what are some of your favourite ships and why?

Oh thanks for the ask! I wanted to wait to see if my top had changed since this ask, but I don't think it really has actually (weird, my tops usually don't remain the same for more than a week😂). But I feel like talking about my faves so let's see for those ten and one or two others 😁 :

Perachel : Do I...need to develop ? It's Perachel. Come on, we're in 2021, every person with a little common sense recognizes how good they are for each other. They help each other through their personal problems, they can confide in each other, the have fun together, trust the other with their life and the fate of the world! They have such a good chemistry! (Let's be honest, without Annabeth in the picture, Rick would have put them together, to a point where it's "almost" ooc to not have done it).

Thaloe : Ennemis to lovers but with two of the most badass girls there ever was ? Yes!! I wanted more of them, I needed more of them!!

Percalypso : To quote myself : "Percalypso has at the same time the most interesting/mature/morally ambiguous potential and most adorable and fluffy potential for an au/fic" I just have so many ideas coming into my head at the same time when I think about them. They're a neverending source of inspiration.

Jeyna : most powerful couple ever, that's why Rick didn't make them canon, he was scared. But in all honesty, I'm kinda glad he didn't, this way Jeyna will forever belong to its shippers who make SUCH good works with them. Rick could never reach the level of perfection of some jeyna fics I read.

Ethalypso : The one that could stay. I wouldn't have mind a little epilogue to TLO about Ethan reaching Ogygia's beach... Him finding peace, Calypso finding someone who needs her as much as she needs him, both sharing the same hatred for the gods but healing together! Just thinking about them brings me inner peace.

Perzoe : Just...read Altered Destinies. Trust me, it's one of the best things ever made.

Ethachel : Again, they both deserve the other. Someone who sees the world with a clear and different sight, able to open new horizons to them. I love imagining them leading CHB after the departure of the Seven, trying to hold the camp together. A human and a traitor, two people who naturally feel excluded from those around them but who fight for them nonetheless. (Here's my HCs for them and their meeting, pretty old but I like them ❤)

Preyna : The ship that made of me a multi-shipper! It was reading about an AU where Percy forgot Annabeth and fell in love with Reyna which made me think "hey, that's interesting! I want to read more of that!" (Then I discovered that people had insulted this AU's author for ruining percabeth, as if a fanfic could change your viewing of the main canon pairing but ANYWAY). Reyna would bring stability to Percy while he would bring light and support to her, being the first person to ever make of her his number one priority.

Litpollo : It has a more mature vibe to it. I don't know. They both deserve happiness and have a similar experience with their fathers and the emperors they could bond other by healing together. Lityerses is a traumatized and exploited child and having him going with Apollo and Meg and trying to make amend by saving the world with them would have been so cool! (I mean...Lityerses is Meg's half brother...come on that would have been the funniest thing ever!)

Valdangelo : My boys who never interacted and should have because it was just so EVIDENT that they had to be friends but noooo Rick had to let Nico suffer in his own corner to make the ending more "satisfying" even if it means making it unrealistic and (a little) hurtful! They could have brought so much to each other. And yes I do believe Nico would love Leo from the get go, he just wouldn't admit it because he'd be jealous of the easiness with which he goes through life and its troubles even if he would see the pain he is trying to hide.

Percethan : Give it a little more development and they could have been the perfect ennemis to friends to lovers ! I love them both and I can see how good they could be to each other, especially on their view on the world and how it would help them grow up and be more at ease with themselves! (and...don't mind me...just giving the link to a post where I talk about my AU for them...it took me time!)

Racheleo : ...Could a funnier couple ever exist !?!? No, let me rephrase it : does a better couple about two people hiding their pain, insecurities and traumas behind humor and selflessness exist ?!?! Of course not ! Rachel and Leo aren't really similar, but I can see them work so easily! Rachel needs someone goofy to help her carry her burden but who always knows how to find the words to help in serious situations! Leo needs someone who knows where to put limits to fun and how to read him, so he can let his walls fall. I love them (how many times have I written that in this post again ? Probably not enough. I love them!)

