Nonbinary language is awesome! It's amazing! Enban, xenic, diamory, maverique, abinary, neopronoun, androgyne, trixic, duosex, enby, exorsexism, ceterosexual, salmacian, there are many such examples of beautiful nonbinary vocabulary.
Our language gets held down and smothered by binary people who call it "cringe" or "weird" or "gen z/alpha" or "artificial" or "too new". All language is created for purposes! Everything has a start, everything was once new.
Use our language! Make it common, make it normal, even if it's only amongst other enben. Don't let exorsexists demoralise you into letting our nonbinary vocabulary fall into obscurity when it's objectively amazing. Erasing a community's language removes their culture, removes their visibility, removes their identity. Don't let exorsexists remove your identity. Our language is not weird, our language is not too new. It may be obscure but with common usage, it won't become obsolete.

dad made us pause today's episode of Castle to tell me he thinks if I ever were to marry I would marry a gay couple. Not a single guy. Not each on their own. Just one gay couple.
And I should introduce myself as being "duosexual"

Reasons someone might identify as Bi-Lebsian
• Using the split attraction model (homosexual biromantic, etc.)
• individual who experiences lesbian tertiary attraction.
• Questioning, being unsure, or being in a "grey-area" between the two
• Person with a fluid or changing orientation (ex. from bi to lesbian), Being abrosexual/abromantic (fluid sexuality) and/or being Duosexual
• person using the historical definition of lesbian (a woman who loves women; although not necessarily a woman, they could be nonbinary)
• Being mspec, but being oriented primarily or exclusively around one's Women Loving Women/Non-Binary Loving Women identity, therefore, feels like they're socially a lesbian and/or feeling a disconnect from their connection to other genders
• Being mspec, but not being attracted to men, so you still use the "non-men attracted to non-men" definition while still being bi, pan, etc.
• Attraction to multigender people, causing one to consider their attraction to both lesbian and mspec simultaneously
• being part of a plural system, such as having a different sexuality when fronting, or being in a median system where one member somewhat experiences their headmate(s)' attraction(s) and/or being in a System with bisexual and lesbian members
• Lesbian who is attracted to nonbinary people who aren't comfortable being included in lesbian attraction, so they fall under the "bi" part instead
• Lesbian who's dating a trans person who came out while they were dating and no longer wants to be included in lesbian attraction, but they're still attracted to them, so they modified their orientation label accordingly to accommodate their partner
• Nonbinary person with lesbian as their gender but isn't necessarily lesbian in orientation
• being attracted to non lesbian Non-Binary Individuals
• using lesbian as an umbrella term
Note: no one is defining you. you don't have to have one of these reasons to be Bi Lesbian. you can be Bi Lesbian if you feel it fits you!
if they’re any other reasons someone might identify as Bi-Lesbian, Let me know! sources I used: https://bi-lesbian.carrd.co/#basics https://pennytable21.carrd.co/#mspec-lesbian https://mspeclesbians.carrd.co/ https://www.lgbtqia.wiki/wiki/Bi-Lesbian https://queerdom.fandom.com/wiki/Bi-Lesbian

This pbot is "both straight and lesbi."
If only there were a name for that sexual orientation. Something about liking two genders, like duosexual or "the deuce."

Duosexual
Tumblr media
Duosexual is a subset of abrosexual, and possibly aceflux in which one has two or more well-defined sexualities that one switches between.
The term was coined by Mod Sto through Tumblr user Pride-flags-for-us. The flag was designed by blackrhinoceros.

hi there! do u know if theres a term like myrsexual but with allosexual orientations? (im multigender and bi/omni/gay/lesbian, sometimes all at once, sometimes a couple together at the same time, and sometimes just one. im aspec too. abrosexuality doesnt fit me/i dont feel comfortable with that label)
duosexual! and amplusic as well. you could go with comsexual multiplex... I wish there were more words for these things, but allosexuality isn’t that much explored since mostly/usually amplusic people are a-spec

Of course, nonbinary people do not owe anyone androgyny, but please don't deny the enben who aspire to it. The enben who are dysphoric over their lack of it. The enben who know androgyny is dangerous but are willing to brave the danger. The enben who love androgyny, and love combining the masculine and the feminine in every aspect of their being. The enben who want androgynous bottom surgeries or want hormones to aspire to androgyny. The enben who queer their genders via androgyny. The enben who will smash out a social role for them even if no one asked them to. The enben who want androgyny just because it's fun. We owe androgyny to no one, but if someone owes it to themselves, let them. Do not dismiss them. Do not vilify androgyny because enben wish to attain it.
Androgyny amongst enben is beautiful, don't push it to the side, don't ignore it, don't discredit it. He/she pronouns, duosexuality, unisex/mix sexed clothing, mixed hormonal prescriptions, androgynous voices, binary confusion. Of course, no nonbinary person owes it to anyone, but don't dismiss those who owe it to themselves.
Androgyny isn't owed but allow enben to desire it.

