I recently felt myself getting back into FNAF a bit and remembered I didn’t post any of my old FNAF work from a long time ago

A lot of this is really old art but it’s based on a Monster AU my brother and I made up. We got as far as the Sister Location for said AU but now with the newest game out, I have an itch to doodle a few new monster designs too soon from what we got in the game

circus baby redesign! i redesigned every canon sister location animatronic except ennard and the little freaks (biddybabs n minirinas) so go check out my previous redesigns! feel free to use this with credit :)

Ok. So of all the redesigns. circus baby's deffo took the longest. the others each took around ~5 hours and circus baby's took. ten. mostly because of the excessive amount of detail i gave her. she's the main character! she needed way more detail!

so. anyways! i made her much more clowny! her name is circus baby, and her original design was barely a clown besides the face and the shoes!! so i upped it by a thousand, and now she's much more circus-y! she also needed a fun hat because i think the clown hat is very important and essential. for everything.

along with that she's covered in glitter! how r u gonna have a voice line of hers be "i was covered in glitter" and NOT cover her in glitter! so now? all her clothes sparkle!

out of all the funtimes i think her and funtime freddy are the largest because they both have to be proportional to their large internal systems, funtime freddy having the storage tank and circus baby having her "ice cream" machine. so for funzies and be she's so large her eyes r up really high!! cause.. nobody's gonna be viewing her from head on. so if she looks down at some kid or smthn, she looks more normal!!

like the other funtimes she still has all her original features!! i didn't know how to show an emergency stop thing though so she still has that, but it's probably. like. a button or something somewhere. also the tips of her fingers are the balloon makers !!

she also has a lot details that are really hard to see but like.. i thought they'd be fun to add!! one of those is sliver of blue in her eyes as a reference to her original eye color :)

her hair, like ballora's, is synthetic cause it adds more movement! and her most of her clothes are real. her hands, legs, and feet are rubber though.. so the gloves and socks are not real :( the ruffles on every part of her outfit were also very important and very necessary to the fnaf lore and not just be i like drawing ruffles!!

so inside her internal compartment are a supply of balloons, cake perfume (“i smelled like birthday cake”), ice cream, ice cream cones, an ice cream holder, and the scooper. to stay inside the scoopers all folded up in there like a really painful jack-in-the-box, so the internal compartment is really cramped and does not leave much room for anything else. it's kinda more a "murk on sight" thing rather than a "kill and contain" like funtime freddy because there simply isn't enough room for storing anything else.

also while i was making this i was thinking of a scrap baby design to maybe create in the future, but im probably not going to 😭😭 but. Scrap babies hair would be yarn and her face would be paper plates or something cause she raided a craft store. Idk where she got the roller skates but in this au scrap baby robbed a craft store.

fnaf4, when considering all the animatronics as a group, has the best and most consistently good animatronic designs in the entire fnaf series

ok hear me out. am i saying the nightmares are my favourite animatronics? nah i still like springtrap better. and there’s single designs i like better. however, if we are talking about the fnaf4 animatronics as a collective, their designs are the best. sure, i like some of the fnaf 2 animatronic designs better, such as the puppet and withered bonnie, but some of the designs, such as bb and withered freddy and foxy, i think are ugly and bad. fnaf 1’s designs are iconic but, when removing that factor, the designs are quite plain. fnaf 3 has springtrap, which is my fave animatronic, but i think the phantoms are boring design wise. sister location’s designs, while neat, both have some duds (i don’t like yenndo or the biddybabs) and also don’t make sense timeline wise. pizzeria sim has the worst design in the series (scraptrap) and the others aren’t that great (rockstar animatronics in particular are ugly). and security breach has the map bots and burntrap. we don’t talk about the books i don’t give a shit. meanwhile, there are no misses for the fnaf 4 designs; even nightmare bb, which could’ve been ugly as sin, looks awesome. plus, it works well into the idea that it’s a dream sequence of a child, as children may be more scared by sharp teeth than chuck e cheese. plus the halloween update animatronics are amazing.

tldr; although there are individual designs i like better than those in fnaf 4, as a whole and considering all of the animatronics, fnaf 4 is the most consistent in quality

Just heard markiplier talk about fnaf and god he is so right about everything

FNaF 1 was ground breaking because really it was the first time in horror games where you were trying to keep things out instead of trying to keep them away. The games have always been like this, a minor exception is sister location, but even then most of the gameplay is like mini games with the same premise (keep the biddybabs out of the panic room. Keep the minireenas out of the suit. Keep Funtime Freddy on his stage.)

Security breach does what horror games originally did, and made it about running away from the threats instead of keeping them out. Does this automatically make it a bad game? No. Does it automatically make it a bad fnaf game? Maybe. Is it a bad game? Absolutely.

