Ok your take about Orochimaru not showering is valid, BUT I feel like Boruto Orochimaru indeed has like a 15 step skincare and hair routine. Mommy needs her "me" time.

ok ok yes!! i feel like after the war, kabuto and orochimaru kinda switched? orochimaru really doesn't do a lot of physical activity anymore so she has plenty of downtime to relax at home and take care of herself. but kabuto is very busy taking care of all the kids at the orphanage. he just doesn't have any real time for himself anymore. i don't think urushi would let him completely overwork himself though.
