Zawsze jak przygotuje sobie cudny jadłospis, to akurat wtedy mam dzień bez apetytu, a jedzenie już przygotowane...
Ogólnie bardzo polecam robienie jadłospisów
Ja używam darmowej strony dietplanner, nawet jak ktoś ma bardzo niskie limity to pomaga mu to rozpisać sobie te kcl na posiłki.
Po za tym w momencie kiedy ktoś mówi że ma jadłospisy to brzmi to tak jakby jadł "normalnie" I nie wzbudza się podejrzeń.
Wiem, że niektórzy mogą powiedzieć, że to nie jest już ana tylko zwyczajna dieta ale myślę, że to zależy kto i jak z tego korzysta.
(Mam nadzieję że choć jedna osoba to przeczyta 😆)
