take it easy. I know the wedding jitters can get rough, but let’s play nice, okay?” Gladiolus attempted to break the awkward silence.
“My apologies,” you stated as you took a sip of water to calm yourself.
“Whatever,” was all Noctis had to say.
“What’s the issue? Did something happen?” Prompto asked, confused why you and your brother seemed to be at each other’s throats. Gladiolus eyed him, warning him to drop the subject, but Prompto didn’t notice.
“The issue,” Noctis began, making Gladiolus and Ignis roll their eyes and sigh in annoyance. “Is that my sister is getting married to some guy, and neither her nor my father told me! And now she’s acting like a martyr who needs to go through this!”
“Firstly-” you countered, “Ravus Nox Fleuret is not ‘some guy’- have more respect for him. Second off, it’s a political marriage- it’s not up to you to decide what I need to do.”
“You could have at least argued with him! Hell, I could’ve married Luna instead! You didn’t need to do this for Lucis!”
“Why does it matter anyways? I don’t have that choice. I am not the heir apparent.”
“And that’s the issue, don’t you get it?” Noctis leaned over the seat to talk closer to you. “You don’t have a choice, and that’s what’s making me upset! You don’t need to do this just because dad said so. We could have figured something out.”
Ignis shook his head.
“Prince Noctis, we’ve been through this plenty of times now. It is imperative the marriage goes through for the sake the kingdoms. The treaty being negotiated is one that will bring peace. And though it is a shame that Princess (Y/N) can’t choose, it is her duty as a member of the royal family to think of the people.
“Thank you, Ignis. At least someone understands my position.”
“Not everyone can be perfect like you, I guess,” Noctis mumbled under his breath.
“Noctis, enough. Come on, it’s a week before her wedding. Let’s spend it not trying to argue,” Gladiolus suggested.
“Great idea!” Prompto yelled. He gasped loudly and leaned towards Ignis. “Hey, Iggy, pull over! I wanna take this shot of the mountain!”
“Prompto, we will not-”
“Let him,” you cut Ignis off. “His photos are rather lovely to see. They’ll be a nice memento in the future.”
You grinned at Prompto and his smile grew wider than usual. Ignis pulled the car to the side of the road and put it in park.
“Thanks, (Y/n)!”
“Prompto! What did we tell you about titles?” Ignis shouted as Prompto unbuckled his seat belt and practically leapt over the others to take a few photos. You didn’t argue, instead getting out of the car and asking Prompto to take a few shots with you in them. The blonde complied, posing you and taking all sorts of pictures.
“Do you all want to join in?” You asked. Ignis shook his head, while Gladiolus shrugged and joined you and Prompto to take some photos. Noctis meanwhile stared at you before pouting even harder than before.
Night drew closer and Ignis decided to rest and camp for the time being. Given your status and impending marriage, you had your own separate tent, away from the others. While you did appreciate the privacy, you were rather upset with the larger distance it created emotionally.
But you could not argue, and instead, after eating a wonderful meal whipped up by Ignis, you went straight to your tent.
You glanced at Noctis and debated with yourself if you should attempt to talk with him. You hated the fighting and the distance this treaty had put between you two. And, of course, the real truth behind the reason they were with you. When Regis revealed the treaty to Noctis, he was enraged and begged for your father to consider a different path.
The subsequent arguments between you and Noctis left you feeling even more hurt at the fact you had to lie to him to his face.
But it was for him and for the people. You were a woman, and thus, you had no stake within the kingdom or the prophecy. Noctis, on the other hand, was more crucial to it all. You didn’t mind being the sacrificial lamb for this moment, if it ensured the safety of your younger brother.
Ravus was more than happy to agree with you, if it meant his sister could be safe, too.
That’s why you understood where Noctis was coming from, given he was so adamant that you be able to choose your own happiness for once. But him and Lunafreya were much too important to the kingdom, and to you and Ravus.
Still, you remembered the oath you gave to your father as you said your farewells to him. A promise you had to make to lie to Noctis about the truth. So you quietly zipped the door to your tent closed and hoped your tears wouldn’t be heard from them.
