Or... Where i make a list (no ratings) with the actresses that i've seen Sam have more believable chemistry with and look cute on screen, even if I think that he so good that he could act romantically with a flowerpot...

But i digress.

I included here also some info about the actresses (ages and heights) Last one because Sam is 1'80 (centimeters) and I personally like couples with a taller man and a shorter woman (typical I know, but hey, the heart loves what the heart loves...)

• Verónica Echegui :

I adore Verónica, I actually met her once in a restaurant with my family, she was super nice with us !

So i was greatly surprised to see her in a film with Sam. I love the Book of Love, it's super underrated, tbh. Their chemistry was on top and I liked their story too.

I adore Gemma Arterton, especially at Byzantium and Their finest. Their chemistry in that film was off charts, they were like an old couple marriage bickering, but i loved them.

I just wish the film ending was different (I wont spoil, but if you have seen It, you know what I mean).

I like Stef as Annie, she was cute and delicate, perfect for that character. They were amazing, in fact one of my otps. I live in the Au odesta universe with them fine and thriving (Still mad at Suzanne Collins) Au Its better than canon many times. For the few times that she appears on screen she ate and left no crumbs...And the chemistry was unmatched, I mean, have you seen their reunion at Mockingjay I??

And the wedding at Mockingjay II?? The looks at each other, the dance...

Just perfect. I love them!! ❤️

• Camila Morrone

-Age: 1997.

Contrary to other people in DJATS fandom, I did like them together a lot. I think they had chemistry, a Sweet calm one, like the familiarity of a longtime couple, like highschool sweethearts. I loved them, tbh. The wedding was super cute!! You can ship what you want, but be objective , I mean...

How can you look at them and think they aren't cute, like how??!

I love Riley, I love Sam, they were amazing together, their chemistry was magical, perfect, unmatched.

Their voices together were awesome , and they looked hot and cute too. Their kisses were spectacular. The Episode 10 (concert and backtage) was 🔥. I loved them ❤️. Their nominations were very deserved (they were very robbed 😡).

Also Riley and Sam on the videos and interviews are so chaotic besties , especially the TikTok... Toktik video and the cocktail or band interview ones were just XD.

The One I Love (every Friday!)

Summer 1914

Belgium has been invaded by the Germans, their army hoping to make gains across Europe in what will soon become World War I. A small portion of Flanders is still living in relative peace though the Front is getting nearer. It’s where we find our protagonists. On a farm where love will try to prevail.

This fiction is very freely inspired by the upcoming film The Last Front, starring Iain Glen. To be more specific, it was inspired by a behind-the-scenes news coverage capturing one specific scene: Glen's character embracing a young woman (as pictured in the poster art which opens chapter 1). This is to say that I wrote my fiction before the release of the film and knowing very little about its story.

What I do know though is that Glen's farmer and the young woman in his arms do not play lovers in the movie. My mind, on the other hand, led me to imagine *something else* because: HEY! 😍❤️🔥🧔

More seriously, the reason might be because, in recent years, Glen has often been cast with younger female co-stars and has developed amazing on-screen chemistry with them, including in his role of Ser Jorah Mormont with Emilia Clarke as Daenerys Targaryen in Games of Thrones.

Therefore, to say that my characterization of the love developing between my 'older man and younger woman' trope owes nothing to Jorleesi would be a lie ;-) This said, I did try to write Leonard with what Glen projected of him from the stills and excerpts I saw. He might also share a few traits with Glen's John Manly from Black Beauty, Magnus MacMillan in The Rig and his John Proctor in The Crucible.

As to the others: Mathilde, in the film, is called Louise. I changed her name to give me free rein and not upset future fans of the film... Adrien exists in the film but I know nothing of his arc and invented his backstory from scratch. The rest are completely original to me.

Finally, I'm dedicating this story to my script-ed extraordinaire, Terisrog. Not only because she's always her fabulous self but also because I might never have branched out in less canon-based writing had it not been for her encouragements and her belief in me. Merci mon amie ! Vraiment !!

wanna bet that if sophie had got a brain aneurysm during the filming of got stansas would be all "uwwu she's so strong for going through all that" but when emilia actually had TWO it's all "oh she's just using that as an excuse to get sympathy"

Absolutely. And it's actually many Sansa fans who have been hard towards Emilia's acting while praising Sophie's, and who said what I mentioned about Tamzin Merchant. The same ones who also said that Sophie didn't have to take off her clothes to be loved, and who said Emilia had been sending us after Sophie on social media (?!).

Also, just a note on Emilia being accused by those idiots to have used her aneurysms as an excuse: she wrote a piece here in 2019. She didn't want people to know about her health when the show was still airing. She says herself in that article that her case is hardly unique and that she's been lucky compared to others. That's not at all the attitude of someone playing the victim to get sympathy, but when people don't like you for x reason, you're not allowed to talk about what you've been through in your life because you're only doing it to get sympathy.

Again, I understand if someone says Emilia's performance didn't leave a huge impression on them... but what I'm interested in is a) are they antis Dany and b) which performances are their favorites. If someone says their favorites scenes were with Lena Headey, Peter Dinklage, Charles Dance, Sean Bean: fair enough, they're not at all hating on Emilia's acting skills, they just were more impressed by A+ actors. That's not surprising, I was living for every scene with Lena too. Cersei is interesting in the books, but she became iconic because of Lena's portrayal.

Besides GOT, I've also seen Emilia Clarke in Me Before You, Voice from the Stone and Last Christmas. I wasn't really convinced by the movies themselves, but I was convinced by Emilia's acting. Not to the point of saying she's one of the greatest actresses the world has ever seen, but she is a good actress. I'm disappointed by the fact she hasn't had a role in a great movie since GOT ended, because she deserves more recognition as an actress. But no matter what she'll do in the future, she'll always be remembered as the most iconic character in GOT. Not everyone has read the books, and yet Daenerys was and still is the most iconic character. So Emilia haters can say she was the bad cast in GOT as much as they want to, in 50 years even those who have only watched the show will still remember Daenerys.

And she's also an adorable human being ❤️️
