Orange manga
So completed the manga named orange yesterday which was a great story where it is with great determination of this friendship group which had a collection of letters from the ten years in the future to make sure that it is a day by day account of the days leading up to this new kids death and it is their mission to make sure that he doesnt die. it is such a good read to see the events unfold in which they need to change to change the future.

There's some dude (derogatory) on FB who is PISSED people are pricing their farm fresh eggs at $2 and $3 a dozen instead of $4+, saying it's "disrespectful" and "undignified" and "I'm trying to feed my kids" like Sir, you are on a Facebook group page bitching about your neighbors egg prices because your pet chickens aren't earning you a living wage and you think it's your neighbors' fault, you do not have a leg to stand on here wrt dignity.
Also half the answers are like "I give them to friends and family free" or "I donate them to food banks" or "I'm making them affordable to folks who might not otherwise be able to get them now that they're so expensive in the store" and "if you think you're going to turn a profit keeping backyard chickens you have been wildly misled" and so on, and so forth, and I'm so living for it.
and I can tell you right now, he did NOT like my answer of "if you're trying to feed your kids, I hear eggs are edible."

Learning that Jason was Red Robin first (during Countdown to Final Crisis) and that Tim actually stole that name and costume has made my entire week. Honest to god Tim Drake is the funniest character of all time. Imagine getting your ass beat for stealing from a guy and then doing it again anyway, top-tier character choice. I think he should take Red Hood next.

rise is always fun to rewatch for me because of its attention to design details. these screenshots are from the bug busters episode. look at his battle shell: we see in these shots that it's designed to be flexible and not constraining for his movement
if you ever held a mango cut like this, you'll get the idea of how donnie's battle shell works

In light of recent events:
Separating the art from the artist
does NOT work if said artist is
1) alive
2) directly financially benefitting from you consuming the art
Especially if they have tweeted this in the past:

I just had a personal experience with that situation I often talk about where an author has an outsized reaction to a comment that is left. It's me. I'm the author.
The comment was on one of the tutorials I have posted on AO3 and it was basically just saying that it didn't work for them (in ruder language than that). Fine. Whatever. The part that got to me, though, was the fact that they'd signed out of their account in order to leave it.
And the outsized reaction? Since they made it impossible for me to block them from accessing my account, my next thought was to just delete the whole thing. I'm not that attached to my ao3commentoftheday AO3 account, so deleting it would just be two seconds of my life. No biggie.
But doing that, letting my anger take over my thought processes, would deny everyone else access to things that have helped them. Hell, the instructions for getting dark mode alone have almost half a million hits. Clearly folks are looking for this info.
All of this is just to say, if you're an author and you've received a comment that pisses you off, take a deep breath and pause before doing something rash. If you decide to do it anyway, you'll only have waited a few seconds and there's always the chance that you'll change your mind.
And if you're a reader and you think an author's reaction to a comment was more of an overreaction? There's probably other shit going on in that person's life that's affecting them way more than a comment. The comment was just the last straw.