I remember crawling out the vents of Parties and Rentals. Just me, fully solid, relatively clean plastic fox animatronic. I'm fairly sure this was after Ennard left? How was I meant to stay after my counterpart was gone? Sure, there's the Biddybabs and Minireenas, but they're horrible company. Can you summarize the Spirit Animal and Fun Nightmare Mikes? I’ve literally never heard of either AU before.

Sure! Spirit Animal AU is where everyone has a spirit animal inside them that they can transform into, so, MIke can transform into a fox or a wolf at will.

Fun Nightmares AU is where Michael is the youngest child, and, when he went with William to one of the pizzerias he was killed by the prototype biddybabs before William found him and put his soul into Funtime Foxy. Fun Nightmares is just the name of the AU.

you just watched the fnaf 4 movie

it was awesome, and now their working on fnaf sl the movie. how exciting!

fast forward to later,

you find out that the producers are building Circus Baby’s Entertainment and Rentals, and your friend bought you plane tickets to go near where it is and see it!

the crew is taking a break, and is allowing visitors!

you get to the airport, the plain ride goes as well as possible, that you exit the next airport.

you drive to a hotel than sleep for the night in a room with your friend.

than, the next day, you get breakfast and go to Circus Baby’s! but your friend needs to do something, and tells you to go alone than tell them what happens.

You get there, go underground, and see the places.

in Circus gallery, you see circus baby, biddybabs, and some people

in funtime auditorium, you see funtime freddy, funtime foxy, bonbon, bonnet, and some more people.

you see circus control, and one of the breaker rooms,

than you get to ballora gallery.

Ballora is having a show.

you wait with some other ppl, waiting on it to start,

the lights come on… and…

ballora and the minireenas…

are spooky dancing

than you realize…

good morning team. as promised here is my Very serious fanf movie review. there will be spoilers if anybody cares about that type of thing. also this review is messy as hell and I don’t know what the fuck I’m talking about

the first thing I’ll say is that it was not a good movie. it was like. pretty boring actually. but at the end of the day this was the fucking five nights at freddy’s movie and I love fnaf and I have since I was 10 and I was seeing it with four people I love so it was a fun time. like seriously we were fucking Losing it in the back of the theater. the worst part was that everybody else was just sitting there like 🪑 as if the movie wasn’t hilarious. with the exception of when matpat came on the screen and everybody in the theater turned to whoever they were with and went “what the fuck.” in the car on the way there my sister’s friend was like “there’s gonna be a matpat cameo there has to be” and I was like “no there’s not man don’t be ridiculous” but when that motherfucker came on screen I nearly went up to the front of the theater and killed myself in front of everybody. okay that’s dramatic but I did turn to my sisters friend (four people away) and say “I’m gonna fucking killing you” way louder than I intended and I’m sure everybody in the theater wanted to kill Me and it wouldn’t be the last time. because as I said we were the only ones in that theater having fucking Fun I thought the energy in there was going to be electric but no. whatever at least we were having a good time being annoying and losing our Mind whenever anybody coughed up in the back right corner.

but as for the actual movie again. yeah it was boring. idk. like not much really happened and the Big Moment where the kids killed william afton was so underwhelming. the whole thing was underwhelming. but I did like the movie. I’ve loved the games forever and I was so excited to see all the animatronics get up and move around and be silly and have a good time. mike doing all that lucid dreaming stuff while completely neglecting his job was fun and I Love some good guilt over the loss of a sibling so I enjoyed. throughout the whole movie I kept turning to my friend and saying “this is just like lilo and stitch” because it literally fucking was and nobody’s talking about it. that’s a good thing for the record. one of my fav moments in the whole movie is actually when abby thinks mike is gonna transfer custody to the aunt so she goes into her room and scribbles out mike’s face in all the pictures she’s so real for that. speaking of abby I do have to wonder why the kids chose Her to. I want to say torment but that doesn’t work and neither does the word groom. pick on? single out? seek out? idk maybe it was just because she’s the sister of the (presumed) first victim garrett but who’s to say.

okay let’s talk game comparisons :) I actually really liked that the movie took place in a timeline separate from the games it made the movie a lot more compelling to somebody who knows the game lore very well. one detail I Loved is how they didn’t say mike’s last name at All until the final fight with william like it wanted to keep us guessing as to whether his last name was schmidt or afton. I wish the movie had taken place in the fnaf 2 pizzeria so we could see balloon boy and puppet and who there’s chica but that would have just been Too Much so I get it. also did the animatronic they tried to shove abby in lion like a biddybab or was I going crazy? if it was biddybab does that imply the existence of circus baby’s pizza world? because they were clearly setting this movie up for a sequel and I would Love to see circus baby. anyways I’m kind of obsessed with the the way they sort of switched up the roles of the kids. in a way. like. okay this next part is going to be really annoying. so it’s like the afton family was vanessa and william and the emily family was like the schmidt family with mike abby and garrett. like garrett was effectively the charlie since he was the first and since I know the games I have to assume he “gave life” to the other missing children by having their souls live on in the animatronics. garrett was Also an evan figure because his brother like accidentally caused his death and couldn’t save him. but mike was also a puppet/charlie figure because of how he was helping abby the whole movie. okay maybe that’s tenuous. but abby was Also like charlie because she helped put the souls to rest by helping them realize that william was evil. but she was also like elizabeth because she kept going to the animatronics despite the clear warnings etc. vanessa was a mike like character because she was the child of the serial killer and was trying to do her best to atone for her fathers sins but ultimately sucked at it. and mike is like michael in the way that he Is michael also he feels immense guilt over the death of his brother that he “caused” the death of through negligence. they all have to prove that they’re not a bad person for things that happened outside of their control when they were children. idk where I was really going with that but I was thing about that a Lot during the movie.