Oh I'm glad to know my opinion interests you ^^. First thing first, everyone must be informed that my opinions (especially on pjo ships) are the least objective things you'll ever see, so if I rated them they'll all get a 10/10 when it's not a 100/10. Ethalypso Marvel!AU (Buckynat)

Torn apart then put back together to be torn even more the next morning : that was Ethan and Calypso's daily life for decades because of the too high faith they'd put in their parents. They seemed to be each other's only light in their life, something HYDRA could never know about.

Ethan found a way to leave, but was unable to take her with him. And now a S.H.I.E.L.D agent, he wanted nothing more than to break her free, would he have to dedicate his life to it.

But Calypso's treatment was different than his, it wasn't just her body which was broken, but her mind too. And HYDRA found the best way to exploit the mental control they had on her : sent her after the man she loved to eliminate him. A mission she was forced to dedicate her life to.

In your professional opinion, what would you say is the most underrated, underappreciated and almost incognito ship in pjo?

(Professional?!😂 ok, I laughed early in)

Well it's complicated, because anyone is free to ship whatever they want, anything can be a ship really. I could just take two random side characters and boom! It makes a ship no one ever talked about before. So maybe it does mean that to be called a ship, a pairing has to be known at least a little (oh gods I feel like in my philosophy class), otherwise I could just tell you Gwen/Echo and again boom! I just created an incognito ship !

If we're talking about ships with few to no shippers there's Percy/Zoe that I love a lot or maybe Leo/Rachel which has a lot of potential to me. But if you want pairings that I invented by myself without ever seeing anything about them ever there are a lot! Mainly including side characters! I can give you some of my favorites which are : Ethan/Calypso, Sadie/Leo, Ethan/Nico, Thalia/Zoe or Clarisse/Calypso.

It's a question I unfortunately have no answer to, sorry anon! Hope you'll still like the pairings I've listed above!

Actually I've made a post about my Calypso ships, I tagged : Percalypso, Calico (x Nico), Caleo, Pipalypso, Reynalypso, Ethalypso, Lukalypso, Clarypso, Calyachel, Drewlypso, Calyerses, Hazelypso, Annalypso, Jalypso...

My favorite ones are Percalypso, Clarypso and Calico I think. And headcanon...I think it's her having a very good sister relation with Zoe before she got imprisoned, or Percy coming back for her.

I ship Piper with a bunch of people. The classics : Reyna (Pipeyna), Leo (Liper), Annabeth (Pipabeth), Calypso (Pipalypso) and Hazel (Pipazel). The less common ones : Thalia (Thaliper), Will (Wiper), Frank (Friper) and Rachel (Pipachel). And the more cracky ones : Hylla (Pipylla), Luke (Pipuke, Lukiper), Ethan (Pipethan), Clarisse (Clariper), Grover (Groviper), Zoe (Pipoe), Connor Stoll (long story short, she wasn't paired in one of my AUs so I put her with Connor, waiting for a better idea... but too late, I was in love with Piponnor), Octavian (Octiper), Nyssa (Pipyssa) Lityerses (Piperses), Kayla (Pipayla), Samirah (Samiper), Alex (Alexiper) and Zia (Ziper). There has to be more I'm unfortunately forgetting about. But for now, there's 23 people.

With Ethan, I ship Percy (Percethan), Nico (Ethico), Alabaster (Ethabaster), Jason (Ethason), Octavian (Octhan), Carter (Carthan), Anubis (Ethanubis) Charles Beckendorf (Charlethan, Nakendorf) (with kind of a Solangelo dynamic), Magnus (I'm starting to imagine it and it's nice), Chris (Christhan) and Lityerses (Lithan) for the m/m ships. And for the m/f ones : Calypso (Ethalypso), Piper (Pipethan), Bianca (Ethanca),Annabeth (Ethabeth), Rachel (Ethachel), Zia (Ethia), maybe Thalia (Ethalia) (still exploring it), maybe Hazel (Ethazel) (same), Silena (Silethan), Reyna (Reythan) and possibly Drew (Drethan). I just think Ethan has a big "help at redemption while redeeming himself" potential. Which make a total of 22 people.

