Znaczy, liquid fasta. Jest ciekawie! Wczoraj miałam zadanie z cyklu hardcore: musiałam wyrzucić śmieci i wdrapać się bez zemdlenia na 3 piętro. Ur girl is strong, małymi kroczkami (dosłownie ☠️), ale weszłam! Myślałam że serce wyrwie się z mojej klatki piersiowej, ale udało się. XD

Jestem taka rozdrażniona. Dobrze, ze wiadomości można ignorować, a na żywo nikogo nie widzę, bo mogłabym się spruć o za głośne oddychanie. Jak już pisałam, byle do piątku.

Po wczorajszej kupce brzusio jest wyjątkowo nieodstający. Aż miło popatrzeć na niego w lustrze. W sumie moje zajęcia w ostatnich dniach to słuchanie muzyki, oglądanie się w lustrze, przeglądanie tumblra i czytanie książek. Nawet fajnie się tak wegetuje. Spokój, cisza, w końcu dopuszczam do siebie jakies różne myśli i pozwalam sobie na nie, a nie zagłuszam je ucieczką w używki, spotkania czy naukę.

Nadal tęsknię jednak nie tyle za ludźmi, których od siebie 1,5tyg temu odsunęłam, co za imprezami i spotkaniami. Ale z drugiej strony wiem, ze to naprawdę dla mojego dobra.

Okresu jak nie było, tak nie ma. 👹 Już mnie to wkurza. A zresztą, co mnie dzisiaj nie wkurza? Hahah

Już sprzeniewierzam pieniądze, których jeszcze nie dostalam. Kupię sobie:

- czarne mom jeansy

- białe dzwony ALBO sweterek w biało-czarne paski.

Jeszcze się zastanowię, ale czarne jeansy na pewno dojdą. Nie mam takich w garderobie. Ostatnie zakupy ubraniowe robiłam we wrześniu, więc takie maluteńkie odświeżenie się nalezy. Najwyżej znów będę skazana na mimowolnego liquid fasta przez brak kasy xD

Btw, czasem bawi mnie czytanie postów dziewczyn które dopiero zaczynają z @ną. są jak: karmelowe latte (400ml) z syropem czekoladowym, bitą śmietaną i posypką - 180 kcal. XD Nie wiem tez, czy na to reagować i pisać, że obliczenia chyba nie do końca się zgadzają, czy to przemilczeć i nie wpędzać ich głębiej w choroby. Może lepiej by potrwały nieco w nieświadomości.

Adult Swim's The Brak Show being a perfect summation of my brain every day, and how ADHD feels to probably most people.

For added context sake, Brak wants to go to 'Fish Pockets' his favorite restaurant but his mom and dad tell him he won't get to unless he finishes the math homework he's putting off, or else they will leave without him. Zorak has a time travelling outhouse that lets them go to the past (so they can make their past self know they need to do the homework.) The Mom just. Is like that sometimes. She is the straightman here in this cast.

Translator's note: I think that this is a song about grief, as most interpretations say (not sure about the author but iirc he does to). To me it's about being queer person, particular in gender sense, so I relate to it a lot.

Andy Merrill is a comedian, voice actor, writer, and multi-talented creative known for his significant contributions to the early years of Cartoon Network, Williams Street, and Adult Swim. Merrill's breakthrough role was as the voice of the lovable and eccentric character "Brak" on the groundbreaking animated talk show "Space Ghost: Coast to Coast." Premiering in 1994, this show was a pioneer in adult-oriented animation and played a crucial role in the establishment of Cartoon Network's late-night programming block, Adult Swim.

Merrill continued his work with the character Brak in "Cartoon Planet," a show which started out as a showcase of classic cartoons from the Turner library with interstitial segments featuring Space Ghost (George Lowe), Zorak (C. Martin Croker), and Brak. With the popularity of the interstitial comedy sketch segments and funny songs surpassing the classic cartoons being shown, the show switched to being composed entirely of their sketches and songs, some of which were improvised. On both "Space Ghost: Coast to Coast" and "Cartoon Planet", Andy's comedic timing and distinctive voice brought Brak to life in a way that resonated with audiences and contributed to the show's success. Cartoon Network released three albums featuring music from both "Cartoon Planet" and the two-part variety show special "Brak Presents The Brak Show Starring Brak", which are prized CDs of any comedy music fan. Dr. Demento has played many tracks from them on his radio / internet show since the mid 90's.

