In June and July 2021, there was a pop-up cafe based on WEEKEND GARAGE at the E-DINER cafe located in a mall in the Toshima Ward in Tokyo.
The menu consisted of five items based on the members of Vivid BAD SQUAD and their starting Virtual Singers.
Tumblr media
1. Kohane's dream plate, consisting of two peach buns filled with red bean paste, and two sesame balls filled with sesame seed paste. These are Kohane's favorite foods, hence the name of the dish.
Tumblr media
2. Colorful punch tea, a fruit punch drink with mint. An grows mint as a hobby, which is why the drink is mint flavored. The drink is also the same color as her image color.
Tumblr media
3. Marscapone pancakes, consisting of two pancakes topped with cream made from marscapone, orange slices, blueberries, and syrup. Akito's favorite food is pancakes, and his image color is orange (and Toya's image color is blue).
Tumblr media
4. Coffee shaved ice, a coffee flavored shaved ice drink topped with coffee jelly. Toya's favorite drink is coffee, and he is not fond of sweet things, hence the unusual flavor for a typically sweet drink.
Tumblr media
5. Tricolor omurice: chicken rice with omelette, ketchup, basil, and broccoli. Designed to match the image colors of the virtual singers - red ketchup for MEIKO, yellow omelette for Len, and green basil and broccoli for Miku.
Above images are all from corocoro's article about the diner.

Various merchandise was also available, such as WEG t-shirts like the one Ken wears, WEG tea cups, and Vivid BAD SQUAD ice cream spoons.

Here are some stitched remains of the TV Tokyo Bomberman Jetters website, which was a website mostly comprised of images and src links and thus was unfortunately mostly unarchived due to nobody manually archiving it and the strain of archiving images in 2004 :( More stitches, translations and interesting stuff under the cut

Oreca Battle Introduction Post!
Hello, I am N41R, a.k.a Naive41Rika, the one who submitted her Oreca Battle fanart to Tumblr Radar-
I honestly didn't expect any of my post to make it through, it was just something I did out of curiosity-
And for this occasion, I want to make a quick introduction about Oreca Battle for those who might be curious!
Tumblr media
Oreca Battle is an arcade game that scan and also print cards!
Yup, prints cards, not dispense cards! Because Oreca Battle's gimmick is to make a card that you can call your own, so every cards you get from this machine will have your name!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Oreca Battle had an English version that were only distributed to few selected South East Asia countries, and for now there are only few working machines confirmed in Philippines and Indonesia
This franchise also have about... 5 manga titles and a completed anime series with around 51 episodes (each episode is around 10 minutes long, including opening)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
For the anime, you can find the English Subtitled version on Crunchyroll (although their translation are a bit wonky-)
Tumblr media
While most of the manga are only available as E-book through Japanese Kindle, two of the official manga drawn by Demizu Posuka were available on corocoro before But now you can only read through chapter 1-5 for free
Tumblr media
Other than the main arcade game, Oreca Battle also,
Have an iOS app version of the game,
Have some of the characters made an appearance in Solomon Program (a turn-base Nintendo Switch game from Konami)
Have a sister game called Otocadoll (a fighting-rhythm arcade game with similar card system with Oreca Battle), and
Currently have a spiritual successor named Ore'n (multi-platform gacha game with similar battle system)
And that's pretty much it for general introduction!
Oreca Battle's lore are not limited to what are shown in the anime and in the manga, they were also hidden in the interaction between characters while playing the game, and in the game guide as well
And the fact that the cards that you get after playing the game will have your name on it is very endearing to me
Personally, I think that's what makes Oreca Battle very charming

Corocoro scans for this month. Of note is the teaser image for the SV arc, but that doesn't look like Juliana/Florian? A manga-original main protagonist? (Or Yamamoto just eschewed the dorky game design and made his own since there's more freedom with customization this time.) It's been a while since we had a manga-original protag tho, unless you count Marvin (I know he has an expanded role, but he's still based on the Youngster trainer class so I don't really count him.)
Btw, here's the cover for the 7th volume of SwSh:

heyo! seeing n and the way you drawn him has gotten me really curious to know more! What game(s) is him in? how can I learn more?
Ahh, I'm so happy I could get someone interested in him through my work. I'm flattered, thank you. I'll try my best to help.
As for appearances:
N appears in various media, but the most important ones are the games, Pokémon Black and White for the Nintendo DS (his debut) and the sequels to those games Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 on the same game system. He also appears on the main anime in the Unova centered seasons and In animated shorts such as Pokemon Generations and Evolutions, where you get to see game scenes animated and have some lore expanded upon.
As for Manga, he is in Pocket Monster Special (the "main" Pokemon manga), Heroes of thunder and fire (CoroCoro comics), and possibly some other CoroCoro comics works based on Unova which seem to be lost media, and as such, there's possibilities of N being featured in those.