this deserves its own paragraph but vanessa wants to be betty cooper so baddddd sorry there’s only one girl with a blonde ponytail and a serial killer dad that I support. vanessa could never even Dream of being betty.

back to the actual movie I feel like I would have liked it if it was gorier. one of the stand out moments for me was max the babysitter getting bitten in half and when mike escapes getting shoved in a suit and finds all of their bodies because it was genuinely pretty creepy. could have been scarier but whatever it’s fine. all that being said tho the movie was visually stunning (to me) and the actors were great and I fucking liked it. it was funny and it was a good time and yeah maybe it would have been better on 1.5 speed but you can’t have everything.

and I think I was able to enjoy it more than everybody else (aside from my sister) that I talked to about it because they were like “I spent the whole movie trying to figure out where in the timeline it took place!” but I went in knowing that it didn’t take place in the game timeline at all which probably saved the movie for me.

I have FINALLY made a good image showing off all my Canon-To-My-SB/R-Timeline Idiots (there are others but they occur after the Pizzaplex gets levelled) so shout out to the Animatronics and Mostly-Humans that my AU houses!

Ooh you clicked the cut. You know what that means? A clearer image of these lot without the Transgender Lighting I put in over top because it looked CRISP!

Left to right by head position is Sun, Vanessa Masters, Vanny, Bonnie, Ennard, Chica, DJ Music Man, Balloon Boy, Vincent Volkov, Marionette, Monty, Elizabeth "Liz" Afton Schmidt, Eclipse, Circus Baby, Michael Afton Schmidt, Roxy, Cupcake Fredbear, Cassie Stevens, Moon, Golden "Goldie" Fredbear, Freddy Fazbear, Ballora, "Springtrap" Spring Bonnie, Gregory Fazbear, and Captain Foxy.

Cassie and Gregory in this are about 16-17, several years after the events of SBR. Cassie is thinking of going into robotics in college while Gregory is thinking of going into business. Cassie's Dad still works for the Animatronics, and Freddy adopted Gregory after the events of Security Breach/Ruin in my AU.

Sun expresses that all of the Animatronics are "Furries" because they have animal ears, no exceptions. Think about it for a minute.

Additional Bonus!

Idiot-less background! I took the intro cutscene of Security Breach, clapped out most of the colours, and then added in additional fog and colours to enhance it. It's not quite the screenshot anymore, but I think it's a pretty solid background that doesn't have to be obviously FNAF'd, lol.

I need to draw more of the idiots too, like I'm missing JJ, Deedee, Lolbit*, Bonbon, Bonnet, Minirena, Biddybab*, Electrobab*, Orville, Happy Frog*, Xor, Delilah Afton* (Liz and Michael's mom), and a few other additional Fazbear-Family Animatronics, and then I have three more Fangame-crews that are canon to my AU as well. Anyone with a * after their name has a finalized design, but I just don't have the full body reference to match these lot.

What Fangames are canon to my AU? Five Nights at Candy's, Popgoes, and Those Nights at Rachel's. Why? Because I like the groups. Also... There are other Animatronics too - and three of them have been here before!

Although I'm reworking Katlynn (Cat-Lynn), Discord, and Wendy's group presently and may add to some of their costumes when I make their full refs to match too. In my AU, Candy and Cindy know of Katlynn (being all cat-based), Marionette knows of Discord (and met her once in passing, but never got to say hi), and Ballora has heard of another "ballerina-type" Animatronic, although has never met nor seen anything for Wendy. These lot belong to a group (similar to Orville's group) that are off-brand Fazbear Entertainment Animatronics not run by Freddy, but still get to join the main crew.

Either way, that's enough of me screaming into the void about my FNAF AU, it's basically a FNAF-based OC world with only a small fraction of the actual FNAF Lore applying to it... and yes Remnant is canon. I am finding a way to explain it. I think. That may be more than what we get from actual FNAF lore, lol.

He didn’t hesitate in booting one of the Biddybabs with one of his large bipedal paws. He didn’t care much for Baby’s minions at the best of times, and he would happily deal with an earful from Baby herself for harming one of them if it meant keeping his mother figure safe. 

A growl escaping his chest speaker as he picked off the rest and threw them across the room.