Noctis grumbled at the remaining vegetables on his plate as the fire crackled under the starry sky. He hadn’t said a word since the fight in the Regalia, and he was too angry and hurt to begin a conversation.
Prompto was goofing off with Gladiolus and Ignis was impatiently waiting for the prince to eat his carrots.
“You know, they’re not going to disappear just by staring at them, your highness,” Ignis cheekily commented.
“Yeah, yeah, you don’t need to remind me, Iggy.”
Ignis frowned at the sulking prince and sat in the chair beside him.
“Noctis, I know how you’re feeling-”
“The thing is, you don’t. Like, I really love you all, but none of you know how I’m feeling,” Noctis argued. He was cursing himself for raising his voice, and he took a deep breath to try and relax. “None of you do. And I’m pissed that everyone else is just accepting everything so easily.”
“And why’s that?”
“Because, (Y/n)’s my sister, damn it! She was the one always with me, but then all these ‘royal duties’ made her have to give up her life. I just end up sitting there like a little kid while she’s shouldering everything,” Noctis blurted out. “I feel like shit knowing she’s just marrying Ravus because dad told her to. I-I could’ve done something for once so she would have the freedom to choose. I thought because she wasn’t the heir that she would at least be able to find someone she loved, but she can’t even have that!”
Ignis nodded, pursing his lips as he debated to find the right words to say.
“Listen, Noctis, it is unfortunate but it is-”
“Yeah, don’t worry, I know, everyone’s told me over and over. ‘It’s just what royalty has to do’, but that’s not right at all! It’s just… it’s just not fair. I hate seeing her lie to me that she’s ‘fine’ and okay with marrying Ravus. I don’t even think she had met the guy in years! What kind of prince am I if I can’t even let my own sister be happy?”
“Have you considered that you both are saying the same thing?” Ignis asked.
“Huh? What do you mean?”
“I mean that I may not know Lady (Y/n) well, but I know her well enough to see she loves you dearly. She wants you to choose and be free from the duties of royalty, because she feels you aren’t happy as the heir. You both want the other to be okay but neither of you are working together. And, well, maybe I’m overstepping, but perhaps you should try and talk to her with that mindset. Don’t go attack her, just try and let her know how you feel and that you wish to help alongside her. ”
Noctis soaked in Ignis’s words and nodded.
“Yeah… I guess… but knowing her, I doubt she’ll listen. She’s so stubborn.”
“Like some young prince I know?”
Noctis chuckled and smacked Ignis’s arms lightly.
“Shut up,” Noctis joked. He let out a breath he didn’t know he was holding and stared at his plate. “I just… don’t know how I’m gonna last without my sister around, anymore. I don’t know if I’m really ready to say goodbye to her like that.”
“That’s just what every brother feels,” a voice cut in. Noctis looked up to see Gladiolus and Prompto walking towards him and Ignis.
“How much of that did you hear?”
“Enough to know how worried you really are,” Gladiolus groaned as he sat down. “Kid, some things just aren’t always going to go how you want. And even though you’re family, you can’t hold them down forever. No matter how badly I wanna protect Iris from everything, I know it’s not a reality. You’re gonna have to let them make their own choices and be their own person. Don’t go around picking a fight, just support her and protect her when she needs it.”
Noctis felt his eyes water and he quickly rubbed them.
“Damn, I’m really not good with this.”
Prompto threw an arm around Noctis and gave him a reassuring smile.
“Hey, Noct, don’t worry! We’ll be here for you all the way.”
“Thanks guys,” Noctis murmured as his lips twitched into a small grin. “I’ll try and talk to her later.”
-
Unfortunately for Noctis, “later” would have to be postponed. According to the newspaper, Regis was killed during the signing of the treaty. The rage and sadness he felt were only blocked by the slim chance that this was all fake and sensationalized news. Perhaps his father was alive still and nothing happened.
Despite your adamance that it was too dangerous, you yielded and obliged to joining the men back to Insomnia. Noctis saw your ‘perfect’ exterior falter with worry and unease, seeing how Regis’s death was shaking you up. It was the first time in a while that he had seen you look so unsure and zoned out.