And quite recently (all things considered), he has been added to Pokémon Masters EX, a gacha game which allows you to "obtain" N and fight with him in teams and talk to him.
To learn more about him:
Playing the games would be the first step ideally, so you can experience the base story unfold before your eyes. From that point onward, I think watching the animated shorts would be next since you cannot be spoiled :) If you don't have the time, maybe some video essays on YouTube or a playthrough could do the trick but you'll perhaps be relying on someone else's understanding of the story, and as such, miss important details not just pertaining to N but the game in general. If you stay keen you'll be fine :)
I would then read the pocket special manga and perhaps give Masters a try, since those expand on his character quite nicely and I find them to be quite good characterizations of him if combined with the prior knowledge obtained during the DS games playthrough. Although masters has more issues than I'd like, but that's besides the point.
And my best advice:
Once you're done with the games, go to the tags and follow a bunch of N enthusiasts. People often discuss his character, quite in depth and even point out details that you may have missed (I used to do this a lot on my deleted insta, sometimes I still do it on my Twitter @kooru_03).
Going into Bulbapedia and reading through trivia will lead you to other sources that hold valuable information, such as interview, concept art, etc etc....
My additional comments:
The BW games are of the best the franchise can offer and as such, the discussion is rich. I'd advice to not focus to much on just him and look at his close bonds and the game in general, as you may uncover more about him that way. No one lives in a vacuum after all. The game is absurdly deep when you start zooming in and out. Like, ABSURDLY so. In a good way, of course.
Sorry for the intimidating length, but I hope this was a useful guide. I wrote this off the top of my head so If anyone else has anything they'd like to add, I'd appreciate that.

44. Coromon
Tumblr media
Do you think it's called Coromon because the magazine that frequently leaks Pokémon news is called CoroCoro?
Pretty damn good Pokémon clone, all things considered. Hell, it does a lot of things better than Pokémon. It's well-balanced, the potential system is so much more fun than shiny hunting, the spritework and animations are phenomenal, repels are timer-based instead of step-based, you can change moves around on the fly, devolve your Coromon, change their color palettes, increase the battle speed, increase the overworld speed, change the type of spinner your Coromon was caught in, DEEP BREATH there are no HMs, no catchable legendaries, no intrusive gimmicks, and the story is...okay, well, it isn't that different from any other Pokémon game.
It doesn't need a phenomenal story, but the writing did take a noticeable "meme-y" dip in quality once you hit the desert town, but it thankfully picks back up afterwards. At least there weren't gyms in this one.
I vastly preferred the big boss fights you had at the end of each area, those were far more challenging. Actually, this whole game was more challenging than any Pokémon game I've ever played (if we're not counting Johto's insane level curves).
As far as negatives go, I missed Grass Types more than I expected I would. Those usually have a lot of fun designs and that was just absent from Coromon. There's no dual-typing, which means most designs don't stray too far from their gimmick. And while there are quite a few solid designs in the game, I noticed there were a surprising amount of...slime-inspired Coromon? Every type except Normal and Ice has at least one, with a couple having two. I mean, none of them are BAD, but I just found it a little weird that there were so many lmao
Anyway this game is pretty fun. If the Pokémon formula has gotten stale but you are still itching to play a monster tamer, give Coromon a shot.

Hypothetical Side Order Update Hopes/Rambles
I know it may not be super super likely but I really do hope there are some updates to Side Order eventually.
I wanna talk about some things I would like to see:
☆ New Cipher shop items! Especially the banners and especially especially gear, since those are the two smallest sections.
Today's Find will still be unlocked for people who unlocked it by now, but my idea for those who haven't: the new things added after launch will only be unlocked if you bought out all of the launch items in that section. Cipher's shop is formatted very similarly to the Grizzco shop, so this could kind of be Cipher's equivalent of how some Grizzco items are greyed out until you spend a certain number of each scale. Buying out the launch items in every section will unlock Today's Find as well as all items added in any hypothetical update(s). Update items will of course be immediately unlocked for those of us who already bought all launch items.
Ideas for what new items they could add? ● Pixels of characters that may or may not even have palettes: Acht, Judd, Grizz, Cipher, etc?
● The order weapon pattern banner that was accidentally shown when they showed off the CoroCoro banner. People pointed out, based on its placement and the lack of an Acht banner, that the weapons banner was most likely unfortunately just an early-development banner, scrapped in favor of making the Acht one. BUT if they still have the file(s) for it I don't see why they couldn't just plop it into Cipher's shop in an update.
● Outfits of any Side Order character(s) that do not get an amiibo, or all Side Order character outfits if it turns out the amiibo don't just give the figure's outfit.
