the last ask with the tw is kind of related to your post saying that youve been practicing reminding yourself that your memories are behind you and letting them pass on. i want to work on that too but i feel like i cant when it comes to the worst of my memories.

I feelthat way sometimes too!but it's all about practice which kinda sucks bc it sometimes feels like ur not making progress even tho u r ! So u just gotta stick to it, think abt how far you've come from years ago, and push yourself fforward. I like to use visualization whenever I pass on my memories! I envision myself letting a big ball of energy float from my body, but you can do whatever works for you! Notice the tension in your body and allow it to pass through you with your memories. Accept that these are your memories, you can't change that but what you can do is let them pass on! Practicing when you're in a good space is important too, because it reminds you to use your coping mechanisms when you're struggling. Hope this makes sense I love u xx
