tell me more about these different omega spectrum 🎤
You know, this is why I adore you all. Because you're just as wonderfully weird as I am.
Sometimes, I don't know, it's like I pick up vibes, you know? I pick up vibes. Like, I've delved into every aspect of a person's public persona: watched every documentary, every interview, observed their interactions in various situations with different people, so I have a decent grasp on their character (though you can never truly know these people, emphasis on never because, let's face it, they're strangers). So occasionally, I'll have this fleeting thought like, "Oh, they're totally an omega. No doubt. Oh, that one's definitely an alpha." But it's all in good fun, you know? I never take it seriously because I'm not into that red pill ideology okay ? I refuse to categorize people based on fictional sub-genders. People are complex beings, and reducing them to such simplistic terms is just... well, narrow-minded and unidimensional.
But then, I catch myself thinking, "If they were a character, they'd be this insert sub-gender," you get me? It's a bit controversial for the conservatives because, hey, these are real people we're talking about, but come on, we're hanging out on Tumblr. Our thought process is weird by default.
Anyway, getting to the point, let's discuss why I believe Max and Kylian embody different ends of the omega spectrum:
Kylian's just so incredibly kind. His approach to the world is rooted in a deep-seated kindness and a genuine desire to make the world a better place. I mean, he radiates sweetness, love, and nurturing vibes. He's altruistic to the core, always eager to give of his time, his energy, his love. Especially with children, he adores them, cherishes them above all else. He's a mama's boy, the quintessential middle child—adorable little brother, protective yet teasing older brother—the pride of the family. And he's pretty. Those big eyes, that infectious smile, those adorable dimples. And his physique? Envy-inducing: meaty thighs, glowing skin, legs for days, a butt that makes ME jealous. He exudes confidence without a hint of arrogance. He knows his worth, excels in what he does, and when underestimated, he turns it into motivation. But woe betide anyone who threatens his loved ones. He's not one to care about his reputation, but when it comes to family and friends, it's personal. You can see it in the way he carries himself, how he basks in praise but doesn't seek it out, how he effortlessly puts people at ease and draws them in, eliciting protective instincts from those who know him.
Max, on the other hand, is the polar opposite. He's a force to be reckoned with, a whirlwind of energy and ambition. He's not one to simply accept praise; he demands it, commands it even. There's a fire within him, a burning desire to be recognized, to be celebrated for his talents. He thrives on being the center of attention, craving the spotlight with every fiber of his being. But beneath that intense exterior lies a surprising depth. He's not just about seeking glory; there's a complexity to him that many overlook. He's fiercely independent, unapologetically himself, refusing to conform to anyone's expectations. He's confrontational, yes, unafraid to speak his mind no matter the consequences. But there's also a kindness to him, a loyalty to those he holds dear. He may come off as brash and unyielding, but underneath it all, there's a warmth, a sincerity that shines through. He's quick-witted, with a sharp sense of humor that catches many off guard. And he's so pretty. Pretty eyes, enticing lips, skin beging to be marked. He's not afraid to take risks, to push the boundaries of what's possible. In a world full of conformists, Max stands out as a beacon of individuality, a reminder that true greatness lies in being unapologetically yourself.
They're similar yet so different. In my book, they're best friends because they're both hardworking, dedicated individuals who've sacrificed so much to pursue their dreams and know what it means to fulfill the promise of high potential. And they plot to drive their mates absolutely NUTS.

after fucking around with AI art generators for a bit last night, i really don't get why AI bros are so gung-ho about it. i was trying to get it to generate something close to my fursona for a while and it would just constantly be unable to generate specific details like the heart-shaped goggles, or constantly make the fur orange despite me weighing that negatively.
it's also funny how i can just copy-paste sections from other prompts and instantly have the art come out 10x better. such skill on display there! *eyeroll*
another extremely funny thing is how hard you have to tell the generator to NOT make bad art or generate fucked up hands, and it'll still make fucked up hands! imagine having to beg an artist on your hands and knees not to fuck up the art you're getting them to draw, and they still decide to give the characters extra fingers and melty faces.
overall this whole experience just kinda left me bored and frustrated. i guess if you dont have a specific vision, wanna grift people with "adoptables", or just wanna generate wank material it's fine. but if you actually care about the output? i don't see how it can be appealing.
really, it just made me wanna go to the artists used in the prompts and commission them for actual art of my fursona.

