Volga headcanons (joke post)

I know for a fact this motherfucker hated Wizzro. He thinks Wizzro is the most cowardly bitch. Man would beat that ugly minion looking hoe into the ground if he didn’t some code of honor or something. (Maybe I’m projecting with how much I hate Wizzro)

Volga respects Cia for her strength, but that all changed when he saw the body pillow. And the fanfics. And the figurines. And the photos she took while stalking Link. Definitely thinks Cia’s outfit is impractical for battle.

As for Zant, Volga thinks he’s a literal child. That’s it.

Volga believes in his hearts of hearts that Ghirahim is some mfo that’s ‘cheaply bought’. Hates his haircut, hates his outfit, just hates him. However he doesn’t say shit to him cuz Ghirahim can teleport and that shit’s scary.

Cia stormed into the bedroom and stood over Link, forcing him to crane his neck to look at her. The fury on her face was nothing new, and Link wondered what he was in for today.

“Get up,” she snapped, and uncoupled the end of the chain from the floor. She yanked it, the chain around Link’s neck making him choke like a leashed dog. He quickly stood to ease the pressure.

She dragged him out of the room and down the hall, leading him to a parlor he had never seen before.

“This is not a reward,” she told him “You haven’t earned one yet. If you behave, I might consider it.”

She removed his gag and he wasted no time asking, “What do you want from me?”

“So many things, darling,” she purred, and he flinched as she stroked his hair. Then the fleeting moment of softness was gone as fast as it had come. “But that’s for later. My other guest is acting up and I need you to talk some sense into him.”

Link’s heart plummeted. He had been captured alone. Surely she hadn’t found-

A knock came from the door on the opposite side of the room and Cia cast a concealing glamour on the chain. “Oh, and keep up appearances. Don’t want to scare him, now do we?”

Then the door opened and pair of guards pushed Mask into the room. The boy didn’t appear to be hurt or even frightened. The kid stood his ground and growled at Cia. “So you did capture Link!”

“No no no, you misunderstand, child,” she tutted. “Link is my guest. I treat him just as well as I treat you. Don’t I, dearest?”

Her nails dug into Link’s shoulder and she hissed too quietly for Mask to hear. “Watch your tongue or I won’t hesitate to make him scream.”

Mask watched, wary and confused, as Link attempted a smile.

“Everything’s fine,” Link lied. Cia nudged him and he scrambled for more words. “Um. Please be good, sprite. Do what they tell you. If you were calling for me, I can’t hear you anyway.”

“Thank you, Link. You better listen to your brother so you don’t get in trouble. Run along now,” Cia sang, making shooing motions at Mask.

The kid’s face twisted into a scowl. “There’s something you’re not telling me. Do you really expect me to believe that?”

Cia’s grip on Link’s shoulder grew tighter.

“Mask, listen to me,” Link said, his tone as calm and gentle as he could manage. “I need you to be on your best behavior while we’re here. That’s all you have to do, and everything will be okay. Can you do that for me?”

Mask pouted, but he must have seen the pleading in Link’s eyes. “Fine.”

The boy let the guards take him from the room without complaint, and Link shuddered as soon as he was gone.

“Not bad,” Cia mused. “Maybe my choice to keep the child around was a good idea after all.”

“You better not hurt him,” Link said, his voice shaking with restrained rage.

“Yes, yes, he’ll be fine as long as he keeps quiet,” Cia assured him. “You, on the other hand…” A cruel smile touched her lips and she tugged the chain to remind Link that it was there. “I’m going to enjoy this,” she whispered, her voice featherlight as her touch was anything but.

Link shuddered, his only solace in the fact that Mask would be spared from the pain he was about to experience.

Baby’s first headcanon post!

First up, my favorite villain of Hyrule Warriors that has my heart, Volga!

I believe with my whole heart that he is an Aries, but I don’t believe he’s a huge Queen of Hearts type of hot-head. If you look at his quotes before being brainwashed by our lovely Cia, he’s quite the noble solider (for a fire dragon). He has no interest with unnecessary war and certainly has no interest with messy humans. Now with that out of the way, let’s get into the real headcanons.

Volga (like Vovagia) lives in a hot area, so he can’t be very fond of the cold. I think he’d bundle up in furry coats and warm blankets during the winter. If he’s with his S/O, he’d definitely pull them into his make-shift Eldin Cave.

Although he’s a dragon, Volga has actual manners. He gets things done, and he gets them done quickly with little mess, like his attack combo in-game. Whether it’s eating a meal, or burning down an entire village, he doesn’t tend to leave loose ends.

However, if S/O is showing him something, especially something they are heavily interested in, he’ll take all the time in the world.

When it comes to meeting the rest of Cia’s army, that would only happen if you were recruited by Cia herself after or before. Meeting everyone would be most exciting, as they are an entertaining bunch. Zant would stick mainly stick to himself (he doesn’t fuck with light dwellers or whatever). Volga keeps you away from Wizzro and his hot ass breath. Cia might get close to you… in hopes of being able to talk about Link to you, perhaps even trying to dress S/O up as him to practice a love confession. Ghirahim, on the other hand, will get quite comfortable with you, despite Volga’s glares. Ghirahim’s rather unaffected by dragon knight, so he could be a close ally for S/O.

Although Volga has manners, he’s not exempt from a bit of stealing and pillaging. S/O eyeing some pretty jewelry in the market place? Already in his pocket. S/O talking about how they really want/need something? He’s stolen it from a village he burned to the ground on a mission with Wizzro.

Overall, Volga is soldier-like type but anything’s possible with him when it comes to his lovely S/O