Dataminers found two upcoming amiibo, and animations found in Side Order seemingly suggest one is Marina. The other is not identified afaik. I don't think they would make an Eight amiibo unless there actually ends up being more than two, I feel like they would wanna make both the masc and fem promo designs like with OE. My theories: • Marina + Pearl Drone • Marina + normal Pearl • Marina + Acht • Maybe, maayyybe, Marina + only fem Eight. (Masc Eight wasn't really shown a whole ton in promo stuff anyway afaik, sooo...) I'm kind of hoping for Marina + Acht, because as much as I'd love for another Pearl + Marina pair to exist... an Acht figure would just be so cool. I'd probably never be able to get ahold of it anyway because I've been having a ton of trouble getting amiibo figures, but eh.
If the other amiibo is a Pearl, I think you would get Pearl's Side Order outfit from her amiibo regardless of whether the figure is normal her or Drone her. Whatever the amiibos are or what they give, the outfits of remaining Side Order characters, or all of their outfits if the amiibos give something totally unique, should go in Cipher's shop. That could/should include both the masc and fem Eight outfits from OE, if they don't get SdOdr amiibos, or if their SdOdr amiibos give something else.
● The Chaos/Order news gear from Splat2. Or at least just the Order ones.
● Any and all other gear you would get as rewards from OE. The gold takoyaki pick, Neo Octoling gear, etc etc etc.
● Locker figurines of the little NPCs outside, the jelly things and the little shrimp ladies etc.
● Maybe figurines of the bosses as well.
☆ Jelleton badges! Full-color, silver, then gold, just like Salmon Run. The app already tracks your kill counts so why not?
For the more common ones like Languendo, Andante, Lento, the requirements for their badges could be incredibly high just for the fact that they're so common that you can rack up tons and tons and tons of them relatively quickly (I'm personally at over 55k Andantes, for instance, and I haven't even played much since mid-March.) Less common or more incendental enemies like Alla Mambos, Portals (I mean why not count these since the app counts em), etc, can have smaller requirements, maybe on par with Boss Salmonid badges.
Bosses (Rondo, Marciale, Canon, Overlorder) can just be the same numbers as King Salmonid badges I feel like.
I would love a Marina Agitando badge in this manner, however her count does not go beyond x1 even if you re-fight her through memories, which makes perfect sense since only the first fight was even real. Maybe they could add one as a "Cleared the Initial Spire" badge...?
And an idea I had is maybe you could have both Overlorder and Smollusk badges. These both have silver and gold versions and you get both Overlorder and Smollusk of each color simultaneously upon meeting the milestones, kinda like the Deep Cut badges (even though Deep Cut doesn't have silvers, but you know what I mean).
☆ More weapons! Lore-wise clearing every existing weapon we have at the moment means that the problem with the simulation should be fixed I think, meaning no other souls could be pulled in and become palettes...? BUT we do still keep climbing the Spire afterwards if we want, just for the hell of it and so Smollusk isn't alone.
So I think maybe it could fit lore-wise if Marina just came up with some "fake"/"dummy" Palettes, i.e. Palettes not linked to any soul, just to play around with for funsies. Experimental builds are fun to play with so having some of the weapons that have unique gimmicks could be really exciting.
Some ideas:
Explosher! Tones could maybe be Power and Range just because a high Splash Damage + high Splash Radius combo would go so hard on this thing.
Snipewriter- This could possibly have a new chip for Shots-Per-Charge. With no chips it maybe starts at 2 shots per charge just so it's different from the normal Order Charger. And then, kinda like how Order Dualies can go beyond Tetra's four rolls when you put enough Extra Dodge Roll, many Shots-Per-Charge chips can put the Snipewriter beyond its multiplayer five shots per charge.
Any/all Grizzco weapons! I don't have clear ideas for aaaall of them, but I have some thoughts. Possibly all of the more ink-hungry ones, but DEFINITELY Grizzco Slosher, should have Support as a common tone. Having only four sloshes on a full tank in the Spire sounds like a fucking nightmare so that damn thing needs ink saving/recovering chips like we need air. Maybe for Grizzco Slosher, Support is its most common, while the other ink-hungry Grizzco Weapons have it as their second most, if they have it at all.
Grizzco Dualies would probably be affected by Extra Dodge Roll chips just like the normal Order Dualies, but since Grizzco Dualies get so many dodge rolls in SR, it should start off with slightly more, and build up to *much* more, rolls than Order Dualies do.
I have no fucking clue how Grizzco Charger could work, since you can essentially turn the regular Order Charger into it anyway. Maybe this one would not even be added for that reason?
For Grizzco Splatana, I don't really know how it not having a ranged attack (the "blade" of ink that Wiper and Stamper throw out) could be handled. Maybe getting one Main Range chip will add it at a kinda short range, and you have to stack multiple Main Range chips to make it even better?
