Merry Christmas @closet-is-tired! Since I was juggling finals and acting as the mod for this year's @eah-exchange, I didn't have enough time to animate like I usually do, but your Sanrio x EAH idea sounded cute! I tried to incorporate different things in these art, particularly an emphasis on Duchess (as Kuromi) or winter-related activities. Hope you like these!

I've brought this up before, but there's no way any of the original fairytales would be ok with their descendants repeating their stories. For example, think of the original Snow White's perspective:
Your mother dies giving birth to you. Your stepmother is insecure about her own beauty, so she takes it out on you through numerous attempts to end your life. Thankfully, 7 dwarves and a prince save you, finally freeing you from your stepmother. When you marry the prince and have your own child, you decide to do better than both of your late mothers. You don't want your child to go through what you went through.
Then, for some reason, you die when your child is young, just like your own mother did to you. Your husband remarries a selfish woman, and your child gains their own cruel stepmother. In horror, you watch your child relive your life. Your child faces death, just as you did. Your child is saved by kind people, just as you did. Your child marries their savior and has a child, just as you did.
Your child dies, just as you did.
And then you watch the cycle repeat over and over again, generations across generations in your family. Hundreds of years down the line, your descendants are convinced the cycle is a must. A noble yet hard duty. They believe they must live your life to be happy. That they must suffer to earn their happiness.
This is not what you wanted.
Apply this to any other original fairytale, but the same principles apply. They would not approve of Ever After High or the destiny system.
