bit of a mixed bag, this one.

sorry if some of the classic companions are a bit ooc, I only know them from their appearances in New Who but wanted to include them.

I would like to do a part 5 with the more obscure 1-2 episode companions like tree lady and Astrid and Lady Christina, or family members like the Temple-Nobles and Jackie Tyler, but most of the responses I have saved from the tags aren't very British. I had trouble as it is avoiding everyone using y'all, haha! so I'll leave it up to anyone else to try.

My favorite quotes from each Doctor (TV only)

I'll have to do some for the EU too sometime.

One: "I don't make threats. But I do keep promises. And I promise you I shall cause you more trouble than you bargained for, if you don't return my property!"

Two (about his family): "Oh yes, I can when I want to. And that's the point really. I have to really want to, to bring them back in front of my eyes. The rest of the time they....they sleep in my mind and I forget."

Three: "Courage isn't a matter of not being frightened, you know. It's being afraid and doing what you have to do anyway."

Four: "You see, if someone who knew the future pointed out a child to you and told you that that child would grow up totally evil, to be a ruthless dictator who would destroy millions of lives, could you then kill that child?"

Planet of Giants is such a fun story because it's just like. Watch Ian and Susan be worried about signboards and matchboxes. Watch the First Doctor falling over and screaming while trying to hold on to a matchstick. Watch the gang tremble in fear while trying to hide from a cat. Barbara bruises her knee on a paper clip. The Doctor and Susan climb up a drainpipe and stand in a sink. The gang tampers with a phone and starts a fire ('Yes! That’s it! We’ll cause trouble! Start a fire [...] there’s nothing like a good fire is there...[the Doctor trails off with concerning hee-hee-hoo-hooing]'). They manage to avert the circulation of a deadly pesticide and thwart the machinations of a ruthless businessman. Oh and they're all about an inch tall at the time, in case you were wondering.