☆ Misc/smaller things (either *actually* small changes or just stuff I don't feel like I talk super long about):
     • Some other hacks / adjustments to existing hacks would be neat. I for one really wish you could be able to set Double Chip Rate to absolutely zero, instead of the minimum being 5%. Would make specific design runs a bit easier... I like making checkerboards and sometimes I refresh a ton, FINALLY find the color I need... only for it to be a x2 and I don't have enough money to room reset anymore.
▪︎ ... Either give us some sort of opportunity to spend Prlz while we are actively inside the Spire, or *stop putting Prlz in the vending machines if we're maxed out on them!* Slots that could have a chip or Sub or Special I could use are taken up by unbuyable Prlz a lot of times!
▪︎ More story stuff, somehow. Where is the explanation or even acknowledgement of #35 caught? What the hell is Cipher? I know it's a Lucifer Prawn but I mean, like, what is its purpose besides being a shopkeeper, is that it's only purpose? Is it a manifestation of something like Order/Smollusk was? Why did it pop up? Even Marina doesn't seem to know. Also I'm a little tired of the repeated dialogue now, some new stuff to stop and read would be cool.
▪︎More floor types? It feels unlikely they would do that at all let alone add very many (unless they come up with some kind of infinite mode), but itd be neat of they added enough new levels that you could hypothetically very easily do a Portal-only run, or Zones-only, etc.
▪︎More bosses possibly? If I remember old Splatfest datamined correctly, at least one of the bosses is based on a Splat1 boss. So like... even if they just remix a nostalgic boss fight to add a new boss, that's still something to add more variety to runs. And if they do the badge thing I mentioned before then that's more cool badges to get, more stuff that completionists can work toward.

Introduction
First Name: Mihori (With a Biological name, Marya) Last Name: Inoue (On her father's side, it's Dostoyevsky- but they all inherited their mother's surname) Nickname: Miho, Mimi, Krosechnyy Fedya, and Malen'kaya Printsessa
Gender: Female Age: 16 years old (Currently.) Sexual Orientation: Aromantic Pansexual  Birthday: June 22 Life Story: Mihori resides in a household situated in Russia with her parents and siblings, being the youngest of five offspring. Her familial setting is rather unique as her eldest sibling serves as the beacon of the community, proclaimed as a deity and worshipped by the townsfolk. Upon attaining the status of a religious icon at the tender age of 16, Mihori's older brother fell prey to the exploitation of the local bishop, causing the Inoue household to be engulfed in chaos and neglect their children, leading them to be raised by a homeschool teacher or a babysitter. The Inoue family emerged as a figure of authority, causing neighboring settlements to be envious, resulting in the decision to assassinate the heads of the household. Ultimately, they escaped to Japan, their mother's nation of birth, and assumed responsibility for the Inoue residence, which was destined to be inherited.
Appearance Although Mihori inherited the purple hair genes from her paternal family, she detested how it clashed with her vibrant red eyes, causing her to become self-conscious about her appearance. This led her to dye her hair a pitch-black shade, to make it conform to her fierce red eyes. It can be noted that she happens to be pale like her other family members, with the reason being the anemia that runs in the family.
Eye Color(s): Mihori has flaming red eyes in the shade of carmine with a pinch of tangerine-hued orange. (Don't stop me- this is her only Y/N moment because her eldest brother always outshines her) Hair Color: A slightly vibrant purple shade Highlights: Her only highlight is her older brother being the fucking highlighter. Hair Style(s): Long Balayage Waves and Middle Part, Hollywood Waves. Romantic Long Loose Updo, Classic Low Bundle, Perfect Braided Chignon, Braided Messy Side Bun, and lastly- Sock Bun
Skin tone: AS PALE AS HER PARENT'S DEAD BODY (JKJK she is just pale enough because of anemia) Body type: Apple Body (Some call it an Inverted Triangle) Height: 5'3 ft. or 160 cm Weight: 90 lbs or 40.8 kg About her: Personality: While known for her charming smile, she is also noted for her cunning demeanor, which she employs to ensure the safety of her loved ones. Despite her cunning nature, she possesses a gentle and caring heart that has won the affection of those who have gotten close to her. She can be quick to dish out revenge on those who harm her loved ones, but this is a result of the circumstances she was raised in and her innate empathy. Aside from her manipulative streak, she is a lively and spirited individual who struggles with anxiety and uses her charming smile to mask her inner turmoil.
Good Habit(s): One of her notable traits is her propensity for cleanliness, as she dislikes messiness and disorder. She has a habit of finishing her assigned tasks early and even going above and beyond, delivering them a day or two days earlier than the intended deadline. Possessing an innate ability to maintain harmony within a group and soothe tense situations, she is a master of diffusing hostility and offering sound advice. Her love for listening and providing a sympathetic ear is unrivaled, as she enjoys comforting and validating those who confide in her. She is a compassionate and understanding individual who exudes calmness and warmth.
