I'm not a bodybuilder: but my body naturally wants to be lean and if I were to allow it that freedom there are a variety of men I'd dream to look like.
My true sporting passion is lifting heavy things and while I am an intermediate powerlifter, I hope to attain the size of an amateur strongman! Lots of fuel to keep me moving and even more mass to lift heavy things.
Finally, that voice in the back of my head all Thanksgiving weekend telling me to lie in bed and eat until I moo wants me fat.

The 3 Step Skinny Guy Transformation @tommaccormick - To pack muscle on the scales need to move. To achieve this you need a calorie surplus. Something in the region of 250-500kcal per day above maintenance. This will help you gain between 0.5-1 pound per week. In just a few weeks you'll be ripped and more muscular than ever before. - Enjoy looking like a superhero for a while. Then, if more size is the goal...repeat the process. - The principles are fairly basic. You just need to do them exceptionally well and with consistency. DO NOT GIVE UP! - If you follow these points to the letter you will transform yourself. I should know. I know the first pic isn’t the greatest but whatever... 😌💪 exactly 1 year ago VS today. A year ago I wasn’t eating enough (1500-1700cals) I was too focused on the scale number and staying 145-155MAX. Doing too many reps, stuck to super light weight, and wayyyy to much cardio (60+ mins a day). Now I eat all the food (2600-3000cal) cut my reps to 10 x 4 sets. Lift as heavy as I can, and cardio is cut to 10-20mins a day. Oh and I’m proud to say I weigh 166lbs today. 💪😏 muscle gains are more important then that scale number. Focus on your progress photos and not the number when you’re trying to build muscle mass. & of course...
