I'm picturing a Doctor Strange meeting in this AU where the MCU Strange says that his reality number nameplate is wrong, and 616 Stephen just throws a cup of tea in his face or something. Like oh who told you that? Some rando on Earth-838 making shit up for their own personal filing system? Their math is wrong. Sit down and shut up, 199999.

So much happened in that movie, but that's the only moment when I had to actively remind myself that there were other people in the theater so I shouldn't shout at the screen 😂 But literally what is the point of opening up the multiverse and not just taking it as an opportunity to use a new number so you can do whatever you like?! Why try to override an established reality!? Annoying.

I've been watching this drama play out and I'm starting to get pissed at the way people are bashing beauty like she didn't have a right to be surprised and caught off guard by you keeping her in the dark about wanda. I don't think she was off base, how would you feel if she moved some dude into her place and didn't tell you until it somehow slipped out? I'm disappointed that you're supposed to be a good guy, but you haven't offered a word in her defense, and just tag things #he's scared. If you feel that way, then end it. She deserves someone who loves her enough to stick up for her. There are plenty of dudes out here that would be glad to have someone like her in their life.

I think it's quite obvious it was normal for her to be surprised, so why would I keep repeating that? I'm tired of this discussion, that's why I'm just listening instead of arguing with people. Everyone complains I keep debating too much so I decided to shut up. I'm not the most social guy you'll meet, despite all my effort which no one sees or cares about. Instead of saying a lot of compliments like most people, I prefer to act and show Beauty I love her, that's why I rushed to finish my work early so I could spend the afternoon with her, despite wanting to take pain killers and sleep because my hands have been killing me since Wednesday because of the rainy weather. Sorry you're disappointed, but at least that means someone saved the Earth so you could be alive now to judge me and be disappointed.

If she moved some a dude into her place without telling me, I also would be shocked, but if she had to protect the world from mystic threats and the most powerful magic user of the universe were unstable right in front of her, and she was the only person able to welcome this user into a safe space while trying to prevent anyone from getting close in the first days to not ruin everything, then I guess I would.......-

Like, whew, hearing this line in the context of America choosing to step on the memory pad so she can relive what’s ultimately a painful memory but is probably the clearest one she has of her mothers is so heartbreaking.

She was young when they were separated and it makes sense that she’s starting to lose some of her earliest memories and maybe even finds herself unable to remember small details about them: the color of their eyes, the sound of their laughter, the differences in their hugs.

So she takes the opportunity to see them clearly, their visages and voices right in front of her instead of conjured up in her remaining memories. But the sharpest and most readily available memory is also the one where she lost them, an accident she blames herself for.

She gets the chance to strengthen her remembrance of her mothers, only to never forget how she lost them in the first place.

Regarding people appearing in the Summit Dimension: I have a couple "rules" in mind, but sometimes it boils down to "whatever is funniest in the moment."

There might be physical space between character Areas where everyone from everywhere can intermingle, but I hate designing locations so who knows what it's like. The action mostly stays sectioned off to particular people's Areas, in my mind.

You can only get to someone else's Area via the front door of their lobby. Doesn't matter what's outside that door or where someone is coming from; if they intend to visit, they'll appear via the door. So if a Rhodey interrupts a Tony meeting, it's because he walked through the lobby, distracted the receptionist Tony with a holographic Rubik's cube, walked through the restricted door to the hallway beyond, and then walked into the conference room.

But in their own Area, people can sometimes just… appear. Usually they still use the front door, but the dimension will make exceptions. For example, comatose TRN814 Steve is simply already in his chair when the other Steves arrive for their meeting. Unless it's funnier for someone to have to carry him in from the lobby, in which case that happens instead. …yeah, probably that one. Lobby front door opens and he just topples in and faceplants. Chatter in the room stops, and you just hear the "chak chak chak DING shrrruup" of receptionist Steve's typewriter as he marks TRN814 as checked in. Most Steves are hardwired to help though, so he doesn't stay snoozing on the floor for long. Anyway.

No one actively sees anyone else phase into existence. It's always just someone coming from around a corner or through a door, or simply being there when you turn around. Two random Buckys having a conversation in their break room when a third Bucky in Winter Soldier attire steps out of a shadowy corner, scaring the bejesus out of the first two because he definitely was not in there when they arrived. It's all very Loony Tunes.

Like, I have one concept where a Tony is late to a meeting so 616 Tony calls the receptionist Tony to have him paged. The missing Tony then falls from somewhere out of view and lands in a heap in his conference room chair. There's no hole in the ceiling, nor do the other Tonys see him sparkle into existence in midair like a Star Trek transporter. He just got dumped in from the out-of-frame void that no one perceives nor worries about.

I guess the exception would be for characters who naturally teleport. Like Nightcrawlers BAMFing into their conference room just because they can. Or Doctor Stranges using portals for the aesthetic.

Song went "Can't wait to go sit in my room, contemplate all the ways I could die", and my brain went STEPHEN. And that's the last thing the song had to do with the prompt.

Two universes : in Universe A, Stephen is the Sorcerer Supreme and lost his boyfriend, non-super Tony, to basically a freak accident. So A-Stephen has a breakdown and starts universe jumping, keeps seeing himself and Tony in love, doesn't help his grief overly much. And then he gets to Universe B, wherein B-Stephen is non-super and very prone to almost-dying, and B-Tony is a super who's not always there to save his life.

So A-Stephen, who knows what it's like to lose your love and doesn't want B-Tony to go through that, starts preventing B-Stephen's deaths (yeah plural, the guy almost dies like thrice a day, it's crazy).

And that's it, that's the prompt.

I actually haven't read any Stephen Strange comics. My first interaction with the Sorcerer Supreme was in MCU. That said, I have no idea about how their chemistry with each other had it been put in the movies someday. I might have to dedicate a bit of time to read comics about Clea. As for Charlize Theron, I honestly am in love with her. I love her in the Old Guard, Snow White and The Huntsman, and most especially in Atomic Blonde (possible muse in the future too. Lol). I'm sure she'll do wonderful in the next movie where we'll see her portrayal of Clea. Honestly, I'm not that hard to please. Lol.