In 2000, Merrill went on to create and star in the Adult Swim series "The Brak Show," a spin-off from "Space Ghost: Coast to Coast" that focused on Brak, his best friend Zorak, Brak's Mom and Dad, and their daily sitcom adventures. The show continued the tradition of having excellent funny songs and musical episodes, and ran for 3 seasons. Merrill expanded his involvement with Adult Swim, lending his voice to various characters in popular shows like "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" where he played the recurring role of Oglethorpe the inept alien invader. As the years progress, his voice work continues to extend to notable shows like "Adventure Time," where he brought his unique style to James the Ice Cream Bar.

Merrill showcased his musical versatility by covering the Suicidal Tendencies song "Institutionalized" in character as Brak on the 2018 album "Dr. Demento Covered in Punk". Some people (or at least some people named Luke Ski anyway) say it is the best track on the amazing collection.

Andy makes regular appearances at conventions in the midwest, as well as performances in stand-up clubs where he brings his ukulele and cracks up the crowds with his hilarious jokes and catchy songs. We at the MarsCon Comedy Music Track have been wanting to have him as our guest for many years, and we are very honored to have him join us as our 2024 Comedy Music Guest Of Honor. All hail Brak.

The Brak Show: “Space Adventure” | May 24, 2007 | Webisode

Hey! Brak is back! And soon, he will be gone for good. It’s a real good news/better news situation. 

I feel like The Brak Show was teased as an upcoming web series revival ever since it was originally canceled. Finally, we get part one of a multi-part story (the ending jokingly refers to it as Webisode IV: Chapter 7) that never had a multiple part. In this, Brak is in a space ship goign to the moon with Zorak. Zorak quickly ejects himself from the space ship after being disgusted by Brak’s suggestion that they practice kissing (Brak is hoping to meet women the moon, I guess?). Zorak eventually lands in Brak’s kitchen and immediately hits on mom, who agrees to get dirty with him. They eventually do it on Brak’s bed, only to have Clarence walk in on them. 

Meanwhile, Brak lands on the moon, where Dad is masquerading as a moon man. It turns out he’s being enslaved by some evil crows. As he whines about his terrible fate, Brak reprises his song from earlier in the episode and credits roll. The credits look pretty cool.

As far as Brak goes, this one’s not too bad, actually. Maybe it’s because I haven’t had to watch Brak Show since 2003. Maybe it’s because it’s 6 minutes long, like all of the Brak Show episodes ought to be. Maybe it’s the comfort in knowing that there won’t be any more. It’s kind of a shame that the experiment in continuing cancelled shows via the web sorta just fizzled out and died. But what can you do?

And now I'm done with my Space Ghost OCs! I actually had this idea when I was making Zeerilia, but ended up with her instead. But, I held onto some of the ideas and decided to twist her into something else when I went with more OCs. ^_^ Space Ghost Sorella is a space pirate that recently mutinied from Brak. Don't think this means that she's on Space Ghost's side, though. She's just as ruthless and crafty as her former captain, and has the same treasure-hungry personality as him. However, she has a much more open nasty temper that hinders her much more. She's constantly attempting to get Sisto to mutiny as well and join her crew, purely because she's not doing the best and thinks she can use him as extra help. Space Ghost Coast to Coast Sorella is a network executive that has recently been assigned to work on the talk show. Constantly having to buzz in at inopportune times to handle things the network find issue has taken a toll on her, and she's honestly done with the show. Granted, the members of the show are pretty done with her, finding her meddling just annoying. However, she does have good ideas for the show. Most of these involve giving Brak more time, it might be a nepotism thing. The Brak Show Sorella is Brak and Sisto's college-aged cousin (on their mom's side, obviously). She's studying to be a network executive and is honestly really tired of school. While she seems uptight and serious in personality, in reality, she's just as weird and energetic as her cousins, she's just too stressed and focused on schooling to have this personality show up. Granted, whenever it DOES show up, it's at the worst opportune times for everyone...unless you're Brak, of course.