Bad habit(s): Although Mihori's passion for tidiness is well-known, there is an unfortunate flip side to this virtue. In an excessively messy environment, she can become overly stressed and irritable. She even risks descending into an unstable mental state, as her overwhelming desire for order can push her to the brink of madness, causing her to engage in detrimental behaviors such as self-injury. One of her most frequent forms of self-harm is digging her fingernails into her legs and scratching them until they bruise, or using a sharp object to slice open the padding of her feet. It may not seem like it, but Mihori has a tendency to indulge in risky behaviors, specifically in gambling and manipulating people for personal gain. However, her calculated approach to these activities is not immediately apparent to the casual observer. By leveraging her beauty and intelligence, she has been successful in extracting information from others through her cunning methods.
Like(s): In addition to her passion for cleanliness, Mihori enjoys receiving positive reinforcement, which is a rare occurrence in her life. She thrives in environments that are calm, serene, and aesthetically pleasing, such as libraries and cafés. Her unwavering devotion to her loved ones extends to making time for them, even at the expense of delaying her tasks. Mihori values quality moments with her friends and family, particularly since her adult siblings are often caught up with work. She takes immense pleasure in assisting those around her and even goes so far as to clear out her schedule to accommodate loved ones. Despite appearing reserved, she has a fondness for spice and enjoys exploring the flavors of different cuisines.
Dislike(s): Despite her docile demeanor, Mihori harbors a deep-seated dislike for those who impose their principles on others. However, her hatred for disloyalty burns brighter than anything else. She will use her expertise in collecting information to keep her loved ones close by, ensuring their unwavering allegiance to her. On the other hand, she will not tolerate anyone who sexually assaults another individual and will not hesitate to take action against such perpetrators. She is compassionate towards murderers and thieves but draws the line at rapists and molesters, which she despises with every fiber of her being. No amount of benefit could persuade her to associate with such individuals.
Hobbies: Mihori's hobbies are simple yet varied. She is captivated by the art of gardening, enjoys whipping up delicious dishes in the kitchen, maintains a spotless home with her cleaning expertise, and finds solace in the peacefulness of painting. She even plays the violin which she finds very soothing. While seemingly mundane, she has an unusual vice that involves temporarily stealing and returning wallets with a self-made piece of art. Despite it being illegal, this impulsive desire stems from her incessant need to stay active and occupied at all times.
Allergies: Although it is commendable that Mihori does not suffer from any allergies, we must bear in mind her lack of sensitivity to the nuances of flavors. While she has the ability to differentiate between the basic taste profiles of sweet, sour, bitter, and savory, she doesn't experience these flavors with as much intensity as others may do. This has resulted in her having a somewhat muted palate that can make it challenging to savor the unique flavors in various foods.
Fear(s): Mihori suffers from Eremophobia, also known as the fear of loneliness or isolation, as well as Automophobia, which is the fear of being alone. These psychological conditions can make it difficult for her to spend time alone, whether in crowded or secluded areas. As a result, she usually prefers to surround herself with familiar and trustworthy people who can offer emotional support during challenging moments.
Strength(s): Mihori appears to be a highly motivated, independent, and efficient individual who is passionate about maintaining a clean and tidy environment. She is an excellent problem solver with extensive social skills, and she values her relationships with her loved ones. She is also a skilled gambler who can be quite ruthless when she sets her mind on something. Although she is not the best at expressing emotions, it's clear that she deeply cares for her friends and family, making her an excellent ally to have.
Weakness(es): Mihori's self-harm tendencies and impulsive behavior are major weaknesses of her character, as these behaviors can result in significant harm to herself as well as her loved ones. Additionally, her lack of self-confidence may hinder her from pursuing her full potential, as she often seeks validation from other people. Additionally, her fear of isolation and her tendency to hide her emotions from others may result in communication difficulties or difficulties in forming deeper connections with those around her. It's worth noting that she has a habit of gambling which can be a weakness if it becomes addictive.
Special Powers/Abilities: Mihori's supernatural power known as "A Devotion's Shackle," allows her to blindly obey every command of those she trusts, no matter how ill-intentioned they may be. Whether it's flying, aging, breathing underwater, or jumping into fire, she will do exactly as they ask, so long as she has faith in them. This ability is solely determined by the level of trust she holds towards an individual, and not necessarily based on whether or not they are an inherently good or bad person. (Please make sure she stays away from Mori)
Extra: Additionally, she is often prone to intrusive thoughts that can cause chaos and harm to those around her. Despite these challenging aspects of her character, Mihori remains a complex and intriguing figure with Talents and Dreams Ambition/dream: She always wanted to become a Detective or an Ambassador Occupation/Job: School Library Assistant (Previously), School Canteen Chef's Apprentice (Previously), Manager of the Teikokou Academy's Soccer Team (Currently), and a Free-Lance Model or Artist (Part-Time) Best Class(es): She excels in Literature, Geography, Home Economics, and Science. Worst Class(es): She finds the subject of Personal Development and Mathematics to be uneasy to comprehend. Family and Friends Parent(s): Sergei Dostoyevsky and Amaya Inoue, with an apparent Father-figure- Kageyama Reiji
Sibling(s): She preferred not talking about them.