Hi UMH, I wanted to know if There's a sexual orientation that kind of englobates lots of them? Like, I feel identified as pansexual, demi (with boys), aceslide, arcflux, gray, and honestly LOTS of orientation and I think it's kind of uncomfortable to describe all the above + everytime i'm asked so..
Hey Anon,
There are!
It’s totally cool that you have a changing orientation. Sexuality is fluid and it’s okay if your orientation fluctuates on the sexual spectrum. So, it’s certainly possible to have more than one orientation or change between orientations.
Try checking out abrosexual. I think this might be your best bet. There are others, like aceflux, sansexual, duosexual, propeestsexual.
Abrosexual is when you have a fluid orientation, a constant changing orientation, or you have trouble pinpointing your orientation down.
Aceflux is when your orientation fluctuates on either the asexual spectrum or from asexual to non-ace orientations.
Sansexual is when you have a fluid orientation, but there is no trend line in your attractions.
Duosexual is when you have more than one orientation that you switch between.
Propeestsexual is when you feel your identity is made up of or a mix of other acespec and non-ace orientations.
Check these out if you like. Look around and see what more you can find. As you can see, you are clearly not alone. Try some of them out and see if any of them can work for you. It never hurts to explore some more and try some new labels to see what can fit for you and what you are most comfortable with.
I hope that helps, Anon. Based on what you told me, I think abrosexual can work best for you, but go ahead and look at those other orientations too. The final decisions always yours, so go with whatever makes you the most comfortable. If you need any more help, have any more questions, or would like anything elaborated or clarified on please feel free to message us anytime.

Duo- Having two or more well defined orientations that you switch between.
Gaypan-/Pangay- when someone is pan- men but their attraction leans towards the same gender; (switching) between pan- and gay; being gay and pan-, as if all of their definitions fit you or you’re a mix of both.
Gaybi-/bigay- identifying as bi- & gay, as if all of their definitions fit you or you’re a mix of both; amplusic individuals fluctuating between gaysexual and bisexual identities; when someone is bi- but their attraction is gay leaning.
Aniso-: being homoflexible, i.e. gayflexible, flexgay/flexigay.
See also panflexible, flex-/flexi- (flexpan/flexipan, flexibi/flexbi), homobi-. - Ap

Hello, I’m gonna call myself uh..(checks emojis indecisively staring at them) 🥥 I like coconuts. Coconut anon.
Listen, I’m not a bi lesbian, nor Turiboy/girl/nonbinary nor any other conflicting labels that have somehow found their way into honestly meaningless controversy. Nor do I expect to really understand them, (I think it’s Bisexual Homoromantic right?) but everyone has a different way of experiencing gender and sexuality and if that’s what makes you, you then that’s wonderful man.
I’m more confused how they even ended up controversial in the first place.
We're controversial because our identities are "contradicting" because according to exclus, you can't bisexual and a lesbian at the same or be a boy and a lesbian because lesbian is non men loving non men (it's not)
If you'd like to understand, here's some common examples as to why people like me identify this way! Obviously these aren't all the experiences people experience, these are just the most common reasons why we identify like this
Turigirls: being a trans woman but still feel connected to the gay label, gay bigender individuals, gay genderfluid individuals, fem gay individuals who use girl = fem, femme gays, she/her gays, transfem gays, being cusper between a trans woman and a cis femme gay, being cross-aligned, and many more!
Lesboys: being a trans man but still feel connected to the lesbian label, lesbian bigender individuals, lesbian bigender individuals, masc gay individuals who use boy = masc, butch lesbians, he/him lesbians, transmasc lesbians, being cusper between a trans man and a cis butch lesbian, being cross-aligned, and many more!
Mspec lesbians/gays/straights: using the split attraction model (such as being homoromantic bisexual like you said), being abrosexual and being fluid between those identities, feeling like ones identity is in between said identities (such as being bisexual and gay because they're attracted to any genders besides feminine ones and women, so their identity technically counts as mspec but it can also be considered gay), being duosexual (being both at once) and many more!
Straight gays/lesbians: using the split attraction model, being abrosexual and being fluid between those identities, being duosexual, being bigender so their attraction is both gay/lesbian and straight, being genderfluid so their attraction is both gay/lesbian and straight, feeling like ones gay/lesbian attraction is straight and vice versa, being a man/woman with straight attraction to women/men and gay attraction to men/women but not necessarily being mspec, and many more!
Either way, thanks for being respectful even when you don't understand these types of identities!

Duosexuality.

Is there a term for when you’re multisexual, but your attraction to one of those genders fluxes? Ex: My attraction to women and nb people is static, but my attraction to men fluxes, and is sometimes nonexistent, or sometimes quite intense.
You could either use something like nomaflexible (since the flexible suffix usually means “may also be into other genders but rarely/not all the time”), or something like panflux/polyflux (that usually mean being pan/ply but having a gender preference that changes over time).
And there’s also biflux, which I’ve seen used in three different ways:
1) Someone is always attracted to two or more genders, but those genders change over time (eg: someone is attracted to men and women sometimes, to women and nonbinary people sometimes, only to nonbinary people other times, and so on);
2) Someone is bi and has a fluid preference or intensity between those genders, but they are probably always attracted to the same genders;
3) Someone is bi, but their orientation is fluid in a way they may sometimes be attracted to no gender or to just one gender. They consider bi their “base orientation”, though.
Come to think of it, polyflux may also be used as “fluctuates between bi, ply and pan”, which probably means the person is sometimes attracted to all genders and sometimes to less genders than that. That’s fairly accurate.
And there’s always duo, for those who fluctuate between two or more known orientations, such as nomasexual and pansexual on your scenario.
Hope that helps!
