Toge's love language is...

physical touch/ gift giving. I think that Toge would love reassure with his words and affirm you with them, he can't really do that the way he wants. Sure, he can have meaning behinds those few words he can speak to you, but it's not the same.

So, he showers you in attention and gifts. He loves coming home to you after a long day of training and wrapping you up in his warm, comforting arms. Or he'll come home with bags, gifts spilling out left and right.