Relative(s): Their Maternal Relatives are not interested in taking them in, so they have nothing much known about their relatives on their Mother's side. Their Paternal Relatives however are either dead or exiled for Blasphemy because of the weird Cult issue.
Best Friend(s): Gouenji Shuuya, Fidio Aldena, and Lui Shirosagi
Friend(s): Nenita Evangelina Natalie Estella Dimataan, Kino Aki, and Raimon Natsumi
Crush(es): Mihori appears to have developed strong feelings of affection towards Gouenji Shuuya and Sakuma Jirou, but her feelings towards Jirou may simply be a product of confusion and/or a misinterpretation of events. Additionally, Mihori's previous experiences with betrayal and abandonment may contribute to attachment issues that could further complicate her relationships with others.
Pet(s): Mihori seems to have an unconventional selection of pets, as her list includes both a Persian cat and a white mouse, who surprisingly cohabit peacefully. She even has a Dwarf Crocodile, which was a gift from her older brother, and a tiny Blue-tongued skink, gifted to her by her twin brother.
Rival(s): Despite having a friendly personality, Mihori appears to have developed an intense dislike for Fuduo Akio and Endou Mamoru due to their perceived noisiness, while she has a more personal disagreement with Otonashi Haruna, with their rivalry escalating to the point of outright hostility. (Not really that hostile, but they had to a certain extent.)
Enemy: She finds Aphrodi's neck to be something she could wrap her hands tightly- for some reason.... (Never look at their interactions in a sexual way, they are both minors- but with major loathing towards each other... It's actually only one-sided.) Extra Scent: Vanilla and Petrichor Blood type: B+ Outfit(s): Mihori strikes me as someone who values comfort over style, although she does strive to present herself in a tidy and well-kept manner. She seems to prefer simple, practical clothing options with an emphasis on comfort and practicality rather than stylishness. She may opt for soft fabrics and neutral colors that can be easily mixed and matched, allowing her to quickly assemble an outfit that suits her needs for the day. Despite her preference for comfort, Mihori appears to be a person who values quality over quantity and is likely to invest in a few high-quality clothing items that she can wear often rather than a large wardrobe of inexpensive fast fashion. Mihori's fashion style seems to be more in line with a soft girl aesthetic, featuring delicate, flowy clothing in pastel colors and fairycore, which incorporates nature-inspired elements such as flowers and mushrooms. Although she prioritizes comfort and practicality in her clothing choices, she also seems to appreciate playful and feminine styles that reflect her whimsical personality.
Accessories: Mihori's choice of accessories is quite simple, limited to hairpins and necklaces. She is often seen wearing gloves to cover up the distinctive burn marks on her hands, which can be quite jarring to look at. Despite her preference for minimal accessories and soft clothing, she has a unique and distinctive visual style.
Makeup: Mihori's desire for a soft and minimalistic appearance seems to extend to her makeup routine as well. She seems to prefer soft and natural makeup options that enhance her features without overwhelming them. To that end, she may use light or natural-colored eye shadow, blush and lip gloss, but only in moderation. While she prefers a fresh-faced look over heavy makeup, she may incorporate heart or star stickers on special occasions to emphasize her playful and whimsical personality.
Scars: While the majority of Mihori's scars are emotional or mental in nature, she also bears the physical scars of burns on her fingers from a traumatic event in the past. These physical scars are a constant reminder of the night her family had to make a daring escape.
Tattoo(es): In the upcoming events of the plot, Mihori undergoes a healing process and overcomes her past traumas, including the death of her parents. With the support of a compassionate friend, she learns to cope with her emotions and finds peace within herself. As a way of celebrating this newfound sense of serenity, Mihori decides to decorate her burn marks with tattoos of beautiful floral and butterfly patterns, transforming a reminder of her past suffering into a symbol of her growth and resilience.
Jewelry: Despite her preference for a soft girl aesthetic that emphasizes comfort and minimalism, Mihori has a deep appreciation for beautiful and authentic jewelry. This penchant for shiny things likely stems from her mother's profession as a jeweler and designer, which helped cultivate Mihori's discerning eye for quality and unique pieces. While she may initially wear these gorgeous gems and baubles sparingly, she finds joy in gifting them to others or enjoying their glittering presence from time to time. At the end of the day, Mihori's love for jewelry is a true testament to her unique and vibrant personality.