The confirmation of Insomnia’s collapse and Regis’s death both put his mind at ease and made his soul shatter into a million pieces. He didn’t know what to think anymore. All he had to go off of now was Cor telling them to meet him up at Hammerhead.
With nothing left to do, they simply drove the Regalia to the gas station and followed the rest of the directions to where Cor was.
Noctis really wasn’t in the mood for surprises or any more shocking information.
Which is why he was incredibly pissed the minute he saw a head of white hair wearing black leather.
“Why you-” Noctis began, stomping over to him before he heard you gasp.
“Ravus! You’re alive!” You happily shouted, running over to him and leaping to the man. He caught you in his arms and stumbled before he managed to regain his balance.
“Darling, you’re doing well. Thank the Six,” he sighed in relief. You two embraced each other and Noctis gawked at the scene.
“W-wait. Time out. What the hell is going on? Why is he here? What are you-”
“Patience, Noctis,” Cor stated.
“You two… what is going on?” Ignis asked, confused at why Ravus of all people was standing before him. You broke yourself off of Ravus and stood firmly in front of the group.
“Well… it’s a lot. I first want to apologize for hiding the truth from you all. But I made an oath with father as his dying wish. We couldn’t make others aware of our plans.”
“And… he was in on it?” Prompto pointed at Ravus.
“Precisely.”
“And what was the plan, exactly?”
“It was just as Cid said. Regis knew and anticipated something would happen. Ravus tried to send some information our way in order to prepare, but it seems like they weren’t enough. Although, thankfully, many of our citizens survived thanks to father’s prepping. Ravus and I were the ‘bait’ for this treaty, if it succeeded, we would have peace, and if it didn’t at least you all would be safe.”
“Does that mean Lunafreya is-”
Ravus nodded.
“She is safe for now on the run. She has the Ring of the Lucii with her and can hopefully find shelter,” he explained.
Noctis shook his head.
“I can’t believe you two.”
“Pardon?”
Noctis stepped forward and pointed an accusatory finger at you.
“You… you did all this? You knew he was planning on dying? You knew this whole time, and yet you didn’t say a thing?”
“I didn’t like it, Noctis. But it was the way father suggested I do it. He was the one who made me promise not to tell you until after the battle,” you couldn’t face your brother and gazed at the ground in remorse.
Noctis felt his anger boiling over and yelled.
“You lied to me! Why would you do that to me? I’m his son, too! I’m your brother! Why wouldn’t you tell me?” His voice lost its power as the tears he was holding in overflowed in abundance. “Why didn’t you trust me…?”
You bit your lip and stayed silent, unsure of what to say. Ravus rested a comforting hand on your shoulder and looked Noctis straight in the eye.
“She was adamant that you be the one to know. Regis and I were the ones who didn’t want that. Truly… all (Y/n) and I wanted was for you and Lunafreya to be alive and well. That’s why we had to formulate our own plans and stop this madness from continuing.”
“So you made her do this?”
“No, Noctis. I chose to do this. You can hate me and you have every right to do so. I did something inexcusable, but I need you to trust me right now.”
“Trust you? How can I? You spent this whole trip lying to every single one of us. Why would you do this when you could have talked to me? Did you think I would have messed it up?”
“I didn’t want you to be hurt, Noctis… you’re the important one here. Not me. I have no bearing upon the future, no matter how much I wish it weren’t so. You and Lunafreya are the ones meant to be a part of the prophecy. Me and Ravus wanted neither of you involved with the plans in order to keep you safe.”
“(Y/n), stop saying you want to keep me safe. I’m not that weak little kid you need to take care of anymore. Please…I need you to be safe as well.”
“But-”
“No. Stop,” he weakly pleaded. “Please. You two need to think of how this effects us. You may not be a part of the prophecy or whatever other bullshit there is, but you can’t go around throwing your life away. That doesn’t help me or anyone else.”
You quietly nodded and wrapped your arms around your brother.
“I’m sorry. I really am. But this part is one we need to do together, if you’ll allow it.”
Noctis quietly held you and sniffled.
“Yeah. Let’s hear it.”
You broke away from Noctis and pointed at the cave Cor was standing in front of.
