Very unusual 1823 condo in New Orleans, LA is on a street known as "Architect's Row." The 1bd, 1ba unit is located in the rear of the building and has a private walled courtyard. $385K + #299mo. HOA fee.
I like this entrance and if you're into exposed old brick walls, this unit is loaded with them.
Isn't this the coziest living room with a big fireplace? I don't think I've ever seen exposed brick above wainscoting.
Reno'd within the last 5 years, I must say that they really preserved or restored the architectural features.
Double doors open to the private courtyard.
In this area you could definitely fit a dining table.
