Hello Tishlia, Heaven Edge really looks beautiful again. What is your favorite place in the estate?

"Oh dear, this is difficult. There are so many beautiful places.

There are so many possibilities in the garden alone. The Rose Pavilion in the middle of the park is beautiful. We have spent many beautiful evenings there. There is something magical about it when the red climbing rose blooms on its roof.

The pavilion between the ponds is also a wonderful place to sit, it has a more peaceful feel to it and is perfect for romantic evenings for two, or four. Or the white bench at the end of the large pond.

There is hardly a place in our home that I don't love. The garden, the stables, the fireplace room, the little grove with the beautiful clearing…it's so hard to commit. That has never been one of my strengths.

But my favorite place? No one has ever asked that before. Wait, did he say something? He gave you a hint, didn't he? He probably thought I would try to get out of it, name another place so as not to reveal the one. I'm not going to let him play this game alone. You know what, I'm just going to tell you. He won't expect it and that is going to drive him crazy.

You may have noticed the little island in the big pond. We tell everybody that it's inaccessible. That's not quite true. There is an entrance there, protected from prying eyes. Behind that entrance is my favorite place, our favorite place, you might say. Two large rooms that no one has ever entered, not even the dragons. We really like to be there and enjoy it every time.

What's in there? Absolute freedom."

Lonsdale Quay - Cultural Center

The Quay is an important place in North Vancouver. It stands as the 'primary social meeting center' , like a cornerstone. If you need to catch a certain bus connection, you go to the Quay. If you want to visit Vancouver, you go to the Quay and take the seabus. If you would like to hang out with your friends and grab a snack, you go to the Quay. If you feel like going to an exciting event, you go to the Quay and if you love beautiful views of Vancouver with a colorful sky, you go to the Quay and enjoy. I have made several memories at the Quay and it is one of my favorite places in North Vancouver, because it provides me with everything I need. I love the atmosphere people share with each other while visiting Lonsdale Quay.