“In there, there’s a tomb of the previous kings of Lucis. As it is your birthright, you can gain their powers and wield it. There are plenty more scattered about, and Cor is having the hunters locate them as we speak.”
Noctis nodded.
“Why can’t you do this?”
“Because… I’m not the True King.”
Noctis nodded.
He ran a hand through his hair and Ravus cleared his throat.
“Noctis Lucis Caelum,” he stated formally. He brought out a familiar sword and gently handed it to a stunned Noctis. “A parting gift from me. It belongs to you. It was… it was one of the few things I could grab from Regis before he passed.”
Noctis grabbed the hilt of the sword and felt his throat was full of cotton.
“I can’t take this.”
“What? Why not?” Ravus asked.
“I can’t use this. This is my dad’s. I’m not… I’m not ready for this yet.”
“But Noctis,” you cried. “It can only be wielded by those of the Lucis bloodline.”
Noctis gave a sad smile.
“Then you take it. For me. I can’t hold that when I’m not a king. Use it for yourself.”
He handed the sword back to you and you complied.
“All right. I trust you know what you’re doing.”
“I don’t really know,” Noctis admitted. “But I know that you can wield it better than I will. Dad would have wanted it.”
“I doubt he-”
“Don’t doubt it. Dad loved you. And I bet he wished every day of his life he could’ve given you more.”
You held the sword tightly against you, feeling the remnants of your father’s life within it.
“I already have enough with me,” you tearfully replied to Noctis. “I hope you and father know that.”
Noctis used the pads of his thumbs to wipe your tears.
“There. Come on, let’s go make dad proud.”
“Of course. Ravus,” you called to your betrothed. “Do you have to leave right now?”
“I think it would be best. I don’t want to loiter around and have you all get caught up in my mess. And to the rest of you,” Ravus pointed at the group. “You did not see me. I have no relation to you. I am your enemy.”
Prompto gasped.
“Why?” Ravus chuckled at the blonde’s shock.
“I must play my part to keep the Imperial Army off your back and Lunafreya’s. I can’t do that if they think I’m supporting you. So, act as if I was the traitor. And if you see Lunafreya… please… protect her.”
“We will, darling,” you pressed a kiss to his cheek. “Farewell.”
“I expect you to be back alive.”
“I will.”
“Good,” he smiled softly, pressing a kiss to your forehead. “I must be off now. Good luck on your journey.”
Ravus turned and began walking away, disappearing into the darkness.
Gladiolus was the first to speak, sauntering forward and laughing.
“So, you really managed to get hitched with him?”
“Oh for Six’s sake, Gladiolus!” You cried, your face erupting in red. “Have some manners!”
“Enough of the chit chat,” Cor interrupted. “You all got an important mission right now.”
Noctis nodded, stepping forward towards Cor.
“Alright, I’m ready. Take me to the tomb,” Noctis said, steeling his nerves for the task ahead.
He couldn’t run away now. Not this time.
His eyes flicked towards you as he saw you looking at where Ravus had walked away.
This time, he’d be the one to protect you and give you the chance to live your life.
That was a promise.

Evil! Noctis Lucis Caelum- The Dark Side Of Things Part 3/?
CHECK OUT MY MASTERLIST HERE!!
X RATED PROMPT LIST| NON X RATED PROMPT LIST
READ PART 1|  READ PART 2
Trigger Warnings: Fem! Reader, talks of demons, evil, death, murder, suggestive content, unaliving people, slight misogyny directed towards the reader, stockholm? not canon so please don’t expect that.
I got spammed for a part 3 like 4 times so here it is. PLEASE do not spam me to get me to update old series. I just decided to out of nowhere. My therapist told me if I wanted too I could update every month until I felt secure enough to return to the internet...so that’s what I’m doing.
LEGGO
... Picking up right after part 2 ended
You sat at the edge of the bed as Noctis trailed his fingers up and down your arm.  “Where do I start?” he laughed nervously.
“The beginning?” you joked. With a funny look, Noctis kissed your lips, gingerly holding your cheek in his hands.