Piercing(s): Mihori's interest in getting ear and tongue piercings is something she keeps to herself as a personal secret. Despite her desire for body modifications to express her individuality, she cares deeply about her older siblings' opinions and does not wish to disappoint or worry them. Furthermore, she is very cautious about any permanent changes to her body and wants to be fully informed and committed before moving forward. Therefore, she continues to research and consider the repercussions of such piercings, always weighing the pros and cons of each option before making a final decision. (Emo or Goth Mihori when?) Favorites Theme Song/Quote: From a more conventional standpoint, Mihori's choice of theme songs would likely include popular tracks such as Molly Kate's "Prom Queen" and Vicetone's "Angels," both of which she apparently identifies with. She also seems to have a deep association with Lana del Rey and Melanie Martinez, perhaps due to their unique styles and musical themes. Her affinity for these artists and songs underscores her unique personality and personal taste, reflecting her interest in the beautiful and the unconventional. (She is more Lana del Rey coded just in case anyone asks.)
Favorite Food(s): Mihori's fondness for the Sili Strawberry Ice Cream can likely be traced back to a singular and memorable experience of trying the spicy and sweet dessert for the first time. It was introduced to her by a Filipino friend, and it left such a lasting impression on her that she has since declared it as her favorite food. The mixture of a hot siling labuyo and strawberry is truly a rare and novel combination. The fiery and fruit-forward creation was a one-time experience that left a lasting impression on her taste buds, earning a permanent spot in her list of favorite treats. Favorite Drink(s): Mihori has a particularly strong affinity for cinnamon milk tea, with her fixation on the flavorful and aromatic beverage seemingly bordering on obsession. The creamy and comforting drink strikes a chord with her, providing a much-needed lift to her spirits whenever she needs it. Whether it's on a cold winter morning or a lazy Sunday afternoon, the satisfying sweetness and warming cinnamon flavor of her beloved tea remain a constant in her life, satisfying both her physical and emotional needs.
Favorite Color(s): Mihori secretly admires the colors green and yellow, but rarely shows her preferences in her clothing or styling choices. She may occasionally wear purple, white, or black to show respect for her family's color palette, but her true love for the shades of green and yellow remains hidden. She may choose to incorporate her favorite colors in other ways, such as through art, jewelry, or home decoration, but she is unlikely to reveal her preferences to others. Mihori seems content to appreciate the beauty of her favorite colors in private, using them as a source of personal joy and inspiration.
Favorite Animal(s): Mihori's heart flutters at the sight of majestic and intimidating creatures such as reptiles, and her love for such creatures knows no bounds. She is known to be fascinated by the imposing size and strength of predators like tigers and wolves, and once openly expressed her desire to own one to her brothers, who, knowing her better than anyone, quickly shut down such an idea, opting instead for a safer and more manageable option such as a dwarf crocodile or Blue-tongue skink. Though not the same as owning her dream pets, Mihori nonetheless loves the exotic and unique creatures she's able to keep, appreciating them as much as she would any other.
Favorite Number: Mihori's fascination with superstitions is no secret, and her cultural background is no exception. She has a special affinity for odd numbers, which she considers to be representative of good luck in her Slavic culture. This preference for numbers can even be seen in her behavior, such as how she always takes one extra step or one extra bite of food, with the hope that such an action will bring her good fortune. It's an interesting detail that sheds light on Mihori's eccentric personality and further highlights her deep connection to her cultural heritage.
Favorite Season(s): Mihori has a fondness for the season of autumn, which has a calming effect on her. The changing colors of the leaves, the cool breeze, and the comfort of a warm cup of coffee or hot cocoa are all aspects of autumn that she absolutely adores. The season makes her feel peaceful and content, providing a sense of stability and security that she enjoys. For Mihori, autumn is a time of reflecting on the past year and embracing the new beginnings that the season brings.
Favorite Holiday(s): Holidays may not be at the top of her list, but Mihori does have a soft spot for certain cultural and religious celebrations, particularly Russian Orthodox traditions. Whether it's Christmas or a wedding, she looks forward to the festive atmosphere and the sense of togetherness that such gatherings bring. While holidays aren't necessarily her thing, she certainly enjoys taking part in meaningful cultural customs and traditions, finding them to be rich in history and tradition. This appreciation for cultural diversity is just one more way that her fascination with the world around her shines through.
Favorite Time of Day: Mihori has a special fondness for the late hours of the night and early morning, which she sees as a prime opportunity to focus on her personal projects without any distractions. The peaceful stillness of the "Blue Hour" just before dawn, when the sky is still dark and the air is quiet, is a moment she truly cherishes. She often stays up late, savoring the solitude, and uses this time to work on her creative endeavors, such as writing or drawing. It's a magical time of day when the world seems to be at rest and Mihori revels in the atmosphere of calm and quietude that accompanies it.
