Has a one asked about impulses markings ( wither curse) or taken notice? How does he explain it or calm them down when they find out it’s a curse, if anyone even knows?

thing is that he didn't know how or when he got them either. He's genuinely just a magnet for curses and blessings, and he doesn't even notice them because of how often they just get canceled out by whatever else he's got going on. So sometime during s6 he noticed some weird dark marks on his chest that looked like his bones and ribcage, and they kinda got darker when he checked on them, looked like someone smudged charcoal on him really. But it was fine! he just kept them out of sight and out of mind. Sure it became very easy for him to break bedrock, but that came from practice. And the air in the void was a easier to breath, and wither roses just stopped hurting him at some point, but that was all from being in the End a lot to work on that wither rose farm. Like exposure treatments and building up an immunity right. And sure at some point in s7 the makings turned more golden, but that's normal surely. they already kinda changed colours before. And its not like the existence of these markings were affecting him at all. Sure he felt less exhausted and drained and,, dead ish, when they turned gold,,, but they just started a new season! and he noticed the marks around when he was doing all that work with the hippys! its expected he would have felt tired a lot right. And yea some of his scars look a little golden under some lights now, and maybe his blood looks a little more glittery then normal, but its probably just a side effect of always using totems. It'll wear off if he stopped using so many, surely. And Tangos asked about them, so had Zedaph, but It was only brought up because they were curious when Impulses eyes turned more gold instead of brown,, Zed found it fascinating how the markings looked like they moved depending how you looked at them, like the moved with the actual bones under Impulses skin almost. And it isn't affecting him right now, its not like he needs to worry anyone over them. Honestly not even the weirdest thing to happen on the server. Its sometime during s8 that he's talking with Cub about some speedrunning strategies he's been trying to pull off lately, and in the most offhand way mentions how he's debating doing unsafe runs outside of the proper game worlds. his reasoning being that he wouldn't need to worry abut the possible boss curse if he isn't actually trying to kill a dragon. And that just leads into the conversation of what a Boss curse even is, because Impulse hadn't really heard much about those before. And about an hour or so later Cub is laughing his ass off as Impulse goes through all these weird instances he's had and realizing he's had this wither boss curse placed on him, but he didn't even realize because of all the other blessing and curse's he's apparently had, and had just always brushed off the weird symptoms that came with them. Cause that explains how he kept such a sane head compared to the rest of the people in the mycelium resistance, that whole demise thing left him just a little gray without the major blood thirst a lot of the others got, those days when he'd get near insanely good luck then to have the next week be the some of the worst luck one could imagine. The list just kept going. Cub absolutely looses it yet again when he realizes that the curse he tried placing on Impulse during s6 to test some Vex trick did infact work, and was still there even, It just apparently had no affect on Impulse because of some other blessing he had.

Southwind (pirate!Fumes) was big but he fought a sea serpent to keep kelek from dieing which resulted in him getting minimized and saved by ocean magic

i mostly wanted to draw Southwind lmao. Kelek is very rough. He doesn't go to the docks or sail but he lives on an island thats mainly populated by pirates/pirate adjacent and helps with moving goods.

Southwind is an information hub whereas Kelek does a lot of busywork - mending and crafting.

#theres busted sublassed. AND THEN THERES BUSTED SUBCLASSES #cause other overpowered subclasses like totem barb moon druid and bladesinger Are very strong but most just benefit that single player #meanwhile the cleric ones make the entire party Extremely powerful at like. level 2 #tonight we played a curse of strahd fight that was described as difficult to deadly. and our dm expected us to get overwhelmed and have to #bail. but twilight cleric allows you to give temp hp to anyone in a certain aura at the end of their turn #and bc temp hp doesnt stack but the higher amout replaces the current #even if my party members had temp hp i could just reroll and if the amount was higher then they suddenly had more #so basically we were able to tank everything to the point that my dm started to make enemies run away from the fight cause it was not gonna #end 😭. there were a lot of factors that made us very strong (moonbeam vs werewolves. barb rage. grapples) but twilight domain mvp #our dm was like. well gotta adjust every fight now to be more difficult in notoriously difficult module curse of strahd