“After that night, I thought I died. The I woke up in a dark room. I could barely see, or breathe for that matter. I was dragged off shortly after you ran off.” he sighed. “Fuck, I’m glad you got to safety...come here.”
He practically pulled you into his lap as he spoke. “A daemon found me and resurrected me and my friends...for a price.”
“ A PRICE?” You repeated. “You’re scaring me.”
“I had to give up my mortal life, Y/N.” he sighed. “My humanity if you will.”
“...I don’t understand?”
“What’s there to understand, cute little thing?”
You practically snapped your head in the direction of that voice. It sounded so much like Noctis, but so much deeper and sinister sounding. You watched as a clone of Noctis (the same one you had seen while you were watching him fishing AND when you were in the bathroom) step out of the mirror. “He’s evil and he’s trying to tell you he’s a monster blah blah blah~”
“So I’m not crazy!” you clutched onto Noctis’s arm. “W-who is that?”
“He’s my daemon who doesn’t understand the meaning of subtle.” he growled in reply, protectively wrapping his arms around you. “I told you to fuck off!”
“I just wanted to see the girl you wouldn’t stop talking about.” this Daemon Noctis scoffed. “Y/N was it?”
“Y-yeah?” you raised an eyebrow. “Um...Noctis?” you looked at your boyfriend.
“I’m so sorry.” he sighed. “I wanted to tell you. I just didn’t know how?”
“No idiot, you were a scared little bitch boy-”
“SHUT UP YOU IDIOT!” Noctis snapped. “Y/N! I’m sorry! Did I scare you?” he took note of the way you jumped at how deep and raspy his voice got. “This moron makes me so mad.” he kissed your temple.
“So in the water...the mirror? That was you looking at me?” you couldn’t help but ask.
“Glad you noticed, clever girl. I wanted to introduce myself to Noctis’s delectable pet.” he waggled his brows at you. It was weird. It was Noctis’s face, but not his voice.
“I’m not a pet.” you tried to say with confidence.
“Oh but you are.” Daemon Noctis bit his lip. “You’re so cute too.”
“Watch it.” Noctis warned. “Y/N...look at me.” he made you look at him.
“I knew I saw something. When we went fishing I saw...him.” you looked over at D.N. who winked at you again as soon as you faced him. “I saw him in the water. I saw him in the mirror not too long ago.”
“When we were-”
“Yeah...” you found your face heating up violently.
“DAMNIT!” Noctis took a pillow and hauled it at his demonic doppelganger. It disappeared in a cloud of dark mist and you two were left alone again. “Y/N...I’m so so so- hMM?”
He was shut up by you kissing his lips. Noctis quietly groaned against your lips, holding the side of your face.
“I just got you back.” you pouted. “I don’t care how you’re alive...I’m just glad you are.”
“Even if I’m...evil?” he hesitated to say it. “You heard him-”
“I don’t give a shit what he says...unless you give me a reason to believe it...I don’t care what he says.” you pecked his lips again.
“You’re too good for me baby and you’re way too good to me to...” he bit his lip. “Shit, come here.” he pulled you back onto his lap. “What do you wanna do tomorrow?”
“Hmm...feel like taking me shopping?” you raised an eyebrow.
“You want me to take you shopping...first you steal my heart then you steal my wallet.” he winked.
“Hey! You always used to spoil me.” you pouted.
“I didn’t say the answer was no, princess” he pecked your lips, rolling his eyes at the way you pouted. “I’d love to dress you up.”
...
“Noctis, are you sure about this.” you groaned. You weren’t one for bodycon dresses, so why he wanted you to wear one so bad.
“Get out here!” he wolf-whistled. “I wanna see you!”
Groaning dramatically you came out of the dressing rooms.
“Holy sh-...I sure know how to pick out clothes for you.” he bit his lip. “Who gave you permission to look so god-damn gorgeous?”
“Noctis.” you whined, feeling your face heat up. His praise was not something you were used to but you liked it nonetheless. He sauntered over, wrapping his arms around your waist.
“This dress reminds me of the one you wore on our first date...remember that?”
“When you spilled Lobster Macaroni on me?” you recalled.
“I still got a second date.” he winked, kissing your lips. Each kiss got more and more deep, his hold on your waist becoming almost desperate.