Theme: Tranquil Twilight Dreamscape
Mihori's favorite times of the day are the quiet and serene moments of midnight and twilight. These peaceful intervals are a time for productivity, self-reflection, and introspection. Mihori values the time she can devote to her work, her creativity, and her personal development without interruption. She often works through the night, finding her flow and harnessing her best ideas when the rest of the world is asleep. Mihori's creative endeavors thrive in this tranquil twilight dreamscape, where she can let her imagination run wild and bring her visions to life.

At the same time as the WEEKEND GARAGE E-DINER popup, WonderlandsxShowtime held a collab with the indoor theme park NAMJATOWN, located in the same mall as E-DINER. This collab, much like the Vivid BAD SQUAD one, also included food and drink based on the members and starting Virtual Singers.
Tumblr media
1. Fly High Today☆WonderlandsxShowtime Soda: a soda drink with orange slices and colored jelly. The drink is in WxS's image color and came with a mini version of Tsukasa's flag.
Tumblr media
2. I'm the Lead! Tenma Tsukasa's Cream Stew☆Omurice: what it says on the tin, omelette rice with cream stew, as well as some vegetables. Doesn't actually have much of a connection to Tsukasa beyond the star shapes in the stew and being his image color.
Tumblr media
3. Wonderhoy☆Otori Emu's Mini Parfait Full of Smiles: a small parfait with ice cream, pink whipped cream, and a small taiyaki. Fits both Emu's image color and favorite food (taiyaki). Emu has also been shown to really like parfait in various stories and area conversations.
Tumblr media
4. Shuwashuwa☆Kusanagi Nene's Grapefruit Drink: once again, what it says on the tin. A grapefruit drink topped with whipped cream and marshmallows. The drink is both Nene's image color and favorite flavor.
Tumblr media
5. Kirakira Show Stage☆Kamishiro Rui's Jelly Drink: A yoghurt drink with grape jelly and whipped cream. Fits his image color but doesn't connect with his character.
Tumblr media
6. Colorful Stage☆Hatsune Miku's Cup Ice Cream: a tub of icecream and sorbet, with cream and marshmallows. Not only do the sorbets and marshmallows match Miku's dress, but the ice cream matches her hair and even has cat ears to boot.
Tumblr media
7. Colorful Blue☆KAITO's Soda Float: a blue soda topped with whipped cream, ice cream, and fruit. Fitting, since KAITO's favorite food is ice cream.
Once again all images are from the corocoro article about the collab.

I know art takes time and stuff but why is there always just this big delay between us actually getting the official artwork for the rest of the Pokemon introduced in a generation? We got SW/SH's mon art in a Google poll and P:LA's mon art also took a while. Do they just not draw the rest of the 'mons until after the game comes out?
I have no idea. Hypothetically they should start doing the official art as soon as the designs are approved, as the models are based off of it and the artists are not the same people doing the in-game assets. Plus they need the official art for pre-release advertising and stuff like CoroCoro, so ???

Here's a bunch of obscure characters from the Kirby series that I'd include all in one post because why not.
Dashing Super Guy appeared in the U.S. commercial for Kirby's Dream Land, representing the macho aesthetic that a lot of games had at the time. In many ways, Kirby lucked out, as DSG has the hair, the muscles, the weaponry. The only thing Kirby had... was appetite, which he promptly shows by inhaling then spitting out DSG in but a few seconds. Despite only appearing in this single ad, Dashing Super Guy seems to have a presence in certain circles, getting a bit of fanart himself.
Chirby is Kirby's sidekick from the Corocoro manga that began publication in 1995, being visually based on the Dizzy enemy from Kirby's Dream Land (specifically a model of said enemy seen in a picture in the Japanese guidebook for Kirby's Adventure, a game the Dizzy didn't even appear in). A smaller white puffball with a waffle cone-esque hat, Chirby is the reasonable one of the pair who tries to keep Kirby from getting to caught up in his gluttony and keep him on track to beat Dedede and reclaim the Star Rod. While I don't have a copy of the manga myself, I believe Chirby himself gets phased out relatively quickly as the cast expands.
Bluefish is... well, a bluefish, from the two German-exclusive Club Nintendo comics that depicted Kirby as a hard-boiled detective with Nick Dedede as his assistant. Bluefish himself was an ally of the two, operating his own establishment, the Bluefish Bar, and acting as their informant. When Kirby is kidnapped in one of these stories, he even breaks into the villain's lair and has his club employees overwhelm them in the end.
Susy (not to be confused with Susie from Planet Robobot) is Kirby's romantic partner who appears in only one of the German stories, Kirby's Biggest Case. Her role in the story is minimal, only showing up to force Kirby to take care of her pets while she goes out shopping with friends. Those three pets of hers turn out to be Rick, Kine, and Coo from Kirby's Dream Land 2, who then help Kirby and crew track down the one responsible for the murder of the scientist Dr. Mainhold and, later, the kidnapping of Dedede.
