I think something can be made with the fact that Nya and Lloyd are/have been dragons (Lloyd 1/4th, Nya turned into one), and then there’s just...Kai, who is already the only guy on the team with no supernatural transformations. His theme is quite literally fire, and he’s never had his dragon scene. It’s hilarious.

I’m aghast this hasn’t been utilized more. RGB enjoyers, we’ve got the older brother of two little dragon siblings! The guy who loves to be protective is trying to protect huge-ass dragons. Tell me you don’t see the potential

Random idea that came into my head at 2 am earlier.

What if Wojira had eggs? And what if the babies inside had Wojira’s powers? What if the eggs were separated, and one was injured so it woke up earlier than the other one? 30 years earlier to be precise. And what if when the older dragon/oni hatched, it shapeshifted into a little boy with a green stripe in his hair?

What if the youngest shapeshifted into a little girl? What if she was was found by a couple? What if this couple were the masters of Fire and Water. What if they already had a 4 year old son whom would become the next master of fire? What if they disappeared 3 years after adopting the little girl? What if her older brother had to raise her? And what if the name the couple had given her was Nya? Nya Smith.

What if the oldest took the name Morro? What if Morro found a Sensei to take care of him? What if Morro died trying to prove himself to his Sensei? What if he ended up in the cursed realm before his sister ever hatched out of her egg? What if he was brought out of the cursed realm, and after a lot a BS ended up with his little sister again? What if he felt weirdly protective and proud of her?

And what if when Wojira came back, she recognized her babies?

So like i said before I've been redoing my half-dragon form for Nya in my Ninjago aus (she isn't the only one I'm redoing btw) and while this isn't done and colored, I really like the new one and I wanted to share it, done or not.

I'll include more design note when I post the finished one, but all of her markings glow, and I tried to make her antlers more coral-like

anyway post sea Nya headcanons/doodle

and I kept forgetting her hornsssss

any way heacanons-

Sometimes Nya would be hit with just this unexplained sadness when she was going around in the ocean, playing with the other creatures there. She could never figure out why. (she longed to go home)

Pink algae makes the horns pink, and her water if she chooses can become clothes, mostly a long dress that resembles a waterfall.

Both her time scar and sea scars glow, though a little differently, the sea will be a deeper blue when glowing (ie in the dark) and the time scar looks more transparent.

Tail, horns, and paws post sea nya, plus blue eyes!

patch on the jacket says "nya" in Ninjagin, and the red bandanna is one of Kai's masks.

The lloyd doodle is just his oni powers and him being angry.

Her hair is braided into a ponytail that falls to about her shoulders.

The two swirls beside the bottom left nya are other designs for her time scar.