Noctis had to be sure to pace himself. He didn’t want to let you go, but he also knew he had to work slowly with you. He just couldn’t expect things to go back to normal, especially after the ball he dropped on you last night. However when you began running your hands through his hair, he couldn’t help but get a little handsy.
“Change back into your clothes, so we can go home, so I can get THOSE clothes off.” he smacked your ass, ushering you back into the dressing room.
“Ack! Okay okay. Mr. Handsy...mind getting my zipper?”
“Anything for you.”
...
After you changed back, and purchased said dress, you had greeted Noctis who was still outside the fitting room.
“Ready to go?”
“Yep! Ready as I’ll ever be-”
It was then you saw a huge flash, nearly blinding you. You dropped your shopping bags and shielded your eyes. “Ow!” you whined.
“Shit! Princess, you okay?”
“If I didn’t need glasses before, I might now.” you winced, rubbing your eyes. When your vision adjusted, you saw some dude with a camera, smirking.
“Well if it isn’t the Crown Prince himself. You know, everyone is saying you faked your death? Instead of addressing it you’re out with a groupie.”
“What the fuck did you just say?” Noctis glowered.
“Hm, I wonder how much the news would pay to see the crown prince getting cozy with some rando girl in a mall dressing room of all places.”
“Noct, it’s fine-” you put a hand over it, only to yank it back when you felt the searing pain of a burn against your fingers. His skin was hot, about as hot as concrete during the hottest day of summer. “Shit!” you winced. Thankfully the pain lasted less than a second, but it didn’t ease your confusion, not in the slightest bit.
That’s when you say it...his eyes turning bright red...like that night.
“You wanna say that again...buddy?” he slowly walked up to the slimeball of a paparazzi.
“I said...it’d be a shame if the press found out you were out playing with one of your wh-” he didn’t have time to finish his insult because Noct wrapped a hand around his neck. Now he was gagging, and gasping for air.
“Big mistake...” he growled. Before you knew it...Noctis’ demon had come out of the mirror.
“Having fun yet, princess?” he winked at you as he stood with the real Noct.
“Kill him.” Your Noct demanded.
“Hey shopkeep, you were never here, go and take your 30 minute break.” he looked back at the cashier who suddenly appeared to be under a trance, when they walked away from the register. “When are you gonna learn to respect boundaries, good sir?”
“P-please...don’t-” the man choked.
“Sorry...I don’t take kindly to being insulted, but you made the mistake of bringing my princess into this...and I can’t forgive that.” Noct cackled. “I’d cover my eyes if I were you Y/N.”
“Noctis no!...” You risked it and grabbed his hand again. “Please don’t.”
“Y/N, didn’t you hear him? He called you a-”
“You don’t have to waste your energy on him...um..I-” you tried to think of something to save this idiots life. You didn’t even care that he took your picture, or insulted you. You just wanted him to go away. “Please?” you whimpered. “We were having fun..and-”
“...” you watched your boyfriend’s eyes shift back to their beautiful ocean blue color. “This woman just saved your life, asshole.”
“If I even so much as see one of her FINGERS in the news, let’s just say I hope you can take pictures with your feet...IF I let you live that long.” His demonic counterpart threatened, and like that he disappeared.
“Now get the fuck out of my face...before I change my mind.” Noctis let go from his grasp on the mans neck. Before you could say anything, Noctis took you into a huge hug. “I’m so sorry Y/N...Did I scare you?”
“A little.” you confessed. “You didn’t have to do that.”
“I know....I just- I can’t control it sometimes. When it comes to you...I get so-” he paused. “I don’t know what’s wrong with me.”
“Nothing...not a thing is wrong with you Noct...I love you, you know that right?”
“...Yeah...yeah. I love you so much, princess”
Noctis pulled you into another hug again, opting to ignore his daemon morph out of the shadows.
Follow him...and if he tries anything...kill him.