I noticed how Bc has toned down their stage gay compared to 2021 for example and I got this headcanon that what if Joonas and Niko were fwb (or had something else going on and were more than friends) but then Joonas got his gf and they had a fight or something and now either of them don’t want to do the kissing etc. anymore 👀
Oof you came to the right blog, dear anon, because not a day passes by I don't wonder why they dropped SLB from their setlist 😩
I mean, there can obviously be many plausible reasons, e.g. on the US tour a great majority of their audience was completely new to them, so they may have wanted to tone down the stage gay because they weren't sure how that would've been perceived there (yessss I know they're not the first band to kiss on stage, and that BC is not the kind of band who gives a shit about what people think about them, but I'm sure you know what I mean here).
Among their European fanbase, however, everyone and their mother is expecting them to start having an orgy on stage at any given second, and especially touring with a band like Electric Callboy it is a shame they didn't play SLB, not only because of the kiss but also because it's genuinely a great song 🥺 So maybe they just didn't want to be too extra on a tour that wasn't their own lol, but then they came back to Finland and DIDN'T KISS A SINGLE FUCKING TIME THE WHOLE SUMMER WHAT THE FUCK GUYS I WANT MY MONEY BACK?!?!?!
Like, of course they wanted to make some room in their setlist for their new songs, which is understandable, but... :( Maybe they just got bored of playing the song? If this is the reason, the question remains why they haven't replaced that routine with some other fun stage gay moment during another song, because they do seem to enjoy teasing us with fanservice-y stuff 😐 In any case, I was so disappointed they didn't play it even on the ice hall show because, the kiss aside, it really is a fan favourite 😔 it is MY favourite how DARE they not serve MY needs 😤
So yes, all these points considered, I'd be lying if I said my little shipper heart had not also considered the possibility of Niko and Joonas finding it weird now that Joonas has a girlfriend (I love how this was never a problem before when Niko's had a gf all this time lol), but then again, just the other day Joonas joked about having Niko's cock in his mouth and drinking his breast milk, so it's not like he's been withdrawing from fanservice completely 🤷♀️
And yes, if we ignore the fact Niko is indeed happy with his gf and they don't have an open relationship as far as we know (👀), it is easy to imagine a scenario in which Joonas (who I believe is the one usually planning their setlists?) suddenly dropped SLB and only gave an ambiguous explanation as to why (see above), and then one day Niko hears from blabbermouth Joel that Joonas has gotten together with this girl, no really, I thought you knew? 💔😭

Hello there! A while ago you recommended 'Silently and Very Fast' and 'The Wounded Sky' to me, I finally finished both titles and absolutely adored them. Bizarre, wonderful, and so well written. I'm so thankful you pointed them my way, and I was wondering if you had any more book recommendations. Thank you for reading my friend.
If you enjoyed Silently And Very Fast then I definitely recommend checking out the rest of Valente's works, especially but not limited to The Orphan's Tales series (In The Night Garden & In The Cities Of Coin And Spice). They're fantasy but definitely in the vein of beautiful and bizarre. There's just so much to explore in those books I've read them like three times in six months, hahaha. (And if you like those maybe check out the Kencyrath Chronicles by P. C. Hodgell)
Unfortunately tho, I've never really found anything that really hit the same spot that Wounded Sky did for me, maybe because it was very much a book I never knew I needed. The only one that came close was The Entropy Effect by Vonda N. McIntyre (if you do read and enjoy that then definitely read her Star Wars novel Crystal Star, very good very bizarre, as well as her original work Dreamsnake). Sci-fi tends to have a dearth of the bizarre which is unfortunate and kind of silly imo because everything about space and science is really weird.
In addition, I'd flat-out recommend the Elder Scrolls game series if you enjoy bizarre fantasy, the lore is... something else.
Also I'd say go read Fortuna Primigenia by @ss-shitstorm because the entire premise it's built off of is absolutely fascinating. There's also making sweet electrically charged love to massive metal titans so there's also that.