Our pharaoh boy Carter now, I ship him with (except Zia, sorry have to say it, I really like Zarter) : Percy (Cartercy), Grover (Grovarter), Magnus (Cartus), T.J. (Cart.j.), Samirah (Samirter), Amir (Amirter), Annabeth (Anarter), Jason (Cartason), Ethan (Carthan), Calypso (Cartypso), Anubis (Cartubis), Nico (Nicarter), Bianca (Biancarter) and Hazel (Cartel, Harter)... yes... I think Carter would suits well with the underworld's kids... And it's a result of 14 ships.

Samirah now, I like shipping her with : Magnus (Magnirah, Samagnus), Mallory (Mallorah), Grover (Grovirah), Thalia (Thalirah), Clarisse (Clarah), Calypso (Calyrah), Zia (Zirah), Sadie (Sadirah), Walt (Waltirah), Annabeth (Samirabeth), Reyna (Samireyna, Arellabbas), Piper (Samiper), Carter (Samirter), Hylla (Samylla) and Zoe (Zoirah) (again, a Valkyrie with the queen of the Amazons or the huntress' lieutenant ? Great.) Which make 15 people I can remember.

Anubis ? Honestly I don't ship it a lot (and I love Sanubis/Waltnubis), but I can think about : Carter (Cartubis), Nico (Anubico), Bianca (Anubianca), Zoe (Zobis), Ethan (Ethanubis), Luke (Anuke), Rachel (Anuchel), Leo (Leubis), Calypso (Anupso), Halfborn (Gunbis) and Thanatos (Anubos). 11, 11 there is.

The dear Silena now : Ethan (Silethan) (more I think about it, more I really like this ship), Reyna (Sileyna), Artemis (Artena), Zoe (Zoena), Alabaster (Silenaster), Calypso (Calena, Silypso), Percy (Percylena), Thalia (Thaliena) and Lityerses (Silyerses). 9 ships for miss Beauregard.

And finally, the roman we love hating the most : Octavian. I ship mister teddy bears with Ethan (Octhan), Percy (Octercy), Luke (Luktavian), Alabaster (Octabaster) Drew (Drewtavian), Jason (Jastavian), Dakota (Dakotavian), Reyna (Octeyna), Calypso (Octalypso) (a little), Piper (Octiper), Lou Ellen (Octellen) Nico (Nictavian), Lityerses (Octyerses) and maybe, MAYBE, Sadie (Sadivian), I don't know, I think about it. Honestly, I didn't think there were so much : 14.

This are the ones which came to my mind. But remember I ship this characters in OT+ too. There's some combination I don't like as pairing, but when you put this pair with someone else, it can works way more easily with me (like Octachel that I don't like, but add Percy and I'm a fan).

Ethan/Calypso can be ethalypso. Leo/Frank has a few ship names but I think the main is fraleo. Leo/Nico is usually valdangelo but using first names it'd be leico. Zia/Reyna could be zeyna. Luke/Jason is already lukason and Jason/Leo is already valgrace. Lityerses/Apollo could be litpollo. Not sure for the other ships.

Thank you anon ^^. I already know Fraleo (even if I prefer Valzhang) and Valdangelo, and I like them, it sound pretty great.

I like Zeyna but I think it's to confusing with Zoe/Reyna (that I personally name Zoeyna) I thought about Reynia, but it's maybe still not clear enough.

Love Ethalypso, it's the one I use.

I like Valgrace and Lukason, and Litpollo too, it's better than Apollyerses, shorter and catchier, love it, thanks.