Already on it...just make sure you don’t scare her again.
yeah....I’ll try

Dr Cetus Salus is the walking equivalent of the knife cat meme. His sense of humor is often somewhat dark or mean spirited. He is self admittedly immoral, lies for fun, and finds it funny when people get themselves hurt through their own stupidity.
he also volunteered to run damage control on niflheim’s daemonic research. He uses his meager (compared to the rest of the family) magic to mess with scourge experiments. Refuses to work with non-consenting subjects. Dances circles around any of niflheim’s investigations.
Ardyn’s introduction to any of his descendants is a sneak of a man who bluntly informs him that he is not the best of his family. Who is very careful with his words around anyone and everyone. Who grimaces as he summons a simple club to knock Verstael unconscious at Ifrit’s frozen feet.

FFXV AU - The Dragon Who Forgot
Sometimes out of the corner of his mind's eye, he can remember. He sees something that reminds of him of who he once was,, what he once had, what he lost, the good things... and of the bad things. Those memories and glimpses just as quickly leave, leaving him grasping at straws and grains of sand.
Sometimes strange humans - men and women - in a mix of black, white, silver, and gold come to help him. Some stare and weep, some bring gifts, some clean him up and care for him. He likes the red-haired man who came often, once. He doesn't anymore. The Time Dragon wonders why.
He supposes he already knows why.
The Time Dragon stares at the latest of the humans who wear black and silver who came to visit. A young woman with green eyes and wild curly blue-black hair he knows is impossible to tame but doesn't know why he knows. She is the Crown Princess of Lorule, Princess Regina Lucis Caelum she introduced herself as. Lorule, the Kingdom his sister dragons told him the red-haired man founded, now ruled by a mix between the red-haired man's descendants and his late Prince brother's descendants. A switcheroo that takes place once every century if the Time Dragon recalls correctly. It must be the Lucis Caelums' turn then.
She is holding something out to him, he leans in close to see, curling closer around her and her companions to better position himself. The Time Dragon gives a slow blink. The item in her hands is a flower crown, so big she has to raise it above her head just to be seen and nearly toppling to the side, her Shield forced to catch her and help her balance herself.
The Time Dragon purrs, delighted at the pretty colors, putting his head down and letting her clamor on top to put the flower crown on his head. That was the moment when the impression happened. It startled the Dragon and nearly tore his heart at the memory he once again lost, causing him to lurch up and away. The companions were startled and yelling out in shock and horror. A tear gathered and fell from the Time Dragon's eye, going off into the distance. He shrieks again in pain and grief, not hearing the startled cries of the young princess still on his head. He flies away into the sky, not hearing or seeing Regina's Retinue giving chase.
...
Regina held on to one of the horns of the Time Dragon, but where she had been terrified initially, now she looked around with nothing but awe.
"This is how you see the world now, Grandfather?" She questions softly. "It's... beautiful." And sad. She can see the scars on her home, her land that the Scourging Blight and Nieflhiem's War caused much clearer up here. But she can also see the wild, nature reclaiming what was lost to the Upheaval and its Blight thousands of years ago. The efforts from her people to encourage the land to grow and fix the damage done. Her teacher and the Council are wrong. They are getting it all back, the efforts aren't for nothing or a waste of money and time. The War is just slowing things down.
Regina shakes her head, clearing her thoughts. She can't be focusing on that right now. She needs to find a way down.
The horns are rough, scaly and not growing correctly. When was the last time someone groomed him? She wondered. Luckily, she had been planning on doing some maintenance before he took off with her. She can do his horns and spike at least, the scales and claws will have to wait. She'll have to do it fast before he brings her up into the sky portal, past the cloud barrier so she'll still be able to jump down and safely glide to the ground... Or jump into a lake because, like an idiot, she forgot to put her glider into her armiger.
Regina gets to work on filing the horns and getting rid of those shards that grow out of the skin surrounding the spikes, like how nail shards grow from the skin instead of the nail, causing irritation and itchiness for the dragons. Once she's gotten everything, she puts everything away including the shards and horn pieces, and waits until the Time Dragon is flying over the Lake, which luckily isn't too far from the Lake Caravan they had been resting in only a day or two ago.
She jumps, plummeting down the ground below. She can practically hear the lecture Weskham, Cid, Titus, and Clarus are gonna give her once she's back with them. She adjusts her flight until she's just above the middle of the lake, immediately switching to a diver's position to not belly flop. She hits the lake and immediately swims to the surface. She starts swimming to the lake beach just as the Regalia comes skidding to a spot in the "parking lot" nearby (more of a resting stone-paved cul-de-sac for sightseers and broken down cars than a parking lot). Her Retinue runs to the shore, waiting for her and helping her out of the lake once she's close enough.
Later, even as she's lectured in the way back to O' Ric Funa Lake Caravan, an idea pops into her head. It's been a good few centuires since the family's tried to bring their many-greats grandfather back. With her quest to stop the Prophecy, maybe they can try and save Grandfather as well, bring him back to them, back to Uncle Ardyn who now-a-days can no longer see the Time Dragon, having lost the child-like wonder of his early days as King and then losing his good heart once he finally lost his battle against the Scourge. That had been the final straw on the camel's back, the moment when he completely gave up and became the Adagium. It was the moment he realized he couldn't see the Time Dragon or of the dragons anymore. Regina can only hope her reckless plan will work, that the family will finally get to heal and the brothers reunited. It's the only plan she's more uncertain about than any of her other plans.
She'll definitely need to talk to Sylva about speaking with their Allied Gods, regarding a way to reverse dragonification.
Oh, she can't wait to beat the crap out of the Draconian for what he did to her family! She's certain her ancestors, both her sister line's and her own line's, will gladly help her.

I wanna blame @nemo-of-house-hamartia for this because cozy nyx is life
Nyx living his best life, he lives in a shared apartment with his roomies pelna, libertus, luche, and another guy. They have planned movie nights, video game nights and other events.
In their living room nyx has claimed a certain cozy chair and he always has a blanket folded in there incase he falls asleep there. His chair is his throne and castle and he’s had to kick a few people out of it. But he can’t dethrone Crowe and Selena because they have little sister rights.
On quite nights you can find Nyx curled up in his chair watching netflix and cuddled under his blankets. And on early mornings you ca find him there except he’s eating a bowl of cereal and watching cartoons.
early mornings he goes jogging with Cor and Gladio and in the afternoons he goes shopping I mean carrying bags with Crowe, selena, Iris, pelna, gladio and Libertus
in the evening he either goes to the bars or eats dinner with the fam, and he actually helps cook. Some nights in the outback they’ll have a few drinks, reminisce on the past and sit by the fire.
Just a normal happy day for the crew, nobody died everybody lived and Nyx still the hero of the glaives.
Tumblr media
A very smexy hero of the glaives
Now if Nyx had a s/o 👀
Nyx would allow her to stay in his chair, but they’d have to share it. Nyx is totally the needy one in the relationship, and clingy in his own way.
Soft touches and kisses on her hands, forehead. Whenever their standing together somewhere he pulls her close and has his arm wrapped around her.
some part of him has to be touching he’s touch starved, the boys make jokes about him being twitter patted and he denies it to them. But when its just him and his s/o he can be vulnerable he can be soft, he can be weak for them.
He can admit that he wants and longs for her, she makes him feel superhuman when he’s able to come to her aid. He uses his warping abilities to show up at her apartment, he brings her lunch while she’s at work.
If s/o has a kid, Nyx has unofficially adopted them. He’ll pick them up from school, get them McDonalds. They go the arcade alot and the kid destroys Nyx, Noctis, prompto, Ignis and Gladio. Kid is god tier
Nyx takes the kid on warping trips and they travel around Insomia, but s/o doesn’t know about it.....yet.
When the kid calls Nyx dad for first time unprompted or tells Nyx they love him, Nyx almost cries. He didn’t think the kid saw him like that. Nyx is such a softy
Nyx pulled a few strings and go a tiny uniform for the kid too and fake blades, so for their next warp trip they’ll be ready for action.
If the kids a girl, nyx will do the whole dad thing. Painting nails he’s good at it, hair doing he’s good at it and dress up. He even does princess play, must be all those years of playing with his sister has paid off.
Nyx is also the one to get said kid out of trouble when they mess up...than nyx is in trouble. And only a romantic date can save him
